Chapter Seven: Mastermind's Final Trial
Blue's POV
(Note: The Truth Bullets from the last chapter will be used here as well! Well maybe not all of them. But to remind you here are the Truth Bullets. Truth Bullets: Rubble's Pawprints, Unknown Pawprints, Kamek's Autopsy, Blue Hair (Dojo, 4th Floor Hallway), Drugged Rag, Wooden Hammer/Brocken Lock and Yellow Rags)
As I was about to be crushed to death by a giant rattle, I closed my eyes. Then I felt someone pushed me away from the rattle. As I opened my eyes to see what was happening, I saw who saved my life. I-It was the victim of the case, Rubble! Then we fell through a drop that was at the end of the conveyor belt. We landed on a pile of trash. Rubble said, "EW! This place is disgusting!". He looked at me and asked, "Are you ok?". Right after he asked that question, I straight up hugged him. I was so relieved to see him alive! I cried, "I can't believe that you're alive! I thought you died!". Rubble hugged back and said, "I'm glad to see that you're alive too!". I then asked, "I-I don't understand, how did you survive?! You lost a lot of blood from the stab wounds!". He then reached under his bloody shirt and pulled out an empty bag. He then explained, "The blood wasn't mine. I figured that someone might try to kill me, so I took a blood bag from the nurse's office and hid it under my shirt.". I said, "So the blood bag protected you from being stabbed! That's really clever!".

Then we heard someone yell, "WATCH OUT!", and then Rainer fell on top of us. Rainer said, "S-Sorry! I did try to warn you!". Rubble said, "I'd never thought I'd get squashed by a vaporeon before.". Rainer then said, "Blue, I'm so glad that you're ok!". She then looked towards Rubble and asked, "Rubble, h-how are you alive?". Rubble re-explained everything to Rainer. Then we explained what happened at the trial to Rubble. Rubble said, "So the investigation and the trial were rushed? That isn't normal.". Blue said, "That is what I was trying to explain to everyone before my execution!". Rainer then asked, "So, do you know who tried to kill you?". Rubble said, "No, I was already knocked out before the stabbing.". I then said, "So, the killer knocked you out before you got to see them.". Rubble said, "Actually that's not true. I know who knocked me out with that rag.".
Rainer then asked, "Wait, really? W-Who?". Rubble said, "Kamek knocked me out.". Me and Rainer both yelled, "WHAT?!". I said, "K-Kamek knocked you out? Then does that mean that he's the killer?". Rubble said, "No, I know that he didn't try to kill me.". Rainer then said, "But he forcefully knocked you out though!". Rubble said, "No, I allowed him to.". I yelled, "WHAT?! WHY?!". Rubble said, "Well, it'd be better if he explains it instead of me.". Rainer said, "If we're able to escape. Monokuma said that he was gonna leave you guys stuck in here for the rest of your lives.". Rubble asked, "Then why did you jump down here?". She said, "I wanted to help you guys escape!". I said, "Well let's look for a way to escape! There's got to be something in this room.".
As I tried to walk, my knee started to hurt. Rubble saw me walking funny and asked, "Blue are you ok?". I said, "Y-Yeah, my knee just got hurt during my execution.". Rainer asked, "How? It was a wooden building block for kids.". I said, "That was not wooden! When it hit my knee, I could tell that it was metal!". Rubble said, "Makes sense. Monokuma likes to make his punishments as painful as possible.". Rainer said, "You don't have to search if your knee is-". I said, "I'm fine Rainer. I can just walk it off.". After we escape, I'm having Clover check out my knee. He has healing powers and knows his medical stuff.
The room we were trapped in was filled with trash. I thought we threw our trash in an incinerator. Rainer shouted, "Hey I found something!". Me and Rubble went to Rainer who was standing in front of a small staircase leading to a door. Rainer asked, "Do you think this door will be our escape?". I said, "We will have to see.". I tried to use my ribbons but I forgot they were tied together. I asked, "Can someone untie my ribbons please?". Rainer said, "I'm on it!". She went up to me and untied my ribbons. I said, "That's much better!", then I went up the steps. As I used my ribbons to turn the nob, the door wouldn't open. I said, "The door is locked.". Rainer asked, "Is there a way we can break down the door?". Rubble said, "I have something I wanna try.".
He pulled the key that Sonic stole from Monokuma. Rainer asked, "Where did you get that key?". Rubble said, "Sonic stole it from Monokuma.". Rainer asked, "Why didn't you say that to everyone else?". Rubble said, "Cause this is an important item that we can't lose.". He handed me the key and I used it on the door. The key unlocked the door and then I opened the door. I handed Rubble back the key and then we entered a strangely familiar room. The room looked like the trial room but it was old and run down. Rainer said, "This looks like the trial room.". I said, "Yeah but more old and creepier.". We turned to Rubble who had a terrified face. He said, "N-No! Not again! Not here again!". I asked, "Bud are you ok?". He cried, "No! I know where we are!". Rainer asked, "Y-You do?". He said, "This is the trial room from my first game!".
He walked to the 14 death portraits and saw that only two seats didn't have one. He said, "They must have put this one up after I escaped.". He was standing in front of a death portrait of a wooper. That must be William the Ultimate Poet. We heard a mumbled hello. We looked to the far left corner and saw someone in a cage. That someone was… Kenny! We walked towards the cage and I asked, "Kenny?! Is that you?". He mumbled yes. Rubble said, "This is what they did with you after your execution.". He mumbled yes again. Rainer didn't look happy to see Kenny. I don't blame her, he did try to kill her but killed Flame instead. Rubble said, "I'm guessing this happened to you since you're not able to die forever.". Kenny nodded yes. Rainer asked, "So Kenny, do you know the way to leave this room?". He nodded and pointed to the elevator door. Rubble asked, "The elevator still works?". He nodded yes.
I asked Rubble and Rainer, "Hey can we talk in private?". The three of us walked away from the cage. I said, "I know that Kenny did do something unforgivable.". Rainer said, "That is so true.". I continued, "I think we should ignore that for now and take him with us.". Rainer asked, "What?! Why?!". I said, "He probably knows information that could help us escape! He was hiding in the vents for a while before he was discovered!". Rubble said, "You make some good points.". Rainer said, "Yeah but I don't know.". I said, "I understand Rainer but freeing him could help free all of us! I'm not asking you to forgive him, but we need his help!". Rainer said, "(sigh) You're right.". Rubble said, "I can free him.". Rubble stood in front of the cage and used his pokemon move rock throw at the lock. The lock broke and Kenny pushed open the cage door.
I said, "You can come with us Kenny!". Kenny nodded and started to follow us. As we walked up to the elevator door, the door opened to show us an angry Monokuma. Rubble said, "Oh god.". Monokuma yelled, "WHAT IN THE WORLD IS GOING ON HERE!". He pointed at me and yelled, "YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BE EXECUTED!". He then pointed at Rubble and yelled, "YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BE DEAD!". He then pointed at Rainer and yelled, "AND YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE HERE!". He then noticed Kenny with us. He then yelled, "WHY IN THE WORLD DID YOU LET HIM OUT OF HIS CAGE?!".
I said, "You're questioning us? We're the ones who should be questioning you!". Rainer said, "Yeah! The trial was so rushed and most likely rigged!". Monokuma said, "I don't have to answer your questions!". Rubble said, "But you do know that you broke your own rules right?". Monokuma asked, "Huh? What do you mean?". Rubble said, "You promised us that every trial will be fair. But the last one wasn't fair. You said only the blackened will be punished but Blue was punished when there was no blackened! Don't you think that these actions would make you and your project look good?". Monokuma became nervous and said, "Well you see-". Rubble said, "I have an idea. How about we redo the trial and investigation? We'll be able to solve things fairly this time!". Monokuma said, "FINE but I'll be changing things up this time!". I asked, "How so?".
Monokuma said, "This time you'll not be finding out who killed. You'll be finding out who the Mastermind is!". Me and Rubble gasped. Rainer asked, "M-Mastermind?". Monokuma explained, "The person behind the whole killing game! Also discover some other secrets, like the truth behind the last case!". Rubble asked, "I just want to clarify one thing. Is the Mastermind one of the 18 students of this game?". Monokuma said, "Yes that is correct!". Kenny mumbled, "What about me?". Monokuma said, "For fun, you can be a part of this too! But remember if you fail, everyone but the Mastermind will be executed!". I asked, "What happens if we win?". Monokuma said, "Then the Mastermind will be executed and you all will be able to leave the school!". Rainer asked, "So we'll be free!". Monokuma said, "Yep! The investigation starts at 7 am tomorrow! I'll bring you four back to the others so you can tell them everything.". We followed Monokuma to the elevator.
After we exited the elevator, Monokuma showed us a second passage. The passage took us to our normal trial room. Rubble said, "Looks like both trial rooms are connected.". We then entered the trial elevator. I told Rainer the information about the mastermind that we know so far. She asked, "That's a lot to take in. so someone is really the Ultimate Shapeshifter?". I nodded yes. She then asked, "Why didn't you tell me this before?". I said, "I wanted to but Kamek said that we shouldn't go around sharing this information.". She said, "I understand. I'm glad that you told me now.". Thank God that she didn't get mad at me! When we got out of the elevator, we went to go find everyone.
Truth Bullet: Ultimate Shapeshifter
Truth Bullet: Secret Room
We went to the dining room first but there was no luck. Then we went to the kitchen and no one was there. Then I got an idea. I said, "How about we go to the library.". Kenny mumbled, "Why not the dorms?". It's weird that I can understand him way better than before. I said, "At Least half of them like to hang out in the library.". Rubble said, "And it's not like we can enter their dorms without their handbooks.". Rainer said, "The library sounds like a good place to me.". So we went to check the library. Luckily there were two people there. Kamek and Ender were talking to each other at the rebuilt table. It looks like they didn't notice us entering the library. Ender asked, "If Rubble is alive and Blue isn't the killer, then what happened?". Kamek said, "Yeah, I'm trying to figure things out too. UGH if only Blue or Rubble was here! Why did you three vote for him?!".
I said, "Glad to know that one of you guys believed me.". Ender and Kamek turned towards us with surprised looks. Kamek said, "Blue! Rubble! Rainer! And Kenny?". Ender said, "I'm so glad to see you guys are ok!". I said, "Get Red Yoshi and Zeke, there's a mandatory emergency meeting about to happen in the dining room.". Ender said, "Uh, OK? I'm on it!". He teleported away. I said, "I'll meet you guys there. I want to have a talk with Rubble and Kamek real quick.". Rainer said, "O-Ok.", and she and Kenny left the library. I turned to Kamek and Rubble and asked, "Now, can you two please explain to me what happened?". Kamek asked, "W-What do you mean?". I said, "Rubble said that he allowed you to knock him out! Why did you need to knock him out?!". Rubble said, "I felt like it would be better if you explained it.".
Kamek sighed and said, "I knocked him out with that drug to help us escape.". I asked, "W-What?!". He explained, "I had a plan. It was to make it look like Rubble died and I was the blackened. I left fake evidence and my foot prints, but when we discovered Rubble's body. All of my planted evidence was gone and an arrow was in Rubble's chest!". I asked, "Yeah but wouldn't you being voted as the blackened get you killed?". Kamek said, "I had a plan to fake my death in my execution.". Rubble said, "I did share my doubts about this plan but that motive video convinced me to go along with it.". Kamek said, "With us presumed dead, we could uncover the identity of the Mastermind and find everyone an escape.". I asked, "So when we thought Rubble actually was killed, you started acting weird. Was it because you were shocked and confused?". Kamek said, "Yeah, I didn't expect someone to actually kill him!". I said, "Thanks for the information, guys. Let's go to the meeting now". We then exited the library.
Truth Bullet: Kamek's Plan
When we entered the dining room, Red Yoshi and Zeke looked at us with awkward faces. Zeke said, "Hey Blue and Rubble!". Rubble doesn't look happy. Red Yoshi asked, "You ok Ru-". Rubble shouted, "WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD YOU GUYS THINK THAT BLUE WOULD KILL ME?!". Red Yoshi said, "The evidence pointed to him!". Rubble shouted, "HE SAVED OUR LIVES MANY TIMES! THERE WAS NO WAY HE WOULD BETRAY US AND KILL SOMEONE!". Ender said, "Rubble is right. Blue I'm so sorry that I doubted you.". I said, "I understand that you thought it was me. The evidence wasn't in my favor. I forgive you! But there are more major matters we need to discuss!". Zeke asked, "What would that be?". I said, "Preparing for our last class trial!".
Everyone who didn't know yelled, "WHAT?!". I told everyone about the deal that we made with Monokuma. Kamek stated, "So we have to figure out who the Mastermind is?!". Ender continued, "And if we get it right we'll be free from this killing game?". I said, "Yes that is correct!". Rainer said, "Still can't believe that the Mastermind is one of us!". Zeke said, "Yeah but all we have to do is discover who it is then we can finally leave this stupid school!". Red Yoshi said, "Don't forget that if we get it wrong, we will all be executed!". Rubble said, "That's the case for everytime that we have to discover the truth!". I said, "Sure the stakes are as high as usual but I know that we can do this! This is our chance to finally end this madness!". Rainer said, "Blue is right! We can't let all the deaths go in vain! Let's do it for all of our friends who fell victim to this killing game!".
Rubble said, "Yeah we can do this!". Ender said, "We've done it before, we can do it again!". Looks like what me and Rainer said helped boost everyone's confidence. Zeke asked, "Can I ask a question before anything else? Why is Kenny here?". Rubble said, "He's gonna help us solve the case.". Zeke said, "If he doesn't try to kill again.". Kenny mumbled, "It wasn't my fault!", and then he angrily walked away. Based on that reaction there might be more behind Flame's death than we thought. Rainer said, "I'll make everyone dinner.". Rubble said, "And I'll go grab Kenny.". After a late dinner, everyone went off to get ready for tomorrow. At 8 pm I went to get an early sleep. Looks like everyone is now ready for tomorrow. We might actually get out of this place! The nightmare could finally be over! But the last case is still in my mind. In the end Rubble never died luckily, but who tried to kill him?! And why did they put the blame onto me?! I'll have to figure it out tomorrow, at our last class trial!
The wake up call woke me up and then I got ready. When I was finished getting ready, I heard the doorbell. When I opened the door I saw Rubble and Rainer. Rainer said, "Good morning Blue!". I said, "Morning guys!". Rubble then asked, "Are you ready to finally end this nightmare?!". I said, "You bet I am!". Me and Rubble met everyone else in the dining room, while Rainer went to the kitchen to make breakfast. Ender said, "Our last meal together.". I said, "I will miss you guys.". Zeke said, "I just want to get far away from that stupid bear!". Rubble said, "Me too.". Kamek asked, "May I ask about our strategy for today's investigation?".
I said, "We have to look for clues about the Mastermind and look for clues about who tried to kill Rubble.". Rubble said, "And I believe we're able to look in the locked rooms with this!". He pulled out the key. He continued, "Sonic stole this key from Monokuma right before he died. I used it to get me, Rainer and Blue out of that trash room.". Red Yoshi said, "That's so cool…". He didn't sound that excited. He sounded weird. Ender said, "That's great Rubble!". Kamek said, "Hey Blue, can I tell you something real quick?". He then came up to me and whispered to me, "Don't forget to check the computer. I think it's done loading by now!". I whispered back, "Ok, I'm on it!". I should also keep the clues about the Mastermind we've already found in mind. Zeke asked, "Why didn't you tell us about the key earlier?".
Rubble said, "I didn't want to risk the Mastermind finding out but since we're now investigating who they are. Figured now is a good time to test this key out on the locked doors.". Rainer then came in with eggs and bacon. We ate and then we split up to look for clues. After everyone but me, Rubble and Rainer left the dining room. Rubble said, "I'm gonna unlock those doors for everyone to investigate. Where should I meet up with you?". I said, "Meet me in the sauna.". He nodded and went for the staircase. Rainer said, "You want to check in on that too huh.". I said, "Yeah.". Rainer said, "Well let's check it together!". I nodded and we went to the sauna.
When we entered the sauna, we went straight for the locker that has the computer in it. When we took out the computer, it said, "Accessing All Files, 100%". Rainer said, "Looks like it's done loading!". I said, "Let's hope we find anything useful!". Then the screen showed us files and a link to a discord chat. Rainer said, "There's a link to a discord chat! I think that's a perfect file to start!". I said, "I agree!". We clicked the link and it brought us to a discord chat. The usernames of the members in the chat were Master_M001, and H34d_M4st3r. I said, "I think we should start with the earliest chats.". Rainer nodded. So then we strolled to the earliest conversations.
H34d_M4st3r said, "Good job in the first trial!". Master_M001 asked, "Thanks, I wasn't sure that there would be a murder at all! Where did you get those secrets?". H34d_M4st3r said, "I have my ways! And don't worry, the secret about you is fake!". Master_M001 said, "Perfect :)". H34d_M4st3r said, "Just continue pretending to be their friend! We don't want anything to get in the way of our mission!". Master_M001 said, "Don't worry! By the end of this, there'll only be despair and no hope!". Rainer said, "Master_M001 must be the Mastermind but who's H34d_M4st3r?". Rubble came in and asked, "I'm here! What did you guys find?". We told him about what we just read and he joined us on reading the rest.
We scrolled down to another conversation. H34d_M4st3r said, "Good job at the second trial!". Master_M001 said, "Thanks! I had no idea that the rockruff was in a past killing game!". H34d_M4st3r said, "Yeah, I remember how he used to act before he escaped and lost his best friend!". Master_M001 said, "Make sure to get the next motive ready! H34d_M4st3r said, "I'm so excited to enforce this motive!". Rubble said, "I think H34d_M4st3r is supposed to be Monokuma.". Rainer said, "Hmm, I just got an idea!". I asked, "What is it?". Rainer said, "Maybe there could be information about Rubble's attempted murderer?". I said, "Good idea!". I then strolled to find anything about the last case.
Then I found what I was looking for. Master_M001 said, "I'm gonna activate our remove the hope plan tonight!". H34d_M4st3r asked, "Perfect! You have an idea when would be a good chance to do it?". Master_M001 said, "Yes! I overheard the wizard talking to him about this plan. I'm gonna wait for them to do their thing and then do my thing!". H34d_M4st3r said, "Make sure to get rid of any evidence that'll point to someone else! We need to make it look like it was the sylveon!". Master_M001 said, "Don't worry! With my powers I can frame anyone that stands in our way!". H34d_M4st3r said, "Perfect! After the next execution there'll be no hope left!". Rubble said, "This is big information!". Rainer asked, "Does this mean what I think it means?". I said, "This might've made things more clearer!".
Truth Bullet: Discord Chats
Rainer said, "You two should check in on everyone else. I can look through the rest of the chat and the files.". I said, "Sounds good Rainer!". Me and Rubble left Rainer to continue investigating the computer. Me and Rubble went to the fourth floor, and went to the first locked room. Rubble said, "Here's the first room that I unlocked!". I asked, "Do you know what's in there?". He said, "I did take a peek inside.". Then I asked, "Before we go in, I wanna ask about something. What did you mean when you told Monokuma, 'Do you think that these actions would make you and your project look good'?". Rubble said, "Oh, well the answer to that question is in this room.", he then opened the door and went in.
I then followed him inside. The room had a big wall of monitors. In that same wall there was also a Monokuma door! A desk in the center of the room and smaller desks around it. There were also weird machines by some of the desks. There was also one of those old boxy TV's on a wooden platform. Ender was in the room. Ender was looking at the monitors. We walked up to him and I asked, "Hey Ender!". He said, "Oh hey guys!". Rubble said, "I'm guessing that you realized something about the monitors.". Ender said, "Yes, these monitors are connected to the surveillance cameras all over the school!". I said, "So this is the room that they've been enjoying the show from huh.". Rubble said, "That isn't the only purpose of the room though.". Ender asked, "What does that mean?". Rubble said, "Turn on that TV and find out for yourselves.".
When I turned the TV on it showed… us in the room?! Ender asked, "Is the TV connected to the camera in this room?". There was a camera in the room but I don't think that his theory is right. I said, "I don't think that's right Ender.". Ender asked, "What do you mean?". I said as I was looking around the TV, "This TV isn't hooked up to anything like the monitors.". Ender asked, "What?! Then how is it on?". I said, "The antenna is most likely the reason why this TV is working.". Rubble said, "Change the channel.". I asked, "Why?". Rubble said, "You'll see…". I did as he said and changed the channel but it just showed us again. I asked, "We're on another channel! R-Rubble what does this mean?". We heard Monokuma's voice say, "Looks like someone found a secret!". He then appeared right behind us.
He said, "Looks like you guys discovered the TV!". Ender demanded, "Don't goof around with us! What does this TV mean?!". Monokuma said, "The signal from broadcasting satellites connects to that TV!". I said, "W-Wait does that mean?!". Ender said, "You're broadcasting the killing game?!". Monokuma said, "Wow! You're smarter than others who've discovered this room in past games!". He's been broadcasting this game on multiple channels?! There's a chance that my pack has been watching the nightmare we've been going through this whole time! Monokuma said, "That's all the information that I'm giving you for now! See you at the trial!". He jumped and disappeared. Me and Ender were left speechless. I then turned to Rubble and asked, "I-Is this what you meant when you said that?". He nodded and said, "On day one I was told not to tell anyone, or I'll get executed.". I said, "This information is good to keep in mind.".
Truth Bullet: Killing Game being Broadcasted
I looked towards the Monokuma door on the wall of monitors. I asked, "Hey Ender, have you checked out what's in there?". Ender said, "No, that door is locked.". Rubble said, "Oh, it is?! Well looks like I got one more door to unlock.". He pulled out a key and walked towards the door. He used the key and unlocked the door. He opened the door and revealed a small room with a screen and a control panel. There was also a vent on the left corner of the room. The three of us walked in and looked around. Rubble went to the vent and looked at it like it was suspicious. Me and Ender went to the control panel. Why is there a control panel and what does it control?
Ender said, "Look at these buttons. They're labeled with names of each room in the school.". I said, "You're right! Library, dining room, the art room. They're all here.". Ender said, "Let's see what they do!". Before I could share my doubts on the idea, he pressed the button for the data processing room. Which is the room we were just in. All of a sudden I heard Monokuma appearing in the data processing room. I walked over to him and asked, "Monokuma? What are you doing back here?". Then I heard him say, "Blue! Can you hear me? This is Ender!". I was shocked. It wasn't Monokuma talking, it was Ender! I went back to him and he said, "I think this is the control panel for Monokuma.". Rubble looked surprised just like me. Rubble said, "So, this whole time Monokuma was being controlled by someone?!".
I said, "Wait, you didn't know?". Rubble said, "I've never discovered this before. Me and William used that room to find the Mastermind's secret tunnels. We never bothered to check this room out at all.". The three of us exited the room and went to Monokuma. I asked, "So if Monokuma is being controlled by someone. Where's the person who's been controlling him?". Right after I asked that, the Monokuma door suddenly slammed closed. I ran to the door and tried to open it. The door wasn't opening! Rubble said, "That jerk must have been hiding in that vent!". Monokuma suddenly said, "That room is no longer available to enter! If you somehow enter that room, you'll be punished!". He then disappeared. Ender said, "C'mon! That room could've helped us out!". I said, "At Least we got some big information from it!". Rubble said, "Let's check out the other room!".
Truth Bullet: Monokuma Control Room
I nodded and said, "Ok, later Ender!". He said, "Later guys!", and then me and Rubble left the room. We went to the fifth floor and towards the biology lab. As we were walking I asked, "Do you know why the bio lab is locked?". Rubble said, "Honestly I don't remember. I think that's either a memory I forgot on purpose or I never found out.". A memory forgot on purpose? If that's the case something really bad could be in there. We approached the door and I nervously opened the door. The room was freezing. There were glass cabinets on the left wall, and a small desk in the center of the room. Along the back wall there were 18 cabinet doors, 12 of them had blue lights on them. The rest had red lights. Kamek and Kenny were searching the room.
We entered and I asked, "Hey guys, have you found anything?". Kenny mumbled, "Uh yes we have.". Rubble asked, "Really? What did you find?". Kamek said, "We figured out why this room was locked. This room is being used as a morgue.". I said, "A-A morgue?! D-Does that mean?". Kamek said, "Yep, those doors with the blue light contain the dead bodies of the victims of this killing game. They're arranged in order of when they died.". Kenny mumbled, "That includes me. It's weird and uncomfortable that I'm in two of these.". I almost forgot that Kenny died twice. I asked, "Why did they turn the biology lab into a morgue?". Kamek said, "Probably so they had a place to store all of the bodies.". I looked towards Kenny and remembered his reaction from last night. There's more to Flame's case than what we discovered. And the one who knows everything about it is him. I need him to confess it to me.
Truth Bullet: Morgue
I asked Kamek, "Hey can we talk to Kenny in private real quick?". Kamek said, "Uh, sure.", and then he left the room. I then asked, "Hey Kenny, is it ok if we talk about Flame's death?". Rubble asked, "Why do you want to talk about that?". Kenny mumbled, "Yeah, Rubble revealed everything about what happened! What else is there to talk about?". I said, "Your motive. I would like to talk about your real reason on why you tried to kill Rainer?". Kenny mumbled, "I already said that I was affected by the motive too!". I said, "I don't believe that. I know you're lying.". Rubble asked, "How do you know for sure.". I said, "By the way, you've been acting recently. You've been acting weird, like you're hiding something.". Kenny mumbled, "Ok FINE! I should've guessed you were gonna find out!". I said, "Please tell us the truth.". Kenny mumbled, "(sigh) Before the morning of the fourth motive day. I was caught and knocked out by Monokuma…".
(POV: Third Person + Flashback): Kenny woke up and put his right hand on his head. He looked up and saw Monokuma and a shadowy figure standing in front of him. He looked around and saw a big wall of monitors on one wall and a Monokuma door on the other wall. Monokuma yelled, "HOW IN THE WORLD ARE YOU ALIVE!". The shadowy figure said, "Yeah, we watched your death happen! There's no way you faked it or could've survived!". Kenny got up and mumbled, "(sigh) I might as well tell you! I can't die!". Monokuma asked, "What do you mean?". Kenny mumbled, "Whenever I die, I respawn the next day. Believe me, I get killed almost everyday.". Monokuma said to the shadowy figure, "There's no way that he's telling the truth!". The shadowy figure said, "Actually I've researched about the town where he lives. Impossible stuff happens there all the time! So I believe him.".
Monokuma asked, "So if we can't kill him, then what do we do with him?". The shadowy figure said, "I have an idea.". They then turned to Kenny and said, "Ok Kenny we'll give you another chance to escape. All you have to do is to get away with murder!". Kenny mumbled, "What?! There's no way I'm doing that!". The shadowy figure said, "If you choose to refuse then your best friend, Eric Cartman and your family will face punishment!". Kenny mumbled, "What?! Please don't kill my family!" . Monokuma asked, "What about your best friend Eric Cartman?". Kenny said, "He isn't my best friend. I hate that guy.". The shadowy figure said, "Well if you want to protect your family then don't refuse my offer! And if you fail, you'll become our prisoner forever! Got it?". Kenny nodded. The shadowy figure said, "Perfect!". Then he evil laughed and Monokuma joined him.
(Blue's POV): Kenny sighed and continued, "That's the real truth about why I killed Flame.". I heard Rainer's voice say, "T-That's messed up!". We turned around to see Rainer at the entrance of the room. I asked, "R-Rainer, what are you doing here?". Rainer said, "I-I wanted to check in on you guys.". Kenny mumbled, "Question, why is knowing this is gonna help us with finding the Mastermind?". I said, "We have to find out other mysteries of this game too. So knowing the whole truth about each case is important.". Kamek came in and said, "Hey Kenny, I think that Zeke and Red Yoshi need help re-investigating the last case.". Kenny mumbled, "Ok.", and left the lab.
Truth Bullet: Kenny's Flashback
Rainer asked, "W-What is going on with the biology lab?". I nervously stood there and didn't say anything. Kamek said, "It's a morgue. All the victims' and killers' bodies are here.". Rainer said, "O-Oh.", then started to tear up. I said, "If you want Rainer we can talk in the hallway.". Rainer nodded and said, "Y-Yeah I'd like that…". We went into the hallway. Kamek asked, "Is the search going well?". I said, "Yeah, we've found out interesting secrets in these new rooms.". Rubble asked, "Hey Rainer did you find anything else on those files?". Rainer said, "The files go over every case and thoughts about all of us. Also it goes over their plan to 'get rid of the remaining hope'.". Kamek asked, "Can you tell us about the plan?".
Rainer said, "One of the first steps was to cause paranoia. The Mastermind went to a random dorm door and repeatedly banged on it.". Rubble said, "That explains the mysterious banging that I heard!". Kamek asked, "What are the next steps?". I said, "I think we should wait for the trial before we go over the rest of the steps.". Rubble said, "Yeah, it could clear up a lot of things about the case.". Kamek asked, "Is there anything else?". Rainer said, "Based on these files, the Mastermind most likely did most of his actions during nighttime when everyone else is sleeping.". I said, "So they're active at night. Good to know.". Rubble asked, "Was the Mastermind stupid enough to give away any hints to what they look like?". Rainer said, "No they didn't".
I said, "Thanks for the information Rainer. This will help a lot.". Rubble said, "I think we should check in one Zeke, Red Yoshi, and Kenny.". Kamek said, "That's a good idea. I'll continue to check out the morgue.". Rainer said, "I'll help him.". I said, "You don't have to-". Rainer said, "I know but I feel like I should.". I said, "Ok. C'mon Rubble let's go to the dojo.". Rubble nodded and we left the biology lab. Luckily the biology lab and the dojo are on the same floor. But right before we entered the dojo, Rubble said, "Hey before we continue I think we should keep in mind that all of the victims' bodies are in the morgue.". I asked, "You think that will help us?". Rubble said, "I have a feeling that knowing that could help us during the trial.". I said, "I trust you.".

When we entered the dojo, we saw Zeke talking to Kenny near where Rubble was found but Red Yoshi was nowhere to be found. We walked up to Zeke and Kenny and I said, "Hey Guys! How's the investigation going?". Zeke said, "I wish I can say good. Right now I was catching Kenny up with the last case.". Rubble asked, "Where's Red Yoshi?". Zeke said, "He said he was gonna search the other floors for clues.". I had an idea and asked, "Hey Zeke do you think that the spray would reveal the pawprints from the last case?". Zeke said, "There's a chance that it won't but we can try.". We went to where Rubble was found and sprayed the ground. Luckily it did reveal the pawprints and I went over to the bigger prints. I put my paw next to the print and it was the same size.
Zeke said, "Those prints are the same size as yours?!". I asked, "Can you see if my pawprint matches this one?". Zeke looked at my print and the other print. Zeke then said, "It's a match! B-But if you're innocent, then why does your pawprint match-". Rubble said, "We can address that later. For now this is useful information!". Then the ding dong bing bong sound came. Monokuma said, "IT'S TIME FOR THE FINAL CLASS TRIAL ! Please meet at the elevator! Once everyone is there, you can enter the elevator for the final time!".

Zeke asked, "It's time! You guys think we would be able to win?". I said, "Hopefully with all the information we have, all of the pieces will come together.". Kenny mumbled, "Hope you're right.". The four of us walked towards the staircase. When all 8 of us were at the elevator, it opened. Kamek said, "It's time to end this!". Zeke said, "Yeah. I can't wait to leave this place!". We entered the elevator and it went down. This is our big and last chance to escape! One of us is the Mastermind of this sick twisted game and we have to find out who it is! We have to do it for us and the 10 people we lost along the way! We can end this game once and for all! It's time to begin our final class trial!
