Chapter 25: Capture The Flag!
"Midoriya." Blue eyes similar looked at the green-haired boy. This man heard rumours of this boy, rumor said not only was this boy considered the fastest even
All Might has admitted the boy surpasses him in speed even in his prime. His physical strength was nothing to scoff either, but what really intrigued was the way people spoke of his flames.
"They rival my own, Huh? Midoriya, if you are anything like your father, I know you will bring out my son's flames." Endeavour said with a grin like Bakugou, but a was a bit less psychotic and more tamed.
Back with Izuku, who was being eyed like a cornered prey.
"Bring it on." Izuku thought as everyone looked at him.
"Now then, I will explain the rules of capturing the flag. The time limit is fifteen minutes. Each team is worth the total of its members' points, and the flag will have that number. Teams will try to steal each other's flags until time runs out and try to keep as many points as they can. Stolen flags must be placed in the team's designated area, so the more you steal, the harder it will be to manage them! And the most important thing is that even if your flag gets stolen, you're not out!" Midnight said as she explained the basic rules of capturing the flag.
"Which means..." Momo said.
"...since there are 43 people, there will be ten or twelve teams on the field the whole time?" Sato said as he finished Momo's thought.
"That's tough," Aoyama commented.
"One strategy could be to let someone take your flag first so you'll be more free," Mina added.
"It is hard to say without seeing how all the points end up getting split up, Mina." Tsuyu hummed.
"During the game, it will be a cruel fight where you can use your quirks. But it is still a capture of the flag. You will get a red card for attacks that could seriously injure someone! You will be removed immediately! Also, as long as your flag isn't planted in another area, your points won't change, but if your points aren't in your designated area by the time ends, your points don't count!" Midnight warned.
"Fuck!" Bakugo shouted.
"So it will be better to keep your flag in your area, and go out to steal others," Shishida concluded
"Now you have fifteen minutes to build your teams, but before that..." Midnight said, as she made a signal to Present Mic, who pressed on a red button, and as soon as he did the ground started to shake.
"W-What's happening?" Kirishima asked as the ground was shaking violently.
"The stands... they're moving, they're being pushed back," Itsuka remarked as she saw that they had more space now in the stadium.
Once, the stands were pushed back far enough, Midnight made another announcement. "Now, once you've chosen your team, you'll take your flag and choose your designated area, don't forget you have fifteen minutes. Now start!"

"The UA Sports Festival is more about simulating the competition they'll face as Heroes than seeing how prepared they are to be Heroes." Deatharms said as he smoked a cigarette while sitting down and enjoying his break. He and the other Pro Heroes who were assigned as security guards for the Sports Festival were currently watching the prestigious event from a monitor.
"Huh? What are you talking about?" The blonde Heroine, Mount Lady asked as she too was enjoying her break with her colleagues.
Deatharms blew out a puff of smoke before replying. "In a world crowded with Hero Agencies, in order to put food on the table, there are times when you have to kick down others in order to show your stuff. That was what the obstacle course race in the qualifier was about, right?"
Mount Lady covered her nose as she waved away the puff of smoke Deatharms blew out before she answered. "Doesn't that just pain your heart?"
"What? You little- You did that quite gleefully, remember?" The Wood Hero, Kamui Woods said as a tick mark formed on his head. He still remembered clearly the day that Mount Lady made her debut. She stole the spotlight right when he was about to finish off the Villain. She shamelessly took all of the credit for apprehending the Villain while the poor Wood Hero moped in sadness in the background.
"On the other hand, even if you're business rivals, there are many cases where you have to work together." Deatharms added as he also knew there were times when Pro Heroes had to cooperate with one another to take down a group of Villains.
Mount Lady widened her eyes in realization. "Oh, that's just like Capture the Flag! If you win, your teammates also win. You have to think about compatibility and other people's Quirks... It is a give-and-take situation..." She now clearly understood the purpose of the preliminary rounds of the Sports Festival. She had to admit, it was a very clever structure and design. She'd expect nothing less from the Number One Hero school in Japan.
"Coordinating with your sidekick and joint Quirk training with other agencies..." Kamui Woods muttered as he realized that was exactly what the freshman students of UA were doing now in the upcoming event.
"The kids are doing stuff now that will be their way of life after they become Pro Heroes," Deatharms replied.
Mount Lady sighed as she thought about what the young adolescents had to go through. "Man, they've got it rough."
"You said it! And let's not even talk about the guy who got first place. Midoriya, was it? He has it the worst out of all of them! Absolutely nobody would want to team up with somebody who has a huge ten-million-point target square on their head. Although, something tells me that this kid is going to face the challenge head-on." Kamui commented.
"Oh, you want to bet and see if he'll advance to the next round." Mount Lady replied to Kamui's comment, with a smirk.
"Ha, I'll bet on 5000 yen that he'll win the whole Sports Festival," Kamui replied.
"Alright, and I'll bet on Endeavor's son." Mount Lady exclaimed. "What about you Deatharms?" She asked.
"Hmm, I think it's too early to decide, but if I had to, I'd bet on Endeavour's son too." He replied.
"Fine, no problem, more money for me then!" Kamui said.

"Now I've got 15 minutes to make a team, with the Omnitrix I'm practically compatible with anyone but..." Izuku looked around to see everyone was avoiding him and isolating him.
"Everyone is avoiding me because of my points!" Izuku thought with as most people were going to the others who placed in the top 5 in the race particularly Iida everyone seeing that speed made him flame to the moth.
"Iida you're definitely your going to need me!" Sato said
"With that speed, we can steal everyone's points without them noticing!" Hagakure said
Midoriya could only groan in envy."Oh, man, I'm screwed."
What didn't notice was a certain earphone girl standing behind him as she yawned. "So who do you think will join us?
Midoriya widened before his eyes went to the earphone girl."J-Jirou!? What are you doing here?!"
"What? Did you actually think I would leave you alone did you?" Kyouka asked as she crossed her arms.
Izuku looked taken aback by the question before rubbing the back of his neck."W-Well, I wouldn't blame you if you did. You'd have a better opportunity with someone who didn't have so many points, oh and also Todoroki and Bakugou will probably be targeting me during the game. If you you're with me, you'll be a target as well and-"
He was cut off as the girl punched his chest, and gave a smirk."And why the hell should I care about that? Bakugou and Todoroki can get some, look I'm joining you whether you like it or not."
Tears began to trickle from the corner of his eyes, Jirou knowing what was about to come panicked."Oh, no green, you're going to get me..."
He then let the waterfall of tears. The girl tried to shield herself before she gave a relented sigh."...All wet."
He wiped his tears."Alright, we can have 5 people so we can get three more people."
She nodded before she pointed at Ashido and Uraraka.
Izuku walked nervously to Mina and Uraraka he knew they were on friendly terms.
"M-Mina, Uraraka... I-I uhm..." Izuku stuttered nervously. " D-Do you wanna... I-I mean could you be on my team?"
"Sorry Midori." Came the immediate response of Ashido, the boy widened in shock before the girl put a hand on his shoulder.
"Maybe I would've joined your team if you had a lower point value but everyone's gunning it for you." This made the boy look down but he looked hopefully at Uraraka but then...
"Uraraka." Came the monotone voice of Todoroki as he walked up to them with Iida and Tokoyami.
"Sorry, Dekiru.." Izuku widened in horror before the girl gave her explanation,
"Remember in the entrance exam?" She asked to which the boy gave a confused look." You said you would like to work with me but you felt you couldn't stand by me, and honestly, I think I was trying to rely on you back then. So like you, I want to get passed these trials without you!"
The declaration but Iida to tears again. "So noble."
She bowed, at a 90-degree angle almost like Iida. To which the boy accepted and gave a nod, before slumping in rejection. He suddenly felt two soft lips press against his cheek,
"Good luck Midori," Ashido said with her face lilac before she left to find some teammates, Uraraka then kissed his other cheek before leaving with her team, the boy was stunned two girls just kissed him... The boy's face was warm as he blushed.
"I..." He suddenly felt a poke in his shoulder he turned to see Kendo.
"Let's team up." Kendo and Pony said in unison.
The boy had tears forming before like a waterfall they shot from his eyes showering the girl in his tears. "K-Kendo, P-Pony a-are y-you s-sure you want to join m-me a-and my stupid points!"
"Well, we don't usually team up since we're in different classes, so I thought this would be a great opportunity, plus we were friends, and that's what friends are for," Kendo said as the boy continued to cry, she wondered if he had a tear quirk but she has seen him transform into 12 feet tall four armed behemoth so it wasn't in the realm of possibility.
"Plus, you always seem to get out of everything, and you always win. Joining is basically a guarantee!"Pony said with a fist in the air.
Midoriya chuckled. "I think you're overestimating me."
"Okay, so that's four of us, so..." Kyouka said before she was cutting off as footsteps approached them
"Excuse me?" Momo said, getting their four's attention.
"Midoriya, please allow me to join your team." Momo asked the greenates, surprised the girl was overly cautious in his opinion, "I thought she would join a team that would guarantee victory, not the team with the biggest target."
"Yaoyorzu a-are you sure? I thought you would be with someone like Todoroki, not the biggest target. Everyone will be coming after me." Izuku pointed out.
"Yes, I am sure of my decision, and I have a solid plan." The girl said with confidence, to which the boy just nodded.
"Midoriya, if you will have me? I think no, I know we can do this." She said with a nervous tone but clearly with some confidence.
Midoriya nodded. "Thank you. And with your brain, I know we can win!"
" Yeah, we can totally win this!" Pony said with a smile." Having our big sis will sure win!"
Midoriya just smiled before he cracked his knuckles." So Yaoyorozu, what's your plan?"
"Well, everyone's coming for you. You're top placement even without the million points. Everyone's coming after you, so we give them what they want." Yaoyorozu said, which made everyone raise an eyebrow.

Shinso was about to go over and control someone when he felt a hand on his shoulder. He turned to Monoma, who was with, Billy Billions, Kamakiri.
" We have a proposal for you. "Monoma said.

"I chose you four for a couple of reasons, actually." Todoroki said." Iida, your speed will allow us to steal points and bring them to our area. Tokoyami, you will be defence and offence perfect for protecting our flag. Uraraka was aiming for the top, I chose you because Midoriya may make this an aerial battle."
To which everyone nodded. And realized if Midoriya chose to make a battle in the air, he would have a massive advantage.
"If Midoriya decides to make a battle in the sky, no one will be able to catch him or fight him. Besides Bakugou, no one can compete with Midoriya in the air." Iida concluded.
"Exactly, not only will he be able to take points, but no one has flight abilities, at least not to the extent Midoriya does," Tokoyami said
Uraraka nodded. "So you want me to make you float so you can take Dekiru in the air?" She asked.
"That and since with Iida's speed, we can immobilize people, and I can freeze them, and we'll be able to take their points fairly easily."
"But if you float in the air, you won't exactly have a staple footing."
"And that's where I came in!" A girl with pink hair said as she pulled out a suitcase.
"Just one final thing in battle I never use my flames," Todoroki said, which made everyone send chills down their spine.

"ALL RIGHT, YOU MADE YOUR TEAMS? I'M NOT GONNA ASK IF YOU'RE READY OR NOT! NOW, LET'S GO! COUNTING DOWN TO THE BRUTAL BATTLE ROYAL! THREE..."
"We're aiming for..." Bakugo said as he cracked his knuckles.

"START!" Midnight yelled.
And as soon as the second event began, teams all rushed brandishing their quirks and were all rushing towards the 10 million team.
"It's basically a battle for the 10 million points!" Tetsutetsu yelled.
However, they stood rolling his shoulders as the teams were rushing forward, Midoriya didn't look perturbed he cracked his knuckles. He activated the omnitrix and began turning the dial he stopped smirked and sent his other hand down slamming the dial with a burst of green light as the audience looked in anticipation everyone's jaw dropped as what stood was a crystal man, his crystal glistening.
He cracked his neck before he slammed his fist to the ground nothing happened for a second before a rumbling was felt causing the students to stop in their tracks, as giant crystals ripped through the ground they, some students were sent a few steps back, the crystals surrounded the entire area.
Diamondhead removed his fist from the ground. Looking at his handy work, Kyouka walked up to the crystal man and whistled. "Now that's impressive," Jirou said, patting the alien on his back.
"Are you sure they won't be able to break through?" Momo asked.
"AND MIDORIYA SHOW'S AN UNBELIVABLE OF POWER! CEMENTO'S IS NOT GOING TO BE TOO HAPPY THOSE THINGS ARE PRACTICALLY INDESTRUBILE!!"
Bakugou, with anger, only scoffed before he sent a furry of explosions. He repeatedly blasted the crystals standing between him and his undefinable win. "DEKU, I WILL BEAT YOU!!" He blasted relentlessly. His arms began to strain. Everyone watched as he blasted before he blasted backward, giving a cocky smirk and breathing heavily.
"Ha! Useless Deku." He said, wiping the sweat as the smoke cleared. The crystals were not only intact but didn't even have a scratch. The smirk on his face was previously gone.
"Whoa, no way," Tsubaraba said.
"Not even a scratch," Kirishima said before grinning.
Tetsutetsu and Kirishima cocked their back as they smirked."Indestructible, huh? Please."
"Yeah, let's break these crystals!" They said in unison.
They both covered their arms in the respective materials before they sent a twin punch they both winded and winced in pain they looked at their knuckles were cracked, they tried to break the crystal but ended up breaking the knuckles in the process.
Bakugou growled in anger." Raccoon eyes! Melt this thing now!"
"It's Mina Ashido, you asshole!" The girl walked up before she pressed her hands on the crystals, she sent out the most prominent acid, and they heard sailing instead she winced in pain as she pulled her arms back, and her hands were burned.
Diamondhead knocked at the crystal. "Does that answer your question?"
Everyone saw the crystals suffered no damage. To Bakugou's anger."I thought you melt stuff if you can't even do that, right!? What good for!!"
The girl bit back." You couldn't get through it either! If I'm so useless, what the hell does that make you!"
Bakugou didn't have a response, only growl in anger, as he looked at the crystals.
"C'mon Midobro, this isn't manly at all," Kirishima shouted.
"Yeah, show your manliness and come out and fight!!" Tetsutetsu shouted.
"Were not men!" Kyouka shouted back.
Both boys almost forgot their entire team. Well, almost their entire team consisted of girls.
"And shouldn't you be showing your 'manliness' by breaking through!?" Kendo yelled back.
"You'll never get any if you complain about the situation," Momo said
"Yeah, stop complaining and deal with it!" Pony shouted.
Kirishima and Tetsutetsu both cried manly tears in shame."They are right." They both said.
"We're totally being so unmanly," Kirishima said.
"They are more manly than the both of us!" Tetsutetsu said.
The four girls sweatdropped and deadpanned.
Diamondhead wanted to protest, but there were more girls on the team, so he felt he couldn't say.
"I got this." The voice of Juzo Honenuki came, and the group inside went to action, and they could see the familiar green flash.
The crystals began to soften giving, and Shishida immediately charged in only to be held back by Kendo."Midoriya GO!"
Bakugou seeing a way through was about to explode inside when two familiar white soles firmly on his face kicking him backwards Bakugou rolled to the ground from the surprised attack Midoriya crackled with One For All leapt outside using Bakugou's face as a springboard leapt onto the top of the crystals in his left hand was 10 Million points.
"You want this flag?" He said, twirling the flag like a bow staff, before jamming into a crack within the crystals that Midoriya had constructed by mistake.
He activated the Omnitrix he spun the dial, and slammed it down in a burst of green. A familiar blue arachnid chimp stood in place.
"You're going to have to take it from me."
"Midoriya, do you really think you can take us all on?" Kirishima asked as he hardened his arm. Bakugou had explosions crackling.
"The real question." Emerald electricity exploded from him crackling as a mini Shockwave erupted, kicking up dust. Some had to cover their eyes.
"Can all of you take me?" He said before webbing the flag and tying up the flag on the pole before making
He said as he launched himself at everyone. He slammed Kirishima to the ground before backflipping over him, sending a punch to the charging Shishida, sending the beast man flying back.
He took a moment to internally groan at what he just said."Can't believe Pony, you convinced me to say that! It made me sound like such an..."
He sensed told to leap into the air as the ground turned to mud like he webbed Juzo's face before using the web string to pull him into the mud-like substance. To which Spidermonkey felt extremely guilty about.

Mina noticed Bakugou's predicament and could only grin before walking up to him. "Someone had to put on a leash."
Spidermonkey couldn't help but chuckle," With my sense, I'm doing pretty good." He suddenly felt arms wrap behind him. Spidermonkey was shocked. He previously he could dodge everyone, but now someone managed to grab him from behind.
"I've got you!" The familiar voice of the invisible girl.
"H-Hagakure?! How could I not sense you?" He asked to which the invisible girl raised an eyebrow before he sensed an incoming Sato. The boy shook his head and planted two kicks, sending Sato flying back!
He backflipped and slammed Hagakure into their ground, and her arms let him go as she let out a groan in pain.
"Sorry," Spidermonkey said. The girl could chuckle."Only you would apologize to the person who was trying to steal your points."
He then sensed an incoming Mina Ashido, particularly her acid, not the girl herself however when the girl threw a punch or a kick, he didn't sense any of her attacks.
Spidermonkey twirled in the air before he shot out a few webs, webbing her to the ground she quickly burned through her webs. She then thought of how to get a clean hit in...
"Wow, Midori, this isn't exactly how I imagined you shooting white sticky stuff on me." She said, the boy froze.
Kyouka, with her super hearing, heard it. Everyone throughout the entire commotion and cheers of the audience didn't hear the pink girl. Kyouka blushed."Uh-oh."
Spidermonkey was previously calm, and his movements were elegant, but now he stumbled, the girl sprinted and gave him in an uppercut before a kick was planted to his midsection. Before she grabbed the flag that was stuck to his back.
Spidermonkey kicked her away before backflipping away.
"That was a dirty move, Ashido." Kyouka said."But that's one way to get Midoriya to lower his guard."
"WHOA ASHIDO FINALLY GOT HIT IN ON MIDORIYA!! NOBODY HAS BEEN ABLE TO GET A HIT ON HIM SINCE THE MATCH BEGAN WHAT THE HELL MADE HIM LOSE HE'S COOL LIKE THAT!?"
Aizawa groaned and had a twitching eye. "From past experiences, I think I may have a pretty good idea."
Kendo and Pony looked at Yaoyorozu and Jirou, who both looked disappointed in their green-haired friend. Who knew how easily flustered he could become? It didn't often happen in training, but Ashido always seemed to know exactly how to get him flustered to lower his guard.
"Geez, Midoriya," Kyouka said.
"Honestly, Ashido," Momo said.
The vines previously holding Bakugou relented and released the blonde, Bakugou exploding towards Spidermonkey he then sensed something he quickly looked around to see a charging Shoji, his sense alerted him to a purple sphere on the ground he looked around before his sense pointed to Shoji.
"Shoji?! I-Is Mineta with you?" He asked as a purple sphere flew across the battle, which he quickly dodged before a tongue him by surprise moved to the side before sticking to a tree. "Tsu?"
He looked around seeing everyone was charging towards him, he dodged scales coming Rin he landed in the centre, Spidermonkey sent a web string towards Kirishima and pulled him in.
" Sorry Kirishima, I'll buy you lunch." He said his voice clearly saying he was very apologetic. Kirishima quickly realized as he widened in horror.
"Wait, you're not gonna..."
"Please hardened." He said simply before he felt a rush of wind, Kirishima hardened as he was slammed against student after student sending them flying back. His spinning Kirishima around, with his super strength spinning around Kirishima, was like spinning around a yoyo, a hardened human male yoyo.
"MIDORIYA IS USING HE'S CLASSMATE AS WEAPON!! I KNOW I SAID HE WAS A SHIELD AND SPEAR BUT THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!"
He proceeded to throw him into Bakugou, Kirishima looked extremely dizzy as he swirls in his eyes. "Uncool Midoriya uncool!" He said before puking.
"Sorry, Kirishima! I promise to buy you anything after this!"
Kirishima gave a thumbs up, showing no hard feelings. He then began getting surrounded he smirked when he heard.
"Midoriya!" Kyouka shouted before tossing a pair of headphones. "Catch!"
The arachnid chimp caught them and quickly put them on. Jirou, with familiar boots made by Yaoyorozu, plugged them in and blasted a sound wave to the entire area. Everyone had to cover their ears.
"H-How the hell d-did she get those!" Mina asked, covering her ears before remembering they basically had a 3d printer who was also freaking genius. "Dammit!"
Two horns began to fly over the crystals. Spidermonkey shot a web onto the horn as he was pulled away, and the horns were shot off away from the designated area. "Buh bye!" He waved to everyone.
"He's getting away!"
"Quick follow him!"

"Shit, he's getting away," Kirishima said as he watched Spidermonkey riding on Ponys tail."So what's the game plan, Bakugou?"
"Isn't obvious? We're still going after him, Deku!" Bakugou grumbled.
"Why? He already just spanked you. Maybe we should go after the others and take their points." She said she never really understood why he was always so focused on Izuku. Why was so mean to him?
"Yeah, I mean it'd be easier to take on the others instead of Midoriya's team. And I wanna get to the third round so I can have my fist with Midobro." Kirishima said, seeing the logic in Ashido.
"NO! I'm going after Deku you two can do whatever the fuck, I'm going to take fucking Deku's points and everyone will see that he's worthless, useless he is and he can be a the fucking bottom where he belongs!" Bakugou yelled, which gave the nearby Hagakure a scowl, Jirou resisted the urge to go over there and slug the blonde.
"If he's such a worthless, useless person, the hell does make you," Mina said
"Huh?" Bakugou responded, looking at the pink girl with black eyes.
"You consider him to be the bottom, useless worthless, not only did he save your ungrateful ass at the USJ, not only did he beat what like... I don't know at this point I think I lost count at some point. If someone like that in your eyes is worthless and useless, what the hell does that make you?" She said, she honestly didn't want her feelings for the greenate to interfere, but Kirishima convinced him to join him.
Bakugou was stunned he blinked before a scowl on his face appeared he gave an. "Tch." As he exploded away in the direction of Deku.
"Huh? Look at that. I managed to finally shut him up." Mina said.
"Yeah, that was awesome! We should still follow him."
"What?! Why?" Mina asked with a pleading look.
"Look, Midoriya is going somewhere far on the way we can still some points, your fast you can bring them back! Bakugou is not going to stop, but regardless, he is still a pretty good fighter."
Ashido groaned before she followed Kirishima to wherever Bakugou was going.

Damn, that kid Midoriya is really good. He was able to keep the ten million points for half of the match. At this rate, he really might get to the next round." Deatharms said as he was amazed by Izuku's power and strategies.
"See I told you, looks like I'm going to go back home with my pockets full," Kamui replied with a smirk.
"Oh, it's too early to say that." Mount Lady replied.

"NOW, LET'S TAKE A LOOK AT EACH TEAM'S POINTS! HERE ARE THE CURRENT RANKINGS UP ON THE SCREEN!" Present Mic pointed out, as the results were shown on the stadium's big screen. "HMM, IT SEEMS LIKE OTHER THAN MIDORIYA, CLASS-A ISN'T DOING SO WELL. IN FACT, MORE THAN HALF OF CLASS-A AREN'T DOING SO WELL! AND BAKUGO'S TEAM... THEY HAVE 0 POINTS!" Present Mic said with visible shock as he analyzed the scores, which made Bakugo go back to check on his team.
"Class A is too simple-minded," Monoma said as he grabbed team Bakugo's flag, while Kaminari and Sero had blank expressions.
"Ugh," Billy said disgusted at the mere presence of Bakugou.
Testutestu glared at them."You're the bastards that forced us into a team."
"Such Trickery cannot be condoned," Ibara said
An unfamiliar voice came from them."Yes, we are are you going to do about it!?" A purple-haired kid charged at them Tetsutetsu gave him a right hook before Ibara wrapped him in her vines.
"We're going to kick your ass!"
"Yes, we will not allow--"
Both their expressions went blank, Ibara released, and the purple-haired kid, Bakugou glared at them. Seeing his two teammates under mind control.
"Don't hit the purple-haired kid or touch him that's how he gets you," Bakugou warned his teammates.
There was a silent agreement between the other group.
"Shinso sorry they seem to have uncovered your quirk," Monoma said in anger.
"Ha! The way you charged into metal ass was pretty stupid it was almost like you were begging him to hit you!" Bakugou said.
"He's quirk works by physical contact, huh? "Kirishima summed up.
Since Midnight said it was the first game, it wouldn't make sense for them to cut a ton of people in the qualifier, right? Assuming they'd keep about forty people for the next stage, we just made sure we stayed within that number as we ran, observing from the back the Quirks of those who would be our rivals. There's no point in being obsessive over winning in the prelims, right? We were hoping to get more clues on Midoriya's forms Kendo was very adamant not giving out the information." Monoma explained his Class' strategy.
"You did this as a class?" Bakugo asked.
"Well, it wasn't a consensus but it was a good idea, right? Now excuse me because I'm done playing with small fries like you, now it's time to face Midoriya we have a contingency for him!" Monoma exclaimed, as Bakugo grew God only knows how many tick marks on his forehead.
Billy just chuckled.
"Kirishima... Racoon Eyes... change of plan... Before we get shitty Deku, let's kill all these guys!" Bakugo said as he looked like he was being possessed by the devil.
"Before you do you might want your classmates back." Shinso said."Blonde kid, tape dude attack!"
Kaminari charged before he released a massive pulse of electricity shocking the the group, The other team wee protected by Billy who had some material protecting them.
Bakugou wanted but the shock was severe, however, Kirishima walked towards persevere through the shock s he screamed in pain as he walked toward Kaminari cooking his fist back before punching him backwards sending him stumbling to the ground.
"Uh.. what happened?" Kaminari asked.
"Y-Yeah," Sero said as the shock from Kaminari released him.
Bakugou looked around to see the other group had escaped to who knows where.
"DAMMNIT!!! RACCOON EYES! TAPE ARMS! WEIRD HAIR! PIKACHU, YOU GUYS GET OTHER POINTS! AND BRING THEM BACK TO HOME BASE! I'M GOING TO GET OUR FLAG BACK!" He said, screaming in rage.
Spidermonkey was safely in the air on Pony's horns, he saw the interaction and he managed to pick up some of the things they had said."So that's why they were on a team."
He looked at the board, looking at the team, Tetsutetsu which consisted of Ojiro, Tetsutetsu, Aoyama and Ibara. They don't interact often, well Aoyama doesn't interact without anyone so it was a surprise when they formed a team.
His danger sense alerted he took a spider's pose he looked around, a flock of birds began to surround the entire area, blocking his vision he made a web string hanging himself upside down, he looked to see Koda, his danger sensed then alerted him to someone behind that can't be right no one can reach up here.
"Midoriya." Came the monotone voice of Todoroki as his senses went haywire as he released a massive ice storm directed at Midoriya the birds immediately scattered, freezing the horns, Spidermonkey then sensed something from behind, a dark claw from behind it swiped at him sending him down, crashing to the ground in a huge dust cloud Spidermonkey coughed before getting back up.
"You forgot all bout me Midoriya?" Todoroki asked as he floated back down landing.
AND NOW IT'S TODOROKI'S TEAM TURN TO TRY TO STEAL THE TEN MILLION POINTS. I WONDER WHO'LL WEAR THE TEN MILLION POINTS IN THE END?! THE SON OF THE NUMBER 2 HERO, OR MIDORIYA THE POWERHOUSE!" Present Mic announced as the crowd cheered.
"I'll be taking that now," Todoroki exclaimed.
Spidermonkey let out a few coughs. "I knew you would come after me."
"Is he ready?" Todoroki asked.
"Almost." Uraraka said as she touched Iida's shoes and clothes to make him lighter the same way she did to herself in the quirk assessment test."And done."
Danger sensed blarred to life as Iida in a literal blur blasted towards Midoriya, allowing Danger sense, Spidermonkey cocked his fist back as Iida came close to everyone's surprise he was punched straight in his midsection sending the speedster flying back.
It was a shock for everyone for the sudden blur Iida was to be stopped in his tracks moving at high speeds and sent flying back. Todoroki squinted his eyes at the arachnid chimp."Uraraka."
"Huh? Yeah?"
"Does Midoriya have a sixth sense?" Todoroki asked to the girl's confusion.
"Uh, not that I'm aware of," Uraraka said.
"No way he could've predicted and reacted to Iida with instincts alone," Todoroki said before letting out a cold breath. "Iida, Uraraka grab points from the other teams it's difficult for me to use my quirk with people around."
Danger sense went off as he looked at Todoroki he turned back to Midoriya and quickly scrolled through his aliens stopping at an alien, "I knew it." Before he released a massive ice attack straight towards Midoriya, who slammed down on the dial.
"SWAMPFIRE!!" Two flames exploded in his hands."8% One For All!" He blasted a torrent of flames that swirled into one flame wave of heat! towards the incoming cold attack, the two forces of nature collided exploding in the centre a hurricane of power wind exploded ripping through the ground, incoming teams were sent flying back crashing into the nearby trees!! The wind pressure could be felt by the audience.

"W-Whoa!" A pro hero said looking at the massive crater and steam on the battlefield.
"These kids are monsters!" Another said
"HOLY SHIT ERASERHEAD WHAT THE HELL IS UP WITH YOUR STUDENTS!?"
"This is just a preview of what is to come if they both make it to the finals," Aizawa responded
The pros all gulped in excitement and a little fear before they exploded into roars of excitement!

The steam covered the entire area, Swamp fire was coughing before he was wrapped around in vines, and he looked at Ibara Shiozaki. "Please relent your points Midoriya." As she tightened her vines. "And thank you."
"'Thank you'? For what?" Swampfire asked in confusion.
"You and Todoroki's attack released my mind from that fowl Monoma and his team." She said as vines tightened harder on the alien.
"Oh."
Swampfire then focused on his predicament.
"I could break through but I could seriously damage her hair... but I wonder."
He looked at the vines and began to tell them to let him go, the vines loosened to Ibara's shock.
Ibara felt her not obeying her she forced her will onto her plants but Swampfire didn't relent a few seconds of this mental tug of war, the vines released Swampfire the girl looked shocked her eyes widened.
The vines saw the attention on her and began to coil around her, she tried to struggle but soon enough she was tied up in her own vines.
"He... beat me with my own vines," Ibara said shocked, her eyes widening as she was tied up in her own vines. Vines that she had complete control over for years but now.
Swamfire ran to the other side as she was retreating from of Swampfire after a few moments, her hair obeyed her and let her go. She collapsed to the ground.
She took a deep breath, clasped her hands together prayed before standing back up and going after points. "Izuku Midoriya..." She thought as she began alongside her team.
Swampfire then felt his head warn him of another attack coming from Todoroki, and he moved to the side to dodge the attack.
"Todoroki." He raised his hand as some of class B were behind Todoroki ready to attack.
"Lacquered Chain Prison!!" He shouted as green vines erupted from his forearm wrapping Todoroki and other class B students in vines.

"Hey, that is using my move!" Kamui Woods shouted in glee. "That's it double or nothing that this kid takes this whole festival!!"
"HA! More money for me!!" Mt. Lady shouted in excitement."If you're so sure triple or nothing!"
"Bet!"
Death's arms could only sweatdrop seeing the two.
...
"LOOK AT THAT MIDORIYA USING ANOTHER PRO'S MOVE! IS THAT EVEN LEGAL?! NO, SERIOUSLY WE DON'T WANT TO GET SUED."
"We're fine," Aizawa said.
Todoroki wrapped in his vines as others struggled. "Midoriya." The air grew cold, he froze their vines before easily breaking through.
"Plants and ice don't make a very good combo." He said letting out a cold breath before he pulled his arm students were still wrapped before breaking through.
"Yeah I didn't really think that--"
He sensed went haywire feeling the sharp pain in his head, he looked up to see Billy Billions on some form jet pack he landed before letting out a powerful shockwave from the gloves he was wearing ripping the ground apart and sending everyone back.
"AND THAT'S BILLY BILLIONS A QUIRKLESS GENIUS!! HE'S MADE THIS FAR USING OLD FASHION BRAIN POWER!!"

"Whoa, he's quirkless?"
"Wait Billy Billions!? Like the billionaire?"
Aizawa looked at the files of Billy Billions and he was puzzled. "This kid has no intention of being a hero, he didn't even bother applying to the hero course."
"Huh? Wait really?" Present mic said.
"Hmm. And from his personality, I doubt he would even want and how he talks about class 1-A particularly Midoriya I'm sure he wouldn't want to be in their class or any class for that matter."
"Then why the hell is he trying so hard?"
Aizawa shrugged and put the papers away.

Swampfire was sent flying back he coughed a bit before he felt a hand on his shoulder he slapped it away seeing it was Monoma, this confused Swampfire, Monoma had repeatedly tried to copy his quirk when he would offer a handshake or pat his back but he always had scowl later, but now he was smiling.
"You know I made a new friend Midoriya his name is Shinso."
"Why should I care?"
"You see he's in the general course, quirks that aren't flashy or scream hero but he knows a lot about their quirks.
Swampfire's body began to feel sluggish, heavy and tired."Uh-oh."
"He has a friend, Akira's quirk makes a person tired and saps all their energy, your transformations require to have some stamina correct," Monoma asked
Swampfire didn't answer as the Omnitrix began to beep. Within a burst of green flash, he returned back to normal, as he fell onto one knee breathing heavily, trying his best to keep his eyes open.
Soon the other teams looked hungrily at the worn-out, tired Midoriya the 10 million points still on his back. Monoma went for the grab when his hand was slapped away.
"MIDORIYA CAN BARELY STAND! THE TEAMS ARE SURROUNDING MIDORIYA!! IS THIS THE END?!"
Bakugou exploding his way could only scowl. "If I know want thing..."
"When you put Midoriya into a corner..." Iida thought as he had a few flags in his hand.
"That's when he will show his true strength." Todoroki finished.
Teams were charging at him, Midoriya closed his eyes and aimed a finger at everyone in front of him, he placed his hand in a flicking motion. Everyone looked in confusion as the next words made Todoroki stop in his tracks.
"100%," He said before he's finger glowed and he flicked, Todoroki's left side lit up as he could feel the immense power approaching.
Then suddenly a hurricane of force blasted everyone back sending them crashing, a sonic boom was created the wind pressure ripped through the ground, everyone tried to shield themselves but it was hopeless, Todoroki created a reinforced shield ice wall but was quickly shattered, Tetsutetsu hardened but found he was also sent flying back.
Yaoyorzu, Kendo, and Jirou could feel the wind pressure from where they were."So that's Midoriya's full power..."
"From just a flick..." Kendo said shocked.
"Incredible!" Momo exclaimed
The audience just watched a student, from a flick blast everyone back.
"UNBELIEVABLE! FOLKS WHAT THE HELL IS THIS POWER!! ERASER WHAT THE HECK DID MIDORIYA JUST DO? HE... HE WAS ABLE TO KNOCK EVERYONE WITH A FLICK!" Present Mic exclaimed with visible confusion and shock in his voice.
Aizawa then looked at Izuku. "Normally when he uses his full strength, he tends to have major backlash rendering pretty much useless, but from what I'm seeing, he was able to use 100% without leaving himself useless."
Todoroki looked at Midoriya and coughed a bit. "What the hell is this power?"
"He's been holding that much power back?! This guy's a monster!!"
They looked at Midoriya who had One For All crackling around him he twirled his staff of the 10 million points. "C'
" Pony! Midoriya is going to need our help!! " Kendo shouted. Pony nodded
"I'll go. You guys stay here." Kyouka said before she got on her horn, she gulped in fear. "Please be gentle."
"You'll be fine." Pony shot her horn forward, as Kyouka held on for dear life.
Midoriya was still very fatigued the quirk Monoma had copied made him extremely exhausted he was trying his best not to pass out.
He then heard explosions, he groaned knowing it was Bakugou who landed, Monoma growled in anger. "Shouldn't you be getting points?"
Bakugou smirked before he gestured to the point values, Bakugou was now sitting in third place. "That grasshopper guy was difficult but I gotta our flags back." He said as he was clearly cut up and bleeding a lot.
Billy groaned. "None of you can do anything right!" Everyone just rolled their eyes.
Shishida taking this opportunity he charged forward to Midoriya, he dodged before kicking him in the face, he backflipped over him standing in front of him as Todoroki sent an ice attack Midoriya dodged it and it froze Shishida, he sensed Bakugou's incoming he maneuvered over him before he suddenly Sero appeared above him.
"Sero..?"
"You don't look so good Midoriya," Sero said seeing the boy was on the verge of passing out, he grabbed the 10 million points and smacked Sero crossed the face before grabbing his shirt and sent him to Bakugou who dodged, as he was also on the verge of passing out.
Midoriya landed before he's feet freeze were in cased in ice, the teams were slowly surrounded him, but Midoriya refused to relent he twirled them around. "You are not taking this from me."
"Will see about that!" They all shouted.
"Leave him alone!" The voice of Kyouka Jirou shouted before she leapt off the horns plugged into her boots. "Green now!"
Midoriya quickly placed the headphones that had been around his neck, as she released a powerful sonic blast everyone had to cover their ears in pain. She landed in front of the clearly exhausted boy her eyes fell onto his finger.
"Green your finger is..."
"Broken I know!"He said.
" Why would.. "Realization hit her." You said it had a major backlash but this... "
" Don't worry I kinda got used to it. "
"That's not a good thing! "The girl exclaimed in horror. Midoriya then felt the stinging pain, he pulled Kyouka away from Iida who flew by.
"So todoroki's right you do have a sixth sense," Iida said
He then heard. "Release."
Uraraka dropped from above, she grabbed the 10 Million flag Iida seeing Ochako grabbed the points and ran at full speed leaped and grabbed her.
"THEY GRABBED THE TEN MILLION POINTS!! WITH A MINUTE LEFT CAN THEY REALLY WIN!? WILL MIDORIYA TEAM END UP IN LAST PLACE?!"

"Told you he wouldn't make it to the third round," Naomi said
Yubi just groaned in annoyance. Ishida could only smile in satisfaction.
...
"No! Our points!!" Midoriya exclaimed as he had One For All crackling around him. He bolted after them, running at full speed.
"Midoriya wait!" Kyouka exclaimed.
The boy didn't hear the girl as he made his way to the Todoroki area, Iida quickly planted the flag in the area. "We will defend this flag with our very lives!!" Iida exclaimed.
"THREE!" Present Mic yelled.
Midoriya made it to the area, he was tired exhausted and on his last leg.
"Sorry, Dekiru," Uraraka said.
"TWO!" The crowd yelled.
"On-" All Might was about to say when he heard a loud boom, with a gust of winds being produced, before something or someone crashed into a wall.
"ZERO!" Present Mic announced, but there was a moment of silence
"And times up!!" Present Mic exclaimed
Midoriya collapsed to the ground, exhausted and breathing heavily.
"I'm sorry Dekiru."
"It's fine you both did your best. In the third around." Izuku said before standing back up and giving a strained smile.
...
"I expect my money." Mt. Lady said.
"Ugh, whatever." He said before pulling out his wallet.

Midoriya walked back as the students seemingly exhausted slumped to the ground, Recovery Girl soon came along and planted kisses on students before Nurse White replenished their stamina. She healed Bakugou who looked pissed off more than usual." I wanted to beat that nerd! Now he's not even in the third round!"
Recovery Girl healed the majority of the students with injuries before walking up to Midoriya, Nurse White had to replenish his energy before Recover Girl healed him as his stamina was nearly zero.
"NOW LET'S CHECK WHO MADE IT IN! LET'S FROM BOTTOM TO TOP! FIRST PLACE WILL SHOCK YOU!"
Everyone gave a confused look but just shrugged.
"WE HAVE A TIE FOR FOURTH PLACE TEAM SHINSO! AND TEAM SHIOZAKI!"
Monoma looked shocked as he glanced over at Tetsutetsu.
"You may have forced us into a team but we gave it our all!" Ojiro said
"Now will get payback in the third event!" Tetsutetsu said
Monoma scoffed before he gave him a fist pump. "See you in the finals."
"Yeah." He returned the fist pump.
"IN THIRD PLACE WE HAVE OUR EXPLOSION TEAM! TEAM BAKUGOU!!"

"Well, obviously Bakugou was getting in," An Aldrea student said.
"No question."
Yubi rolled his eyes but even he couldn't Bakugou was strong.

"IN SECOND PLACE WE HAVE TEAM TODOROKI!!!"
The crowd went silent, Kamui was about to give he his money but stopped in his tracks, Midoriya widened, and Todoroki widened as well as he grabbed the 10 Million that was wrapped in a web hiding the actual flag, he froze the web, he looked at the front seeing the 10 Million before he turned it around...
"No..."
"They tricked us!"
"IN FIRST PLACE..."
Midoriya looked at his area, to find Yaoyorozu proudly holding the flag, everyone widened.
"...TEAM MIDORIYA!!!"
Bakugou could only smirk from the name." Now I can beat that nerd!"

The Aldrea students looked flabbergasted as they widened in shock, stunned into silence, some of them actually cheering for him.
"Whoo hoo!"
"Can't believe he actually did it!"
"Can't call him Deku anymore," Yubi said as he clapped alongside his ex-classmates.
Ishida glared at the few who cheered for Deku crackled some electricity in a threatening manner they sat down quietly. "Good now, what is he?"
Some looked hesitant to say, but they knew what he would do if they didn't say it. "A-A useless Deku."
"Good. Remember that you all remember what happened last time." They all gulped before rubbing parts of their body.
Noami, however, wasn't paying attention. She just glared at Yaoyorozu
...
Momo, Kendo, Pony, and Jirou made it to Midoriya. With big smiles on their face. "H-How d-did you w-when..."
"We needed you to believe that you were protecting the real flag, so Yaomomo opted not to tell you if you believed that everyone would believe, especially on how hard you fought," Kendo said.
"You didn't think I would actually let you fight with the flag, Midoriya?" Momo asked
"Guess sometimes the safest and most cautious plan are sometimes better."Midoriya said to which the girl blushed."Now we're going to the third round.
Midoriya's eyes began to build up with tears, everyone knowing what was coming.
"N-No Midoriya." Kendo pleaded
"Please don't." Pony said
Kyouka relented, and as waterfalls of tears spilled from the boy, all they could was smile as he let comedically tears of joy.
From afar Ochako couldn't help but smile, Todoroki however looked at his hand.

While every Pro Hero was watching the Sports Festival live from the TV in the room, amazed by the power that Izuku displayed, Kamui Woods had a large grin on his face.
He put his wallet away."I told you all he would make it to the final round, and now I'm a step closer to filling these empty pockets."
"So what? He made it to the final round, but it still doesn't mean he will win the whole thing." Mount Lady replied in annoyance. She was really getting nervous now. She never imagined that Izuku had this much power and seemed like she was going to lose the bet, which was something she really hated. After all, she really loved fame and money.
"I have to say that kid might be even at the level of an average pro, maybe even stronger." DeathArms pointed out.
"So, do you believe that he could win now?" Kamui asked.
"Well, I have to see the next match first." He replied.
"What do you mean?" Mount Lady asked, curious of DeathArms' reply. Did he notice something that the others failed to do so? To be honest, after seeing Izuku's capabilities, she's starting to think that Izuku's going to win the whole thing, but of course, she won't admit it to Kamui.
"You'll see." DeathArms simply replied while watching Izuku take in the crowd

"That Midoriya kid is sure is something."
"He fought all of them single-handedly! No backup and no help! Now that's someone with guts." Miruko said, smiling at the monitor.
"I'm not sure if that's a good thing," Hawks said. "And didn't he just get help from the earphone girl?"
"Well, yeah, but before he basically had the whole game," Mirukos replied.

Midoriya looked at the crowd, He kept his gaze on the crowd who were cheering for him,
You know… I was… someone who nobody thought was worthwhile. Who never received goodwill… and figured would never get any… I thought it would be fine like that. But… being recognized feels surprisingly good." Izuku exclaimed to Jirou, Momo, Kendo, and Pony three looked confused, but Momo smiled.
He then felt a tug on his shirt. he turned to see Kodai, her face neutral as usual.
"Oh, Yui. W-Whats up?" He asked the girl.
"Sorry." she simply said, which confused the boy.
"Uhm, for what?"
"Well..."
Flashback.
"Okay, Izuku has the highest points. I should join him and make sure he isn't alone." Kodai thought before she could go, she was stopped by Setsuna and began talking to her.
From the corner of her eye, she saw Jirou talking to him. She wanted to go, but she didn't want to be rude to Setsuna.
" So what you delay join my team? "Setsuna asked
" Mh,"
" I'll take that as yes. "She grabbed her hand and dragged to her dismay she saw Midoriya's team fill up." No! "She mentally exclaimed.
Flashback over
"It's fine, d-dont worry about it. You probably didn't want to be on the team with the highest points.
"But I did. I really wanted to, but then I got all nervous about asking you, and Setsuna asked me by that time you already had five members."
"Yui, it's okay. A-And if I-Im being honest, I would've really liked you to be on my team."
"Really?"
"Mh." He said to which the girl immediately understood meant yes.
"Midoriya." He turned to see Todoroki.
"We need to talk. Privately, " He said firmly.
"Oh, uh sure, but uhm..." He gestured to a scowling Cemento's and the giant crystals. Todoroki nodded, turning around and walking away.
"What do you think he wanted?" Kyouka asked. Midoriya shrugged, dialled the Omnitrix, and slammed it down in a green flash.
"I've got work to do," Diamondhead said.
Kyouka, however, was a little concerned..."Green's probably going to be mad if he catches me."
