Chapter 26: Intermission!
Izuku was standing face to face with Todoroki, his chilling stoic expression sent a nervous shiver down the Omnitrix's wielder's neck. Unbeknownst to both of them, they were being listened in by Kyouka Jirou and Katsuki Bakugou.
Once Midoriya had cleared up their crystals, Kyouka followed the two through the crowd, and she luckily managed to keep track of them even through the crowd. They entered the stadium building, weaving through hallways until she heard them stop.
Unluckily for her, when she rounded the corner, to her shock, she became face to face with Bakugou, Bakugou startled and gave her an emotionless stare before looking back down at the floor tiles.
"As much as I would love to tell this jackass to piss off, better not blow my cover, Todoroki has been antagonizing Midoriya all day, I know Green probably doesn't need my help but is it really necessary to speak with him privately?" Kyouka wondered as she leaned against the other side of the archway, honing in on the nearby conversation.
"W-We should get some food, don't you think? Before the line gets too long." Izuku said, trying to escape this uncomfortable situation. He didn't really talk with Todoroki he was always very reserved and kept to himself. Added to his cold intimidating aura, he seemed to exude.
" I was overwhelmed." He finally spoke.
"So much so that I broke my pledge."
Izuku glanced at Todoroki's left hand. "He didn't use it even though it would have given a massive advantage."
Todoroki pulled his left hand from his pocket and glanced down at it. "None of them felt it or more accurately none of them realize... I knew you were powerful that much is obvious. You're true power..."
He looked up at Izuku, "When you sent that flick, I knew I recognized that power..." Todoroki narrowed his eyes as Midoriya gulped.
"Only me someone who's lived with an obsessed man about All Might's power for so long, that I know how it would feel to experience it after just hearing the descriptions from 'him'..."
Izuku tensed up.
"Then the villain who decayed stuff said something interesting...' You're his successor."
Midoriya could only tense up more, sweat dripping from his face.
"The villains came here to kill All Might, you said your father had passed... Today, I felt the same from my old man's description of All Might's power..."
Midoriya gulped. Todoroki looked into Midoriya's eyes.
"You're speech about surpassing All Might... Midoriya... are you..."
"...All Might's chosen successor?"
The question made Midoriya freeze. He felt a lump in his throat, his palm was sweaty, and their silence between the two gave Todoroki the answer.
"So he chose you, huh? To be the next symbol of peace, the person to surpass him." He said the last part as a fact. Midoriya's silence spoke to Todoroki and everyone listening in.
Bakugou widened, and Kyouka herself both widened.
Midoriya didn't know about One For All but what he said was true, him being chosen to be his successor, to surpass All Might and the lump in his throat didn't allow him to speak so caught off guard.
"I see... Midoriya, do you remember our conversation a few weeks back?" Todoroki asked as he looked back to his left palm. Midoriya looked confused before the boy elaborated.
"...About quirk marriages?" He asked.
"Where's he going with this?" He thought to himself before responding. "Uh, yeah, wh-"
"My old man has a strong sense of desire to rise in the world. As a hero, he won a name for himself by using force... Because of that, the living legend, All Might, is a great eyesore for him."
"B-Because he wasn't stronger than All Might?" Izuku concluded that to be the only case.
Todoroki turned his head to the side.
"Yes... Since he couldn't surpass All Might, he moved onto a backup plan he had."
"N-Next..."Midoriya began to realize looking at Todoroki, his dual quirk, fire and ice. Todoroki's annoyance and anger whenever Billy mentioned quirk marriage"...Plan."
Izuku's mouth went dry, and he gulped.
"F-Forcing people into marriage," Izuku said the tone of his voice indicated he was scared of the implications.
"Yeah... He had the money and accomplishments, able to win over anyone he wanted by using it. Including..."
Midoriya could only stand in silence.
"My mother."
Midoriya honestly shook to his core, knowing a hero would do something so... deplorable. He was disgusted, but I'm sure not as much as Todoroki.
"My damn old man is only trying to fulfil his own desire... Repeatedly trying again and again in order to raise a child that had the potential to surpass All Might."
Todoroki's pupils shrunk, and his eyes narrowed in pure anger as he said this aloud.
His fists started shaking, "It's so annoying... He acts as if he owns me as if I'm sort of a tool for him to use..."
"In my memories, my mother is always crying."
He raised his left palm to his face, feeling the large scar on his face.
"'Your left side is unsightly'... This was what she said to me..." He grits his teeth, "...as she poured boiling water on me."
Trails of sweat came from the side of Izuku's head, pupils shaking as he took in all of this disturbing information. He didn't know how to react... He didn't know what to say. He was too shocked to speak, only able to listen.
Todoroki lowered his hand from his face with his eyes focused on Izuku now.
"This is my reason for picking a fight with you. To show 'him' what I can do without using that damn old man's quirk. No..."
His eyes almost seemed to flash.
"I'll reject him completely by winning first place without it!" He finally declared.
"Wh-Why are you telling me this?" Izuku finally asked.
"If you're the person All Might chose to be his successor, then I have more reasons to defeat you, Midoriya. I will beat you using only my left side." Todoroki said as he put his hands back in his pockets. He then began to walk away before saying."Sorry for your wasting your time."
Izuku felt a pit form in his stomach after hearing such a story. He honestly felt guilty. He thought Todoroki had everything, but in comparison, he felt blessed. "Todoroki, wait!"
Shoto stopped and turned around, waiting for Izuku to continue. Izuku steeled himself before speaking without a stutter as much as possible."I've always had people helping me! I-I don't think I would be here without them. B-But I want to be like All Might!" Izuku exclaimed
"I-I can't fully know the experiences of everything y-you went through, but I can understand your convictions. B-But, even then, I owe it to the people in my life who helped me get to where I am today, not to lose. I've lost enough. So, what I-I said earlier still stands. I won't fall behind. I will beat you with everything I've got. Nothing less."
Shoto watched him for a few more seconds before nodding, turning back around and walking away. Izuku tried to control his heartbeat, walking back to the archway and sitting down against the wall in the stadium hallway.
Around the corner, Katsuki walked away with a scowl. "Please, that nerd he's successor, what a load of bulletshit." He scoffed at the thought.
Kyoka herself leaned against processing the information that was dumped on Izuku she stood up and walked to Izuku.
"Hey, Green."She said the boy flinched in, surprised.
"J-Jirou!?" He said in a hushed whisper."H-How much did you hear?"
"W-What are you Talk ab--"
"Jirou, you have super hearing," Izuku said bluntly
"O-Okay r-right. Sorry, I was kinda worried."
Midoriya was honestly a little disappointed in Jirou, to which the girl looked down in guilt.
"Please promise me next time you won't eavesdrop. I know you're worried, but I'm okay."
Jirou gave a nod.
"So you heard all of that?" He asked.
"Yeah, it's... That's all kinds of screwed up." Kyoka said.
"I-I thought he had everything, a father, family, two quirks yet... even though my life was horrible, I had Kevin and my mom, even for my time, my dad. But... now I feel like... everything I have gone through is insignificant." He said Kyoka wanted to ask what he meant by his life was horrible but pushed it to the back of her brain for later.
Kyouka grabbed his hand, "Don't say that. Everyone's issues are their own and are significant to them in their own way."
Midoriya just looked down.
"Look, I don't know what you have gone through, but when you're ready... I'm here to listen. My quirk was kinda made for that." The boy chuckled at the pun.
"And if you don't want to talk to me, that's a whole bunch of people you can talk to, and most of them are hot girls."
"Th-Thanks."
They both were still holding their hands, just enjoying this moment, both smiling a little before realizing what they were doing she pulled her hand away immediately.
"Uhm, I'm really hungry. we should go! A-And eat." The girl stuttered.
"Y-Yeah." His ears were red before he felt he's cool down.
"Midoriya! Jirou!" They both heard the familiar voice of Ochako and Yaoyorozu who were walking up to them.
"We were worried, we saved you some seats and since the line was getting pretty long, we got some food," Uraraka said to the surprise of the two.
"Midoriya, we got you, Katsudon, plus an O-clock energy drink," Momo said, listing it off in one hand.
"My favourite?" Izuku asked in surprise, to which the girl blushed in embarrassment.
"I-I..."She cleared her throat. "I'm very observant, Midoriya, and would often see that on stressful days, like the first battle trial, and when you came back to classes."
"Oh wow! That's amazing." Izuku said in surprise.
"And for Jirou, we got you some Taro Boba drink and a meat bun," Uraraka said.
"Oh wow, thank you!" Jirou said before they began walking back to the lunch room. Izuku held back the punk girl.
"I'm assuming you heard about what Todoroki said..."
"About you being his successor?" She asked for confirmation that the boy nodded
The girl gave a nod before shrugging."Honestly... it makes a lot of sense to me. When you two fought during the concert, he clearly knew you. And I also I heard him trying to be 'sneaky'" She air quoted sneak.
"...during her our quirk assessment test, Aizawa made a comment about you, to which he neither clarified nor denied."
Izuku flinched before what she said surprised him.
"And if I'm being honest, I-I can't see anyone better in taking his spot." She said, twirling her jacks.
"Though I just hope we don't have another Endeavor when we're older..." Then the face of the angry blonde came to her mind. "...Dammit. Alright, Bakugou probably won't be as bad as Endeavor."
"Don't jinx it."

Izuku came upon the seats in the lunch area, and he found the entire place to be completely packed. He then felt someone grab his hand he looked down to find one pink-skinned hand grabbing onto his.
"M-Mina?"
"C'mon, we saved you a seat. we are right next to the class B girls." Mina said eagerly. "C'mon, sit with us! Iida's already sitting with us. Let's go!!"
"E-Eh? O-Okay." He said nervously, but knowing Iida would be there gave him some relief knowing a friend.
Mina smiled as Midoriya followed her without a problem. "Great idea, Tsu! He won't be so shy with all of us with Iida around." Mina thought to herself.
...
"I can't believe you tricked us like that, Yaoyorozu!" Ochako said with an angry pout.
Momo herself at her Rice before responding. "I thought it was a logical strategy. Everyone seemed so eager to beat Midoriya, plus he had the 10 million points..."
"She basically offered a giant stack of meat to a pack of wolves..." Kyoka pointed to everyone." ... And you all fail fell for it. Don't be made at Yaoyorozu."
Everyone groaned in annoyance.
"Such a well-structured strategy baiting everyone, even I fell for it," Iida said in shame.
"I still don't feel comfortable being used as bait," Izuku said.
"But the way you were dodging and taking everyone on like that! Definitely got their attention to the pros!" Hagakure said.
"Speaking of that, Dekiru, I didn't know you had a sixth sense," Uraraka said
Midoriya choked on his Katsudon as he coughed before the girl gave him a pat on his back.
"W-W-What d-do y-you mean?! I-I don't have a sixth sense." Midoriya lied.
"God, he's sucks at lying!" They all thought in shock.
"Though it's kinda cute." The girls thought.
"I haven't even talked to All Might about this! How am I supposed to explain that I have previous users' quirk? Well, that's just a hypothesis, but from my dream, that's what seems to be happening."
"Wait, is that how you were able to dodge like that and avoid the minefields? I mean, it was super cool." Hagakure asked.
"Uhm, w-well, it actually just appeared this morning. I-I'm still trying to figure it out myself." Izuku said, prepared for the barrage of questions.
"Oh, alright," Setsuna said. Midoriya blinked in confusion.
"Wait, what! Are you not going to ask questions?" Mina asked in, surprised.
"Midoriya can turn into a crab with a big brain, a four-armed hottie, a man that's made of diamond, Midoriya could come tomorrow with a tail and I'd be like 'Yeah that's about right.'"Setsuna said simply.
"She has a point," Hagakure said.
"But it must be a shock to have awaken ability like that," Momo said.
"Uh, not really it's not like I was in danger before I got to school," Izuku said to which Momo raised an eyebrow.
"Midoriya, are you forgetting we ran into your old classmates?" Momo asked to which the boy almost didn't pay them any mind, and he realized his danger sense didn't go off. When he mentioned of his old classmates some people at the table choked.
"Wait, you ran into those assholes?!" Kyoka asked in shock.
"Are you okay they didn't try and do anything?" Uraraka asked in concern.
"Uh, no, not really..." To which gave him a look that said 'We both know that isn't true.'
"Okay... Okay, nothing physically, but you're right. I didn't detect them at all." Izuku said in surprise. To which Momo pulled her phone and looked up quirks that could predict danger. Momo cupped her chin.
" Quirks that predict danger are quite useful, but it can be difficult when determining what's an actual threat a person would have to train and be able to feel the magnitude of the threat," Yaoyorozu said to which everyone had some realization.
"I see since it just awakened. Midoriya has to figure out how much of a threat it's actually detecting. Real danger Midoriya would feel it, like the robots, or Todoroki and Bakugou." Iida said.
"And since Midoriya is like Overpowered, maybe you did detect, but the detection was so mild it was barely noticeable," Jirou said
"So your Danger sense was like 'This guy aren't really a threat bro you will be fine.'" Setsuna said to which everyone chuckled.
"But that doesn't explain why I couldn't detect any of the girls," Midoriya said with a mouthful of rice as he remembered during the Capture flag he couldn't predict any of the girl's attacks.
"Is that why you were surprised when I grabbed you from behind?" Hagakure said.
"Yeah, and even Uraraka caught me off guard," Izuku said, trying to figure out why she couldn't detect any of them.
"Really?" Kendo asked, to which the boy nodded, Uraraka and Hagakure felt dejected. "So he doesn't even see me as a threat."
"I mean, I shouldn't be surprised. I can't compete with him." Uraraka thought as she smiled. "But that also means he doesn't see me as a danger."
Momo continued looking up information on quirks with that sensed danger and why some may not work to her surprise and her face turned red as her heart began to beat faster.
'A few danger sense quirks won't recognize threats from people who love them or somewhat romantic interest,'
Momo looked and wanted to test the theory as she was sitting relatively close to Midoriya she moved her hand and found his leg before pinching it.
"Ow! Yaoyorozu!" He exclaimed he looked down to find Momo pinching him. "Huh? I didn't detect anything. Danger sense didn't go off."
Momo's face was burning red, and her heart was beating as she kept her phone to her chest. Iida, seeing what happened, proceeded to reprimand the vice rep, who was blushing in embarrassment.
Kendo looked over her shoulder and saw what Yaoyorozu had looked up. She noticed her blush and the fact she couldn't keep her eyes off him. Momo noticed Kendo was looking as their eyes met, and her red face told her everything.
"Okay, calm down Itsuka it's not like it would detect something as mild as a pinch, sh-she, probably... she wouldn't... she..."
Setsuna decided to test Midoriya's theory as she split her hand and floated behind Midoriya her hand hovered as it was about to slap him he was quickly alerted and moved to the right, grabbing her hand.
"Setsuna?" He asked in confusion.
"That pretty much disproves your theory it only works on girls." Setsuna said as she waved her hand."If you don't mind, can you stop holding my hand?"
Izuku blushed before letting go of her hand as it floated back to her. Kendo then realized something that made her stomach turn in guilt, as she looked closely where at Midoriya and his surroundings, how Ashido smiled when he teased him, Hagakure found excuses to touch him, and remembering how it didn't affect Uraraka or Hagakure.
"I-I guess it doesn't." Izuku sighed before pulling out his phone. "I should really look up my abilities."
Midoriya was about when suddenly he's sense went haywire, like a piercing nail in his head. Everyone noticed how Midoriya suddenly stopped and was sweating. He looked around to see where this danger was coming from. "I-Is this a villain? Now?" He asked
"Midoriya? What's wron--"
The doors of the cafeteria swung open, and the whole cafeteria became silent. Everyone widened seeing the member of S.A.C.T.
They were four individuals, two men, and two women. One was relatively short around the same height as Mineta a few inches taller and with pigtails and a bright smile. The other was a woman's black hair her face was similar to Yaoyorozu, but she had a small mole, and instead of a spikey ponytail, it was a normal one.
"Holy shit, the best two snipers!"
"The All Might threat level team!"
"N-No way w-why do you think they are here?"
"They were watching the first years. Maybe the threat must be in the first years."
Bakugou could only smirk he thought he was the only person to be an All Might level threat. "These extras must be here for me, compared to me I'm the only one with the power that can compete with All Might... yeah, me!" He said, looking at his hand as what Ashido said kept running back to him.
Izuku's sense was going off. It was hammering down like a nail and a hammer he reached for the Omnitrix he didn't know, but he felt like he was in danger.
The four began walking the heavy footsteps echoing throughout as they were making the way to the first years. Mirio Togata, who was sitting with Nejire Hado and Amajiki
"Hey, hey, hey, isn't that S.A.C.T guys? Y'know, the woman with black hair has single Handley taken down villains with like crazy overpowered quirks!" Nejire said.
"They stopped the Shibuya incident!" Another student exclaimed
The group went past Bakugou, ignoring him fully, to the blonde's surprise but he didn't say anything, Todoroki enjoying his cold Soba was surprised when they glanced at him before they made the way to Izuku's table.
"Izuku Midoriya." Everyone's necks tensed up, and Midoriya's senses went off. his heart was beating, and he looked up to see cold blue eyes staring at him.
"If you don't mind, I would appreciate it if you would all leave." The woman with black hair said. The girls on the table and Iida were shocked before they grabbed the trays and left their table. Class 1-A and 1-B were shocked they knew Midoriya was powerful, but he was also the nicest person they knew.
The man sat down as he looked at the boy. "I'm assuming you know who I am?"
Midoriya tried his best to ignore his Danger sense he shook his head. "U-Uh yeah."
"You know why we're here?" Before he pressed a button what seemed a dome appeared around the table.
"No one can hear us." The short woman said with a salute.
"You determine who would be a potential threat you class them into ranks on how dangerous they could be. You study how powerful they are, so you can take them down if they become a threat to the safety of humanity." Midoriya said as nervous sweat dripped down his face.
"They warned me you're smart." He said."Now, Midoriya, can you guess why we are here? Talking to you Izuku Midoriya? You were previously quirkless, correct?"
The question sent shivers down Midoriya he gave a nod. T
"I would imagine you weren't treated all too kindly?" He asked to which boy chose not to give a response.
"Now, you a person with immeasurable power, was previously quirkless have powers that have never been seen before and if you had your powers for... about a year? And your growth is impressive and...terrifying." He narrowed his eyes.
"We heard you have a notebook. One that you study pros will please be compliant and handed over." The woman spoke up, Midoriya gulped before he handed the notebook.
The man looked through it, and his expression didn't change. He closed it and handed it back.
"It just proves it's a notebook it doesn't prove Midoriya is a threat," Momo yelled they didn't what they were talking about or what they were saying.
"What it proves that a person who can counter any hero has astounding analytical skills being able to break down any quirk than has a literal countermeasure against it." The class was quiet as the man's voice spoke put through the barrier. Before it was silent again
"Th-They are not really that much."
The man stood up and began to walk away." If you think you're the first seemingly late bloomer you are dead wrong, the most dangerous foes I have had to face were late bloomers. Take the Shibuya incident from 10 years ago. The villain quirk was an anger type, it built up for 20 years. He then exploded. With that much anger, the Power 145 pro heroes died from the rampage he had gone through, he tore through them like an animal! Then he had his sights on the civilians who mocked, insulted, and put him down every day how many people did you think died?"
Midoriya read about this, and he knew the number."150 000."
"He was a lot like you, meek, timid, the nicest guy around till he just had enough. He broke. He was only human. Regardless, we put him down before the number could go any higher. I see that same terrifying strength and power in you. I don't even want to think it would happen if someone with a quirk like you exploded. It could be a year or 10 years from now, but if you do, then may God help us all, but I promise I will put you down." The man said with finality before he walked away.
Midoriya looked down, remembering the worst days of his life, the mocking the insults, the heartbreak, the humiliation.
"Dekiru," Uraraka said the boy got up before he left the cafeteria without a word.
None of them knew what they said, or the conversation, but everyone in class 1-A looked in concern as the boy left to take a breather.
"Can't believe they would consider him a threat. He doesn't seem that powerful." A student said.
"But Midoriya? He's like the nicest guy in the world."Kirishima said around his table.
"Tch. They only seem a threat because of that stupid quirk of he's without it he just a stupid useless quirkless Deku!" He said while eating some food angrily. This was overheard. This looked at him as if he were an idiot.
"That applies to you too dumbass," Sero said
"Huh!?" He asked from his expression. Everyone just rolled their eyes.
"Here's a reality check without your explosions. You're just an angry blonde guy who yells 'die' all the time." Kyoka pointed out, this got a few chuckles from everyone.
"Shut up! I'll blow you up earlobe bitch!" Bakugou shouted to which everyone just shook their head side to side.
This got a scowl from Jirou and the other girls and some of the other guys.
"Not cool, Bakubro," Kirishima said.
"Yeah, that was uncalled for," Ashido said.
Bakugou just scoffed."When I'm beating you all in the third round.
Todoroki who was eating his cold Soba was honestly curious in terms of power and intellect Midoriya would make a dangerous villain but.."His personality indicates he would never hurt someone maliciously and even in our hero class he never he subdues opponents instead of outright beating them down, unlike Bakugou. Why would they consider him a threat? He doesn't speak of his father, maybe... and from the few moments I saw her in the hospital, his mother is clearly a nice person but also like Midoriya very timid."
Midoriya, after having some time alone, proceeded to what just happened, S.A.C.T. had decided that he was a potential threat, and right now, he was honestly mentally tired. He slapped his face with both hands.
"No! I need to focus on the games! I'm going to win this!" Izuku exclaimed mentally.
"Just no more mental... distractions." Izuku trailed off. What he saw made him stop in his tracks seeing class 1-A and 1-B in cheerleader outfits. As they were about to step out for everyone to see them in... Cheerleader uniform?
"Eh?" Izuku said looking at the girls.
"Eh?" The girls said in surprise.
"EEHHHH!?" They all exclaimed, Midoriya looking at the girls in cheerleader outfits made his best efforts to suppress the fact he had taken a mental picture of all of them.
"W-W-What a-are y-you wearing!?" Izuku asked he's face burning red, the girls themselves tugged at the clothes.
Kyoka, feeling extremely self-conscious, used her yellow pomp to cover herself. Ibara, seeing the boy, used her vines to hide herself in embarrassment. Momo herself face was a blushing mess being seen like this by Izuku the one person she was hoping wouldn't see her even though she knew he would probably see her.
Tsuyu herself was blushing. "Midoriya, you looking at us is a little embarrassing."
Izuku turned away quickly blushing.
"And to answer your Midoriya." Tsuyu began before Setsuna continued for her.
"Aizawa and Vlad King said we had to wear these y'know for morale," Setsuna said before posing seductively towards him.
Midoriya's face was burning at this point, as Mina was grinning he knew one thing he was about to be teased like never before before a small realization occurred to him.
"W-Wait, Aizawa and Vlad King?"
"Uh yeah."
"T-The same Aizawa who said he found the idea of Hagakure running around without a costume disturbing, who also never reprimands Kacchan for wearing not wearing a tie?" Izuku asked to which the girls gave a nervous nod.
"I-I-I almost afraid t-to a-ask b-but who told you this?" Izuku asked.
"Oh by Kaminari, Tsubaraba and..."The girls soon realized the embarrassment only grew as the crush, just found out they were easily tricked and were in cheerleader uniform.
"...Mineta."
Some girls sighed as Jirou threw her pom-poms to the ground."I am so going to get back at those guys!"
Izuku then felt a poke to his shoulder he turned to see Kodai. "Izuku... How do you think I look?" His face exploded into a blush.
"W-W-Well... uhm... you look..." Izuku covered his face with his hands. as the girls surrounded him.
"I want to know what you think about my outfit ribbit," Tsu said as Izuku was on the verge of passing out.
"I uhm... w-well.."
"Oh I'm so happy you're here Midori, I was going to ask you're opinion when we got out but now I don't! So do I look sexy or do prefer seeing me in this?" Posing seductively alongside with Setsuna.
"C'mon be honest with us! "Setsuna said with a wink.
Midoriya immediately began thinking of an escape plan and slightly went for the Omnitrix when Tsuyu's tongue grabbed it.
"Oh no you don't, you caught us in an embarrassing moment I'm at least--" Ashido began as then a sudden green flash enveloped the hallway.
In a burst of green light Midoriya was gone was standing as a new alien, he looked at himself in surprise. "Whoa, new guy!" Izuku exclaimed in surprise.
"A frog?" Momo asked in surprise.
"Your transformation is like me," Tsuyu said blushing as she was slightly checking out the alien, her hormones telling her to jump the alien.
"Back on topic Midoriya do you think we look sexy?" Mina asked, the alien walked up to her with one hand on the wall and looked down
"Yeah, you do." He said, with a sudden wave of confidence.
"W-What?!" Ashido and Setsuna asked in surprise.
"They really show off your best features..." He said looking them up and down.
"Remind me to thank Kaminari and Mineta for tricking you guys seeing you all like this has made my day."
Ashido and Setsuna's faces turned red the boy previously a blushing mess has now had both girls up against a wall.
"M-Midori w-wow pressing two girls against the wall how scandalize of you!"
"Well, I wanted to put all of you..." That one statement sent shivers among their girls.
"...except Yangi and Kinoko those two are taken."
"W-What? So is this a way of claiming us? You perv!" Setsuna asked trying to take back control.
"What if it is?" He said looking straight at Setsuna, the girls turned red.
"U-Uh y-you're j-joking r-right?" Ashido asked nervously her knees suddenly feeling weak. Bullfrog gave no response before moving away from the wall.
His alien DNA couldn't help but look at the girls, the same way Mineta looked at them just less creepy. He looked at Jirou who blushed, before he turned his gaze to Uraraka, then Momo, the Hagakure.
He walked up to Momo. "Don't mind those idiots they only tricked you because they know they know you always see the best in people." Momo's face turned red.
"Like I said before you're just as hot and pretty as any of the girls, you don't need my opinion because that's just a fact, but I do think your showing of those legs is a blessing." He said looking at her legs, Kyoka tried covering her legs seeing that he was staring at her.
The girls at the moment couldn't take it as they bolted, their face red
"I-I-I c-can't believe he looked at me like that!!!!" The girl all collectively thought in embarrassment their face red and hot.
"I-I know M-Midori's transformation change his personality but..." Ashido was warm."Ugh, this isn't fair I-I was supposed to tease him! But he UNO reversed me! T-That... ugh!"
"Ashido, Setsuna hope you both realize it's both your fault," Momo said. All the girls gave a slight glare to all of them.
Bullfrag entered to the boy's surprise he was in alien form. "Midoriya why are you an alien?"
"Oh? Ashido and Setsuna were being themselves..."
"Ah, you chose to escape the teasing am I correct?" Iida asked before he heard a beeping noise come from the Omnitrix as he turned back as he clutched the floor a traumatized look on his face."I-I c-can't believe I said something so... ugh!" Cringing at the memory.
"Midoriya?! What's wrong what happened?!" He asked worriedly to which Izuku gave the story well except the Bullfrag part.
"How deplorable," Iida said in disappointment as he shook his head from side to side.
"I thought Mineta would stop with perverted his actions," Midoriya said before sighing.
Get those foam fingers in the air! It's almost time for the last round!" Present Mic announces.
"At least the females in both classes won't be subjugated to the humiliation. Honestly don't they understand how detrimental it could be for them? Pros may not take them seriously if they wore it."
"I highly doubt it would have mattered," Izuku said.
Present Mic continues his announcements, updating the crowd to more information concerning the rest of the students who didn't make the cut, as well as to give everyone ample enough to truly get themselves ready. "Good news for everyone who didn't make the finals! Since this is a sports festival, we prepared some super-fun side games everyone can participate in."
Mineta and Kaminari appear, eyes watering with excitement and in Denki's case, sparks dancing around his body, "Everyone shut up now the best parts are about to happen!"
"Kaminari, Mineta if I were you two I would probably run," Izuku said.
"Oh relax Midoriya it's just harmless fun." Kaminari waved them off.
"Yeah but you both know Jirou isn't going take likely to you tricking them into wearing cheerleader uniform," Izuku said.
"Oh relax dude--Wait how do you know we tricked them?" Mineta asked nervously.
"Oh relax you're blowing this out of proportion."
"I don't think I am."
"Pfft I'm not scared of Jirou," Mineta said with his arms folded, Midoriya rolled his eyes before catching something.
"Mineta." He said with widened eyes
"And what she's going to do? Relax they not actually going to hurt me."
"Mineta turn around!"
He turned around as Midoriya just pointed at an angry, red-faced Kyouka Jirou accompanied by one Tsuyu Asui, they both felt the murderous rage coming from them, and they turned to Midoriya with a pleading look.
" M-Midoriya?"
"Nope. Don't look at me," Izuku shrugged. Before the two felt a tongue wrapped around them and were pulled to the girls, the screams echoed throughout, as they whaled in pain.
"S-Should we help them?" Sero asked pointing at the two who were screaming in pain.
"I-I always say you should help someone in need," Midoriya said as he looked at the carnage. "This is not one of those times," Izuku said, as everyone collectively agreed to look away.
After a few minutes, the girls barely could look at Izuku without blushing and opted to avoid the boy feeling embarrassed, and flattered all at the same time.
ALL RIGHT, EVERYONE! LET'S HAVE FUN COMPETING IN THE RECREATIONAL GAMES! WHEN THAT'S OVER, THE TWENTY-THREE FROM THE FOUR TEAMS THAT MADE IT TO THE FINAL ROUND WILL DUKE IT OUT TOURNAMENT STYLE, ONE-ON-ONE!" Present Mic announced.
"The last round is a tournament where we fight one-on-one, huh? I'm gonna stand on the stage that I watch every year on TV!" Kirishima said, with visible excitement. He was proud of himself to make it that far.
"Was it a tournament last year?" Mina asked.
"It's different every year, but there's a one-on-one competition every year. Last year, it was a sports chanbara match." Hanta replied.
"Now, let's draw lots to determine the bracket. Once the bracket is determined, we'll have the recreational games and then start! The sixteen finalists can choose whether or not they want to participate in the recreation. I'm sure some of you want to rest or save your strength." Midnight explained their current situation. "Now from the first team, Izuku Midoriya!" She called his name.
Match 1: Izuku Midoriya VS Neito Monoma...Winner Fights Kendo later on.
Match 2: Uraraka VS Bakugou...Winner fights Hanta Sero
Match 3: Mei Hatsume VS Denki Kaminari... winner fights Tenya Iida later on.
Match 4: Shoto Todoroki Vs Billy Billions...Winner fights Kyouka Jirou
Match 5: Kamakiri VS Ashido... winner fights Ojiro.
Match 6: Hitoshi Shinso VS Ejiro Kirishima winner fights Aoyama.
Match 7: Ibara Shiozaki VS Testutestu Testutestu winner fights Pony.

"We're in different brackets. Midoriya makes it to the finals so I can fight you myself." Todoroki thought to himself.
"Huh? Who's Uraraka?" Bakugou asked Uraraka's horror.
"We are in different brackets, the only way I get to fight him is if we both make it to the finals. Make it to the finals so I can beat you." Shoto thought before remembering the flames he felt at the USJ, their first battle trial, and the incredible speed in the quirk assessment. To his surprise, he looked down to find he's hand shaking. "Why am I shaking?" He put his hand to his face as he put his hand to his face. Taking a few breaths to calm himself.
"Shoto Todoroki." Todoroki was brought out of his thoughts by one Billy Billions a scowl crossed his friend, he never liked him how he spoke about people being his property and how he's used money and influence to get whatever he wants really pissed him off.
"I hope we can have a good fight. Me and you are the same, both have to live up to our expectations--"
"I am nothing like you," Todoroki said with a glare, catching everyone's attention.
Jirou and Midoriya glanced at each other knowing todoroki's story,
"Everything about you disgusts me, someone like you should never be here," Todoroki said before walking away with a furious expression.
"Man I get his quirkless but that wasn't necessary." Someone from class B said.
"Y-Yeah I didn't think Todoroki was the type," Kaminari said.
"Are we sure that's the reason Billy has other uhm... unpleasant attributes," Momo said
Midoriya shook his head. "No that's not the reason, trust me." Which confused some people before he walked away with Ojiro.
Midoriya looked shocked before Monoma smirked Kendo herself and looked at Izuku. "If I beat Monoma, I'm going to fight Kendo." He thought.
"Midoriya?" Monoma said before he was about to place a hand over his shoulder, he was suddenly grabbed by Ojiro.
"Don't let him touch you." Ojiro said, Midoriya raised an eyebrow." But his quirk doesn't work on me I--"
"Not his copy quirk," Ojiro said to which Monoma smirked, that almost looked like he just won the match before it even began.
"You know Midoriya I'm honestly kind of jealous of you." Monoma began as everyone
"Huh?" Izuku asked.
"Let's be honest with your quirk everyone has the eye glued on you, even S.A.C.T see you as an All Might threat. And I don't think I'm the only person who envies you." Monoma said which the boy raised an eyebrow
"I mean how do you think you're classmates feel? Always showing them up in the fields that they have worked the ass off to get."
Some of class 1-A flinched at that but Midoriya was still confused."Showing them up? What is he talking about?"
"I mean take Iida, he's supposed to be the fastest in his year but even with your transformations you still outclass him in speed."
"Then Yaoyorozu who prides herself on her intelligence nut you proved you're far smarter than her at the USJ."
Momo herself felt a little uncomfortable being called out like that, yes she knew she didn't have super intelligence but..." I pride myself, on someone outclassing me so easily..."
"I could list off all the reasons, so when I beat you it will be satisfying, not only for me but probably the rest of your class too, I mean the guy who's showed them up finally getting beaten, oh! I can see the satisfied looks on their face." Monoma said before leaving.
Ojiro seeing this opportunity grabbed Midoriya and began to walk away, Izuku wanted to talk more as he saw some of his classmates were a little down.
"I-I know I shouldn't be jealous but I'm at least going to push myself." Momo thought clenching her fist.
...
"So you think Monoma copied his quirk?" Izuku asked.
"How do I beat someone like that?" Kirishima asked, he was also dragged by Ojiro. "I mean my quirk relies on me getting close to my opponent."
"Yes. By not giving him a chance to use it." Ojiro answered. "He didn't get into my head till I made skin-to-skin contact."
"Skin to skin? S-So all I have to do is just beat him up without touching his skin." Kirishima said."So I'll just aim for his clothing."
"Yeah, but Monoma may copy quirks to get close to me," Izuku said nervously.
"Huh? Aren't you worried that he may copy your quirk?" Kirishima asked.
"He's tried and it doesn't seem to work on me.
"Maybe it's because you have that support item?"
"Y-Yeah." However, Midoriya looked even more confused. "But that doesn't explain why he can't copy One For All, from what Kendo said she told me he's tried and he went off a rant saying he felt absolutely nothing! No quirk at all."
"So I have to be careful not to say anything or I'll lose for sure." The green-haired boy said as he tented his fingers, starting to feel nervous about his match.
"Not exactly. Even if he gets you, there's still a chance. For round two, I don't remember anything at all except when you sent that shock wave." Ojiro said as he tried to remember.
"Oh yeah! You flicked and sent that massive Shockwave! Dude, I didn't know you could do that with just a flick!" Kirishima said, to the boy's embarrassment.
"I think we were attacking then suddenly a massive wind pressure blasted me into a tree and I realized I was free," Ojiro said
Izuku was now getting a better idea of Shinso's quirk as he tilted his head. "So the shock wave broke through?"
"Maybe. It's only a guess. Still... I don't know how much of a shock it would take to break his spell. And in a one-on-one match, you can't count on an outside force intervening to help you." The tailed boy said before standing up. "Anyway, man, I hope that's helpful cause it's all I know."
"Yeah, it helps a lot actually!" Kirishima said
"Thanks, Ojiro," Izuku said.
The two then heard the door open as Kodai stepped in."Oh, there you are."
"Yui? Did you need something?" Izuku asked the girl as she pulled a card that said Broccoli.
Kirishima and Ojiro snorted as Midoriya looked confused.
"Scavenger hunt. My card says broccoli on it, and I got the perfect thing for it."Yui said
The green-haired boy sweatdropped as he pointed at himself. "You mean me? My hair isn't that similar to broccoli, is it?"
"I mean, she's not wrong," Ojiro said with a small chuckle. "Go ahead, Midoriya. You need a little stress taken out of you before your match."
Izuku smiled as he walked towards his best friend. "Yeah, I'll be your broccoli. I can't let stress prevent me from having fun at this festival."
Kodai grabbed him by the hand before putting the card behind her back. "Great. Let's go, my broccoli."

At the moment, he stood in the dimly lit hallway out into the stadium as he watched Midnight and Cementoss set up the last free bits of equipment they needed to start.
Hey, there you are!" A voice called and Midoriya looked back, seeing All Might walking towards him in his skinny form. "Not had a chance to talk to you yet. You've been doing amazing so far. Nervous about what's coming next?"
"A-All Might, honestly a little he probably has copied a quirk I might not know, and in the Capture the Flag he caught me off guard and drained me of my energy," Midoriya said.
"The same could be said about you, you have only shown some of your aliens, the only people who know are Uraraka and Kendo who you have trained with and I'm sure they wouldn't say anything." All Might said.
"I-I guess." Izuku seeing this opportunity felt like he should tell All Might.
"Oh, All Might I think I awakened a previous user's quirk."
All Might widened."A-Are you sure young Midoriya? Wait, is that how you have been able to predict everyone's attacks?"
He nodded."I was in a dream a voice said. It has awakened. 'It's called Danger Sense.' I only realized it during the obstacle course."
"Where you were in combat." All Might said.
ALRIGHT SPORTS FANS! IT'S TIME FOR OUR FIRST MATCH!" Present Mic announced, Midoriya and All Might surprised.
"I should go!" Izuku said before he ran through the hallway, All Might could only watch as his student ran out next were the crowd's cheers who screamed in excitement!
"Seriously, young Midoriya. Good luck, I know you'll do great." The man said, giving him a thumbs up and a light shove forward. Midoriya nodded as he hurried out onto the stage and people cheered.
...
"How the hell did someone like him make it to the third round!" Ishida said as he was boiling in rage.
"T-This has to be some trick, bulletshit!"
"Relax this is good, he's in the same bracket as Bakugo, he just has to make it far and Bakugou can put him in his place completely humiliating him and all those girls around him will finally realize he's a waste of space," Naomi said.
...
The girls tentatively looked at the coming match, as they were internally cheering him on.
"You got this green!"
"Good luck Dekiru!"
"I know you got this!"
...
"IN OUR FIRST MATCH WE HAVE NEITO MONOMA THE GUY WHO CAN STILL YOUR SHTICK WITH A TOUCH!!"
Monoma walked to the stadium with a smug look on his face."Time to show class B is superior."
"AND THE KID LET'S BE HONEST WERE ALL ITCHING TO WATCH!! HE'S SLIMY FREAKY, FAST AND STRONG! IZUKU MIDORIYA!!!!!!!!"
The crowd exploded and roared in excitement as the boy in question walked into the battle a fierce determined look on his face.
"It's hero time!"
