A letter was left on Yuki's doorstep.
We've got your boyfriend, it read. He was invited into our fighting tournament, and he's walking directly into our trap.
"K-Kyo-kun?" Yuki gasped.
Well, duh. What other boyfriend do you have?
If you want to see Kusanagi-san again, please come to us in Neo-Tokyo. Don't involve the police or he'll be done for!
Yuki tightened a fist. "The nerve of those people! They don't know I fought Mai-san and the other best female fighters in the world! Grrrrr! They asked for a beating! I'm not the same helpless girl I once was!"
With a burning heart to match that of her boyfriend, the black haired girl ran out of the house...
Yuki.
Origin: The King of Fighters Kyo.
She is Kusanagi Kyo's girlfriend, studying in the same high school as him, Yabuki Shingo, and Asamiya Athena. She's a descendant of Kushinada, the shamaness hailing from a lineage of Japanese gods.
Even Kyo ignored this, and he wouldn't learn it until Nanakase Yashiro kidnapped Yuki so she could be used as a sacrifical offering for the rebirth of Orochi, god of destruction. Kyo saved Yuki's life, and so Orochi went through an incomplete revival.
After the Orochi crisis was over, Yuki graduated from high school and tried to distance herselof from the world of fighting. Until now...
Stage: The ruins of the fairgrounds where Kyo fought Demitri in the SNK Vs Capcom Chaos manwha.
Opening Poses and Lines:
Yuki clumsily runs in and stops suddenly, waving her arms to stop herself from falling. "Uh... Take it easy on me, OK?"
Vs. Hououji Akane:
Yuki points at Akane. "Hey, you! I remember you!"
Akane hums. "Mmmm? From where, may I ask? Have you been to one of our concerts?"
"You're in a band? No! I once went to your restaurant and I ate a meal that gave me a sick stomach!"
"I'm afraid you need taking that to our cook. I only serve tables..."
"You will serve them my complains after we're done!"
Vs. Kusanagi Kyo:
Kyo frowns. "Yuki? What are you doing here? It's too risky!"
"That's my line!" she says. "You keep running into these messes even when I tell you not to!"
"Listen, I'm a trained fighter, and this is the destiny of a Kusanagi..."
"You were set a trap and you walked right into it like an idiot!"
"Who told you that?"
"That letter I received, bringing me here?"
"Who're you gonna believe, a letter, or me?"
"Grr! I'll leave you as flat as it!"
Vs. Mecha Fred Jones:
Yuki wanders into Apocalypse's lair. "Wh-Where am I? What's going on?!"
Fred lands before him and pulls his wings in. "A little lady shouldn't wander alone into a place like this!"
Yuki gasps. "Wow! You're all but a robot... What have they done to you!?"
"Don't feel sorry for me! I was rendered into a better person, a more efficient crimefighter!"
"Are you some kind of superhero?"
"Not exactly! I'm a genius in search for the truth! And you're standing on my way, I'm afraid!"
"What have I done to you!"
"It's not about what you've done to me, but what I'm about to do to you!"
Live and Let Die!
Vs. Belldandy:
"Where, where am I!?" Yuki gasps.
Belldandy descends. "Welcome, Kushinada-sama. You are in Heaven..."
"Whaaaat!?"
"Don't worry, you aren't dead yet...!"
"Are they sacrificing me to that stupid Orochi fellow again!?"
"Not exactly... You are fighting on behalf on the forces opposing Destruction, however, and as such, you are here as their champion. Sorry."
"That's all news to me, Oneesan!"
Live and Let Die!
Heavy Moves:
Bag Rubbish!: Yuki spins around like a merry go round, hitting the adversary with her schoolbag.
Bag Strike: Yuki swings her schoolbag at the opponent and deals them extra damage.
Yuki Hug: It has to be performed near the opponent. Yuki will embrace them, bite them in the skull, and finish by headbutting them.
Schoolbag Deflector: Yuki holds her schoolbag before herself. It has as a practically unbreakable blocking defense, and sends projectiles back.
Rape Alarm: Press the Punch rapidly and a literal Big "NO!" will fly out of Yuki's mouth like an onomatopeia in a cartoon, hitting the touchy opponent.
Get Away from Me!: Yuki pummels the opponent with her palm at maximum speed to push them back.
Otome no Sakebi Rebuilt: Yuki grabs the opponent, yells on their face, and slaps them several times.
Super Moves:
Ai no Kusanagi Dai Koushin:
Yuki summons six clones of Kusanagi Kyo who run across the screen punching fire at her opponents and damaging them.
Psychic Bomb:
Yuki throws her schoolbag, loaded with spirit power, at the enemy in an upwards arc, and it explodes. To be used again Yuki must walk on it as it lays on the ground, or she must wait until the next round begins.
Construction Ahead!:
Yuki causes a big steel girder to fall on the opponent's head. The chances to actually hit your foe with it are somewhat dubious.
Yuki-chan no Torappu:
Yuki's face turns red and she flies into a rage, tearing into the opponent. She is invulnerable as long as she is battering them.
Yuki's Hamburger:
Yuki pulls a hamburger out and eats from it. This is not an offensive move but one that allows her to refill her life gauge. She can be attacked while she is performing it, which interrupts the healing. If the full hamburger is eaten she refills up to one fourth of her life bar and all of her lost POW.
Glow of the Kushinada:
Yuki surrounds herself with an aura of mystic energy that damages the enemy upon contact.
Victory Poses and Lines:
Yuki backs away, shielding her face with her arms. "Yeek! Yikes! Huh, it's over?"
Yuki pouts. "You don't have to frown at me!"
Yuki punches the palm of her left hand. "Hey, I'm pretty good!"
Yuki blinks. "You lost to me? Sad!"
Vs. Hououji Akane:
"Will you now pay for my ill tummy?" Yuki asks.
"Send the bill through me and I'll see what our owner can do."
"That sounds fair enough."
"But be warned, I don't think he'll be able to do much. He's kind of incompetent like that."
"That's men in a nutshell, right?"
Vs. Kusanagi Kyo:
"Are you now convinced I can fight as well as you?" Yuki asks.
"I went easy on you because you're my girlfriend!"
"Oh, what a hothead!"
"But I guess we could walk the rest of the way like a duo, so we can watch each other's back!"
"That's your notion of date? Sheesh!"
Vs. Mecha Fred Jones:
After the battle, Yuki simply disappeared. And as days became months, and months became years, she would never be seen again.
Some mentioned an unfortunate end... Some spun yarns of finding a fortune and living happily ever after in foreign environs with her beau...
Other well-known rumors spoke of alien abduction, since Mars Needs Women. Or a kidnapping carried out by the minions of a secret society of shadowy figures hellbent on reviving the Orochi.
But one fact could not be negated: She was nowhere to be found.
The truth can only be discovered in the depths of darkness...
Vs. Belldandy:
Yuki jumps up happily. "Just as I thought. Im number 1!"
"You have won fair and square, Kushinada-sama," Belldandy says. "Now please tell me, what is your wish?"
Yuki blinks. "Huh... I... I!"
A light bulb appears above her head, and she snaps her fingers. "I know! Could you do something about that guy that is harassing Kyo-kun?"
"You mean Yagami-san?"
"That's him! He's a brooding pest that never leaves us alone!"
"I must warn you, we don't grant wishes aimed at killing anyone…"
"Oh. Then could you do something so he at least gets along well with Kyo-kun?"
Belldandy smiles. "That can be done!"
Cut to a scene of a lovesick Miss X chasing a bewildered Kyo down a boulevard while an angry Yuki runs after both. Benimaru stands in the background laughing.
