A black haired pretty girl rested on her stomach on a bed, in her bedroom, sunlight pleasantly projected on her through a window. She was reading a Magical Girl tankoubon with great interest, swinging her legs and her bare feet back and forth.
"This is for you, Utena," a small black animal with bright yellow eyes, and no pupils, flew in through her window, holding an envelope. "I think you should read it!"
"R-Really?" Hiiragi Utena said, pulling the letter out and reading from it. "Oh dear goodness!"
She looked at the mascot. "Venalita, where did you find this?"
"It was given to me by a mysterious source that shall remain anonymous!" Venalita happily said.
"You're as unhelpful as always!" Utena said.
"The nerve of that person, huh?" the small animal asked. "Inviting you for a mission of good when you are a magical girl of evil!"
"I should leave this to the Magical Girls..." Utena said. "But I can't! I live in this world too, after all!"
"Bah, the Magical Girls are more than able to handle this situation themselves," Venalita shrugged her arms shaped like long sleeves. "You trust them, don't you?"
Utena frowned. "Of, of course I trust them! But even so..."
"On the other hand," Venalita said, probably a bit quickly, "evil versus evil fights are a part of the experience any decent supervillainess should have. Because it's a market ripe with competetiviness! Go for it if you want, Utena! It'll help you forge character and strenght!"
Utena nodded and looked at her tightly held fist. "And I also need to protect Kiwi-chan, Korisu-chan, and Mom!"
She reached into one of her drawers and pulled a golden, star shaped trinket out. She lifted it and turned herself into Magia Baiser, the perverted torturer of the magical world. Someone was due a beating!

Origin: Gushing Over Magical Girls.
H-Hello! My name is Hiiragi Utena! I'm a normal Japanese student. My grades aren't too good, I'm not good with boys, and... I love Mahou Shoujo! Mahou Shoujo are gorgeous and magnificent! I have admired them since I was a child! So when a magical mascot from a dimension of magic offered me to become a Mahou Shoujo, I couldn't reject her!
But Venalita didn't tell me I'd be a Mahou Shoujo of the Forces of Evil, working for the shadowy organization of perfidy, Enormeeta! Ever since, anyway, I've been doing my best to be a good evil Mahou Shoujo and help the Mahou Shoujo of the famous Tres Magia trio to become the best Mahou Shoujo anyone could ever be!
Stage: A black, nocturnal wasteland before the ruins of Enormeeta's destroyed fortress. Solomon Grundy is seen watching in the distance, with glowing eyes.
Opening Poses and Lines:
Magia Baiser walks into the scene, cracking her whip against the ground. "Prepare yourself to be seduced..."
Hiiragi Utena stands there sheepishly, rubbing her hands nervously. She gulps, pulls her transformation trinket out, and there is a flash of white light. She stands transformed into Magia Baiser and smiles sultrily. "I feel better now. Don't you...?"
Vs. Darkwing Duck:
There is a poof of purple smoke and Darkwing appears it, waving his cape. "I am the Fighteer who has your TV Tropes page cut out! I am the voice who cries in the desert over who is going to think of the children! I am Darkwing Duck"
Utena, who already was transformed into Magia Baiser, and Venalita just blink in stupefaction.
Darkwing looks at Baiser and takes his cape off, throwing it at her. "Here, cover yourself!"
Baiser bats the cape back to him. "I don't need to be ashamed of my body!"
Darkwing puts the cape back on. "Was that a social faux pas? I honestly couldn't tell. I guess I'm a little old fashioned."
Vs. Saber (Artoria Pendragon):
Saber walks in her Fate Zero male disguise on an already transformed Utena. Saber then changes into her Servant fighting appearance.
Magia Baiser's eyes shine. "Waiiiiii! A Magical Girl...!"
"You are mistaken," Saber says. "I am a Heroic Spirit, summoned from a distant age long forgotten."
"A Magical Girl of the past...!" Baiser's pupils turn into pink hearts.
Saber sighs. "This era is ripe with fools..."
"Your henshin is just so cool looking!" Baiser giggles, and then puts on a perverted smirk. "Now let's get you out of those lovely clothes..."
Vs. Galactus:
Magia Baiser and Venalita are teleported onto the space platform.
"Baiser, beware!" Venalita says. "I feel a great evil beyond anything I ever saw before coming along!"
"More evil than you?" Baiser says.
"Difficult to believe as it may be!"
Galactus shows up. "I AM GALACTUS! Is this gnat the one who will oppose the Devourer of Worlds?!-?!"
"I don't do well against men, and this is the biggest man of them all!" Baiser says.
Vs. Belldandy:
Magia Baiser finds herself in Heaven.
"GYAAAAHHHHH! GYAAHHHHH!" Venalita screeches. "Just being here burns!"
"Please hold on, Vena," Baiser says stoically.
Belldandy appears before her, floating down gently. "Welcome, young warrior of love. I am Belldandy..."
"Turn it off! Turn the holiness off!" Venalita begs.
"Please don't pay any attention to her, she's just being dramatic," Baiser says. "Um, sorry to fight you, but I'm supposed to be evil, and-"
"No, no, that's okay, everyone has the right to fight for their survival," Belldandy says. "If I didn't believe that, I wouldn't have proposed this tournament to give you a fighting chance and I'd have let the other gods wipe you from above."
"Good and evil have a lot of gray shades between them, huh!" Baiser says.
Heavy Moves:
Elegant Whipping: Like a lady of war, Magia Baiser extends her whip and slash across with it from one side to the other. The motions are full of grace but also a wicked lust.
Aristocratic Wax Drop: Magia Baiser pulls a burning candle out and drops scorching heat from it. It has a very short reach distance.
Bondage of Piledriving: Magia Baiser pulls a grab on the opponent, flies upward with it while wrapping leather chains around them, and slams them down brutally against the ground.
Kiss of the Villainess: Magia Baiser flashsteps to the opponent, grabs them, pulls them to her, and kisses them in the mouth, stealing some of their energy bar and adding it to her own. If the opponent is male right afterwards she staggers back coughing and spitting.
Slap of Pleasure: Magia Baiser flashsteps to the opponent, grabs them by a shoulder, and quickly gives them several slaps to the face. If the opponent is too tall, she hits them across the chest instead.
Super Moves:
Wax Puppet Switch!:
If the command of moves is pulled out before Magia Baiser is hit by an attack, she will disappear briefly, replacing herself with a lookalike clone. The clone dissolves into a puddle of wax after beig hit, and the real Magia Baiser reappears behind the opponent, completely unharmed.
Gardening of Evil:
Magia Baiser cracks her whip down, and several walking flowers the size of a small child sprout from the ground. They lash ahead with their vines.
Literal Ass Whipping:
Magia Baiser jumps towards the opponent. If the grab connects, she puts them in a wood and metal stock and whacks their bottom with her whip several times. This attack causes massive damage.
Shock and Taste:
Magia Baiser loads her whip with electricity and whacks the opponent upwards, into a giant lightbulb appearing above the battlefield. If the opponent is hit with success into the lightbulb, it shocks them further and then explodes, dropping them back down. Mega Damage.
Spanking of Love:
Magia Baiser grabs the opponent, bends them down on her knee, and spanks them several times with her whip.
La Verita:
Magia Baiser briefly achieves her La Verita status, where she gains incredible additional power. It is comparable to being unleashed in the form of a Berserker, a crazy animal who is impervious to pain and reaches remarkable resiliance and stamina. A Super Move that doesn't drain her life away.
Victory Poses and Lines:
Magia Baiser smiles and takes her fingers to her lips seductively. "May we play now...?" This is her victory pose against women.
Magia Baiser turns around and hyperventilates, sweating profusely. "No, no... I don't want to deal with this!" This is her victory pose against men.
Magia Baiser blinks, walks to the defeated enemy, and pats their head. "Sorry, but I can't bring pets home..." This is her victory pose against animals such as Darkwing Duck and Gon.
Vs. Darkwing Duck:
"Sorry. But I really can't bring any pets home!" Magia Baiser apologizes.
"Her mother is allergic to feathers. It would be an evil thing to do," Venalita says.
"Oh!" Baiser says. "Venalita has standards after all!"
"I'd like you to be that evil, but you'd be giving a stray animal a home and that's too nice for a minion of Evil like you!" Venalita tells her.
"I'm not a stray animal or a pet!" Darkwing protests.
Vs. Saber (Artoria Pendragon):
"Fu fu fu fu!" Magia Baiser licks her kips while slamming her whip on a hand gently. "What should I do with you now..."
There is a cutaway to Caster's temple, where Saber is in her white dress sewn by Medea, once again tied to the ceiling by her wrists.
Magia Baiser stands behind her, lifting her whip.
"This is why I told Type-Moon we shouldn't do hentai anymore!" Saber says.
Caster stands aside, impressed. "Miss Baiser is a woman of culture as well, I see!"
Vs. Galactus:
Galactus plummets into the vast outer space with a howl that makes the whole screen shake. "NOOOOOOOOOOO!"
"The bigger they are, the harder they fall!" Venalita gushes. "And that's why I'm so small!"
Magia Baiser pants. "That, that was scary!"
Superman, Captain America, Batman, Hawkeye and Mr. Fantastic show up on the platform before Baiser.
"Well done, Junior!" Captain America compliments her. "Defeating Galactus is no small feat!"
"Oh, don't you say!" Venalita says. "What do you want, do-gooders?"
"We're here to offer you membership in the Justice League International!" Superman says. "You have earned the right to be counted among the greatest and most powerful heroes of Earth, bypassing the Teen Titans..."
"The Avengers and the Young Avengers," Hawkeye says. "We're recruiting her into the Avengers, and she's bypassing the Young Avengers."
Magia Baiser crouches down at the other end of the platform, facing away from them and trembling.
"What's her problem?" Batman asks.
Venalita sighs. "You should've sent Wonder Woman and the Black Widow instead. Thanks but no thanks, we're evil villains anyway..."
Vs. Belldandy:
Belldandy quickly heals back from the beating and returns to a standing position.
"Congratulations on your well earned victory, Magia Baiser-san," she bows at Baiser. "Now you are entitled to any single wish of your picking."
"I only want you as my slave."
Belldandy blinks, then facepalms. "Oh, no, not again!"
"But how could I resist!?" Baiser says. "You're a Mahou Shoujo too, sort of! The ultimate Mahou Shoujo! How would I able to let you go!?"
"But she's a little old for your tastes," Venalita says. "Perhaps you should look elsewhere?"
Skuld enters the chamber and asks, "Belldandy! Are you okay!?"
Belldandy, Venalita and Baiser turn back and stare at her silently.
There is cutaway to the credits, showing the rest of the cast going on with their daily lives and the world being rebuilt. It ends with a shot of Belldandy, Keiichi and Urd in a sunny day, merrily enjoying a meal as a family at the Tarikihongan Buddhist temple where they reside.
The End.
And then there is a cutaway to Skuld in a stock, being whipped by a delighted Baiser while a snickering Venalita, a frowning Araga Kiwi and an indiferent Morino Korisu stay aside, watching...
