Chapter 40 Oozemen

At the tomb Ivan Ooze was watching the mind controled ones start to use machines to lift up metal pieces that looked robotic.
"Put some back into it!"Ivan said.
Quan Chi came and said:"Those machines must be important."
"Yes, they will be the tools to crush that rider."Ivan said.
"I see, in the mean time let us continue our plans to ressurect the army."Quan Chi said.
"Very well."Ivan said and they went inside.
With Hiro
He arrives at the city and he runs foward to see about the ooze attacking the place, he then kicks something making him look down.
He saw a bottle with purple stuff stucked to the inside while most of it was empty, it has a logo of a strange wizard with ooze on it.
Hiro can sense it and saw the darkness in the bits of it.
Some of the ooze came out from a drain and goes towards Hiro who saw it and dodges it before he burns the ooze away.
He backs away holding the bottle."This thing is all over the city, people are vanishing because it gets them."
Hiro then noticed something on a alley and walks towards it, he picks it up to reveal a brown wand with green tips.
"This item is strange."Hiro said.
He then senses more of the ooze and he runs foward, the moment he touched the item he felt vision of where they are.
He kept running and saw a cop called Kabal fighting off mind controled criminals."Stay back!"
"Wait, they are something wrong with them."Hiro goes foward to help him.
One takes out a incendiary grenade and makes it explode.
Kabal screams supriring Hiro as he saw Kabal being burnt, he remembers the visions from the gods and it told him about Kabal's fall.
"Kabal!"Hiro goes to save him but Shaolin warriors came and they were mind controled.
They charged at him and started to fight Hiro making him grunt as he fights them off one by one, Hiro punches one back and spin kicks many away.
But then Liu Kang and Kung Lao appeared knocking the others down.
"Liu Kang, Kung Lao."Hiro said.
"Good to see you again Hiro."Liu Kang said.
"Wait Kabal!"Hiro looks but saw that he was gone."Oh no."
"Is it from the visions a long time ago?"Kung Lao asked.
"Yes, when he got burnt he would join the forces of evil in the future, we need to find him to make sure that doesn't happen."Hiro said.
"We will have to find him, but we have problems with the ooze."Liu Kang said.
"Yes, I sensed the danger happening and rushed here."Hiro said."Someone is taking control of the minds of others and using the fighters to take us down."
He gets a call and answers his cell."Hello?"
"Hiro."He heard Sonya.
"Sonya, are you okay?"He asked.
"Yes, I got attacked by that ooze but I managed to take it down, we got a sample from Jax and it's more alien like, it's also sentient."Sonya said.
"Is Cassie safe?"He asked.
"Yes, we put her in a safe room with any children we find, we can't let them get affected by this stuff."She said.
"Good, with how everything is happening we need to be safe."Hiro said.
With Kabal
He wakes up and sees something weird with his vision."What's wrong with me?"
He was now wearing a metal mask that was helping him breath and he's wearing a new outfit.
Nearby was Kano as he was looking at two hook swords on the table."You got lucky I was nearby."
"Kano?"Kabal looks at him.
"That's right, I got you back up and that breathing device after you got burned alive, but you know what I want."He said and Kabal got off.
Kano looks back and Kabal runs foward taking the sword."I will not go back!"He runs away.
"He'll come back."Kano frowns.
Kabal runs out to the city and falls down grunting, he then saw Oozemen appear before him.
"What are you?"Kabal looks at them.
They grunted before they went to attack him.
Kabal takes out his sword and slashes at them making them get with the ooze."Yuck."
More came and he runs around to avoid them as they chased after Kabal.
He goes to a construction site as they chased him, he goes to a hill or stone and knocks the top part down to have the stones roll down towards them knocking most of them down.
He then goes to fight some that came towards to attack him, he dodges one before kicking the guy away, he runs around one making the guy confused before he slashes it's head off.
Three went towards him and he runs towards a crane to make it swing towards the oozemen hitting them making they're bodies splatter.
Kabal runs around with his highspeed and was now fighting as many Oozemen he could do before he saw a stack of beams hanging off a different machine.
He jumps towards it and cuts the line making them fall down.
"Uh oh."The Oozemen said before they got crushed.
Kabal takes a deep breath and said:"These creatures are all over the city, they must be working with the one that's responsible."He then saw the same bottle on the ground picking it up.
"This bottle..."He then remembers a clown like wizard guy giving this out to kids and he made a report but it was too late."That guy was responsible."He goes towards the city to find where the man behind the bottles is.
"If I can find him I can stop this madness."Kabal said.
Many of the warriors of Earthrealm are heading towards the city for a meeting because of what's happening to the world along with the dangers that is happening in Outworld.
Bo Rai Cho was heading towards the city before a oozeman came to attack him but he uses his stomach to hit him and the guy splatters.
"Hmmm, I never seen a creature like this before, but he has the same energy as the one doing this."Bo Rai Cho said.
"I must find the warriors that we can make a plan to stop this."He said.
Note:Kabal got burnt and became like in the games but he's still good as he's a cop, he's going to try and stop Ivan Ooze since he saw him give this stuff away in bottles and Hiro found a very special item.
