Chapter 59 New Era

Hiro was at Edenia as he hangs out with his son Jerrod, he was at a garden with his son looking up with curious eyes.

"This is your home Jerrod, and where you'll be the ruler, many will have high hopes for you." Hiro told him.

Jerrod kept staring at the distance of the kingdom as he smiles.

Hiro sets him down next to him as they sit together, he meditates as his son looks at him and smiles.

Jerrod saw the statue of his grandfather and smiles making sounds pointing at it. Hiro opens his eyes to see that.

"Yes, that's your grandfather, the one where your name came from." Hiro said.

He also remembers Kitana saying that Jerrod was looking out into a window, nodody broke in so he wonders what he saw.

Nezuko came surprising Hiro as she holds up Jerrod making him smile.

"You wanted to see your little brother?" He asked.

Nezuko nodded many times as Jerrod holds her, the babies all loved they're older sister as she takes care of them.

They went forward and Nezuko goes to room in the palace, she opens the door and saw Meri and Peridot there as they waved at Nezuko.

She puts Jerrod next to them and plays with her siblings as they all were happy being with her.

Hiro stares at them and smiles, he's always happy to see all of them having fun.

At Earthrealm

Sonya was going back home as she opens the door. "I'm back."

She saw Karla holding Cassie as the little girl was so happy.

"Welcome back." Karla said.

"Thanks for taking care of Cassie, the nursery was closed today." Sonya said.

"It's nothing." She hands her over to Sonya.

"So how's life being in the Lin Kuei?" Sonya asked.

"It was fine, they're nice when Sub Zero and Tundra are keeping things under control." She said.

Many of the warriors from the invasion have been living in Earthrealm as they didn't have a home ever since they got dragged here.

"Well thanks." Sonya pays her for the time before Karla leaves.

Cassie holds on to Sonya's vest.

"Yes I know Cassie." Sonya smiles at her.

She enjoys being with her daughter at home.

"Also I would wish people stop calling me a single mother." She frowns.

Many people she met walking with Cassie always assumed she was a single mother.

"I told them I got married, and they still think i'm lying." She sits down on the couch.

Cassie looks at her confused, wondering what's going on with her mother.

"It's nothing Cassie, just mother a little annoyed." She said.

At the Shaolin Temple

Many were training there with the monks doing katas, among them was Nezu as he was chosen to join they're group.

Bo Rai Cho watches the young warrior himself, Nezu moves his arms before he throws a few kicks around.

"Very good Nezu, keep your training and you'll be ready." Bo Rai Cho said.

"Thank you." Nezu smiles at him.

Among others are Chagi, Terry and Joe as they were granted a home there, with some wanting to train to get better for future battles.

Terry goes forward. "Well you guys are all working hard."

Liu Kang and Kung Lao go up to him with the latter saying: "Well it's normal, you might not be used to a temple like this."

"Well I was in a tournament. Where the best fighters of our world go and face against each other." Terry said.

"It must have been a interesting moment." Liu Kang said.

"Yeah, but of course goo guy had to ruin it by mind slaving me and Joe." Terry said.

"At least your safe, Hiro said he would find a way to return you all back home." Liu Kang said.

Terry nodded. "Until then, looks like we're staying."

Raiden watches from a distance as he sees all the warriors they have recruited.

"The future has been changed, but theres other dangers but with the warriors we managed to get, we might be able to change it."

He takes out his medallion and looks at it, once a sign of doom back at the war against Shao Kahn, now it reminded him of the others like the Dragon king.

"If it wasn't for Hiro, we might not have been able to have a better future."

The warriors they have gotten could be a deciding factor for Armageddon should it happen as Blaze still exists, the new warriors came from the introduction of Hiro as the evil that are after him forced them to fend them off, but in turn made the side of light stronger.

"We must not allow this chance go to waste." He said.

At another realm

Cetrion was sitting on a throne as she watches Hiro be with his family, she frowns a bit since she wanted to be closer.

"The only human that has the heart of justice I was looking for."

Ever since meeting Hiro she felt that he was the true mortal she was looking for, a wise and powerful fighter that would fight to protect others.

She would lie if she said she had no feelings for him, as he was perfection to her eyes, to even raise a demon child without mistreating her as Nezuko was treated as if she was his child.

She then remembers Another Hibiki and frowns. "That being dare do that to Shinnok, he might have gotten greedy but to kill him like that."

Cetrion heard from another that she isn't happy about what happened, and has tried to find Akuma but the another rider vanished making it harder to even fight him.

"But I have no reason that Hiro wouldn't be the greatest warrior of all of history." She smiles.

Cetrion will keep watching him as the more he wins his battles, the more she can see he is the one for her.

"Well I hope mother wouldn't mind if I had to keep Hiro for myself." She said.

The other warriors that joined Earthrealm are something she never could have seen but they are only there for some time as Hiro told them they would be going home later on.

'They'll be out later on anyway.'

Note: Heres some slice of life moments with a few characters and how some of the fighters from the previous arc have been doing, also Cetrion has been watching Hiro for all of his adventures.
