It was early morning and even though Karley was not much of a morning person she got up before Chazz. She gently picked up the pregnancy test then she went into the bathroom to take it. "It's going to be another negative or a rare false positive." The tall woman thought to herself it was a hopless case by now but they still tried and Karley had been especailly tired the past three months. Chazz had urged her to take a test for the past three months too since she was showing a lot of signs. For example morning sickness (more like all day sickness to her), tiredness and so on. It was not fun at all for her also her stomach had started to get bigger too. Yes she was pregnant but she was in denial until now. Karley took a deep breath as time seemed to slow down the minuets felt like hours then finally she saw it. She smiled softly and sweetly as she felt a tear of joy slide down her cheek.
Chazz opened his charcoal eyes then stretched out his body getting out of bed. He walked to the bathroom then his wife opened the door. He saw her tear then said "Oh honey maybe we could-" he was cut off by her saying.
"Chazz I'm pregnant we are finally going to have a baby." His eyes went wide the he kissed Karley with passion as she kissed back then pulled him in for a hug.
"Honey I'm so happy we have to tell Jagger, your best friend Maddie and of course Jesse and Jaden and-" he was cut off again by the queen of vampires giggling at his excitment.
Then for a bit they just gazed in each other's eyes until Karley spoke that she was hungry.
"What are you in the mood for my love?" Her raven haired husband as well as vampire king asked.
"Chocolate chip pancakes with maple syrup and some spray butter just like my mom would make." she replied happily.
"I was thinking maybe peanut butter toast or egg in a hole with bacon like how your dad would make you." He said as they walked towards the spacious kitchen. Karle loved cook and bake. She did a lot of it despite there being servants to help out. "Chocolate chip pancakes it is." Karley said as she prepared the morning meal for the two of them. Life was finally going great for them but little did they know that their half vampire royal baby would have heavenly beings after them for their powers.
