Quick question for all you readers out there... Ya'll FW Madness Combat?

Izuku leaned on the railing as it came loose with the explosion. Yet again, his life was in danger. Izuku flailed about when he stumbled forward and lost his balance. His footing on the edge, he covered his eyes while awaiting his eventual death...

...Or so he thought. He uncovered his eyes to see that the railing had landed on the ground. But he was not falling in the first place. He looked at his shoes and realized that he had one foot on the roof. He was leaning heviliy forward, ane his foot was only on the side of the roof by the toes. He noticed that his school collar was tight around his neck. As he looked directly behind him, he saw a disembodied, black hand.

Suddenly he was jerked back onto the roof by a pulling motion. He looked around to see that no one had pulled him back. He looked ahead and saw the hand in closer detail.

It had claws at the end of it's fingers. On the inside of the palms, there was a crystaline texture that was purple and gold. The hand itself on the black parts was cracked. The hand then waved goodbye, and dissapeared.

Izuku double checked the roof to see if anyone was there. He even checked the nearby buildings for anyone on top to see who his savior was. But no one was there...

He went down the stairs and got out of the building, and he started walking. Home probably. This left him time to just think about the day. He could not say it wasn't interesting at least.

Voices rung out through the young teen's mind as he was walking, nowhere in particular mind you. The voices of doubt, and those who probbably supported said doubt... What was he thinking all these years, it's been said for all his life and only now does he see what is supposed to be.

"You Should Probably Just Give It Up"

"We'll Be Heros... Right?"

"I'm Not Sure It's For Him... Can He Even Help Himself?"

"You Are Nothing Deku! Nothing!""

"He still can't face reality, and we are already third years!"

"It's time you start seriously start thinking about your futures..."

"You Are Quirkless, Deku... What Can Good You Do?"

"I Cannot In Good Consious Tell You You Can Be A Hero..."

...

You Are So Much More Than Enough.

Izuku snapped out of his thoughts as this new one came through. The voice was familiar in a weird sense, but one he does not recognize. He now started to realize that he was not even paying any attention to where he was. He looked around, only to see an abyss with a golden light in the distance.

Seeing no real reason to go any other way he went towards it. When he got close to it, it was another one of those golden crystals. Not one to deny it brilliance, Midoriya took it, and found himself on another rooftop. However, he saw smoke right across the street as a rainless storm rolled through.

He leaned over the balcony to get a closer look to this new crisis. Wait, was this another villian attack? He just can't help himself, can he... As he was about to dejectedly leave, he saw that none of the heroes were doing anything about the villian. And the one that could help in this was preoccupied with the fire.

Death Arms, Kamui Woods, Backdraft, And the new hero Mt Lady were just standing back watching the chaos unfold... Then, Midoriya saw the villian through the smoke.

It was the sludgelike villian that almost took his own life. But how? All Might caught him in those soda bottles... Wait, he didn't remember the bottles being on him when they landed.

Izuku was mortified by this revelation. This chaos, this amount of explosive devestation was on him... Explosive? The villian didn't do anything like that. But he did say that he would puppeteer his body, could that mean that the person that is hosting the villian would also, in theory, use their quirk?

The villian slapped around, causing another series of explosions. Practically confirming his theory. Also confirming that the villian had a living hostage. Although, given that the sludge villian had to envelope the victim to use them, the hostage probbably does not have long left.

Midoriya was completly mortified by this fact. Another person was going to be hurt because of him. Suddenly, the person inside the villian stuck his head and most of his torso out of the villian, fighting for his own survival. Seeing the person inside clearly made Midoriya's blood run cold. It was Bakugo. Who for the first time in his life, was terrified.

The golden stone in Midoriya's hand shined brightly, and a great surge of Power imbued him... Unfortunately, he went unconscious.

Yagi went to the scene of the crime as fast as he could. When he left that kid on the roof, had felt around his pockets and realized he lost that guy. It would be around here that the trajectory of his jump would lead him anyway.

He was right on the fact of where he was, due to the fact that the villian was rampaging with a hostage. None of the heroes were doing anything about the villian either. Completly compliant about the biggest concern... This was his own fault in a way.

He was so focused on the damn time limit that he didn't even notice it gone until it was too late... He wasn't very understanding with that kid either. Especially the fact that he was in the same place around his age. All of this, just because he was so careless. He is supposed to be number one and yet he had doomed two people this day.

It's Pathetic...

So Pathetic...

Pathetic...

Pathetic...

Pathetic...

PATHETIC!

It was that moment somthing unbeliveable landed in front of the crowd. Cloaked in smoke and shadow, was a horned creature. It's horns glowed with an eerie dark light. A corrupted being... A Yokai... An Oni!

Yagi intrernally panicked. A Yokai!? Here!? There were no readings that could even suggest somthing like this being here. It couldn't have made its way here from Kyoto! The civilians became more fearful of this creature... If they had any agency they would run.

It looked back at the crowd with scorn in its eyes. Crimson with three pupils. Of course, it's an Aratama. It then dragged its attention to the sludge villian, letting loose its smoke and shadow cloak. Revealing form.

If Yagi had to recall this for later, he took as many mental notes as possible in this moment. It had long, wild hair that was as black as a night with an empty sky, yet in a certain reflection he saw a strand of dark green.

If he had to say its height, without its horns and if it stood up straight it would probably be about 8'6. The horns added about 2'8 to the total.

Its skin was grey and tightly wrapped on its frame, apart from its forearms. Which were black and craglike, only ending with its palms and the fingers on that side, and across the enitre body it was eminating subtle black fog. On the Oni's forearms were several black whiskers that potruded crookedly. Its fingers ended in sharpened claws.

The Oni was wearing shredded black slacks below the knee and had no shoes to speak of. A white undershirt was torn and dangling around its waist, tucked in.

The creature's face was suprisingly smooth, as if it were a young age. Well, at least above its upper lip. The rest was a texture that would come expected of a yokai. Large tusklike fangs potruded upwards from its lower lip corners, with a smaller pair going downwards inside of the borders. Beyond the tusks was a running black line going to the end of its jaw. On its shoulders was a dense mist that was visually reminicent of a hagaromo.

When he saw its face when it turned around he was still trying to proccess what is happening in front of him. Not to mention that there was something odd about the demon. Though he could not point it out.

The Oni observed the situation, and then lumbered forward to the villian, the fires that were being dampend blazed in intensity. The Oni dissapears into the flames, as he challenges the villain. The heroes were too appaled to stop him. Yagi thanked the heavens for that. As long as the heroes did not enrage the demon, perhaps the day could not end in a massacre.

The sludge villian turned to this new, horned challenger. "Eh? What kind of hero are you?... Well it DOSEN'T MATTER!" The sludge villian raised its arm and primed the quirk of his squirming hostage. The villian slammed down his hand, connecting with the horned man. A massive explosion errupted and smoke piled on him.

The villian grinned. "Well... That didn't take long at all."

The kid he took hostage was screaming inside of him. All profanity and curses. Dumb blonde shouldn't have kicked the bottle. He then went quiet as the smoke cleared.

The horned man was still standing. Unstaggered. The man's expression changed from a quiet fury to a sinister grin. Red eyes shining brighter. A dark aura started to grow on the man as rubble started to float, and thunder roared above.

The sludge villian didn't take this mockery lightly, no sir. He then started to slap around, but the ogreish man either took it or made minimal movement to dodge. "Yeah well, go to hell!" The sludge villian said, infuriated. As he morphed his body to form eight arms.

As he readied his arms the man's grin turned derranged, and choked out a maniacal laugh, distorted and baleful. The manic nature of this guy unervved the villian. Soon enough, the laughing slowed to a chuckle... Then it stopped entirely. His eyes became entirely focused, and it leaped forward at an impossible speed, leaving afterimages as he slammed his body against the sludge.

While the sludge villian tried to respond, the strange man raised his hand and plunged it into one of the only solid parts of the villain's body.

His left eye.

Using the sludge villain's teeth as a solid surface, the demon used it as a kickoff point and pushed himself off of the sludge. Making off with the eye that the villain could still see out of.

The villain was shook to the core as he saw his own eye in the palms of another, lightly squezing it and losening his grip. "Now hold on there... No need to be rash, you just hand that back, and I'll forget that you bothered me. What do you say?" The sludge villain said, trying to appear that he still had the upper hand... He did not.

The man looked at the eye, then looked back into the remaining eye of the villain. The man chuckled balefully again. "Ha Ha Ha..." as he stopped chuckling, his expression darkend with fury. Then, maintiaining eye contact, crushed the eye in his right hand, then tossed into the flames that the villain created.

The man reared back the bloodied fist and, in one movement, passed through the villain... And freed the teenage hostage.

Bakugo looked at the demon straight in the eyes. Perhaps feeling true terror for the first time. First it was the dumbass sludge man, now this... Thing. Bakugo was speechless as the thing just staired into his eyes... Bakugo couldn't help but see the layers and layers of resentment. The thing started to lower him as the sludge villian started yelling. "YOU BASTARD!!! YOU WILL DIE SLOWLY TO SUFFOCATION AND I WILL REVEL IN IT!!!"

The creature that was once understood by mankind slowly turned to the villian, and, thankfully let go of Bakugo entirely. It then repositioned itself and walked into the sludge villian.

"OH? WANT TO MAKE IT QUICK!?! WELL TOO BAD! SHOULD HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT IT BEFOR-?!?" The creature lifted the slime villian high in the sky from the inside and raised his arms as high as he could. "WHAT, WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!?"

Once again, the creature laughed, as if he were enjoying a cruel joke. As static was eminating from the sight, the creature's aura was growing more intense. The ground sparked and then lightning crashed down on the creature and the sludge villian. Then, he unleashed his dark energy, scattering the villian everywhere. The shockwave of both of these extinguished the fires. Then thunder crashed.

The creature then turned to Bakugo and spoke, pointing at him as he straightened his posture. "Remember me... Katsuki." He then extended his arm and opened a dark portal and left.

Yagi was stunned. The yokai, no Aratama only went after the villian and no one else. One person from the crowd was the first to speak after a long silent moment. "Is it over? What even happened? The fire and smoke covered everything important."

After the civillian said this, the stormclouds dissapaited. "Hey look, the sky is clear now. Did the new guy do that?" A random woman from the crowd said. "Wow, really? I thought All Might was the only one able to indirectly change the weather!"

As the crowed chattered in minor confusion, Toshinori slipped away. He was quickly scrolling through his contacts and found who he was looking for.

Ring, ring, click. A monotone, regal man's voice responded. "Yes, what is it?"

Toshinori responded in kind. "Tatsu, It's me. I saw a yokai. Strong one. With dark crystal horns, like a blackend mysticite... It was an Aratama, but it was strange. It only attacked the villain and ignored the civilians and heroes."

A quiet pause was palpible on the phone. "Is it still there?"

"No, it left as soon as it came practically."

"...Save an hour each day for the next month, just in case. I have a few calls to make to my sister."

"Why?"

"Because either He broke his vows, or a child of Him was in the right place at the right time and was in the right mood."

Tatsu hung up the phone. This was going to be a Nightmare to figure out.

He was laid back against a tree. A leaf tickled his nose. No response, only the same slow and steady breaths. Then a slobbery yet sobering lick was felt on his left cheek and Izuku jolted awake.

He notice a few of those little guys had climbed on each other's shoulders to try to get him awake. He looked to his left to see a pure white shrine dog was panting beside him. Although, only one question was on the greenet's mind. "H-How did I get here?"

The little guys, startled at the fact that they didn't realize that he was awake yet, stumbed and all of them fell over. "Woah, sorry, sorry!" Izuku promptly apologized. Meanwhile the dog was just chosing to stay aside.

Midoriya stood up, steadying himself on the tree. He felt dizzy, and his memory was fuzzy at best. Mostly outright forgetful though. What happened today?

When Midoriya got his bearings, he made his way back to his home. He was in a local park near dagobah beach and it was almost evening.

When he got back to his home, he noticed a note stuck on the kitchen table. It read.

"Izuku, I think I've got to stay overtime tonight. I'm sorry, but there's been a few villian attacks this afternoon. But don't worry, I made some dinner for you. It's in the fridge in case I'm not back yet.

-Love Mom."

Though he was a bit saddend at the fact that she still isn't home yet, he carried on. He ate some of the meal left for him, but he was too tired to finish it.

He got to his bed and he plopped down. He didn't even change his clothes before he fell asleep. Although he wasn't exited about sleeping, the nightmares weren't all the time. So that was encouragement enough.

As he drifted through slumber his consiousness was pulled to a place in his mind he had not seen before.

He "awoke" in a place unfamilliar to him. He noitced that he was dressed in a black dojo kimono. The sight around him was even more interesting though. As it was a large training grounds l area that the old samurai ruins had, but it was surrounded by a grey, windy cloud..

As he patrolled around, he found two posing statues. As well as a large horned man with white hair who was dressed traditionally. He looked up at the boy and smiled softly. "Welcome, young man. I have... A proposition for you, if you would be so kind as to humor me for a minute."
