After one adventure in the world of Crash Nebula, the Odd Squad returned back to Chloe's room. Going into an episode, the gang saved the titular character from a black hole and, in the end, him and Ani finally hooked up.

"I knew they would get together, danger really does..." Timmy stopped cause he remembered how he got a particular kiss. "Whatever." He said, walking towards the door.

"Timmy wait!" Chloe called out to him.

"What's up?"

"You know that the Romance Dan-"

"Okay bye!" The boy quickly said, bolting out of her room and house.

With him gone, Chloe was alone with Wanda, who took the form of pink pillow and landed on the girl's bed. Fitting, because that's where Chloe jumped to and sighed, dropping her face into the bed.

"Why not bring up the Trixie situation yourself?" Wanda asked.

"Cause I want him to do it." She told her godmother, as she lifted her face up. "If I bring it up it will have me appear more aggressive and jealous, but if he does it, it will show that he cares and considers my feelings."

"Hopefully he does it soon." The pink haired fairy sighed.

"He has four more days, there's no way he can keep avoiding this."

Outside crossing the street, Timmy hurried to his backyard and sat on the patio. Accompanying the boy was his two male fairies, Cosmo and Poof in the form of butterflies. However, Cosmo was in miniature cast and bandages from this recent adventure.

"I didn't know having the high ground was that effective." A groggy Cosmo said before falling to the ground.

"Yeah just get some sleep dad." Poof commented on his father, before turning his attention to Timmy. "So what are you going to do bro, cause there's no avoiding this."

"Wanna bet?" Timmy replied.

For three days straight, Timmy would find a way to avoid any talk of the Romance Dance with Chloe. The young boy made any excuse possible, stomachache, parents wanted to have a talk, or he was going to an opera. The obvious lies infuriated Chloe, but she kept her cool because it was the last day and she had a plan. Their next adventure found them in South Dakota, where Timmy thought it would great idea to bring to life the presidents of Mount Rushmore.

Instead of talking it out, the rock presidents stood tall and got into a huge brawl. Regular people watching this, thought it was some special show being shown for the public and snapped pictures. Their fighting eventually came to an end when Chloe was able to agree on something important.

"Gentleman only the best our called presidents." Washington calmly told them.

"Quite right, there are special people out there but we appear to be more beyond that." Jefferson agreed.

"Bully, let them all know!" Roosevelt boasted.

"Humble yourself men." Lincoln told his statue presidents, before turning to Chloe. "Thanks again young one, we shall return to our rest."

"Your welcome, catch you around Honest Abe!" Chloe saying goodbye as her and her group poofed away.

Out of South Dakota, Timmy assumed they were in Chloe's house and already had his excuse.

"Well got to go home!" He said walking away. "See you lat-"

He stopped when he walked face first into a wall and falling backwards. Checking his surroundings, Timmy saw that he was in his treehouse.

"Don't worry Timmy I already prewished for us to be close to your house." She told him. "Hopefully I saved you a trip."

"Yup so-"

"So about the Romance Dance, do you have any plans?"

"Um yeah, so I was thinking." The boy awkwardly replied. "Maybe I could get Chester or AJ to take you."

"Neat... and what about yourself."

"I think I might have a shot with Trixie this time, so I'll ask her out."

"Oh wow a kiss from her really did all that!" Chloe finally snapped.

Timmy was shocked while his fairies stood back and looked at the human children with worried looks.

"You knew?"

"Yup, Trixie lips must have some magic caused when you kissed me you didn't do all this!"

"Chloe don't let them know!" The young Turner panicked.

"Actually, sport we knew." Wanda spoke. "On both sides."

"All of us but Dad." Poof said.

"Actually, I knew too." The green haired fairy told them.

Hearing that not only caused his wife and child to react with surprised faces, but the godkids too.

"I knew, I just decided to play along until you two finally admitted it to each other."

"Well guess that's not going to happen since Timmy is still stuck with his popular phase!" Chloe returning back to the arguing.

"Well excuse me for not forgetting my crush!" Timmy finally snapping back. "Besides what makes you think we would actually work together?"

"I got curious and Cupid said it was a thing!"

"Of course he did." He said smacking his own face. "Well he isn't going to be right this time!"

"After everything we've been through, that's how you what to end it all!?"

"I'm not giving up on the one girl I love!" Timmy shouted.

After he said that, everything got quiet and everything seemed tense. Both human children were breathing heavy from the back and forth, while their fairies floated there scared. Timmy's mad look soon faded away when he saw the tears from Chloe's eyes go down to her cheeks.

"C-Chl-"

"No don't speak, you found your one true love!" The young Carmichael said walking towards the exit.

"Chloe?" The baby fairy spoke.

"Guys I want to be alone, I'll call you if need you." She said on the ladder, but looked at Timmy one final time. "I'm glad you got what you always wanted Timmy!"

Going down the ladder and leaving the backyard of the Turners, Chloe was now at the sidewalk alone. Looking both ways before crossing the street, she was about to go home but was stopped when someone tapped her on her shoulder. Turning around, the girl saw that it was Remy Buxaplenty and in his hands was flowers.

"Oh boy."

"Chloe my dear, the Romance Dance is tomorrow night." Remy reminded her. "Are you going with that wretched cur, Turner."

"No way, he's found true love."

"Oh, unexpected." The rich kid replied very surprised. "So how's about you and-"

"That's even bigger no way Remy." She told getting more fed up. "Just because I'm mad with him, doesn't mean I'm available!"

"Oh my sweet Chloe, you think you would have learned after I tried to destroy the love."

Hearing that made Chloe freeze up for a minute and that was the opportunity Remy needed. Ditching the flowers and grabbing her wrist, Remy's hand began to glow red. A horrified Chloe tried to break free, but the young Buxaplenty wasn't having that.

"You almost destroyed everything?"

"You showed loved to someone pathetic, so obviously I needed revenge." He explained his actions. "But now I sense a different feeling, how's about we amp it up!"

The red aura that came from his hand began to spread all over Chloe's body. At first this surge of power was scaring, but soon something took over and made Chloe have an evil smile herself. Releasing her, Remy had only one thing to ask her.

"We are going to the Romance Dance why?"

"Because I hate Timmy Turner!"

"Perfect." Remy smiled as he got on his phone to plan more on the big event.
