Sup guys? Lighting Wolf here, back with another story, this one about RWBY and Warhammer. Enjoy the 2000-word chapter. I do not own Warhammer or RWBY. Viz, Games Workshops, and a few others do.

The change in scenery did nothing to make the Blood Angels back off fighting the Black Legion.

The Blood Angel stabbed through the throat of the Black Legionary in front of him and then snapped his neck before he started to think, he turned and shot another in the head at least 3 times.

He blinked; they were back on Baal? Why were they here? Why now?

It was too much to distract themselves for now at the time of the battle, knowing that the battle was going to consume them. It would be too much for them all to end now, too much for the Blood Angel as he looked up.

Space, nothing but space. It appeared they were with their host planet, their birthplace but they did not believe it.

It was more than it had to be done now as they seemed distracted. He cleared his throat and made sure to deal with the enemy before speaking.

"Brother? How are we here, where is here?" The Blood Angel asked before he hummed. "This is not Baal, is it? This is not the planet that we were born, correct?" The Blood Angel asked before he sighed.

Blood Angels fought, but they did not manage to relax without some bloodlust. They were still somewhat gripped by the distraction of pain in their mind.

It was too much to deal with for now…. But the Blood Angel was curious, too thrown off now. He had work to do and it was clear the Black Legion would regroup.

The Blood Angels would need to cut them off, their soldiers would come back.

It was too much to deal with for now. The Blood Angel looked at several of his brothers as he paused, distracted.

"We must crush the Black Legion. The heretics will come back soon… And we must be ready to fight once more." The Blood Angel paused, he thought of what they were doing.

They were too at odds. They had fought and would fight but they had to move soon. If they did nothing? It would soon break; the enemy would strike soon at them and the Blood Angels had to meet this fury head-on.

SO? They would smash the enemy into dust and slaughter the Black Legion into nothing before long… Nothing would stop them for now as it had pushed them further.

It would end now and be good at the time. And all times it had to be done with such things eventually with what was occurring upon the mind for now.

It was too much to deal with for now for a good reason. The Blood Angels would have to hunt and not be able to deal with itfor now lest it all collapse.

It was something else to deal with and something the sons of Sanguinius would finish. They would crush their enemies once and for all now and it was something that could be managed.

It would end, it would all end and it would end shortly before something else had become part of things now… As always? This was part of what had made things fun for now and for a good reason.

It was too much to deal with for now and for a good reason now and for a good reason now. It was all too much for now.

It had to end… And it would end, this was a war that only came away in one way or another.

The soldier in the Blood Angel was curious. He did not know just WHAT this was going to entail.

He was a soldier, a son of the angel. He would do what they needed but he was curious as a Lieutenant. He had a job.

They had orders to deal with. They had to act and make the next move. If the Black Legion had tricked them and regrouped? They had to strike the traitors before they could rally for another strike.

That? And it was a risky move to stay on Baal. If they had a chance to end this war?

It was something else. It would become harsher and harsher to deal with.

Yet? Something that they could have tasked this next move as he thought of his next move.

Something about this all had been too much.

(10 minutes later)

A strike cruiser slowly floated over the broken moon. The Blood Angels were too focused on the battle below, slowly preparing their next moves.

Granted? He would continue to relax. The Blood Angel hummed, curious as he thought of his next move once more. The Blood Angel was too thrown off and he paced back and forth.

"What is the issue?" The Blood Angel lieutenant asked before he shook his head. "We have work to do. If the scouts have reported in? We need work to be done." The Blood Angel lieutenant stated before he sighed.

It was too much to deal with. The work would continue to occur, they had a plan to deal withit.

Something else occurred. They had plenty of work left to deal with… And it was enough, it was all too much for now.

It was enough to drive the Blood Angel insane.

All of it was too much. He was able to think of what was occurring once more and it was able to think.

The Blood Angels seemed to be distracted. They were all too unable to work without a counter to their work. They were eager for battle… But they were not stupid enough to blindly advance.

All too much had been to work with such chaos as he paused to think of what had to be dealt with.

It was to be done now, done soon now, and good with more and more and more work with such things now.

It will always be like this now and good. This was something else to deal with and he was curious at the time. It was too much to deal with and the pain of what he had been able to deal with.

The Blood Angel hummed and then turned, the Lieutenant was able to try and think of what was able to deal with.

He was very much able to think of what was too much eager to get to work. The Blood Angel knew that work would continue to distract him from what they could do now.

Perhaps it was something that the Blood Angel was able to deal with. Something like this was too much.

He took a deep breath. He silenced his bloodlust and his desire to kill the Black Legion, they had killed his father and he would suffer their hate with his own.

"Preparations have been underway, brother Alessandro." The Space Marine heard.

Alessandro snorted but said nothing, there was a work within him. Something about this had not yet done much if anything… If they did not strike? The Black Legion would escape.

"Continue scanning. I will take a squad and survey the ice for them. The traitors could be down there." Alessandro ordered before he took a deep breath.

He was curious, unsure of himself now.

It was something that did not help him. He needed his courage and his sympathy. He needed to think beyond his hatred as this was about more than one Blood Angel. They were the sons of a Primarch and he was letting his hatred get him.

He would not, he could not. He would get to work and he would need to handle this properly.

(5 minutes later)

A single Thunderhawk flew from the bay of the Blade of the Angel. Alessandro hummed, cracking his fingers as the chain sword, and then thought of his next move as he knew what he could do next.

His brothers had done this before now. He would not be able to relax and was unsure of his next move but he had led his brothers once more.

"Prepare for anything. The traitors are eager for blood and they will gladly throw any tricks at us they have. We must be prepared for combat and continue to strike at the enemy." Alessandro stated as he tightened his hand upon his weapons.

He would not understand himself. He was not usually this on edge.

He was worried inside of it all too much to deal with for now and good.

Alessandro knew such work would become harsher and harsher. They had work left to think of and he was a soldier of the imperium, they had to focus.

As the Strike Cruiser slowly returned to orbit? The Blood Angel Lieutenant was curious aboutwhat awaited them.

He took a deep breath as the Thunderhawk opened its doors. The 30 Blood Angels inside prepared for combat… To fall, to fly. They were the angels of death and mercy coming into the fire. They were eager to fly and fall into battle against the hated enemy.

"Good luck, brothers." Alessandro heard before he led them out of the gunship.

They fell, the sting of the cold whipping at them as the Astartes fell slowly like stones. They picked up speed slowly but surely and slowly managed to fall faster and faster as he knew exactly what he would have to deal with.

They fell in formation. Every Blood Angel activated their packs to fall like beautiful missiles and they slammed into the snow with the explosions of fire that heralded their arrival.

They took deep breaths and looked up. The cold whipped at their armored bodies as they quickly deployed weapons and charged forward. All they knew was that the Black Legion was slowly and yet surely preparing for combat.

They would not strike yet. No, the Blood Angels would have that honor and cut at the enemy like the enemies they had cut down.

They would tear into the flesh of their enemy like sharks tearing a dead whale… And it would be glorious now.

"Any sign of the traitors?" Alessandro asked as he and the others charged through the snow started blanketing their bodies. "We have work left to do, I wish to find them soon," Alessandro stated before he shook his head and looked to the side.

There was something else to distract them for now and it would not have helped them once.

The Blood Angel paused, the Blood Angels behind him coming to a stop. He knew that such work was enough and he would have killed his brothers if he rushed in like this.

And then again? It was enough to drive the Blood Angel astartes insane when it was said and done.

It was too much for him and would not have helped if he discarded his tactics.

He was focused on something and this was too much now at the end of it all.

Work was now going on his mind once more. He was able to think of what he was going forward. He was too thrown off and he was able to relax and he would not relent now.

They had something else now… Something beyond what they could do and would do now.

Perhaps it was something else to distract them once more and bore them once more at the end.

It was too much to deal with… Until a voice cut the Blood Angel off.

Author Notes

Phew. Another chapter is done! I want to point out that thenext chapter will be delayed… As I am playing Warhammer II? I will attempt to write well for the Blood Angels. And YES, I am aware ofhow everyone thinks the Astartes and such suck. The Blood Angels will not be as good but they are to be heroes here.

The next chapter will be 2-10 months and will be 900-6500 words and it will show the Blood Angels meeting the Atlesian Army. Until then? Lighting Wolf out!
