A week later the portal was finished

"uhh Sonic... why is there a big group here?" Tails asked

"Well I told Cream who told Shadow who told Rouge and Omega and I don't know why Silver is here." Sonic said

"APPARENTLY I HAVE A NEW ADOPTIVE MOTHER!??" Silver yelled

"Okay Silver you're gonna need to explain that one to me." Sonic said

"So I go back to my future but instead of the place where I live it's a house so I think "alright must've teleported to the wrong spot." So I go to leave when something catches my eye a photo of A younger me and a woman who is a freaking cyborg! So naturally I'm a bit alarmed and then I hear "Silver you're back!" So I go downstairs and see the woman with a plate of pancakes it took everything I had to not freak out and I accidentally called her mom 5 times and she didn't even flinch." Silver said "And then when I'm done eating i said thanks And she said "Anything for my son." And I'm freaking out!"

"Woah man breathe, is having a mom really that bad?" Sonic asked

"WELL I HAVE ONE MORE THING TO PROTECT!" Silver yelled "so I would like to figure out how this happened!"

"Alright then. Could you describe what she looks like?" Tails asked

"Purple hedgehog. Robot Body parts that kinda reminds me of Metal Sonic. Has a horn on her forehead." Silver described

"Don't know any purple hedgehogs with horns." Sonic said

"and I would never give Metal Sonic's parts to anyone." Dr.Eggman said

"Can we please get a move on I would like to pay Rose back for the banana bread she has given me." Shadow said

"Well then onward we don't have all day!" Dr.Eggman said

He started up the Portal with the master emerald powering it

the portal opened

"Well in you two go!" Dr.Eggman said before kicking orbot and cubot into the portal

after a few seconds orbot spoke through the doctor's wrist watch

"We're okay!" Orbot said

"alright then let's go." Dr.Eggman said before jumping in himself

"Should we close it?" Shadow asked

"Mr.Shadow!" Cream said angrily

"Fine fine!" Shadow said before he and the rest of Team Dark jumped in

"I'm coming miss Amy!" Cream said before she and cheese jumped in

"Well we better go after them." Knuckles said before jumping in

"Hopefully this will provide me with the answers I seek." Silver said before jumping in

"Shall we little buddy?" Sonic asked

"Yup! Let's go!" Tails said as they jumped in

Meanwhile

"Way to go Eri!" Amy said as she watched Eri preform a successful spin dash and homing attack on some of the UA robots

with her transformation complete Amy and Metal sonic have been taking their time to teach Eri some of her new abilities

"And she didn't have to copy it. Excellent work."

"Thanks papa!" Eri said her robotic left Eye glowing Green

most of her left side was metal with the exception of the back of her head

she very much took after her father in that department

her right side was more similar to Amy just purple instead

She still had her horn though

suddenly Metal sonic began to beep signaling he was getting a call

he answered it and it was Doctor Eggman

"Eggman!" Amy said

"Oh good you're both there that makes this easier." Dr. Eggman said "You see based on my chaos energy readings it seems that me orbot and cubot got separated from sonic and his friends, meaning they are in an unknown world with no clue who is friend or foe. I want you two to find them."

"and why would you want to find them?" Amy asked

"Simple I owe them for helping me find metal via call ." Dr.Eggman said

"Hi grandpa!" Eri said

"What was that?" Dr.Eggman asked

"Nothing!" Metal sonic said trying to hide Eri

"you turned on your voice box metal now I know you're lying." Dr.Eggman said

Eri moved past her parents to say hello to her "Grandfather"

"Hi grandpa my Name Is Eri!" Eri said

a beat passed

"We're uncles!" Orbot said

"Yay!" Cubot said

"Metal I can't believe I'm saying this but we need to have a discussion on safe intercourse." Dr. Eggman said

Amy flushed red

And metal nearly crashed

"What's intercourse?" Eri asked

"We'll tell you when you're older." Amy said "so who are we looking for?"

"Sonic Tails and Knuckles, The rabbit, Team dark and future hedgehog." Dr. Eggman said

"Sonic let cream come here!?" Amy yelled "Oh I'm gonna Slam my hammer over his head!"

"Yeesh Don't want to get in the way of that." Dr.Eggman said "Anyway Once we're all in one place I will use The return device to send us all back. Good luck!"

then Dr. Eggman hung up

"Well at least they showed up." Metal sonic said "I'm going to find them you help the others get ready for the festival."

"are you sure? considering your track record..." Amy said

"I'll be fine." Metal sonic said before flying away

"Eri I need to go help with the festival." Amy said "When you're done go to where I am. Okay?"

"Okay mama!" Eri said before amy left

she continued to do spin dashes until hearing some robots fighting someone

She decided to investigate

a few minutes earlier

"Where are the others?" Shadow asked when they landed

"I'm not sure." Rouge "at Least there's nothing attacking us."

"INTRUDERS DETECTED!" A robot said as a small group of large robots approached

"Me and my big mouth." Rouge said

"I CALL DIBS." Omega said turning his hand into a gun

the giant robots began to attack them

Rouge kicked one's head in as Shadow threw a chaos spear at one as Omega shot one clean through the head

suddenly one was torn apart by a spin dash from a purple hedgehog

She stood proudly upon the destroyed robot...

before giving a happy wave

"Hi! My name is Eri!" Eri said

"...SHE HAS EGGMAN ROBOT PARTS MAY I DESTROY HER?" Omega asked

"Omega she is a little girl." Rouge said

"BUT SHE HAS CHAOS ENERGY ON PAR WITH SHADOW WITHOUT HIS INHIBITORS." Omega said

At those words Shadow lunged at Eri...

Only for Eri to grab his face and drag him through the ground

"Don't be mean!" Eri said to the unconscious Shadow

"Is it just me or does she remind me of Amy?" Rouge asked

Eri lit up at that

"You know my mama?!" Eri said happily

"Your WHAT?!" Rouge yelled

Amy was helping out with the festival when she heard a familiar voice

"Miss amy!" Cream said as she and cheese approached

"Cream! It's good to see you!" Amy said "Did Sonic take you with him?"

"No I came here because I was worried about you!" Cream said

Just then Eri showed up (Quite literally) dragging Shadow with Rouge and Omega following her

"Mama! Look who I met!" Eri said

"Miss Amy why is she calling you mama?" Cream said before gasping in realization

(Crap baskets) Amy thought to herself
