Great chapter! Though I have to ask, is it possible to ship Kaina with Dabi? Since I can easily see them bonding over how somebody from the hero society fucked them over to get to this path and go from there. It should also keep Dabi from self-destructing himself the same he did in both the anime and manga.

Since I didn't agree with how Dabi went out and thought he deserved better than that. Really most characters in LOV were some characters that I felt sorry for them becoming a villain the way they did. Though muscular and Alll for one can go eat shit.

Chapter 28: The Chains Are Broken.

It was a custom black armored thieves Guild uniform with Some Parts of the Nightingale's uniform Mixed in, there was a silver well-detailed ornate dragon On its chest. It was mostly made of heavy-duty but lightweight leather armor, That was heavily Enchanted with the best stealth enchantments money could buy. This was a gift from Karliah For killing Mercer Frey. Even though he refused to give his soul to Lady Nocturnal, he still helped kill the traitor Mercer Frey. The next thing he grabbed was something crucial to this mission, he needed to be unrecognizable and that's why The Gray Foxes Cowl was important.

The Gray Foxes Cowl is one of the most important Daedra artifacts to the Thieves Guild. Whoever wears it can never be identified and The only thing that was ever remembered was the cowl of the gray fox. This wasn't some type of elaborate illusion, no the Cowl according to what he could learn literally Alters reality to erase one's existence. There used to be a curse on the thing, Because the original gray fox stole the cowl from nocturnal herself. Understandably mad that somebody stole one of her artifacts, she turned up the reality-altering effect to like 100 and made it so anyone who wore the thing was completely erased from existence. But that curse was removed long ago and now It only made it so people Would be unable to remember what he looked like. He even tested this reality-warping effect on cameras. With the cameras in question immediately Turning to static as the video file and live feed were erased to the point that only the Cowl could be made out. Normally this would be enough but Izuku could not risk the Cowl's existence getting out. So he planned on using a couple of illusion spells to cover up the cowl as well as giving Himself The ability to hide in the shadows. But Izuku was still very wary of the thing. He was afraid that the curse could reemerge, so he very rarely wore the thing. Especially when he gets the impression that Nocturnal really doesn't like him since he refused to give his soul to her. So he only put it on for Missions such as this, where he could not risk his identity getting out. Shaking his head from his thoughts, he Put on the uniform, used an invisibility spell, and left the apartment under the cover of night.

Endeavor's House

Enji Todoroki also known as the Pro Hero Endeavor was furiously entering his office. He was pissed, somehow his property had escaped the confines of the mental hospital. Somehow she had convinced the doctor on staff to release her and now he could not find her. He needed to find her just in case he needed to create another masterpiece. His flames shot from his skin, but before they could burn anything the Flames immediately went out as a cold chill settled over the room

Endeavor was now on guard as he took a fighting stance and attempted to ignite his quirk once more. But he quickly realized no matter how hard he tried his Flames would not ignite. He could feel his quirk ready to burst from his skin but the Flames refused to ignite. It was like something was sapping the heat from the air. Before he could analyze the phenomenon Further, a voice that was heavily altered to the point that it sounded like Several people were whispering from the Shadows Themselves had spoken up.

"Now... Now... Enji Todoroki, I do not think it is wise to try to fight me. I have completely made it impossible for anything within a mile radius To even get hot enough to catch fire." The Voice said, seeming to come from everywhere but nowhere.

"Who are you and what the fuck do you want." Endeavor growled out in Fury. The Voice simply chuckled as a form that seemed to be made of Shadows stepped out From the very Shadows themselves.

Endeavor could not understand what he was Seeing. He Couldn't tell whatever this thing was, All he could tell was that it was human-shaped but it looked like it was made from the very Shadows themselves as it constantly shifted. Even its eyes shifted in color and every time he looked away from them to analyze the form further he would forget what the eyes look like. It was like his mind could not comprehend what he was seeing in front of him and because of that, he would instantly forget.

"Enji Todoroki I will get straight to the point, you are going to sign these forms. Which consists of divorce forms and custody forms for your children to be placed under your wife's care." The entity in front of him said, as its voice seemed to shift between a thousand different others. It laid down a large vanilla folder on the table in front of Endeavor. But before Endeavor could say a word The Voice spoke up again.

"If you do not comply I will release all the information in this folder to every media Outlet and every government organization in the world. You should also know that if I do not go to a very specific website and type in a very specific code within an hour the information will be automatically released." The entity said dropping another but much Larger vanilla folder onto his desk.

Stunned at The Audacity Of This Man actually attempting to Blackmail him he picked up the larger folder and looked through it. His face paled at its contents, the information in this folder wouldn't just ruin his reputation. It would single-handedly destroy his career and put him in Tartarus. What made it worse was the fact that he somehow got a hold of the toxicology report on his wife, on the day that she broke down. It was standard procedure for police to run such tests and he paid a lot of money to make sure those reports disappeared. After all, no one could know that Endeavor had drugged his wife for several months with a cocktail of Hallucinogens and drugs that cause severe depression.

His property was making his creation soft and he needed her out of the way. But he needed to do it in such a way that his Creations including the failed ones wouldn't question it. He couldn't kill her since there was a possibility that he would need her again. So he Drugged her to make it seem like she had a breakdown so he could legally lock her up in a Mental hospital. He had to make sure that people did not question it to prevent the media and nosy detectives from poking their heads into it too much. It also helped that the mental hospital that he personally funded was all too happy to act as a prison for his wife.

He gritted his teeth in frustration as he put down the folder and went through the divorce papers. Seeing it's contents caused his Anger to rise. He would not be only handing over a large chunk of his fortune he would also be forced to agree to a restraining order against him. Furious he looked over the custody papers and saw a similar restraining order. If he signed these he would be unable to ever be near his creation, his property, or even his failed creations without supervision or direct permission.

Fury racked his mind as he tried to figure out a way out of this. He wanted to burn this whole place to the ground, he wanted to burn this person in front of him for his audacity. But that cold presence in the air prevented his flames from even getting hot enough to do exactly that. He did not know how strong this man was and if his Quirk was anything to go by he was strong. Even if he was able to defeat this man in front of him he doubted he could make him talk in The allotted time. With no other choice, he furiously signed the papers. Taking them the Entity merged with the shadows and disappeared, Like he was never there. Endeavor's mind Short circuited for a second, as he completely forgot what the entity even looked like or even what his voices were like. He would have thought it was some type of Hallucination or a dream, if there wasn't a large vanilla folder stacked with evidence of his various crimes on his desk.

Midoriya's Apartment Secret Room

Izuku let out a heavy sigh as he put away his gear. Serana who saw him enter and followed him into the Secret Room stood off to the side. So as far as the police knew, a worried, and guilty Butler Under the employee of the Yaoyorozu had overheard their plans for their daughter and decided to leave an anonymous tip. But that was all for the official matters, Nezu, as well as the UA staff (not including All Might) knew that Izuku had sent somebody into the Yaoyorozu estate as well as what his infiltrator had found.

This was why the 5 heroines Midnight, Lady Nagant, 13, Miruko, and Ryukyu were not willing to leave Momo's side.
