Chapter 4: The First Collide
Sometimes when you plan something, something completely different ends up happening. Well, something like that happened with our heroes. The original plan was to reach the Cadaverini Mansion and make a direct attack against Pyros and Bossi. However, the plan of the two groups of Bubble Guppies will be changed due to the arrival of someone unexpected at an unexpected moment. Jane Cadaverini, the daughter of Bossi Cadaverini and the greatest enemy of Molly Gentilella (or rather, Teen Molly), appeared in their way. Apparently, unarmed and without anything planned. She was alone in front of the two Mollys and the other Bubble Guppies.
"Jane…." Teen Molly said seriously.
"So...She's the Jane you mentioned to me" Ice Princess Molly asked confusedly.
"This is bad...Very bad!" Teen Gil commented.
"And who is the girl with the menacing and crazy appearance? Do you know her?" Young Gil asked his older counterpart.
"(sigh) The short version...She is my ex-girlfriend...And a huge nuisance to my friends, girlfriend and me" Teen Gil answered.
"What does she want now?" Teen Oona asked herself.
"Oh…Oh no…." Urchin steps back a bit and hides behind the two Zoolis and Cryo. Well, let's say that he had betrayed her by revealing to his friends about the spying he was doing because of Jane.
"Well well...Happy to see you, Molly Gentilella? I thought I'd visit you later, but there was a change of plans...Oh! And what an unexpected event! It's a pleasure to meet the...Duplicate Bubble Guppies" Jane said sarcastically.
"I don't know her, but I don't like the way she talks" Young Oona admitted.
"You must be the famous Jane Cadaverini. So you must know where your father Bossi is. So speak: Where is Bossi? And more importantly, where is Pyros?" Ice Princess Molly asked her. The girl with ice powers was unfazed by Jane's presence.
"Oh! So that's what you came here for? Well, let's just say that daddy had something to do with the release of your friend Pyros" Jane said with a smirk.
"Pyros is the furthest thing from what I can consider a friend. He is an evil being that must be put away again. You and your father are dealing with a dangerous and unreliable being" Ice Princess Molly answered her.
"Hahaha! As far as I'm concerned, Pyros is a great ally that will help us achieve our greatest wish: Eliminate the Bubble Guppies once and for all and beyond!" Jane Cadaverini said confidently.
"But I don't understand. Seriously, your father goes to the extreme of allying himself with a fire lord just to eliminate us? I think that's excessive" Teen Goby commented.
"Besides, why does Bossi want to ally himself with him? He is already powerful by his own" Teen Zooli asked.
"It's obvious...Pyros and Bossi don't just seek revenge. They also seek total world domination. He tried it last time" Young Nonny deduced.
"Hahahaha! You guys think so small, guppies! We're not looking for one world... We want to rule two worlds!" Jane said evilly.
"WHAT?!" All the guppies were surprised, although the Teen Guppies were the most surprised.
"It wasn't enough for my father to try to rule the world once...And now he wants to do the same with two worlds. This is unacceptable" Cryo said bothered.
"Daddy and Pyros' goals are huge. However, I have my own agenda: Kill Molly!...What's better than ending up with one Molly? Ending up with TWO Mollys!" Jane said with malice and she showed her knife.
"That's all? A knife...Let's not waste time and look for Pyros" Ice Princess Molly said, but she noticed how her older version approached Jane "M-Molly?..."
"I told you before: Leave Jane to me. You guys go ahead and stop Pyros and Bossi...This is personal" Teen Molly said seriously as she went to face Jane.
"Listen to me...Jane is just a nuisance compared to Pyros and Bossi. They are the priority. Jane can wait" Ice Princess Molly tried to stop her.
"You don't know anything! You have no idea what she's capable of! I'm not going to waste this opportunity! I won't let her continue to hurt me and the people I love...I won't waste any more time!" Teen Molly said furiously. Her younger version was surprised and the older one launched into the attack with her bare fists. She was prepared thanks to the training that Oona gave her some time ago. Jane dodged and threatened with her knife, but it was not enough to finish her off easily.
"Hahaha! Very well. I knew you wouldn't bore me!" She smirked before the battle started. Both of them started fighting fiercely. However, the fight didn't last very long. In fact, it didn't last long. Both of them separated after receiving a few blows and they distanced themselves to see who would attack again.
"Give up, Jane...You are no match" Teen Molly said a bit tired.
"Give up...Never...Only when you can finish the job. Why don't you come and finish me off once and for all...Or are you weak or scared?" Jane provoked her.
"Grrrrr! Enough!" Teen Molly ran quickly against her.
"Molly, stop!" Teen Oona called her.
"Wait, Molly!" Teen Gil tried to call her. However, she just wanted to get the job done. Despite that, Ice Princess Molly noticed something strange and realized something. She managed to run and got in the way of her older version.
"What do you think you're do-?" Teen Molly was surprised until she got interrupted.
"Take cover!" Ice Princess Molly stretched out her hands and managed to create an ice shield that protected the other Molly and herself. She did this because a huge fireball appeared and was about to hit them. The shield was destroyed by the impact, but both Mollys were safe.
"But what-!?" Teen Molly was shocked.
"Hmpt…..Well done, princess. You were able to detect that it was a trap" In front of the two Bubble Guppies and behind Jane appeared two dangerous men. The first was the one who said those words and was the Lord of Fire. And next to him was the Lord of the House of Cadaverini.
"Pyros….I had felt your presence here...I imagined it was a trap" Ice Princess Molly said seriously.
"It seems the other Molly couldn't figure it out before. Jane was the perfect bait for her" Bossi added with a smirk.
"Bossi...so we finally meet face to face. Who would have thought? You caused me and my friends a lot of trouble without even meeting officially" Teen Gil said bravely.
"The same can be said for you, Gil Gordon. You and your friends messed with my daughter. And I'm not going to let that offense go unnoticed. But hey, you're all where we wanted you to be" Bossi answered quietly.
"They planned this from the beginning, didn't they?" Teen Nonny analyzed.
"Hahaha! Welcome, Bubble Guppies! Today, you are welcome to the Day of Revenge! The day in which your greatest enemies gathered to give you the end you so deserve! Guys, come!" Jane shouted. At that moment, several silhouettes appeared next to Bossi, Pyros and Jane.
"Greetings, Bubble Guppies. Surprised to see me?" James said with a smirk.
"They are finally right where we wanted them" Scarlet added.
"YoYoYo! Big Harris wanted some action, fellas!" He introduced himself.
"I bet you weren't expecting our superior plan?" Gregory said evilly.
"I was tired of waiting. Time to break some guppies, especially Zooli" Robynn joined.
"I don't know if it's appropriate but...what are those guys? And why do they look so unfriendly?" Young Deema asked nervously.
"They are James, Scarlet, Gregory and Robynn...They have been enemies and obstacles in our life, besides Jane" Teen Nonny answered her.
"But this is ridiculous! We know that Jane and James worked together...But they too?!" Teen Deema said shockedly.
"But...I must say that I don't know the boy with black hair and tattoos" Teen Goby commented.
"Please! How could you not know the best member of the team: Harris! A pleasure!" Harris introduced himself.
"Unfortunately for you, that boy is not the only new face you will see" Pyros snapped his fingers and a black cloud appeared beside him and formed a new subject. That new enemy finally revealed itself to the Bubble Guppies, both of them.
"Greetings, Your Majesty. It's an honor to meet the Ice Princess and her allies in person... But look who's with us? It's been a while, hasn't it, Cryo?" The great sorcerer finally appeared'
"Grrrr! Zark!" Cryo walked over seriously and stood beside Ice Princess Molly.
"Cryo, do you know that guy?" Ice Princess Molly asked him.
"The Grand Sorcerer Zark. He is Pyros' most loyal servant. He trained me, my sister Alana, and the Sizzling Six to be killing machines at my father's command" Cryo said. He wasn't very comfortable talking about it.
"So he trained you guys? Why didn't we see him last time?" Young Zooli asked him.
"Because it was all Lord Pyros' plan. I was the ace up his sleeve. It was all part of Pyros and Bossi's plan. Bossi managed to free Pyros thanks to some experiments related to dimensional travel. However, I was in charge of preparing the ground for the domination of both worlds" Zark said arrogantly.
"I see... You are responsible for my father's release. And not only that, now you must involve this world in your ambitions" Cryo added.
"Anyway, I have Ice Princess Molly to thank for all this... I mean, you spared my life and thought locking me up would end it all. Oh no, it was just the start of something bigger" Pyros commented. The guppies fell silent. Teen Molly just stared at Ice Princess Molly in silence and doubt.
"Well, since all our enemies are in the same place...Why don't we finish them off once and for all?" Bossi smirked evilly.
"Finally, man! It's Harris Ti-!" Harris was excited until his boss stopped him.
"We can finish them off without moving. Go ahead, Great Sorcerer Zark" Bossi ordered.
"It will be a pleasure, Mr. Cadaverini" Zark cast a summoning spell that made smaller red portals. And from those portals mysterious soldiers with powerful armor wrapped in dark magic and pyro began to emerge.
"But what are those things?!" Teen Oona asked scaredly.
"No idea...We haven't seen anything like this before" Young Goby answered.
"I present to you the Magma Warriors. The most powerful warriors under the command of Master Pyros. It is time for you to fall here and now" Great Sorcerer Zark said loudly.
"Attack!" Pyros ordered and the Magma Warriors advanced without a word or a complaint. They prepared their attack formation. Some used swords, others maces and others took out their fireball cannons and began to shoot.
"Look out!" Ice Princess Molly created a big shield to block the shoots.
"Guys, defensive maneuvers! Protect the other Bubble Guppies" Young Gil said. The boy drew his sword. Young Goby prepared his bow and arrow.
"Well, it was time to get those babies out" Young Deema prepared her twin sais. Young Oona took out her katana. Young Nonny took out his nunchucks. And Young Zooli took out her sword.
"Wait...do you really know how to use those things?" Teen Deema asked surprisedly.
"You have no idea what we've been through, darling" Young Deema answered to her older version.
"You guys defend the other guppies. I'll take care of Pyros" Ice Princess Molly took out her magic sword capable of switching between fire and ice at will.
"Stop, it's too risky…." Teen Molly was worried.
"Don't worry, Molly...My Molly has experience in this" Young Gil tried to calm her.
"We're not done, damn brunette!" Jane appeared unexpectedly with her dagger in hand ready to attack.
"You'll have to get over me, maniac" Young Gil prepared his sword.
"Wow...You're cute...But just as annoying as the other one...Finish him!" Jane snapped her finger and a Magma Warrior decided to attack Young Gil. The boy defended himself and began to fight against the soldier "And now, where did we leave off last time?"
"Grrrrr! JANEEEE!"
The pitched battle began. The Magma Warriors maintained their formation and sought to defeat the Bubble Guppies. The Teen Guppies didn't know what to do. They had never been in a battle of this scale before, let alone fought before! They just dodged and ran. In the case of the Young Bubble Guppies, they sought to defend their counterparts and used their experience and skills to keep the Magma Warriors at bay.
"It can't be. You guys are spectacular" Teen Deema commented.
"These warriors are stronger! We haven't even been able to take down a single one" Young Zooli said a bit worried.
"Oh no...They are too strong...And the most powerful one of us is fighting against Pyros" Urchin expressed.
"Molly isn't the only one with tricks up her sleeve. Let's just say I've learned some new things" Cryo said before showing his power. The blue and red haired boy had something prepared. He took out two swords. One of them released fire and his other sword released ice. Cryo activated his mixed power of fire and ice and launched into the attack to be able to take down a pair of Magma Warriors.
"WOW!" Urchin was surprised.
"That's BRUTAL!" Teen Gil commented.
"I buy you some time. I have to go get my father. Molly could be in trouble if she faces Pyros alone" Cryo said before looking for Ice Princess Molly. However, on his way, an unexpected subject appeared.
"Greetings, Prince Cryo...Or rather, traitor!" Zark appeared and showed his fearful scythe.
"Zark...Step aside. My father must be stopped" Cryo said seriously.
"It's a shame the decision you made. You could have been with us and been ruler of two worlds. But you let friendship and love divert your path. Well, you committed a crime by turning your back on your own father. And your sentence is death. And I will be your executioner. It's time to teach junior discipline" Zark charged forward with his fast scythe. Cryo managed to block the attack with his two swords. Both of them started to attack rapidly without stopping. Cryo took the distance and threw some ice daggers. Zark simply turned his scythe and blocked and cut the ice daggers "You have learned nothing, prince. Do you remember the training you, your sister, and your colleagues underwent? You could never pass the test of defeating me... And I see that you never will"
"You are wrong about that. I learned new tricks...Thanks to Lady Snowa and Glacia!" Cryo said before jumping up and reaching out his hand to cause a blast of freezing air with hail. The power of the wind managed to blow him away and the hailstones hit him. In fact, he got up from the ground and spat out a drop of blood.
"Hmpt…..All for just a drop of blood...This will be better than I thought" Zark said confidently before starting to fight in earnest.
However, we all know which battle interests us the most and we will see that right now.
"Pyros! It seems that one world is not enough for you, huh?" Ice Princess Molly prepared her magical sword.
"Always as arrogant as you usually are. Did you really think that keeping me locked up was going to be enough? Maybe you should have finished me off when you could...but no...Cryo convinced you. Hmm, he really did go soft...It doesn't seem like he's my son. Either way, I want to finish what I started. And this time, I won't hold back" Pyros extended his hand and a cloud of ash and flames appeared in his hand to shape a terrifying and gloomy looking sword.
"How curious. I don't think about holding back either. You won't do to this world what you did to mine" Ice Princess Molly said firmly.
"How noble...If you really want that, finish me off" Pyros was the first to attack, extending his non-sword-holding hand and releasing a blast of flame. Ice Princess Molly dodged the attack and created ice pillars to block the flames. The attack ended but she noticed how the pillars were cut. Pyros did so with his sword and fired fireballs. The princess created a snowboard and propelled it with tornadoes and cold gusts of air to avoid the fireballs and start an aerial combat. Pyros released a pair of draconic-style wings from his back and began to fly to keep up with the pace of aerial combat.
"Okay, that's new" Ice Princess Molly admitted.
"There's more where that came from. But you'll surely fall before you know it" The Fire Lord prepared his sword and they began to clash against each other with swords and magical powers of both elements. Fire and ice clashed in a spectacular, magical and brutal way. Explosions of both types of magic could be seen from the sky.
"You have to admit, that looks pretty cool" Teen Deema commented looking at the sky.
"Deema, we must do something" Teen Zooli scolded her.
"But how?! We don't know how to fight and those things seem to be immune to blows. We don't have weapons or magic like they do" Teen Deema said scaredly. That's what she said until she noticed that one of the defeated Magma Warriors (one of the few) had a fire cannon at his feet. She smiled with some malice "Or maybe yes"
"Deema…." Teen Oona asked her.
"Move aside. The cavalry has arrived! Hey, how does this thing work?" Teen Deema took a fireball cannon and tried to guess how it works.
"I don't want to pressure you but...There are some warriors who want to kill us!" Teen Zooli shouted. Some Magma Warriors managed to avoid the other guppies and approached them.
"Calm down! You know I don't work well under pressure!" Deema shouted worriedly. At that moment, without thinking, Teen Deema managed to activate the cannon and fired the first shot of fireball right at the head of one of the Magma Warriors. He fell to the ground without a head. Everyone who saw it was shocked and saw the eldest Deema. She covered her mouth in surprise "Did I blow that thing's head off? I LOVE IT! Time to blow heads off!" Teen Deema went crazy and took courage and started shooting it at the other Magma Warriors, helping the other Bubble Guppies.
"I LOVE IT LIKE THAT, GIRL!" Young Deema said with a proud smile.
"No matter what world or dimension we are in...Deema will always be Deema" Young Goby said funnily.
"One ends up getting used to it" Teen Goby added.
Back to the battle between Ice Princess Molly vs. Fire Lord Pyros...The battle looked intense. But something started to look wrong. The ice girl started to look more tired.
"What's wrong, Molly? You look more tired. I remember you were attacking better in our last battle" Pyros mocked a bit.
"Grrrr…..Ughhh…..I don't understand...I'm sure I'm not holding back...Why do I feel like my attacks aren't as strong?" Ice Princess Molly said worriedly.
"I guess you didn't know but... How did you come to this world in the first place? A dimensional portal using the Ice Princess's magic? Because I see that the step to this world cost you magic... And I guess? You didn't take the time to accustom your powers to this world. Oh, I know! You wanted to take advantage of my lack of power to defeat me... You were so arrogant that you didn't even think that this lack of power affected you too. You didn't take the time to get used to using magic in this world... What a faulty mistake!" Pyros managed to break the princess's guard and hit her with a sphere of fire.
"AAAAHGHHH!" Ice Princess Molly fell to the ground with fire damage.
"Molly!" Young Gil noticed it.
"I've been in this world longer than you. Besides, how long have you been away from training or fighting? You decided to live your pre-teen life as if I'd disappeared forever. I'll guess, time with your dumb family, dumb friends, and a possible boyfriend... Pathetic... You got too confident" Pyros kicked her. He sent her away painfully.
"AHHHHH!"
"No! Molly!" Cryo rushed to defend his world's Molly, but was hit by a trapper attack from behind "Ahhhhh!"
"That was very impulsive. You didn't learn anything, junior" Zark smirked, because it was him who attacked him from behind.
"He's not anyone's junior! He's not like his father!"
"Huh-! AGH!" Zark was unexpectedly attacked by Young Zooli, saving her boy.
"Ugh….Thanks, Zooli" Cryo recovered himself.
"Are you kidding? I promised you and your sister I'd have your back" Young Zooli winked at him. Immediately, they both watched as Ice Princess Molly tried to get up from the beating she received from Pyros. Everyone was able to reunite, both the Bubble Guppies and the army of Pyros and Bossi.
"He...is...He is too strong...I can't face him in this state" Ice Princess Molly said tiredly.
"Molly!" The Young Bubble Guppies went to help their leader. The Teen Bubble Guppies went to help him. However, they watched as Jane and Teen Molly finished their fight with both of them tired.
"HAHAHA! This is too gratifying! You guys are weak and tired...And we haven't even used all our power yet! Just look at the most powerful girl you have...Your Molly is just another joke" Jane said evilly.
"Please! We defeated your "Magma Warriors"..." Teen Deema said proudly.
"Well...actually...barely…" Young Nonny admitted tiredly.
"Is that all you guys have? I'm just getting started" Teen Deema charged her fireball cannon.
"That's good. Because this is just the appetizer." Bossi smirked. The Sinister Guppies started laughing before the ground started to vibrate. Behind them appeared more Magma Warriors. An army in perfect formation ready to destroy them.
"I think we can handle them...right?" Teen Deema said before activating her cannon, but when she did...The weapon ran out of power "Hehe….any ideas?" Teen Derma smiled nervously and scared. All the Bubble Guppies began to retreat. The two Mollys saw how their plan had failed. With the consequence of having injured people and an Ice Princess too weakened.
"I propose a tactical retreat" Teen Nonny proposed.
"I agreed with "me"..." Young Nonny said.
"But where, we have nowhere to go?!" Teen Gil asked.
"Ugh….We have a way…..Cryo, Help me create a snowstorm...I have an idea" Ice Princess Molly said tiredly.
"Understood" Cryo nodded.
"Are you sure? You can barely stand up" Teen Molly asked her.
"Trust me...This is the only way we will get out of this alive...Now!" Ice Princess Molly and Cryo combined their magics powers to create a powerful snowstorm. A powerful blizzard began with hail in gusts. It was powerful enough to prevent the Magma Warriors from advancing as they did before. Both of them used the freezing magic to create a temporary fence that would separate them from their enemies.
"That won't stop them for long. What now?" Young Goby asked.
"Everyone come to me...It's time to take an emergency route" Ice Princess Molly took out the necklace that Glacia gave her earlier.
"Do you think it's a good idea?" Young Gil asked his girlfriend.
"It's the only way. We can't beat them...Not like this...and not yet...Guys, hold hands...This is going to be a bumpy ride!" Ice Princess Molly decided to use all of her remaining magic to activate the magic necklace that would create a portal back to her world. The portal sucked in all 16 Bubble Guppies, causing them to disappear.
"AAAAAAHHHHHHH!"
The blizzard disappeared and the Sinister Guppies, Bossi, and Pyros noticed it.
"So, what happened to them?" Bossi asked him.
"They escaped...They returned to their world" Pyros deduced it.
"We should chase them! They are weak!" Jane pressed him.
"You're not going to boss me around, kid. It's all planned out. Besides, I'm in no condition to face her on her own turf either... Anyway, the Magma Warriors are ready... Let the invasion of this world begin!" Pyros ordered.
"As you command, Lord Pyros" Zark bowed and his soldiers started to attack the city in a catastrophic event never seen before. And it was just the beginning.
"That was boring! We could only watch without being part of the action!" Harris complained.
"I enjoyed this unfortunate encounter for them" Gregory commented.
"You wouldn't have done anything against the Bubble Guppies. Even if you could defeat your enemies, you wouldn't have defeated the other Bubble Guppies. However, that can be fixed" Zark explained and wanted to propose something for them.
"Speak now, old man" Robynn asked him.
"If Bossi and Lord Pyros approve...You would be ideal for my New Sizzling Six…."
Meanwhile, in another world
"AHHHHHHH!" The 16 Bubble Guppies fell out of the portal onto the grass. They all lay on the ground a little battered. Then they began to get up.
"Can someone give me a hand?" Urchin said as he saw that he was on the ground and his wheelchair was overturned from the trip. Cryo and Teen Zooli helped him sit back in his chair.
"Where are we?" Teen Gil asked curiously, noticing they're in a park very similar.
"This... looks like our home... But it looks different. There are no Pyros, no Bossi, no Sinister Guppies... Not even those Magma Warriors" Teen Goby looked at the park.
"Also...many of these buildings are new" Teen Nonny noticed.
"Well, welcome to BubbleTucky...To our BubbleTucky" Young Gil answered them.
"Wait...DID WE JUST TRAVEL TO ANOTHER WORLD?!" Teen Deema asked dramatically and shocked.
"Sorry if it wasn't a traditional welcome...but circumstances didn't help" Young Oona added.
"Wait...And Molly?...Our Mollys?" Teen Gil asked.
"I'm fine..." Teen Molly said before she noticed something scary.
"Ughhhh….UGH….I….I…..Ugh!" Ice Princess Molly didn't last long before she fell to the ground and ended up unconscious. By using the portal, she lost all her magic temporarily. Add to that the damage she received from Pyros' attack... Her situation became dire.
"Molly? Molly! MOLLYYYY!"
