After receiving some musical advice from Rev. Cleophus James Wario decided that he and Waluigi should get the band back together Waluigi said that they and the band had split and hadn't kept in touch so Wario called him a lier but things were going to get so much worse for them
Wario and Waluigi left the church and were back on the road in the Cadillac
That was awesome. Wario said

The second police officer took out a radio frequency machine and called for backup
We are in high-speed pursuit northbound on Courtland Avenue. Black-and-white 1 974 Dodge sedan with Illinois plates. Request assistance. the second police officer said

Wario and Waluigi then drove into a shopping area as the police continued to chase after them
