"Call Andy and see if the police know anything about the fire or that woman." Piper instructed Phoebe. "I'm going to call Cordelia, Xander and Prue are at work, so it's just us to check out why that woman might be a target."

"You think a demon went after her?" Phoebe asked.

"The Elders never tell us everything and they're obviously concerned about her. Of course they may just be trying to use this as an excuse to try to convince Leo to sign back on full time with them, I wouldn't put it passed them."

"Okay, but this isn't helping you relax."

"The sooner we deal with it, the sooner I can finish a conversation with Leo."

A few minutes later the three sisters were settled into the conservatory to discuss Phoebe's information. "Andy says Melissa's husband was dead before the fire started, weird thing is, he was burned on the inside and doesn't have a mark on the outside. Also, three other men have died in the same way and their wives died in a fire in a normal way, you know, outside all crispy and lung damage from smoke inhalation, not from somehow swallowing fire. Sort of. Andy spoke with the investigating officer and no one has any idea how to explain how the husbands died."

While the girls were discussing the case, Leo slipped into Melissa's room to heal her injuries just as an extremely beautiful woman teleported in in a puff of smoke. "Who are you?" Leo asked. Startled, she turned to look at him and caught sight of the wedding ring on his finger and smiled. She started humming and moved closer to him, still smiling.

Back at the Manor Piper paused, listening. "That's so beautiful." She commented.

"What is?" Cordelia asked.

"Don't you hear it? The most beautiful music I've ever heard." She answered.

"Piper, there's no music." Phoebe told her.

"Not here," Cordelia pointed out. "But maybe where Leo is."

"And Piper can hear it?"

"If whatever she's hearing is because of Magic."

"Leo might be in trouble, do you think you could use your whitelighter senses and sense him?"

"I can try." Cordelia concentrated, focusing on Leo. "He's panicking, I can feel it."

"Well quick, orb us to where he is."

"I've only orbed myself and one person, not two, but I'm willing to try." Cordelia held Phoebe's hand in one hand and Piper's in her other and orbed. They materialized in a hospital room and Piper recovered when she saw Leo. A woman had her lips pressed to his, holding him as smoke and bits of fire could be seen around the edges of their lips.

"Kiss this, bitch." Piper said indignantly and flashed her hands forward. Fireworks exploded over their heads. "Ohh, bad baby." She chastised her unborn child as Phoebe kicked the woman away from Leo and Cordelia hurried over to check him as he was gasping for breath. She held her hands out and they glowed, healing him.

Phoebe and the woman were fighting as Cordelia turned to face them, looking around frantically for a weapon when the woman decided they were too much to deal with and disappeared in a puff of smoke.

"Okay, I'm thinking she's the killer." Piper announced. "Or maybe I just want to kill her because she was kissing you, either way, heal Melissa so we can get back to the Manor and see if that bitch is in the Book."

"And figure out what's going on with your powers." Cordelia added. "Seriously, what was up with the fireworks?"

"I think my half whitelighter baby thought fireworks would be prettier than demon guts."

"Well, we need to teach your half witch baby the joys of maiming and killing demons. You done healing her, Leo?" Cordelia asked.

"Yes, she should be fine, physically anyway. But figuring out who that demon is and vanquishing her should ensure it." He answered.

"Okay, you orb Piper and I'll orb Phoebe. Phoebe and I'll check out the Book, you two talk." She grabbed Phoebe's hand and orbed out as Leo grabbed Piper's and followed them.

"Are you alright? What happened to your powers?" Leo asked once they were back in the Manor.

"Before or after you were making out with the demon?"

Leo sighed, "I wasn't making out with her, Piper, she was trying to kill me."

Cordelia and Phoebe tried to ease out of the room without being noticed, not wanting to be caught in the crossfire.

"Honey..."

"No, don't you honey me. Leo, our pacifist offspring just turned my best offensive power into fireworks!"

"Let's just focus on what's going on with your powers."

"No, I'm sick and tired of focusing on everything but us. I feel like I'm going through this whole pregnancy thing by myself and I do not like it."

"Well, what am I supposed to do? I have a job."

"Yeah, you have a wife too."

"We think we found the demon." Phoebe decided redirecting them from the argument might be best for now, Piper was on the verge of getting mean.

"What does the Book say?" Piper asked.

"A Siren. She was originally mortal and fell in love with a married man but when they were caught the man was held blameless. She was burned to death and her rage turned her into a Siren, a vengeful demon who seduces married men with her song, then destroys the couples with the flames that killed her."

"She might be hard to vanquish, you didn't feel her power."

"Looked to me like you felt plenty."

"It's not like I wanted to. What do you want from me, Piper?"

"I expect you to care, and notice, and ask what's going on with me. I expect you to make me a priority and not just when demons are involved."

Pink orbs appear behind Piper's back and blue ones behind Leo's as they continued arguing.

"Uh oh." Cordelia muttered as the orbs knocked both Piper and Leo back onto the floor.
