The silver-haired hanyo looks up from the small herbal garden to the young miko's face. She runs up to him (a little slower than usual because of the long red hakama), her bow and quiver in tow, with the brightest smile on her face.

"Sorry for taking so long! Kaede had a lot to go over with me today…we've already been married for a few years, but there's still so much to learn…" Kagome looks up at the sky.

"Day passes by fast, huh? Go in and eat, Kagome. I have your dinner on the table, love."

Kagome looks up at her husband. "Well…I didn't really learn much. Kaede wanted to know all the herbs we have planted in our garden as the colder months are coming up. I worked on building my reiki energy to increase the strength of my spiritual powers…other than that, target practice, but that's it."

Inuyasha nods. "I'm sorry you have to deal with the pain of that old woman." He crosses his arms a bit.

Inuyasha watches her clean out the dishes with a small, wet cloth. "I don't get why you would leave the safety of your own home just to come back though…it's dangerous here, and you left your friends and family-"
