"Start!"

Iruka's voice echoed through the training ground, signaling the start of the fight. The Inuzuka kid didn't waste a single second, lunging at Yuta with a speed and ferocity that caught him off guard. Yuta, however, was already in a stance, his right and left hands positioned in front of him, with his right leg forward and left leg backward. This was the Academy Taijutsu style, or at least, that's what the book Yuta had read had said.

But theory was one thing, and practice was another. Yuta's body reacted instinctively, dodging the Inuzuka's attack by a hair's breadth. He stumbled backward, his eyes widening in surprise at the Inuzuka's speed. What kind of reaction speed was that? The Inuzuka had lunged at him before he could even register that the fight had started.

Yuta's mind struggled to keep up with the pace of the fight. He tried to regain his balance, but before he could even process what was happening, the Inuzuka was at him again. This time, he used his hands as claws, swinging them around in a wide arc. Yuta saw that he couldn't dodge, so he held his arms up in an X shape to block the attack.

The impact was tremendous. The Inuzuka's claws crashed into Yuta's arms, sending a shockwave through his body. Yuta's arms felt numb, and cold sweat dripped down his face. He stumbled backward, his eyes fixed on the Inuzuka, who was already building up momentum for his next attack.

The Inuzuka's arm swung back, and Yuta saw the punch coming. He tried to raise his arms to block it, but they felt like lead weights, refusing to move. The Inuzuka's fist hurtled towards him, and Yuta closed his eyes, bracing for impact.

But at the last second, something inside Yuta clicked. He remembered the words of his book: "A true ninja must always be prepared to adapt and overcome." Yuta's eyes snapped open, and he focused all his energy on defending himself. He raised his arms, and with a surge of adrenaline, he managed to block the Inuzuka's punch.

The impact was still tremendous, but this time, Yuta was ready. He countered the Inuzuka's attack with a swift kick, but it was easily dodged. The Inuzuka retaliated with a series of swift jabs, each one aimed at Yuta's face. Yuta blocked and parried, but he knew he couldn't keep this up for much longer.

The Inuzuka was too strong, too fast. Yuta needed to come up with a new strategy if he wanted to survive this fight. He thought back to his book, trying to remember any techniques that might help him. And then, it hit him - the concept of " Yin and Yang". He remembered that a true ninja must always be aware of their surroundings and adapt to the situation.

Yuta took a deep breath and focused on the Inuzuka's movements. He noticed that the Inuzuka was relying too heavily on his speed and strength, but you were neglecting your defense. Yuta saw an opportunity and seized it. He feigned a stumble, pretending to be more injured than he actually was. The Inuzuka took the bait, charging at Yuta with a triumphant cry.

But Yuta was ready. He used the Inuzuka's momentum against him, dodging to the side and striking back with a quick jab. The Inuzuka was taken aback, stumbling backward in surprise. Yuta took advantage of the momentary distraction to launch a counterattack, but the Inuzuka quickly regained his composure.

The fight continued, with both opponents exchanging blows and neither gaining the upper hand. Yuta's strategy had worked, but he knew it wouldn't last. He needed to come up with a new plan if he wanted to win.

But before he could think any further, a crushing blow landed on his face, sending his head spinning. The world around him began to blur and distort, like a painting smudged by a wet brush. Yuta's vision started to fade, and he felt himself falling, his body weightless and unresponsive.

He hit the ground with a thud, the impact jarring his already-addled brain. For a few disorienting seconds, everything was a mess. Yuta's ears rang, and his vision was a blurry, indistinct haze. He couldn't make out anything, couldn't focus on anything except the pain throbbing through his head.

As he lay there, dazed and helpless, the sounds around him began to filter back in. The cheers and jeers of the crowd, the congratulations and commiserations of his classmates. But one phrase stood out, clear as a bell in Yuta's muddled mind:

"The fight is over... the winner is Akira Inuzuka."

Yuta's eyes fluttered closed, and he felt himself slipping away, into a dark, velvety blackness. He was vaguely aware of the Inuzuka kid standing over him, a triumphant grin spreading across his face. But Yuta couldn't muster up the energy to care. He was too busy trying to catch his breath, too busy trying to process the pain and the shame of defeat.

As the darkness closed in around him, Yuta's mind began to wander. He thought about the fight, about the mistakes he had made, about the things he could have done differently. He thought about the Inuzuka kid, about his speed and his strength, about the way he had dominated the fight from start to finish.

And then, just as Yuta was about to lose consciousness, a spark of determination flared to life within him. He remembered the task he had been given, the goal he had set for himself. He remembered the summoning scroll, the reward that awaited him if he could just become the rookie of the year.

Yuta's eyes flickered open, and he gazed up at the Inuzuka kid, a fierce glint in his eye. He knew that he had lost this fight, but he also knew that he would not be defeated. He would get back up, he would train harder, and he would come back stronger.

The Inuzuka kid's grin faltered, and he took a step back, a look of surprise on his face. He had expected Yuta to be defeated, to be broken by the loss. But instead, he saw a fire burning in Yuta's eyes, a fire that would not be extinguished.

Yuta's gaze never wavered, never faltered. He knew that he had a long way to go, but he was ready for the challenge. He was ready to prove himself, to show the world what he was capable of.

And with that, everything went black.
