In no time at all, after meeting up with the Solar, Athena, the BrachioZord, the DinoThunder auxiliary Zords, and the Celestial Sanctuary Zords at the Max Lair's entrance, the heroes quickly made their way inside. Upon arriving at the lair's entry point, however, they were surprised to find a flood of terrified people scrambling out to safety and screaming with Peonia and Peony amongst them (much to Penny's astonishment as she quickly hid behind Link so her father wouldn't see her).
The Max Lair rumbled and shook as the two rushed to the heroes once they saw them arriving with the Zords, relieved to see help had arrived.
"Chief!"
"Sarah, thank goodness you're all here! What's going on? All of the Pokémon here have gone crazy!" Peony and Peonia questioned as the little princess held the clue involving the Ultra Beasts out to them.
"Long story short, this clue told us that there are Ultra Beasts in the Max Lair and the Galar Particles here have caused them to go wild. My family and friends and I came over to deal with them but we had to find you first to get you out of here," she informed.
"Peonia, you and your father should return to the Crown Palace. You'll be safe there until the danger's over and the Ultra Beasts have been subdued," Race added.
"As long as you don't die yourselves, we're okay with that!"
"Alright, Chief! Be careful, those Ultra Beasts you mention play rough and are no cakewalk!" the two replied as they rushed back to the Crown Palace and the Max Lair continued to rumble and shake, the echoing roars of the Legendary Pokémon and the Ultra Beasts inside mixing with the banging and clashing of their scuffles telling the heroes what they already know.
"Sounds like they're already going at it with the Legendary Pokémon inside."
"They're gonna destroy the entire Max Lair if we don't get in there and stop them!" Fishlegs and Lillie informed.
"Then, we better start finding and rounding up these ultra varmints and fast," Craggeon suggested.
"Well, what are we waiting for? Let's clobber those ultra bastards!" Eternatus ragged.
Sarah nodded as she informed, "Just like we planned, everybody; divide and conquer but be careful! Everyone else, stay back and keep the Ultra Beasts inside! Don't let any of them escape! Audino, Wigglytuff, Blissey, you're in charge of first aid, heal the rest of our family should they get hurt!"
"Yes," the three Normal Types agreed.
"Hey, you're not leaving us out of this mess, Sarah!"
"You'll need all the help you can get," Solar and Athena put in with Carno and Chasa nodding in agreement.
"Alright, you guys are with me and Race. We'll need your power if we're to counter Necrozma," Sarah relented before everybody going into battle braced themselves to enter the Max Lair and confront their chosen targets. "Let's move out and stay sharp! Radio or shout if you find anything out of the ordinary or see any of the Ultra Beasts escaping!"
"Roger/Yeah/Right!" the others agreed.
"Go!"
And, with that, the eight groups rushed into the Max Lair together and went down different paths to find and confront their respective Ultra Beast targets. With Sarah, she, Carno, Chasa, Silvally, Blitz, Curly, Race, his team, Athena, Miraidon, Koraidon, Serpent, Athisua, Iron Crown, Iron Boulder, Gouging Fire, Raging Bolt, Link, Zelda, Alcremie, and Muffin darted through the labyrinth as they looked around for Necrozma. All the while, the sounds of waring Pokémon and Ultra Beasts rang out with the loudest of them all coming from the end of the path they were running on.
When they reached the end, they ended up in a massive cavern chamber where they found the wild Necrozma they were looking for in combat with a wild Solgaleo, a wild Lunala, a wild Rayquaza, and wild Island Deities viciously fighting back to prevent the wild Prism Pokémon from absorbing the Ultra Aura of the wild Sunne and Moon Pokemon. The wild Rayquaza also aided in the intense fight by firing Dragon Pulse at Necrozma.
"Oh, dear! It looks like they're in trouble," Zelda gasped, seeing how battered and bruised the Legendaries fighting Necrozma were.
"Those head-honchos are really duking it out with Prism Skull over there!" Inferhound remarked in surprise.
"Looks like somebody got off on the wrong side of a giant-sized ultra bed without a little lullaby to lull him to sleep," chuckled Thunderaider, sneering at the wild Necrozma.
"What else is new?" replied Falcon.
"You'd be cranky, too, if you were riding a thousand miles in that creep's scales without any beauty sleep," Silvally quipped in agreement.
"Let's get him, them!" Tou-Tou insisted.
"Took the words right out of my mouth, kid," Robbie chuckled.
The others in the group nodded in agreement as Sarah rushed forward and called out to the wild Sunne and Moone Pokémon just as the wild Rayquaza smacked Necrozma away with its tail before it could target the two, "Solgaleo, Lunala!"
The wild Ultra Beasts took notice of the little princess and landed before the disorientated wild Necrozma, turning to her as she told them, "It's okay, we're here to help you capture and send Necrozma back to Ultra Space! We've dealt with one before so we're your best chance of success! Please, you two, the Island Deities, and Rayquaza, lend us your power!"
The wild Alola Legendaries took notice of the rest of her party before they looked at each other but they immediately agreed as they gave her an appreciative nod, deciding not to question their arrival. Seeing its opponents' surprise reinforcements ready to help them, Necrozma roared before it prepared to fire Prismatic Laser.
"Look!"
"Over there!"
"Here comes a Prismatic Laser!" Curly, Bella, and Blitz shouted, seeing Necrozma readying its greatest attack.
"INCOMING!" Raging Bolt barked as he unleashed Thunderclap and struck the Prism Pokémon thus backfiring its Prismatic Laser.
"My turn! Hydro Stream!" Liko roared as he fired Hydro Stream soon after.
"Me next!" Gouging Fire barked as he charged forward and smacked into Necrozma with Burning Bulwark.
Necrozma was getting angry after the beatings it took from the non-stop assault by the Paradox Pokémon and it tried to go after Gouging Fire only to be blocked off by Sarah and Race as they whipped out their wands and cast a non-verbal Protego spell that forced it back. Soon after, it gave off a painful roar as it gave off small flames and a nasty burn was present on its chest.
Amazed by what they saw, the wild Legendaries gasped while the wild Tapu Koko grinned at the sight of the burn, "Excellent! That last attack must've been powerful enough to give a burn effect!"
"We might be able to finish it before it does more harm to this place!" the wild Tapu Fini agreed.
"My turn!" Rayquaza shouted as it quickly went at Necrozma with Dragon Ascent.
The wild Sky High Pokémon bashed into the Prism Pokémon and thus sent it crashing into one of the chamber's walls, kicking up a cloud of dust all around. Angered and humiliated, Necrozma roared furiously as it got up and Dynamaxed/Gigantimaxed as it exposed itself to the Galar Particles coating the Max Lair. But, it never got the chance to unleash its power after Dynamaxing/Gigantimaxing as Sarah then whipped out her upgraded Galar Particle Extractor and pointed the device at it, sucking up the Galar Particles it absorbed and returning it to its normal size.
"It worked! My upgraded Galar Particle Extractor worked!" Sarah cheered, seeing the success of her device.
"Now's our chance to trap this monstrosity with our Move Cards! Let's go, Island Girl!" Race called, bringing out a Move Card for the final blow.
Sarah nodded as she took out a Move Card as well and stood side by side with her husband to face Necrozma and finish the battle, the two pointing their cards at it just as it was getting its bearings while the former Battle Frontier Champion barked at the rogue Ultra Beast, "Say 'goodnight', Prism Face!"
"POWER DRAIN!"
With Power Drain activated (much to the surprise of the wild Legendaries as they watched the spectacle happening before them), the royal couple's Pokémon managed to drain Necrozma of a majority of its energy until it was left with very little to go on, causing it to fall to the ground in defeat.
"Is it over now, Mommy?" Muffin asked worriedly as a relieved Sarah threw a Beast Ball and it sucked the Prism Pokémon inside, the ball shaking three times while everyone watched with bated breath before the lock finally clicked shut.
The little princess sighed with a small smile while everyone else nodded or grinned in satisfaction as she picked up the Beast Ball and nodded at Muffin, telling her, "We got it."
The wild Legendaries nodded in approval as Race told his wife, "Nice work on the extractor, Island Girl. Necrozma didn't even get a chance to pull us into a Dynamax/Gigantimax battle once it had its Galar Particles sucked dry."
"Thanks, Race, now let's see if everyone else got the other Ultra Beasts secure," she replied before she activated her Morpher's communicator and contacted the other groups. "Hey, guys, how are you doing? Any news regarding your Ultra Beasts?"
"We did it, Sarah! Nihilego's secure; your Galar Particle Extractor worked like a charm!"
"Buzzwole, secured! No problem!"
"Same here! Pheromosa is secure!"
"Both Blacephalon and Xurkitree secured and no more trouble from them! Sure was a lot of fun battling them, though," Ash, Gloria, Lillie, and Nemona replied through her Morpher.
"Celesteela safely captured, Mama!" Nebby added happily through his tag.
"Stakataka secured as well!"
"All clear with Kartana's safe capture, Little Bird," Lana and Zacian concluded.
"Nice work, everybody! That leaves us with Guzzlord as the last one we need to deal with, and as always, that fatso's going to be the toughest to capture."
"Let's hope Duke and Eternatus got him down quick before he could run," Kieran prayed.
"That's what I'm worried about; we should check with them and see if they're alright. Hone in on their current location and let's regroup!"
"Sorry, you two, but that maniac of an Ultra Beast got away just as we found it!" Duke replied frantically via his tag.
Everybody gasped in shock and horror as Sarah screamed, "What?! Duke, Eternatus, what happened? Where's Guzzlord, did you see it?"
"'Did we see it'? 'Did we see it?', you ask, pipsqueak?! That walking chomper of a fat dragon just ate through the chamber he was in like a freshly made hot fudge sundae! And, just before I could commence 'Clobbering Time', too!" Eternatus spat, showing everyone a giant hole.
"He ate through the chamber?!"
"Where'd he go?" Ash and Mallow asked as everyone started to feel tense over what could happen now that Guzzlord was on the loose.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
"Hey, that scream!"
"Wasn't that Liko just now?"
"Liko...?" Arven, Penny, and Lana gasped in horror.
"Oh, no... Guzzlord, he's heading towards-" breathed Blaze as Sarah finished in terror, "THE CROWN PALACE!"
Meanwhile, back at the Crown Palace, Lazuli and the others were waiting for Sarah and her party to return from the Max Lair, hoping that the Ultra Beasts causing trouble wouldn't give them any grief. True to Race's word towards Penny, both Peonia and Peony managed to backtrack to the palace much to everyone's relief as they arrived, completely unharmed. And, yet, they couldn't help but feel worried for everyone else at the Max Lair as they waited and waited.
"I'm not sure how long they've been gone but if the Ultra Beasts were already taken care of, the others should've been back by now," Roy wondered as he, Liko, Fuecoco, and Sprigatito waited in one of the palace's bedrooms they were sharing.
"I'm worried," Fuecoco moped in agreement.
"I hope Sarah and the others will be okay," sighed Liko, concerned.
"Me too, Partner," added Sprigatito.
Bang-Bang-Bang-Bang
Roy, Liko, and their partners jumped as they heard a loud bang from the palace's front doors, making the young adventurer cry out in shock, "What was that?!"
"Don't ask me! I'm not hungry for a meal yet!" Fuecoco flailed in panic, thinking it was his hunger pains going into overdrive.
"That's not your stomach, you goombah! Someone's outside!" Sprigatito retorted.
Liko nodded in agreement to what Sprigatito was trying to stay as she suggested, "It must be coming from outside. Maybe it's Sarah and the others returning from the Max Lair, come on!"
The young trainers hurried out of their bedroom with their partners behind them and ran towards the front doors just as Dot and Quaxly appeared from their own bedroom and joined them, having also heard the loud banging.
"Dot!"
"You and Quaxly heard that banging sound, too?" Liko and Roy said, knowing what she was thinking.
"Yeah, whatever's out there might or might not be Sarah and the rest of her group. I have a bad feeling someone else is out there but we needed to see what it is," the young recluse replied.
"We got your backs, fellas!" Quaxly concurred as they finally arrived at the front doors, looking like they were being rammed from the other side when they started to push towards them.
"Okay, so whoever's outside is definitely not Sarah and the others!" Roy gulped as the three young trainers and their partners heard an eerie yet frightening roar that followed the banging sound.
"That doesn't sound like Sarah and the others with her either! And, that roar (we can confirm) is not from Eternatus!" Liko panicked just as the rest of their group arrived to see what the fuss was about.
"Liko, Roy, Dot! Are you alright, what's going on?" Friede asked.
"What's the problem?" Cap inquired.
"Something or someone's outside the door and it's not Sarah and the others returning from the Max Lair!" Dot informed.
"Are you serious?"
"But, who else could it be besides us?" Ox and Naomi replied, confused.
Lazuli, steeling herself for what was to come, drew her sword and slowly made her way to the door as she warned everyone, "Stay back and if it's the Explorers having found us or something worse, get ready to run..."
The swordswoman carefully walked over to the front doors with the Circle of Twelve, Panthera, and Galaxagus following behind her (as Timburr, Roggenrola, and Woobat stayed back and hid behind Delilah, Doug, Mischief, Persian, and the Tomoe Squad). And, sure enough, when they made it to the doors, she carefully opened them and looked outside through the crack she made. Then, deciding that everyone should surprise whoever was at the door (an enemy or so she thought), she shushed everyone else behind her and flung the doors open seconds after only to be greeted by the sight of the wild Guzzlord before them as it roared at them.
The entire group gasped in shocked horror as Liko, Roy, Dot, Fuecoco, Quaxly, and Sprigatito screamed in fear (with Liko being the loudest of the three) as Tsukumaro, Hu, and Sydney barked, "Guzzlord!"
"The Dragon of Gluttony!"
"IT'S HIM!"
James and Delilah were also stunned as they panicked, "But, how'd he get here?!"
"Why did he come to the palace?!"
"He must've somehow eaten his way from the Max Lair and led himself to the palace even though it should've been impossible for that monster to reach us!" David gritted his teeth.
"What'll we do now?!" Rabbit asked, frightened beyond belief.
"I say we do the most logical thing as I first suggested, 'RUN'!" Lazuli informed.
"Brilliant!" Orla agreed as everybody ran for their lives just before Guzzlord could grab them with his tentacles (with Reader consequently having to carry Magnolia and Ludlow to keep them out of range).
Hearing Guzzlord's roars and realizing the danger at hand, Glacierwing and his platoon arrived at the scene to defend both them and the Crown Palace from the multi-dimensional threat to the background music of Scooby Doo's 'Getaway Yeah'.
Bolting through the Crown Palace as they tried to get some distance from the monstrous Ultra Beast, the Rising Volt Tacklers, Leon, Reader, Friede, the Pokémon with them, the Circle of Twelve, and Sarah's human family came across a series of doors before they decided to split up to try and throw Guzzlord off his tracks. When he arrived and noticed Dot, Roy, Liko, their partners, and Lazuli running out of one of the center doors and into one of the doors on the far left side, the Dragon of Gluttony chased after them.
The pattern of Guzzlord chasing after the group continued despite their best efforts to fight back until they finally gathered in the hallway and noticed Guzzlord standing behind them as he turned around and roared.
Most of the group screamed as they fled but Glacierfang and his platoon continued to go at the Dragon of Gluttony to give them time to escape until the heroes ran inside the newly refurbished and remodeled stables. They were spacious and airy with high-vaulted ceilings and large windows flooding the interior with natural light, the walls crafted from stone and adorned with intricate carvings and embellishments.
It wasn't long before Guzzlord busted into the stables and looked around for his targets as they tried to sneak out through the busted door, hiding themselves underneath piles of hay. However, the Dragon of Gluttony was smarter than they give him credit for as he noticed the hay piles and waddled over to them, eating them and revealing the heroes which forced them to the palace's courtyard gardens. There, they hid behind the Crown Tree and Guzzlord tried to charge at them but he only succeeded in making himself dizzy as he smacked into the tree.
The IceWings, seeing Guzzlord destroy more of the Crown Palace, didn't take too kindly to the monstrous Ultra Beast's streak of destruction and fired their Frostbreath at him, making him screech in pain and panic and scurry away before the angry dragons could go at him for much longer.
The group eventually made their way back to the palace's lounge area to take a much-needed breather but Guzzlord wasn't about to let them off the hook even as the IceWings continued to go at him as he busted through a wall and forced them to run outside. All the while, the monstrous Ultra Beast ended up being chased by the angry IceWing platoon as they continued to shoot their Frostbreath at him.
Eventually, the heroes bolted into the Crown Tundra's snowy plains and into another wrecked part of the palace (which had yet to be refurbished as part of Sarah's plans to restore Calyrex, Spectrier, and Glastrier's old home to its former glory). They immediately dived into the snow and hid in it while Guzzlord stopped and looked around for his prey until he was ambushed yet again by the IceWings. Glacierfang and his platoon fought as best they could to keep the monster at bay, allowing the heroes they were protecting to escape unnoticed as they burrowed through the snow and back to the Crown Palace just as Sarah and her group (joined by the Celestial Sanctuary Zords and the DinoThunder team's remaining BioZords) came back to search for them.
"Whoa... Look at this place."
"What a dump."
"The Crown Palace, it's been destroyed..."
"And, we just saw it in its renewed splendor minutes ago before we left for the Max Lair," Ash, Lana, Sophocles, and Lillie remarked, stunned.
"Preposterous... Even after an entire year since he was forced out of our homeworld, the bastard has no sense of compassion or heart," Calyrex snarled in disgust, staring at the damage left by Guzzlord in his wake.
"Oh dear, looks like Guzzlord has struck again and at the worst possible time for you," a voice noted before the heroes turned and saw Zossie, Dulse, Soliera, Phyco, and Naganadel appearing before them.
"Hey, Phyco, Soliera."
"Zossie, Dulse."
"Naganadel," Mallow, Lana, and Lillie smiled with relief.
"It's good to see you again, Naganadel," Sarah grinned as she caressed Naganadel's head.
"Even now, you could never go for one day without needing our help with the Ultra Beasts, Mama," Naganadel giggled.
"I suppose you got Lusamine's call regarding what happened at the Max Lair?" Kiawe asked.
"Of course, she rang us up and told us what the sitch was on your end. You can imagine how shocked we and everybody else were when we heard about Ultra Beasts crossing over to the Max Lair and we thought we could give you a hand with them," Zossie replied with a nod.
"By the looks of it, you seemed successful with subduing and capturing most of them but the biggest fish got away from you before you could reel it in. I can only guess who that big fish was," Phyco stated grimly.
"You got that right, it was Guzzlord that slipped away from us."
"And, you can tell what he was up to when he burrowed through the Max Lair and did all of this while we made our way back," Ash and Sophocles nodded, looking just as grim.
"Little buddy, who are those guys?"
"Are they your multi-dimensional amigos you noted before?" Arven and Nemona questioned Sarah.
"You're right. Nemona, Arven, I want you and the others to meet Naganadel and the Ultra Recon Squad from Ultra Space's Ultra Megalopolis and the kingdom of Poipole Fantasy," the little princess replied as she introduced the five residents of Ultra Megalopolis. "Naganadel, Dulse, Zossie, Soliera, Phyco, I'd like you all to meet the students of Paldea's top schools, Uva and Blueberry Academies. They are Nemona, Arven, Penny, Team Star, Carmine, Kieran, Crispin, Drayton, Lacey and Amarys."
The Paldea students greeted in turn and the Ultra Recon Squad smiled back as Phyco replied, "It's an honor to meet you in person. And, in case you're wondering, I'm the Ultra Recon Squad's captain; Soliera is my partner and subordinate; Zossie and Dulse, our people's top officers; and Naganadel is the current queen of Poipole Fantasy after her mother."
"How do you do?" Naganadel greeted warmly to the Paldea students.
"Well, it's good that you guys got here while you still could. As you can see, we just got back to a total dump no thanks to Tall, All Teeth, and Hungry after he bailed on us from the Max Lair," Ortega said.
"And, since he probably went after the others, we don't know where they went," added a worried Lacey.
"SARAH!"
"HEEEEEEEEEEEEELP!" Liko, Roy, Sprigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxly screamed as they, Dot, the rest of the Rising Volt Tacklers, Diana, Lazuli, and everyone in their party scrambled back to the Crown Palace and crashed into the people, Pokémon, and dragons they were looking for.
"Ow... Dad, I think we found them," Glastrier groaned to Calyrex.
"Liko, Roy, Dot, guys, are you alright?" Sarah asked as everybody picked themselves up and she helped the three young trainers to their feet.
"You and everybody else weren't hurt by Guzzlord when he appeared, were you?" Race questioned as he helped Diana to her feet and Arcanine joined them after he picked himself up.
"We're alright, Young Race. I must say, I wasn't expecting a visitor of a giant's size knocking at the palace's door and giving us a little marathon across the place," the elderly explorer chuckled reassuringly.
"Boy, are we ever glad to see you guys!"
"Yeah, this giant Ultra Beast with many jaws and a big mouth for a body appeared and came at us when we least expected it!" Roy and Rabbit panted.
"You probably had it easy catching the other Ultra Beasts at the Max Lair before that monster ambushed us, did you?" asked Dot, disgruntled.
"No way!"
"We had it just as bad as you despite having managed to subdue and capture them!"
"They were giving the Legendary Pokémon the place grief when we found them and they were looking battered by the time we helped them!"
"We were lucky to use Sarah's Galar Particle Extractors on them before they could go Dynamax or Gigantamax on us!"
"Not to mention the Zords helping us as we fought," Ash, Kieran, Snotlout, and Tuffnut retorted.
"And, even while we had them on the ropes, we barely beat them before catching them."
"I thought we would have to go for broke when the Zords jumped in and saved our skins as they did," Eri and Giacomo sighed.
"Well, we should be glad they came to our aid when they found out the threat they posed. You're covered, guys, thanks," Sarah replied before giving her thanks to the BrachioZord, the DinoThunder auxiliary Zords, and the Celestial Sanctuary Zords as they all screeched and roared at her in appreciation.
"We're sorry, big man, but that freakazoid went through your palace like it was made out of Play-Doh or chewable building blocks!"
"We didn't even have a chance to fight back with how much it was tearing the damn place up!" Pig and Naomi rambled to Calyrex.
"I can see that. That monster still lived up to his species' reputation as the princess and those that went with her across dimensions discovered when they encountered the original Guzzlord in another world," the High King Pokémon replied.
"I just saw my life flash before my eyes the moment that Ultra Beast came at us and nearly had us for dinner!"
"I'll say!" Doy and Quaxly added, exasperated.
"I've never seen anything like it in my life!"
"Agreed!" Liko and Sprigatito added.
"Even if we could, I wouldn't want to fight against that with how much it damaged the Crown Palace!"
"I'm gonna have nightmares about that giant mouth for weeks!" Roy and Fuecoco noted, completely flustered.
"Still... That Guzzlord was a terrifyingly remarkable creature; based on what you've told us, Sarah, the Ultra Beasts were powerful in their own right but I never knew how much of a threat Guzzlord himself was compared to the others," Friede stated.
"A total brute from start to finish," grumbled Cap in agreement as he dusted off his hat and put it back on his head.
"I can't believe you and your friends were able to face such a monster and come back from your fights with it unscathed," Murdock remarked.
"We and my family never liked dealing with him before and we still don't like it now," Sarah replied with a sigh as her old friends nodded in agreement, feeling just as exasperated about Guzzlord.
"You think that's so hard rounding him up and booting him back to Ultra Space? Try monitoring a whole chock-full of them in a single room without having them break out by any means necessary!"
"We, Phyco, and Soliera along with our people responsible for monitoring the activity of the Ultra Pillars had it worse with Guzzlord; you got off lucky if you're having to fight with that creep," groaned Zossie and Dulse indignantly despite sharing their exasperation.
"Well, I say running from that freak is way worse! Do you guys have any idea how fast and how hard we had to leg it just to even get remotely away from that walking metal-eating machine of a beast?!" snapped Sydney.
"I thought my legs were gonna fall off once they've given out and Mr. Chompy-Chomp snatches us in his big fat jaws!"
"He's the worst with all the destruction he's done and the torture he put us through before the IceWings saved us; he makes Loo look almost like a saint with all of this happening!" Horse and Ox snorted.
"He's a ba-a-a-a-a-a-a-ad guy!" Goat concurred.
"Well, I told you all to stay here where it was safe before we left. But, with all of this carnage, I guess that's out the window now," Sarah sighed as she, Race, and Tsukumaro used Reparo to fix the Crown Palace to its original state before Guzzlord came along.
"Speaking of Guzzlord, what happened to our resident Dragon of Gluttony?" Soliera questioned.
"As Ox just mentioned, the IceWings saved us when they saw him attacking us."
"Glacierfang and his platoon managed to keep him off our backs with their Frostbreath but we're not sure what happened to them when we made a break for it back here," Lazuli and Mollie answered.
"So, that means..." Hu began.
"They're all out there keeping that monster busy as we speak," Mistral deducted.
"HA-HA! YES! Finally, we have that sneak right where we want 'im! Look out, Alien Fang Face! IT'S CLOBBERING TIME!" Eternatus cackled as he floated off to find and fight Guzzlord again.
"I better go with him and make sure he doesn't go overboard with his beating Guzzlord up. We still need to get him back to Ultra Space with the other Ultra Beasts we've captured," Duke replied as he quickly went after Eternatus.
"Should we go after them and give them a hand?" Roy asked, wondering if they should help.
"I'm sure they'll be alright along with the IceWings, Roy. Besides, now that we're all here, we've got to figure out how to trap Guzzlord and catch him before he could Dynamax or Gigantamax on us since we could be near a Power Spot right now," Sarah informed as she, Race, and Tsukumaro returned (having completed the Crown Palace's fast-track repairs).
"And, Guzzlord's likely more powerful than Necrozma given the trouble he's given you guys so he'll be a real menace to put down and store inside a Beast Ball," Race added moments before everybody heard a deafening roar and Guzzlord reappeared without warning from within one of the mountains.
His reappearance caused everyone to be flung back toward the palace (save for the Zords as they jumped back from behind him) as they saw the Dragon of Gluttony looking madder than ever given he had Frostbreath wounds all over his body. The Junkivore Pokémon was now at the end of its rope and ready to devour his targets as he reached out for the heroes while they braced themselves for the end. But, he never got the chance to get his revenge as Glacierwing and his platoon reappeared along with Duke and Eternatus as the latter pair led the charge.
"Not in your lifetime, Junk Face! As I was saying... IT'S CLOBBERING TIME!" Eternatus roared as they bashed into the mountain he came from.
Guzzlord snarled with rage and tried to attack but was stopped by a Flash Cannon, Magical Leaf, Rock Tomb, and Hydro Pump assault.
The Junkivore Pokémon roared at the ones responsible for attacking him without warning, and to everyone's surprise (when they turned to the source of the four attacks), they discovered that the attackers and the heroes' saviors were four Pokémon. But, they weren't just any quartet of Pokémon; they were of a particular group the Alolan Royal Family, Ash, Kukui, Burnet, and the Pokémon School Gang knew all too well.
"Hey, look! Are you guys seeing what I'm seeing?" Ash gasped upon seeing the Pokémon.
"Are those...?"
"They are!"
"The Swords of Justice!" Lana, Kiawe, and Sophocles breathed in shock.
"But, that's impossible! The Swords of Justice are right here with us!" Mallow rebutted, looking towards the Swords of Justice (who were just as shocked as everyone else was) with the heroes.
"Those Swords of Justice... Were they living in the Crown Tundra without us even knowing it?" Lillie pondered.
"Incredible... I had no idea there were Swords of Justice in the Galar Region; I had a funny feeling those four sets of footprints I found during one of my research trips to this place belonged to four Legendary Pokémon but I never thought they'd belong to those four!" Sonia blinked, astonished by the Swords of Justice that attacked Guzzlord.
"Uh, Sonia... Can we focus on catching Guzzlord and worry about them later?" Kiawe reminded the young professor.
Guzzlord, angered and humiliated, used Snarl to try and blow everyone away before he could eat them but Tommy's BrachioZord wasn't going to take the Ultra Beast's latest assault lightly as he fired lightning from his mouth and shocked the Dragon of Gluttony, making it squeal in pain. The StegoZord, Cephalzord, Dimetrozord, Parasaurzord, and Ankylozord shared his sentiments as they roared and advanced on the monster with the CephalZord taking the lead by punching Guzzlord on the center of his mouth and the Parasaurzord using its scissor tail to grab his right tentacle and hold on tight as he tried to shake it loose.
Guzzlord roared defiantly as he tried to break free from the ParasaurZord's hold and continue after his prey but the CephalZord, the StegoZord, the DimetroZord, and the AnkyloZord were also not going to let him escape as they rammed and bit into the monstrous Ultra Beast at several points on his body to hold him down. Even the Celestial Sanctuary Zords assisted them in holding Guzzlord so he wouldn't be able to escape, all of them fighting back as best they could to ensure he didn't escape their grasp with the new Swords of Justice (including the Keldeo with them in Resolute Form) blasting him so he wouldn't fight back and pick the Zords off.
"Those robots, they're holding that monster down!"
"They're amazing and so are those Swords of Justice!" Dulse and Zossie gasped in amazement.
"I've never seen anything like this in my life!" added an astonished Soliera.
"They won't be able to hold Guzzlord for long despite their combined efforts and the assistance of the new Swords of Justice, we've got to get rid of all those Galar Particles inside of that beast and capture him while he is down!" Phyco reminded, knowing they were not out of the woods yet.
"That's my cue! Come here, Jaws, time for a little power drain 1-0-1!" Eternatus replied as he blasted Guzzlord in the face with Dragon Pulse and snatched his free tentacle, absorbing all of the Galar Particles and turning him back to normal before he screamed at the Zords, "Get him!"
The Zords didn't need telling twice as the AnklyoZord and the DimetroZord went first in the final assault as the others surrounded Guzzlord to prevent him from escaping now that he lost his major trump card. Aiming at Guzzlord's second face, the AnklyoZord roared and fired the tip of his tail which struck the second face and made the monstrous Ultra Beast scream in pain before the DimetroZord charged in and used his saw blade scales three times to strike him down in the same spot, causing him to fall over in pain.
This was the perfect chance for the Thunderstrike Triceratops Zord and the Thunderclap Pachycephalosaurus Zord to land the final blow on him as they combined their Thunderclap Stomp and Shockwave Slam attacks and fired them just as Guzzlord staggered to his feet. By the time he noticed the electrical attacks being thrown at him, it was too late; the two Zords stomped and slammed their front feet and tail on the ground as shockwaves of electricity traveled to the Junkivore Pokémon and shocked him. There was nothing Guzzlord could do but wail in pain as the electricity also touched his second face and he was left immobilized, giving the heroes enough time to put him down and catch him.
"They did it!"
"Now, Sarah!" Zossie and Dulse cheered, knowing the time had come.
"Right! Come on, Naganadel, let's rocket!" the little princess nodded as she switched out her Dragonium Z for her Electrium Z and activated her Z-Power Ring for a Z-Move with Naganadel.
"Yeah!" Naganadel grinned as she joined forces with her human mother again and they performed the Z-Moves for Gigavolt Havoc, the current queen of Poipole Fantasy being charged with her transferred Z-Power.
"Spirits of the Island Deities, roar out and hear my cry from afar! From bonds beyond dimensions to hearts intertwined by fate and our own destinies, let the storm rage on and punish evil where it tries to annihilate all that is good! Naganadel, unleash thy fury with GIGAVOLT HAVOC!"
"YAAAAAAAAAHOOOOOOOOO!" hollered the supercharged Naganadel before she combined Gigavolt Havoc with her immense speed and charged at him, zigging and zagging in front of him until she took him by surprise with a drop from above and landed the Electric Type Z-Move on his second face.
That blow was too much for the Junkivore Pokémon and he collapsed, allowing Sarah to bring out a Beast Ball and catch him to end his evil once and for all.
"Say 'goodbye', Guzzlord! Beast Ball, go!" she shouted as she threw it.
The Beast Ball managed to hit Guzzlord and he was sucked inside it completely, the ball falling into the snow as it shook. Everyone watched with bated breath, no one letting their guard down as they knew the Junkivore Pokémon could break out of the ball when they least expected it. Eventually, however, they didn't need to worry as the Beast Ball's lock clicked shut and told everyone that Guzzlord had finally been captured.
Everyone was stunned but eventually, Race asked his wife, "Did you get him?"
Wanting to be sure, Sarah carefully walked over to the Beast Ball and held it in her right hand, checking it thoroughly to see if Guzzlord was inside without opening it and releasing him by accident. When nothing happened and the ball didn't shake in her grasp, she smiled with immense relief and satisfaction and showed it to everyone gathered.
"It's done," she declared, getting a round of hearty cheers and roars from the heroes and the Zords.
Moments later, the Ultra Recon Squad (all of whom were smiling happily and proudly at their old friends) and Naganadel were given the Beast Balls holding the captured Ultra Beasts including Necrozma as they prepared to head home to contain them now that the danger had passed.
"Well, that's it. The Ultra Beasts that crossed over to the Max Lair including Necrozma are all captured."
"Thanks for taking them off our hands, by the way."
"You'll be a big help," Ash, Mallow, and Lana smiled.
"Hey, come on. You guys did all the work before we dropped by."
"If anything, you kids are still the real heroes at the end of the day," chuckled Zossie and Dulse.
"Still, it's a good thing we got people like you to contain and look after them after we finished up here," Kiawe replied, smiling thankfully at the Ultra Recon Squad.
"You've done your part when you saved the world from them again. It's our turn to take over where you left off," Soliera reassured warmly.
"But, what'll you do with Necrozma now that he's captured?" Gladion asked.
"Naganadel's world already has its guardian back in his rightful place and I think Ultra Megalopolis should have the same so we're going to take him with us so we can work on giving him all the light he needs to reach his Ultra Forme," Phyco explained.
"As for the other Ultra Beasts, we'll return them to their natural and respective worlds. We'll also inform our people to be more vigilant about more than one Necrozma such as the one you've given us AND yet another Guzzlord causing trouble for all of us. Hopefully, we'll be ready to deal with them next time so they and any more Ultra Beasts that could cross over to your world or any other again without warning will be dealt with," Zossie added.
"Sounds like a plan."
"Yeah, you're already being a big help with what you've got planned," Liko and Roy grinned thankfully.
"Master Phyco, you and your squad as well as Naganadel and her people are welcome to visit the Crown Palace anytime you like. We thank you for helping us safeguard our world from this multi-dimensional threat," Calyrex smiled in appreciation as he and Phyco shook hands.
"It will be an honor, Calyrex," the Ultra Recon Squad leader appreciated.
"Well, Mama, it's time for us to go back home," Naganadel said to Sarah, knowing it was time for her and the Ultra Recon Squad to return to Ultra Space.
"I know, you have a kingdom to look after now that your mother's handed the throne to you and I know the feeling. But, even so, I'm proud of how far you've come even if you're still the same Poipole I know and love," Sarah replied.
"…Yeah. But, it was great seeing you again. I'll miss you just as you'll miss me when I'm gone..."
Knowing it was time to leave, Naganadel opened another Ultra Wormhole that'd take her and the Ultra Recon Squad home and then shared a final hug with her human mother before they and the heroes exchanged their final goodbyes.
"...You're wrong, Naganadel," Sarah sighed sadly as the five of them left. "I miss you already."
Seeing Sarah and sensing how melancholy she felt about Naganadel's leaving, Diana came over and put a reassuring hand on her right shoulder as she said, "You know, Sarah... Even if I can't understand her fluently, it looked as though you and that Naganadel are very close."
The little princess nodded as a tear trailed down her right cheek and smiled as she replied, "She may be a queen in her world but after everything we've been through since she first crossed over, she's still my little Poipole. I know I'll see her again, someday..."
"Well, now that that's settled and the Ultra Beasts have been dealt with, what'll we do about our quartet of the hour?" Atticus reminded everybody as he directed their attention to the Swords of Justice that helped save them from Guzzlord.
As the Swords of Justice in Sarah's possession looked at what appeared to be their doubles (with the Keldeo belonging to the wild Swords of Justice returning to its normal form with the battle over), Liko couldn't help but stare at them in amazement as she thought, "Wow, this is amazing! I thought Sarah's Swords of Justice were the only ones in existence and I've never known another group like them at all... But, to see what looked like their twins living in the Crown Tundra... I guess, there can be more than one of each Legendary Pokémon in our world. I mean, this is no problem with Sarah and Race's Latios and Latias, right?"
"Whoa...!"
"You're me!"
"Am I seeing double all of a sudden?" the two Keldeos bantered with the second sounding more feminine in voice tones (indicating to everyone that the second Keldeo was female).
"Okay... I've seen crazier things in my time but this is the wackiest thing I've ever seen," Terrakion admitted, taken aback by his supposed double as they looked each other over.
"Wow! You guys two look like peas in a pod!"
"Sick!" Roy and Fuecoco gawked.
"And, the only way to tell them apart are the trinkets Sarah's teachers are wearing," Liko noted.
"Well... I don't know what to say, but... About earlier, thanks," Race thanked the Swords of Justice before the heroes.
"We're glad to know that you're unharmed. And, that we've arrived before any serious damage is done to any of you," the wild Virizion replied kindly.
"A monster as powerful as the one you've all just fought is a threat not welcome anywhere in the world including the Crown Tundra," the wild Cobalion concurred.
"Hey, Race, you should definitely catch them and add them to your team! You can have your own Swords of Justice just like Sarah!"
"Yeah, do it! Do it, do it, do it!" Roy and Fuecoco grinned excitedly.
"Hey, hey, hey, hey! Time out, you two, I didn't agree to catch them off the bat and I want to leave it to them as to whether or not they want to come with me. Besides, we knew nothing about them living in the Crown Tundra apart from Sonia when she mentioned finding out about them during one of her research trips before they appeared," Race spluttered.
"Yeah, but before all that, I'll need to backtrack to the Max Lair. I'll need to have it spruced up and make sure the Ultra Wormhole Necrozma and the other Ultra Beasts used to cross over is closed so we don't have another repeat of what happened today," Sarah suggested.
A little later, the little princess returned to the Max Lair to patch up the hole Guzzlord made to burrow his way to the Crown Palace and heal the Legendary Pokemon that fought against him and the rest of the Ultra Beasts. To her relief, when she checked the chamber where she, Race, and their group confronted the wild Necrozma, the Ultra Wormhole she was looking for had closed and it was gone for good. When she made a report to a small team of scientists who were studying the Dynamax Phenomenon in the Max Lair, they were relieved to discover that no one had been hurt. And, to her surprise, one of the scientists revealed a female Poipole she recently found and cared for some time before the incident took place.
Unfortunately, for her and her fellow researchers (at least), the Poison Pin Pokémon (given how young she is) tends to wander off and be incredibly playful which is a problem since she is often too busy with her research assignments to watch over her. And, because of that, she decided to pass her over to Sarah which she couldn't refuse (as the little female Poipole reminded her greatly of Naganadel in her pre-evolved form).
Now, the heroes were resting in the Crown Palace again (particularly in its lounge area), continuing to rest up and lay low until it was time for them to leave and carry on solving the mysteries surrounding Lucius, Lakua, and the Six Heroes. By now, dusk had fallen early in the Crown Tundra and it was nearly time for dinner.
"Boy, I'm glad that mess involving the Ultra Beasts at the Max Lair is over."
"Me, too. I don't know if I could take any more of it if Guzzlord continued to go after all of us had he not been caught in time," Mallow and Liko sighed with relief.
"Well, Dulse, Zossie, Naganadel, Phyco, and Soliera did promise to return them to their home worlds."
"And, they're going to help the Necrozma we gave them by giving him light, so... All's well that ends well," grinned Ash as he rested on one of the sofas with Pikachu.
"Yeah. But, still, that Guzzlord was so amazing even though it is absolutely terrifying. Can you imagine any other Pokemon with that much power causing so much destruction in a short time? And, if there are more Pokémon in other worlds wherever this Ultra Space leads, how many do you think there are?" Goh questioned, fascinated by what he learned and discovered about the Ultra Beasts including Guzzlord.
"Well, as long as we don't talk about Guzzlord, I would like to know. It could really help with my plans to become a Pokémon Astronaut," Sophocles replied, grinning.
"Well, now that that's over... What should we do about your new friends, Sarah?" Friede asked Sarah, alluding to the Zords watching from outside.
Sarah got up from the chair she was sitting on and looked out the scenery windows to the BioZords and the Celestial Sanctuary Zords eying them going about their time peacefully until she replied (while looking at her new Dino Gem), "Well, I guess we know that the Celestial Sanctuary Zords are mine along with the Astral Haven Zords, Mufasa, Leo, and King so they'll be happy about that. But, since Tommy's BrachioZord and the auxiliary Zords with it are now mine after his Dino Gem chose me, I'm sure he and the other DinoThunder rangers won't mind me looking after them from now on."
Liko smiled and nodded in agreement as she replied, "I'm sure Tommy would be very proud of you for doing that for him and one of his old teams."
"I already am, knowing they'll have a home to go to and a new friend helping them."
"As are we with our old friends helping you during your brief time of crisis."
The heroes reeled around the room in surprise until Tommy's spirit appeared from the Morphin Grid along with the spirits of the Celestial Guardians inside the lounge area with them.
"Tommy?" Sarah gasped in surprise.
The Spirit Ranger nodded warmly in greeting to her and her family and friends before he looked over to the Celestial Guardians:
- In his spirit form, the deceased Solaris Knight manifested as a majestic lion of pure radiant light with a mane shimmering like solar flames and eyes gleaming with celestial power
- With the Celestial Sorceress, she took on the form of a phoenix wreathed in flames of celestial energy while having wings radiating with a fiery aura that pulsated with mystical power which displays her full magnificence
- the Frostbite Ranger appeared as a ferocious saber-toothed tiger encased in shimmering frost and eyes but had eyes gleaming with icy determination and fur that glistened with the frost on his body
- the Inferno Ranger is also a majestic phoenix but was wreathed in flames of internal intensity with fiery wings radiating with volcanic fury
- the Thunderstrike Guardian, however, took on the form of a mighty triceratops cracking with electrical energy and horns gleaming with lighting
- the Primal Ranger instead takes on the form of a colossal Tyrannosaurus-Rex with its fossilized form pulsating with primal energy
- the Galestorm Guardian is in the spiritual form of a graceful green-white parasaurolopus
- And, finally, the Thunderclap Sentinel became the spirit of a sturdy, firm, and proud pachycephalosaurus
"Whoa..."
"That's crazy...!"
"Is that really Tommy Oliver?"
"The greatest Power Ranger that ever lived?"
"That's incredible!"
"Amazing...!" Ash, the Pokemon School Gang, and Gladion remarked in astonishment.
"And, not just him, we also have visitors in the form of the Celestial Guardians."
"But, in their spirit forms," Asha and Race added, stunned.
"This...This is even more fascinating than a full shot of Dazzling Gleam!"
"Wow... That is crazy!"
"Cool coolio crazy!" Friede and Cap agreed, flabbergasted.
"Hello, young ones," the Thunderstrike Guardian greeted warmly with a kind nod.
The BrachioZord and the auxiliary Zords took notice of their old friend with the former gently roaring from outside, getting everyone's attention as they turned to the scenic window and heard what sounded like his pleas to Tommy. This was more apparent to Sarah as her new Brachio Morpher appeared and echoed his roars.
Tommy just smiled as he went to the windows and told his Zord (as if he could understand the BrachioZord's thoughts and feelings), "I'm sorry, old friend, I missed you too. But, my time with you and the other rangers is over; however, your time with your new family is only beginning because my Dino Gem chose a new owner and she's right here with us."
Everyone turned to Sarah and smiled, knowing what Tommy was thinking as he continued, "I've been watching Sarah and her friends ever since they became rangers and after she proved herself, I couldn't be happier to pass the torch to her."
The BrachioZord purred gently despite his own bittersweet sorrow over Tommy no longer being his partner, promising him that he and the auxiliary Zords would do their best under Sarah's care now that they're officially hers. Even the AnklyoZord, the CephaloZord, the DimetroZord, the StegoZord, and the ParasaurZord gave off agreeing roars, sharing the BrachioZord's sentiments about Sarah being their new partner.
That was all Tommy wanted for them on account of his successor and he gave them a thankful smile and nod before turning to Sarah and telling her, "You take care of them, Sarah. I'm sure the BrachioZord and the auxiliary Zords will serve you well in your endeavors."
"The same can be said for us, chosen one. You've proven yourself to be worthy of Tommy's DinoThunder Black Ranger power and our powers as well as our Zords. Along with the Kwamis, we know you'll look after them well," agreed the Solaris Knight's spirit.
The others were surprised by this as the Rising Volt Tacklers echoed in confusion, "Kwamis?"
"Hi, guys!" Barkk chirped with a giggle as he appeared on Lazuli's left shoulder with Enix, Simon, Paws, Snickers, Comet, and Admiral appearing soon after on Sarah and Race's shoulders and heads.
"She meant us," clarified Simon.
The Primal Ranger's spirit grinned warmly at the Kwamis as he told them, "Good to see you again, old friends. You haven't been causing trouble for your new caretakers and users since we brought you here, were you?"
"Whoa, hold up! You brought the Kwamis down here to Earth?" Gladion blinked.
"Yeah, I'm a little lost here. You know anything about that?"
"No clue," Sophocles and Mallow admitted, shrugging.
Suddenly, Asha thought back to what Snickers told her and her family and friends and came to a stunning realization as she told everyone, "Uh, guys, Sis... Snickers mentioned that they were dormant in their meteor for years until Skye opened it and released them along with her and the PAW Patrol's new powers last year."
Soon, everybody else who knew about the Kwamis slowly started to put two and two together as Sarah, Lillie, Kiawe, and Ash bantered with her, "Sarah, Raven did tell us about that and the fact that the guardians who keep the Miraculous they come from safe have two ranks."
"And, those two ranks, when thinking back to all that are Apprentice Guardian and..."
"...Celestial Guardians! That also means... You guys were the ones responsible for putting Enix, Barkk, and the other Kwamis in there!?"
"And, you had Victoria snag the meteor they were in as well as the meteor holding Skye and the PAW Patrol's supercharged powers to make them crash-land in Adventure City?!"
The Inferno Ranger's spirit smiled and nodded in confirmation to their shared conclusion, "We apologize for what happened to your towers because of us but it was necessary for us to find them new owners to keep them safe from the hands of evil and help them find new friends and allies in the ongoing fight against evil. So, now, they are yours to help you in your battles with our blessings whenever you need them."
"So, now that you're spirits, even though you're free from your ranger duties, would you roam around the world just as the guardians of the Astral Haven Zords are doing?" Liko asked the Celestial Guardians.
"Of course, they were invaluable allies to us as we were to them. And, while we are free from our duties, that doesn't mean we won't help protect the planet and the universe," reassured the Thunderstrike Guardian's spirit.
"We'll fight alongside these beings you call the Spirits of Harmony to keep the peace and balance of this world and we'll come to your aid and that of the Kwamis whenever you need us," the Celestial Sorceress finished.
"Thanks, you guys. We really appreciate it," Sarah thanked as the others nodded in agreement before turning to Tommy and telling him, "Tommy, your DinoThunder power, the BrachioZord, and the auxiliary Zords...Thanks, I'll look after them for you guys."
Tommy smiled as he gently ruffled Sarah's hair and replied, "I'll hold you to it and I'll make sure Ethan, Kira, Conner, Trent, and Hayley do the same."
Everyone else nodded in agreement as they smiled at the ranger spirits and said their goodbyes, "Thanks, guys."
"Thank you."
"Bye."
"See ya later!"
"Take care!"
"Keep waiting over us."
"Goodbye!"
"See ya!"
The Celestial Guardians nodded with warm smiles in thanks as they and Tommy returned to the Morphin Grid and the Celestial Sanctuary with the Green Mighty Morphin Ranger saying, "Bye."
"Bye, Tommy," Sarah finished, smiling sadly as Tommy and the Celestial Guardians vanished with the BrachioZord and the auxiliary Zords roaring and giving a hero's farewell to their beloved friend.
"Well, Sis, now that we know about the Celestial Guardians and their Zords, you think we'll have any luck in finding the Celestial Sanctuary itself?" Asha asked her sister.
"Well, since there isn't a chance of anybody with evil intentions finding it as far as we know and we got help in the best way possible, we will...one day. Still, I'm just glad everything's back under control again," Sarah replied, relieved that the threat of the Ultra Beasts was done and dusted.
"You said it."
"I'm for that," Ash and Lana grinned.
Just then, Murdock, Delilah, Donna (former queen), and Nikki along with their Pokemon arrived with the friendly cook and his Alcremie giving a hearty shout, "Alright, everybody! Dinner's ready, file in if you got the stomachs primed and empty!"
"Come and get it, fellas!"
"Thanks, Murdock!"
"Dinner!"
"Let's go!"
"FOOD, HOORAY!" Sarah, Asha, Race, and the gang cheered as they, the Rising Volt Tacklers, Diana, their Pokemon, the dragons, and Gladion went over to the dining room.
"We'll see ya later, guys! Be good while I'm gone!" Sarah called to the BrachioZord and the auxiliary Zords who roared in reply as the heroes went to the dining room for dinner.
When they arrived, the heroes were treated to a glorious feast (with the dishes prepared for each of them hidden under cloches as a surprise) that had been made to not only celebrate their victory in ending the Ultra Beast threat but also to formally pay tribute to the BioZords and the Celestial Sanctuary Zords that are joining them on behalf of the Celestial Guardians and Tommy.
The heroes gasped in awe and wonder as Liko, Roy, and Sarah remarked, "Oh, wow! So good!"
"Yeah, this feast is so delicious, I can hardly wait to eat it!"
"Geez, Mom, Murdock, did you, Granny, and Nikki do all this with Alcremie and Berry?"
"You could say we had a helping hand in whipping all of this up with a royal flare," chuckled Murdock.
"We wish we could take the credit but we and our Pokemon along with your Alcremie had a guiding hand in Calyrex, honey," Delilah smiled as Calyrex (in Ice Rider Form), Glastrier, and Spectrier joined them.
"Now, hang about. You lot wouldn't happen to be talking about me, were you?" Calyrex grinned modestly.
"Calyrex," Sarah chuckled in amusement.
"I can hardly wait! Come on, everybody, let's dig in!" Ash grinned broadly as he went to his seat and lifted the cloche over his dish only to find it empty and with a small note he read, "Huh? That's weird, 'Fuecoco was here'? Uh, Roy...?"
"Oh, no! Fuecoco!" Roy cried, flustered as everybody saw his partner laughing as he ran away with a turkey in his tiny claws.
However, he yelped in fright as he heard a small but spooky cry and saw what looked like a floating sheet coming towards him, making the Fire Croc Pokemon fling the turkey in the air and run off.
But, the "ghost" turned out to be Scooby hiding underneath it as he giggled and caught the turkey in his paws, howling happily, "Scooby-Dooby-Doo!"
And, after seeing what had unfolded in front of them, all everybody could do was laugh heartily: a fitting end to the heroes' first day of hiding out in the Crown Tundra.
