Rudiger had to lead him everywhere, and Dimentio wasn't a huge fan of that. Rudiger seemed excited to visit the Ring of Sloth, despite the fact that meant everyone would be lazy. When Dimentio brought that up, Rudiger laughed.

"Lazy? Sure, they don't build their own buildings and grow their own food, but they have the best entertainment of the entire Other Realm! Just because they don't like to work doesn't mean they don't like to play! Here at the Ring of Sloth, you can enjoy anything you want, any time you want!" He looked around. "But, usually there are a few people on the streets. Where is everyone?"

"Oh, well, looks like everything's closed. I guess we're done here. Ciao!"

Rudiger grabbed his collar with his tail and dragged him back towards him. "Hang on, this means the Sloth Ring is being messed with too."

Dimentio sighed. "Can we go please? I know I'm late now. Any later and my father might just die from old age. And he's not that old...for now. We're taking too long! Let me go!"

"Let's look around."

Dimentio sighed and continued walking with Rudiger. Rudiger checked inside a store. He entered, grabbing Dimentio with his tail again.

"Hey, I found some food!" He grabbed a can of tuna off the shelf, opened it, sniffed it, and put it back. "That's rotten."

Dimentio grabbed a spider off the wall. "Spiders and webs? This place has been abandoned for a while." He went to the register, putting the spider in his mouth.

"What are you, a physco? Just because you can eat anything doesn't mean you should!"

"Huh? Care to explain what you're babbling about?"

"You mean, you didn't even notice? That you just ate that spider you were holding?"

He looked at his hand. "I wouldn't do that, the love of my life is a Spider Demon." He brushed his hand against the counter, dust rising where he moved his hand. "This place has been abandoned for a really long time...You don't get such a thick layer of dust from a few days. Did you even think about the other clans, or only about yours?"

"...Hhhhhey look! There's someone outside!"

Rudiger ran outside, freezing once he reached the main road. Dimentio let him leave, and instead turned his attention to a green cloak hanging from a shelf. He paid for it and put it under his poncho, where he kept Dimension D usually. He exited the store and went to Rudiger's side.

"What's wrong?"

Rudiger was speechless, frozen in place.

"Oh well. Ciao."

"You're Dimentio, aren't you? The fabled Master of Dimensions? The Charming Magician?"

He turned around, meeting eye contact with the other demon. This one wasn't human-like like all the others he'd seen. This one looked like a combination of a spider monkey and a sloth. They crawled closer to Dimentio with their long arms.

"I heard you'd be here. And since town's empty, we can finish what your father started." They spoke slow, and sounded tired.

"Pardon me? Who are you?"

"I'm Bezzuluna, the Sin of Sloth. I heard you would be coming to slay our kind, so I prepared the town ahead of time. I just ordered everyone to stop playing, that all they needed was a bit of rest. Some people fought at first, but I dealt with them."

"'Dealt' with them? You killed them for not being as slothful as you?"

"No no, I didn't kill them." Bezzuluna went to Rudiger and pushed him over gently. "I put them to an eternal sleep. You want to save your friend? Then you'll have to beat me in battle."

"Friend? Ahaha! Rudiger isn't a friend! He's just dragging me along on this idiotic quest, I didn't want to do it! I only accepeted the deal because I wanted him to leave me alone! I despise him, and I thought he would let me do the journey on my own."

"Oh, really?"

"Yes, take him for all I care! Keep him asleep for eternity if you want to. I could worry less what anyone does to him. I just want him to leave me alone, for good."

Beezuluna laughed calmly. "What would you do if he heard that? Would you care then, if you broke his spirit?"

"He has a soul? Strange, I don't remember him caring for the other rings when I asked him. He's selfish, stubborn, annoying, and smells like fish almost all the time. In fact, I wouldn't mind if you did kill him. He's the reason for the glutton demons' downfall, and should be treated as such."

They gently grabbed Dimentio's face with their cold claws. "Oh, really? You don't care for him at all?"

"Of course not." He tried to pry their claws from his face. "Could you let go? I have somewhere to go."

They forced him closer to Rudiger, still asleep on the floor. "Then finish the job. You've had a taste, now fulfill your destiny."

"Destiny? Taste? What are you on about? Let me go!" He tried to kick them, but Bezzuluna moved their head away before his foot could reach.

"You don't know, do you? That's expected, with you only being half demon and all."

Dimentio tried to kick them again. "I don't have a clue about what you're talking about, but if you don't let me go, I'll be forced to bite you. And you don't want that, do you? That would probably hurt. You'll put me down either way, but one involves a lot more pain."

"I can't let you taste my blood."

Dimentio licked their claw, and they let him go. "About time!" Dimentio picked up Rudiger and forced him into Dimension D through his poncho. He had to take it off, and was surprised Bezzuluna waited for him to do that. He put his poncho back on, but that knocked his mask off his face just the slightest.

Bezzuluna flinched away from him. "Those eyes...I can't believe the legend is true."

"Hm? Are you talking about me? Legend?" He fixed his mask, grinning. "My eyes, you said? My eyes earned me some interesting names. Freak, monster, demon, hellspawn, you can guess the next ones. But now that I know someone is afraid of them..." He slowly lifted his mask from his face. "You can finally see the true horror that hides behind my mask."

Bezzuluna scrambled away from him. Dimentio felt unlike himself, but not in a terrible way. It felt natural. And it felt great making people fear him again. He ran after them, catching up quickly since they were pretty slow already. He tackled them, knocking them to the ground.

"Have a taste of a demon's rage!" He held them to the floor, and scratched their face with his claws.

"Please, stop! I told you, I'm not a fighter! My demon form is weak, I can't fight you!"

"Tell that to Queen Jaydes when I send you down to hell where you belong!"

The only thing he remembered was Bezzuluna's scream.
