I do not own any of the characters except for Arabella.
~Arabella's POV~
The entire mall has been decorated for the Boo Stravaganza and we were inside the dojo practicing when Jack entered. "Hey guys, we did a great job Halloween festival tomorrow night is gonna be a blast."
"Yeah." Kim agreed. "But can we please change the name from Boo-Stravaganza?"
"What wrong with the name is okay sounded." I said shrugging my shoulders.
"No way! I came up with that." Eddie exclaimed.
The "boo" part is scary, "Stravaganza" is fancy talk for party." Eddie explained.
"So uh, Jack you know the Halloween legend about our dojo, right?" Kim asked. I looked at her and was confused what legend.
"What legend?" Jack asked.
"This place wasn't always a dojo. It used to be a butcher shop called Myer's Meats."
"On a hot summer's day... You can still smell the Brisket wafting off the mats." Eddie continued.
"I always thought that smell was Jerry." Jack laughed.
"I mean I would guess it was Jerry." I told him.
"You don't know about the the legend either do you?" Jack concluded.
"Not a clue." I shook my head.
"Eight years ago on Halloween night, Mr. Myers was teaching his
apprentice to make sausages..." Kim told us.
"Oh! The sausager's apprentice huh?" Jack chuckled.
"That's right, apparently he did something Myers didn't like. Words were exchanged, pork started flying, Myers snapped... Picked up a meat mallet, and when it was over... His apprentice was dead." Kim whimpered.
"He was dead, deader than dead, he was so dead..."
"Okay, thank you Eddie." Kim stopped Eddie. "The legend, is his headless body still haunts this dojo."
"Stop trying to scare us It's not gonna happen, right?" Jack asked me.
"Uh-huh, it was going to be harder than that." I smirked.
"It's him! The sausager's apprentice." Eddie shouted. I turned around and saw a blue practice dummy was walking toward us.
Jack looked not convince and then take a bo staff that Eddie was holding. "I'll take care of this!" As he started to whack it with it.
"No, no Jack! Milton's in there." Kim shouted as she stopped Jack from whacking it more.
As Milton moaned in pain.
Eddie pulled off the mask and I glared, "Yeah, see?"
"Boo?" Milton said sheepishly.
I put the mask back on him and blow at him. "Goodbye Milton." As he fell over to the ground and struggled to get up.
Don't you get all tough with me, I'm saying won't you come kick it with me? and we can have a ball, run up the wall, this is how we do, and no matter how much, I chop and punch, it's not as cool as kickin' it with you.
Here we go, let's start the party, chop it up like it's karate.
everybody, don't you get all tough with me, I'm saying won't you come kick it with me? and we can have a ball, run up the wall, this is how we do, and no matter how much I chop and punch, it's not as cool as kickin' it with you.
At school the next day, Jack walked over with a tray and sat next to me. "That psycho butcher story you made up yesterday was pretty cool Kim."
"Not to Jerry, he actually started having nightmares about it. We told him it was based
on an actual legend." Kim smirked and did a little handshake with Milton.
"And that one Halloween night, Mr. Myers will come back... And bad things will happen to whoever he touches. And also, because you two told him that legend he had been calling me late at night about the nightmare that he had, and I'm not a pleasant person when I'm tired." I ranted crossing my arms.
"Way to go guys." Jack said. "Remember the last time Belle didn't get sleep."
Milton shuddered, "I still get nightmares about it."
"Why are you guys trying to scare Jerry?" Jack asked.
"Hello... it's Halloween, it's what you're supposed to do." Kim said.
"Yeah, because scaring Jerry is fun and frustrating as always." I said sarcastic as I lay my head on Jack's shoulder.
Frank walked up with his gang of black dragons. "So, I hear you guys are hosting Boo-Stravaganza at the Mall. Sure hope nothing happens."
"What's that supposed to mean Frank?" Milton asked.
"What's that supposed to mean Frank?" Frank mocked him in a weird voice, earning laughs from his companions.
"Hey, we spent a lot of time and energy on this party." Jack said standing up to face Frank. "So I hope you and your guys aren't thinking of trying anything. Because if you remember when you try things, it usually doesn't go too well."
"Maybe you should take your sister trick or treating." Kim suggested taunting.
"Maybe I will, she's going to be a Princess this year... And she's going to be adorable." Frank said smugly.
"Well, that was something." I said as the black dragons walked away.
"Hey little buddy." Marge said walking up to Eddie, "You making a Jack O'Lantern for that Boo-A-Palooza thing?"
"Yes I am. I want all the lady's to see that I'm an expert Pumpkin Carver." Eddie smiled.
"Yeah, because that's what all the lady's want. Rock stars, Quarterbacks and Pumpkin Carver's." Kim said sarcastically earning a glare from the boy.
"Eddie, I want your guts." Marge told him.
"I'm kinda using them right now." Eddie said, misinterpreting her words.
"No, your pumpkin guts. Look every year I buy a pumpkin to make a pie and I throw out the outside. Every year you buy a pumpkin to carve and you throw out the insides...Let's just buy one together, and partner up."
"You're on partner, after school we're hitting the pumpkin patch." Eddie said happily.
"It's a date." Marge agreed before walking away.
"Wow, I guess your pumpkin skills did get you a date." I chuckled.
"It's with Marge!" Jack looked at me incredulously.
"It's called a start Jack." Eddie explained, taking his tray to leave.

"If witches have all these magic powers, why are they so ugly?" Jack asked looking at the with decorations as we prepared the final touches for tonight's party.
"Yeah I know." Kim said, "If I were a witch I'd go poof, rich and beautiful."
"That's would love to be one, if that happened I would live happily." I said throughly.
"Guys, you're not going to believe it." Jerry ran over to the group. "Meyers the butcher's back. And he touched me! Oh, horrible things are going to happen." He panicked and whimpers.
"First of all, calm down." Milton played along, "Second of all... Show me on this witch
where he touched you."
"Milton!" I said and the sighed in disbelief.
"I'm going to church!" Jerry told us before sprinting away.
"Free fries at Circus Burger, all you need is a coupon." A clown said who waking around the mall, "How about you kid, you want a coupon?" He asked Jack who looked at him with a horror expression and scream bloody murder.
"Ah! Clown!" He screamed, stumbling away from him and into the dojo.
"I guess he doesn't like french fries." The clown shrugged.
"But I do." I smiled politely, taking the coupon from the clown.
"Wow, what was that?" Milton asked shocked.
"Well, what do you know, we finally found something Jack is scared of... Clowns." Kim said.
"Or coupons." Milton said, "But clown's makes more sense."
"Come on guys, don't be mean, everyone is afraid of something." I scoffed at them and walked toward the dojo where Jack ran into.
Kickin' it with you.
We walked in and saw Jack punching a practice dummy.
"Jack, I can't believe you're afraid of clowns." Milton said.
"Belle, you told them!" Jack exclaimed.
"No, you kinda scream in horror when you seen the clown." I explained.
"Oh, he knows... the big red-nose." Kim said placing a hand on her hip.
"So you don't like baggy pants, floppy shoes, and that song..." Milton trailed off humming the song and juggling pretend balls.
"Stop it!" Jack sat down on a bench, "It's true okay? Clowns freak me out."
"Oh you weren't just freaked out. You acted like Milton every time he reads a pop-up book." Kim scoffed.
"Hey, some of those things just come right at you!" Milton defended himself.
"Guys stop it, when you're scared of something it can really get to you" I sat in front of Jack. Behind Jack Milton and Kim mouthed dolls and started to laugh. I glared at them before I smiled at Jack and took his hands, "Just tell them what happened?"
"It was my fifth birthday party... My parents hired a clown, but
they didn't hire a very good one." Jack sighed. He told us the story of how the clown had yelled at him for ruining his trick and then had fallen unconscious.
"You killed a clown?" Kim asked in disbelief
"Well I thought I did. Turns out he was lite headed from blowing up too many balloon animals." Jack continued the rest of his story. "From that moment on, I've been terrified of clowns."
"After that story, I am too." Milton said scared.
"Since then I just avoid them, I know where every clown in the city lives...
Shaky McGee, Chuckles Watson, Blato, Blimpo, and Uncle Giggles." Jack said.
"Wow. How do you keep track of them all?" Milton asked curiously.
"Luckily it's not that hard, they all travel in one car." Jack shrugged.

I entered the dojo to see Jack dressed like Dracula and Kim was a zombie cheerleader. Both of them looked and saw me.
"Who are you supposed to be?" Kim asked me.
"I'm princess Peach from Mario, ain't I cute." I said then pose very cutely.
"Yeah, you are." Jack said then pulled me into a side hug with his arm around my waist.
"Milton! How long does it take to put on a wolf man costume?" Jack asked impatiently, wanting to go to the party and then move his arm from my waist to my shoulders.
"I'm coming." Milton shouted back. But when he came out he was in a blue suit and had a blonde wig on.
"What happened? I thought you were supposed to be the wolf man?" Jack asked.
"They said they would hold it for me, but they rented out the last one...I had to be Little Boy Blue."
"Hey, is everyone okay in here?" Jerry ran in and stopped.
"Uh, yeah, why?" Kim asked confused by his behavior.
"I told you, Myers was in the dojo." Jerry said scared.
"What are you talking about, Jerry?" I asked with a confused expression on my face.
"The legend was true, the murder, the butcher, the curse." Jerry told us.
"Jerry, there is no legend. I mean there was a guy named Myers who owned a butcher shop here. But I made the rest up to scare them." Kim explained pointing to Jack and me.
"So you made the whole thing up?" Jerry asked for assurance.
"Yes! Now can we please go enjoy our Halloween?" Kim asked him.
"Okay Mrs. Zombie. I'd hate to waste this cool wolf man costume." Jerry said, "They were saving it for some sucker, but I paid the guy extra." He laughed, "Totally worth it."
"I'm the sucker, that's mine, take it off!" Milton yelled, trying to rip the costume from Jerry.
"Hey, hey no, I can't!" Jerry screamed, trying to get away from him. "I'm kinda wearing weird underwear. For what it's worth, you make a pretty good Goldilocks."
"I'm Little Boy Blue." Milton told Jerry angrily and waving his trumpet in his face.
"It's seven o' clock, Circus Burger's closed so their clown's gone. Now let's go Boo-Stravaganza our butts off." Kim told us but I felt Jack was tense with his arm around me and tight, I looked at him worried and saw he had a fear expression on his face.
"Jack, what the matter?" Milton asked, "You heard what Kim said the Circus Burger clown is gone."
"I'm not worried about that clown. I'm worried about... that clown!" Jack pointed to the dojo window. When I looked over to see some guy with a creepy clown mask. As Jack ran further into the dojo.
"Oh, oh there is a curse! Oh, and something horrible is going to happen to me." Jerry whined as the clown took off his mask, revealing to be Frank.
"I know something was wrong with this, I'm very angry." I said angrily while glaring at Frank.
"There is no curse, it's Frank and the Black Dragons." Kim said, also glaring.
We watched as the Black Dragons, all dressed as clowns, ran into the mall and destroyed the party. They flipped over the tables, destroyed the decorations and scared away the people.
"The Black Dragons are trashing the place!" Milton whimpered. Frank ran over and started to spray something on the window.
Kim and Jerry ran out to stop them while Milton and I tried to get Jack to help. "Jack you gotta go out there, if you don't stop this I will be little boy black and blue." Milton said.
"You don't think I wanna go out there, I can't." Jack said hopelessly.
"Milton could you give us a moment?" I asked and the boy nodded but didn't move an inch, "Alone." I clarified.
"Right!" Milton said awkwardly walking away.
"Jack, I know you are scared, but the only way to be brave is to conquer your fears and stop being afraid." I looked at him softly.
"I just can't." Jack looked away, both ashamed and embarrassed.
"I can't force you to go." I said sadly, standing up to leave.
"Where are you going?" he asked.
"I'm going out there. Our chances to win won't get better if both of us are in here." I said walking over to him again. "I believe in you Jack, now you just have to believe in yourself" I leaned over to kiss his cheek but he turned his cheek around and I pressed my lips against his instead and I giggled, "I meant to kiss your cheek, but that counts too." Jack smiled at me, "I'm just gonna go now." I said running towards the door.
I walked out and entered the chaos that was their party. I saw Marge and Eddie fighting some guys by the pumpkins, Jerry on the other side of the room and Kim using her pom-poms as weapons.
"Hey you clowns! I'm the one you want!" Jack screamed and one of the clowns ran to attack him but he managed to dodge him. The clowns continued to come at a currently blind Jack who fought them off anyway. Meanwhile I tried to hold of my own clowns. But when I eventually defeated them new ones came and I sighed in annoyance as the fight continued.
From the corner of her eye she saw Frank rip off Jack's blindfold and the brown haired boy fell to the ground in fear. "Not so tough now, are you Jack?" Frank sneered as two clowns led a captured Milton over. "Say goodbye Goldilocks!"
"I'm Little Boy Blue!" Milton said defensively. Jack seemed to find courage sense he jumped up from the ground and grabbed Frank's arm before he could hurt Milton.
"What are you doing, I'm a clown you're scared of me!" Frank said surprised.
"I am, but that's my friend!" Jack said before flipping him over. That seemed to be enough to scare them, because the rest of the Black Dragons ran away and the crowd cheered at their victory.
I ran over to give Jack a biggest hug and he hugged back. "I am so proud of you."
"Dude, that was awesome!" Jerry said impressed, "Nothing terrible
happened, something great happened. There is no curse."
"How'd you get over your whole clown thing?" Kim asked.
"I had to face it, I couldn't let you guys down." Jack sent a grateful.
"Thanks Jack, my horn and I salute you." Milton said. He then tried to blow into the horn but it looked like he was going to explode instead, a sound eventually came.
"That wasn't the horn, was it?" Eddie, dressed like Frankenstein's Monster asked.
"Sadly no." Mitlon confessed in embarrassment.
"Look it wasn't just me." Jack changed the subject, "We all faced our fear. You guys were scared of the Black Dragons, but you stood up to them."
"It was a fight to the finish, but we saved Bernard." Marge breathlessly ran over to the group with a pumpkin.
"Guys check it out, this is the best pumpkin I've ever done." Eddie said proudly and it revealed all of them carved into the pumpkin.
"Another salute to us." Milton said, preparing to blow the horn.
"No!" Kim stopped him, "we're good."
