Chapter Four – Not As It Seems
Dimension – 151105 – Believe In Me
Blaze had been spending time on Mobius. She'd been traveling there, to and from the Sol Empire form some time, but hasn't realised that she'd been landing on a different version of Mobius each time. The Sorcerer had been missing from her kingdom, but finally, she got a message from her Koalas that Sukko was back. She smiled, as she headed back to the Sol Empire. Time to put her plan into action.
Despite having saved the Sol Empire from the Dark Fire Golem, the locals didn't actually know Sukko that well. He did come out of his shell somewhat but he hadn't properly settled yet. He wound up Blaze horrendously, giving the impression he was something he wasn't. Interested in girls. No, Sukko was definitely into guys, and the fact that he'd regularly vanish, to leave the Sol Empire to be with his husband, Stripes, and six children, on a different version of Mobius, may have had something to do with it.
But Sukko never lied. He couldn't Orb teleport between worlds, but the fact that he could directly cast between two given dimensions, allowing him to travel between them, with a enormous flash of bright white light, was useful. Sukko liked The Sol Empire. Due to it's unique location on the universe, it's wasn't influenced by the greater goings on of the wider Multiverse. There was only 'one' Sol Empire, and everyone from there. Mobius, however, was right at the heart of it, with millions of different versions, a Blue Blur on every single one of them.
Sukko doubted Blaze had visited the same version of Mobius twice. There so many, and the different dimensions shifted around constantly. But because the differences between them was so subtle, she never noticed. But she was known on all of them. But there was only ever one Sukko, the mighty Sorcerer, the God of the Cosmos.
That was why the Sorcerer is never known in any given version of Mobius. For most of it, he wasn't even there. The Sol Empire, however, a safe haven away from the chaos of the Multiverse. A place to run to, if needed, where he could be himself, without consequence. His god-like powers, he couldn't activate them there, or at least, not very easily. There physically wasn't enough Chaos Energy in the Sol Empire to do it, unless, Sukko borrowed from another world, such as Mobius. So the likelihood of him accidentally activating his god-like abilities in the Sol Empire was small, and therefore he could keep that to himself. He had the control. But that didn't mean he wasn't stupid, occasionally.
On his very first visit to the Sol Empire, which lead to him saving the kingdom from the Order of Eldin, and almost dying twice, he entirely did three months pregnant with twins. But no one knew. But if those kids had been anything other then children of the Ultimate Lifeform, they would have died, and Stripes ripped Sukko to pieces over it. As it turns out, they all survived, safe and well. Thankfully, Sukko couldn't carry again. Sukko landed back in the Sol Empire afterwards. He showed his face at the palace and Magic school, and got acknowledged, nobody none the wiser that he hadn't been in the Sol Empire in months.
Everyone just thought he was out working the hospital ships in the vast ocean. No, but he was indeed qualified to do that, having finished his top-up qualifications at the Sol Empire's Medical School and did it occasionally. Everglade and Arthur just hugged him, but Blaze was nowhere to be seen, but there was frantic whispers from all of the palace staff. He did turn heads. Sukko's appearance had changed. His quills were short, hard and sharp, not long and soft as the Sol Empire was more used to. He gained weight and now packed some serious muscle. Sukko didn't hide it, he didn't bother. He was planning on telling the Sol Empire the whole truth anyway, especially if he wanted his family to hide here.
Suddenly, Sukko was guided to the palace. It is beautiful, with a clean, simple but extremely elegant design. White walled, edged in dark turquoise and gold. Across the large and extremely lavish circular courtyard. Leading out from enormous large front doors, the courtyard was designed in concentric circles. The inner circle had fine, yellow gravel. Next was thick, highly tempered glass, allowing light through to the room below, then a ring of more yellow gravel, with potted miniature fur pines arranged around the centre, then a grassed area, leading the outer walls and stone railings. Opposite the main door, a set of stone steps was leading from the Palace to the roof walkway which, in turn, lead all the way down into the town, over a bridge. This was the main entrance where the Sorcerer, had just walked.
He was then lead straight into the Great Hall of the palace, where everyone from the nearby town had gathered. Sukko blinked, what was going on? Then Blaze appeared in her finest attire, looking incredible. She was wearing the beautiful white ball gown, Sukko had conjured her, for her last birthday, and walked right up to him.
Unfortunately, nothing gets past the mighty Telepath, and Sukko read it on Blaze's mind as to what was going on. She'd fallen in love with him, and this whole ceremony was a formal proposal of marriage. Sukko gulped. What of her male feline, she'd been chasing. It turned out that he wasn't husband material, but had agreed to father her child regardless, which meant Blaze could marry anyone she wanted and she had chosen him.
Sukko swore.
Blaze hugged him, which he allowed, but when she tried kiss him, he backed out. Yes, he kissed her before, but he'd been pregnant, and had raging hormones, plus it was just a kiss, it was never meant to be more. This was, and Sukko's anger just exploded. He rounded on Blaze, as he threw her off of him, rather roughly. He growled.
"No!" He spat. Blaze was horrified. In fact, everyone was.
"What?" She gasped. Everyone believed Sukko loved Blaze. Truthfully, he did, but as a companion, a friend, but not as a potentially mate. No. That was Stripes's job, and being female, Blaze just did nothing for him, in that regard. Shocked at being turned down, Blaze demanded a explanation. Sukko heaved. He looked around. He told the truth, partially. Sukko undid his long black coat, and slipped it off his shoulders. With it around his elbows, it turned around revealing Shadow's call-sign, as a deep, red glowing tattoo, right across his left shoulder. He sighed, deeply.
"I am so sorry, but I am married to someone else, and have been since before I even arrived here." He giggled. There were gasps across the Great Hall. "I know you've been tracking me off planet but I been leaving to spend time with him." He admitted. Sukko could immediately tell that Stripes's call-sign was not so well-known outside of the Mobius, so the identity of his potential husband was, was completely lost on the Sol Empire. Blaze had seen the call-sign before, but was so long ago, that she'd long forgotten who it belong to.
Immediately, the whole Great Hall of the palace exploded in frantic astonished whispers when Sukko said 'him', clearly indicating a husband, not a wife, but he couldn't have cared less, and just rolled his eyes.
So what?
True love didn't care about gender.
But it bothered Blaze, a lot, who promptly slapped him and brutally. This caused Sukko's eyes to glow bright blue in return, at the Princess, as he growled hard, hissing directly at her. His temper flared. That hurt, and as far as he was concerned, completely unnecessary. The rumble in his throat, made his entire palace shake, and immediately silenced the onlooking crowd. Everglade got worried, fearing for the Princess. Sukko was significantly more powerful then her, and never had the Sol Empire seen him so aggressive. But Blaze was completely unphased. She roared in anger, straight at the Sorcerer.
"You lied to me." She squealed. Sukko blinked, he growled back, leering hard.
"No, I didn't." He hissed, unimpressed. But Blaze wasn't believing him.
"You said you loved me." He demanded. Sukko heaved, standing up straight, instantly calming his inner anger. He had been slightly hunched, to get down to Blaze's eye line. He's grown. Suddenly, everything became frighteningly still, incredibly quickly. He bright blue glow vanished from his eyes. He took a deep breath. He sighed.
"I do." He admitted. "As a friend, companion, and ruler of your kingdom, the beautiful Sol Empire" He paused, indicating all around him, with his hand. "But not as a potential mate, I'm sorry." He admitted. "That went to someone else long before I'd even met you." He added. Blaze began to cry as Everglade just growled. He was a Skunk wearing his brown waistcoat, leather cap, trousers, and brown leather shoes. On his finger, the precious and powerful ring, the Sorcerer's Relic, Sukko conjured for him. He hissed at the Sorcerer.
"Then why did you lead her on?" He spat, but Sukko just rolled his eyes. He heaved.
"I didn't." He smirked, and then he rounded on the Skunk. "I'm sorry, but you barely even know me. None of you do. This King of Stealth always keeps his cards close to his chest." He hissed.
Everglade was gobsmacked, himself almost in tears. He sniffed.
"Don't you trust us?" He wailed, but Sukko again just rolled his eyes. He heaved.
"Everglade. It has nothing whatsoever to do with trust. I do trust you, with my life." He smiled, and then an enormous grin appeared across face. "No, it has everything to do with the fact that I'm a total git, and Mobius's biggest windup." He added, still smirking.
The Sol Empire locals were all shocked by this statement, including Blaze. She wasn't impressed. She growled.
"It's not funny." She hissed. "You kissed me!" She squealed. But Sukko just shrugged.
"No, it's not, but it's does have everything to do with the fact that I'm a Blue Hedgehog, and whom I'm related to. Sonikku screws up, and he gets forgiven, because he's the 'Hero'. I screw up and the world ends. Classic, isn't it. But don't worry, I don't just do to you. My husband doesn't find it funny either, especially when I first landed on you guys, and battled the Order the Eldin and that Dark Fire Golem, the Mobian Authorities and then rewrote my planet's history. I did it, all the while I was three months pregnant, and he was the father. He slaughtered me afterwards when he found out." He giggled, as he rounded on Blaze. "Anyway, the me kissing you part, was just raging hormones. Sorry about that, it never was meant to be anything." He added.
There was utter silence.
Sukko went through utter hell during that time, everyone in the Sol Empire remembered. But to hear, he did it all, all the while he was expecting a baby, was just outright gobsmacking, sounding utterly impossible, and now, potentially frightening. Did the little one even make it? Sukko was giving no indications, at all, that he could do this, and no one knew males could even get pregnant. It was supposed to be impossible. But this was Sukko, and as the Sol Empire was slowing learning, with the mighty Sorcerer, absolutely anything was possible.
Blaze was shaking with utter shock, as Sukko wondered back over to her. She looked at him, and promptly slapped him again, for being so stupid. She gulped.
"A baby?" she breathed. Sukko back off, looking somber and nodded, but before the Sorcerer could stop her, she'd place her hand on his belly. It was beautifully flat. He was no longer pregnant now, to much time had passed, but that's not what she was feeling for. He was male and there was only one way he could have given birth. Through a cesarean section. She was looking for the scar, and she found it, feeling it, just under the fur, at the bottom of his belly. It was invisible to see, but it was definitely there.
He was telling the truth.
Sukko heaved, as he moved backwards, away from Blaze's reach, and smiled. Placing one hand in the pocket of his coat, and lifted the other up, with his eyes glowing bright blue, he snapped his finger. The almighty Magic heavily concentrated on his hand, as in conjured out of this air, a stunning beautiful necklace. It was small, pale blue and silver, highly ornate, with the Rod of Asclepius on the back. But either side of the snake, as it wrapped itself around the pin, sprouting out large and majestic, were two huge dragon wings, in the exact same design as the large dragon tattoo on his back. It was a beautiful combination the two intense passions, and deep loves of the Sorcerer's life. Medicine, the snake, and Magic, the dragon. It as now on everything he conjured. He couldn't help himself. There was fast becoming the Sorcerer's own call-sign.
He swung around the Blaze, and smiled again at her. He could tell she was now deeply worried, especially about him and the now enormous possibilities. But Sukko just heaved, as he opened one of her hands, and gave her the necklace. He smirked.
"Don't worry about it." He giggled. At that point, he just left the palace in silence, with both Everglade and Arthur running after him. But by the time they caught up, outside, in the courtyard, he has already gone. Vanished.
That was ten days ago.
Blaze was still fuming with Sukko. They had searched the whole of the Sol Empire for the Sorcerer, but he'd vanished, and knowing he could get off planet, by his own means, he could be literally anywhere in the Multiverse. But despite being told not to worry, Blaze did indeed fret over him, but more specifically about the baby. She went back to her science lab. They still had Sukko on file, samples of him, from when he first visited the Sol Empire. She asked, the rather confused scientists, to run a pregnancy test on those samples. A weird request but alright. They hadn't done it originally, as it's wasn't normal to run such a test on a male, but the results came back, very quickly.
Positive.
Blaze deeply heaved, rubbing her face.
Sukko!
Why didn't he tell her? Would she have even have believed him? Probably not, and did Sonikku even know that his brother was expecting? Maybe, maybe not, looking back, she couldn't really remember either way. Regardless, he showed nothing at the time, and now, she felt like a fool for proposing to him. He was right, she barely knew him. She felt like such an idiot, and wanted to apologise, but Sukko was nowhere to be seen. As for the necklace, she wore it everyday, since he left, constantly feeling the love he had for her. No, it wasn't romantic, but it was deeply loyal, and the Princess felt honoured.
Then she giggled. But what of the baby? Blaze smiled. It survived. She was certain of that. With Sukko for a mother, or sorts, the little one had the strongest and more powerful Sorcerer in the Multiverse for a parent. A Hedgehog who'd die for his family. Yes, that baby made it, but for some reason, the Sol Empire wasn't ready for it yet. Yes, the mighty Sorcerer really did keep his cards very close to his chest.
All Blaze could do was wait, and prey for the day that the Sorcerer trusted them enough, with something so precious, even more so then own brother, Sonikku.
His child.
It was welcome here, in fact, the entire family was. Here to stay permanently, if they chose. Yes, Blaze truly meant that. Sukko was still very dear to her, even if he did turn her down. But, in hindsight, she was one who was being unreasonable. Not him.
Right now, Blaze really needed to sort herself out. All these high emotions had been waring her down, and she was in desperate need of a proper vacation.
So she locked down the Sol Empire, and put the Jewelled Scepter under extra security, under lock and key. She rallied up her Koalas, who ran the kingdom for her, to work automatically, but ultimately, she gave the power of attorney to, to overrule the Koala's of necessary, to Gardon. With his intensely loyalty to her for years, if anyone could look after her kingdom in her absence, then he could.
With everything in place, and the arrangements made, Blaze finally left for Mobius, through her Fire Tornado. But which one? There were millions to choose from out there. Blaze, currently, didn't really understand the full scale and scope of the Multiverse as a whole. She was aware of a Multiverse of sorts, with multiple versions of 'Sonic', but she had no idea of the sheer scale of everything. But truthfully, she wasn't thinking about that, as she entered the Fire Tornado. She just wanted to see her friends, on her second favourite planet, other then her own. Her feet were gently raised off the ground as the fire surrounded her, she successfully landed, and walked into the beautiful midsummers day, not far from Vanilla and Cream's house.
Perfect.
Dimension – 23691 – Truth Be Told
She had landed on a version of Mobius, completely at random. They all looked so similar, that the Princess wouldn't have initially have noticed, at first. Blaze, however, was none the wiser, but as luck would have it, she had indeed landed in the most perfect place possible.
The main timeline.
They all knew her here, as all Mobius's did, and she began having a lovely vacation, spending time with her friends, completely unaware of the Multiversal antics happening in the ether. But she never left the Sol Empire behind, or the Sorcerer either. She bought his necklace with her, and wore it constantly. No one noticed. She had promised that no matter where she went, to never speak of him. It seemed a bizarre request at the time, but having witnessed Sukko's latest debacle, she understood. One, he was a total handful, and two, he had Magic. It was still banned here on Mobius, despite everything. Her memories had been wiped of Sukko's antics with his own dimension, so she still believed that. But Sukko wasn't in every version of Mobius. There was only one of him, therefore, for the majority of dimensions, Magic and it's usage had largely fallen out of living memory, many having never seen it being cast.
But over time, Blaze just forgot all that, as she just enjoyed herself. Hanging around with Silver, helping out the Restoration, doing whatever she could. She helped fight Eggman, though she really didn't need to, but regardless, it was fun. She fully understood now why Sonic got such a kick out if it. But a week into her vacation, something came afoot as Saffie returned to the main timeline. He completely hid from view, and began following her around. She'd met him once, and to be honest, in his holographic form, she wasn't impressed. But she, like so many others, didn't know of Saffie's true form.
He tried to talk to Blaze again, but got largely ignored. The Princess was beautiful. She was a lavender and violet-furred Cat with stunning golden eyes, a small black nose and a white-furred muzzle. She had triangular ears with peach coloured canals and a long tail with the end frayed and violet. Her fur is longer on each side of her head and sweeps slightly upwards. She had four plumes of hair with violet tips done up in a high ponytail with a red hair tie. She also had a red oval gem on her forehead, resembling a bindi. She wore a purple tailcoat with rose trim at the bottom, a gold collar, and white leggings, and wore white gloves with fluffy cuffs and rose, high-heeled shoes with grey soles, white stripes and fluffy cuffs, like her gloves.
To her, Saffie was just another annoying 'Sonic' counterpart, that regularly plagued this land, the main timeline, and that he should have left and gone home by now. He heaved, this wasn't working, and he really didn't want to push his luck with Blaze. She was a powerful Pyrokinetic, and could potentially do Saffie some serious damaged. Plus she was a Princess, the actually ruler of her world, that had to be respected. He reported back to Sonic and Tails. The Fox frowned.
There was a way to get Blaze to his house, but that meant summoning her with a lie, 'asking' for her help. Sonic gulped, not liking the sound of that. He respected Blaze too much. She looked after the other girls here so well, that Sonic never had to worry about them, when she was around. Blaze could very much hold her own, often stronger then many of the males.
But that staff!
Both he and Saffie wanted answers, and only Blaze had them, and that feeling about it, it still wouldn't go away for Sonic. What was it? Maybe a little white lie wouldn't hurt, especially for something this intriguing. So Tails sent the message.
The following morning, right on time, Tails had a knock on his door. The Fox let Blaze and Silver in, the Princess holding the note, a deep frown on her face.
"Hello, I got your message, but it was rather bizarre." She asked, as Tails offered her and Silver, a coffee and a seat. She nodded. "You asked for my help, but didn't for what." She wondered. Opposite, Sonic was sat, in the lounge, until suddenly, Saffie's hologram suddenly walked in, causing Silver to be very defensive. An extremely powerful, very light grey (almost white) Hedgehog with white fur on his chest surrounding his neck with gold eyes and tanned skin. He has two large spines at the back of his head, while at the front of his forehead there are five distinct spines flared up and back, the two final ones covering up most of his ears. He was wearing white gloves with cyan circles with lines sticking out of the bottom leading to his golden bracelets, also accented in cyan. The tops of his boots are of a similar fashion with a red gem set in gold. The rest of his boots are navy blue, white and cyan. He growled.
"Hey, what's he doing here?" He spat, then he rounded on Sonic. "I thought all of your counterparts were suppose to leave, once we'd found them." He hissed. But Saffie spat back.
"Actually, I have a visa to stay." He hissed. "If you don't believe me, ask the Echidna." He grilled. But Tails gulped. He could see this getting nasty, if he didn't intervene. He cut across everyone, gulping.
"Yes." He shouted, getting everyones attention. It worked. With now, calm, he lowered his voice. "It's true, but Saffie rarely uses it. He's an extensive inter-dimensional traveler, and has been using this timeline, as a place to rest and recuperate, that's all. In fact, he is the reason why I summoned you." He explained, turning to the Princess. Silver blinked, as Blaze stared.
"Me?" She frowned. But Saffie sighed as he joined everyone in the lounge.
"Because as a fellow inter-dimensional traveller, I thought you could help me." He admitted. Silver frowned, staring daggers at Blaze, but she promptly pushed him away. She growled.
"Silver, not like that. Besides suspect we travel in completely different ways. I not entirely sure how I can help you." She shrugged. But Saffie wasn't convinced, but as he stared at Blaze, something about her was different. Suddenly, he sat up, frowning.
"Hey, the last time I met you, you wore a necklace. What happened to it?" He asked. Blaze gulped, as she felt her neck. Sukko's necklace was indeed gone. She growled.
"I lost it this morning. I couldn't find it, when I woke up. I've looked everywhere." She admitted. But then Silver just sniggered next to her. He grinned.
"Good riddance." He hissed under his breath, but unfortunately, it was loud enough for the Princess to hear. She rounded on him and roared.
"Excuse me?" She spat. "Silver, did you take the necklace?" She growled. But the mighty Psychic Hedgehog just laid it into her. He squealed, and hard.
"Yeah, I did. It's gone, destroyed. I was getting fed of you constantly wearing it." He admitted. Tails smirked.
"Oh, jealous much." He hissed, but got promptly ignored, and Blaze just exploded at Silver. She screamed at him.
"Hey, you had no right to do that, Hedgehog. You don't own me." She spat. "That necklace was given to me by an extremely good friend of mine. Whom, for your information, I've recently found out, has been married to someone else. For years, behind my back and I didn't even know. So, you have no competition anymore, so sit down and shut up." She spat.
Opposite Sukko, Silver was no comparison, and it wasn't just about power. Sukko was incredibly intelligent, caring, and extremely funny. Silver, on the other hand, was extremely naive and very immature, as his behaviour right now was showing. She was desperate for him to grow up, which was why she'd picked Sukko over him. The Sorcerer had grown up a long time ago, out of necessity. But he had chosen someone else, and Blaze was left with second best. She huffed. If that Grey Psychic Hedgehog didn't get his act together soon, he wouldn't not even get that. She was throughly unimpressed. She loved him, she always had, but he had do better.
Silver gulped and hard, going absolutely scarlet, in pure embarrassment. He immediately does as he is told. Blaze heaved and hard, rubbing her face, she'd had enough.
"Hedgehogs, your pains the backsides, the lot of you." She spat. Tails frowned, looking deeply at Blaze.
"That was a rather odd statement. Was your good friend also a Hedgehog?" Blaze looked up, and nodded.
"Yes." She frowned, then she rounded on the Fox. "But I don't understand what your getting at. What's my necklace got to do with helping the hologram here." She asked, indicating him across for her. But said hologram hissed.
"My name's Saffie." He spat, under his breath. But Tails quickly interjected. He stammered and hard.
"Well, we believe that the same person who made the necklace, also made this." He announced, finally revealing the incredible ornate pale blue staff. Blaze just gulped, the colour literally draining from her, as Silver outright gasped.
"Whoa." He stammered, running straight across the lounge to take the staff from Tails's hand. "Oh my Chaos. I've read about these in the future, from accounts and other documentations, but never actually seen one. Wow. Do you have any idea what this is?" He panted in pure excitement. But everyone shook their heads. Saffie just shrugged.
"A staff?" He hinted, stupidly, but Silver just rolled his eyes.
"Well, yeah, obviously, but do you know what kind of staff?" He bounced. They shook the heads. All except Blaze, who was promptly trying to sink herself as much as possible into her chair. She stayed completely quiet. Truthfully, she immediately knew Sukko's work when she saw it, and now she was downright worried, and desperately trying not to show it.
But Silver practically jumped for joy. He squealed.
"This staff was conjured by Magic." He grinned. Tails and Sonic just stared, but Saffie outright laughed.
"Magic's nowhere near as powerful to conjure something like that." He sniggered, but Silver rounded on him. He growled.
"Yes, there is. I've seen far too documentation on the subject in the future, for it not to exist." He spat. But Saffie just didn't believe him. He shook his head. He had seen some Magic, his own dimension, but it was just light casting by evil wizards, not something that intricate or powerful, but that was years ago. He growled again.
"No there isn't, certainly not strong enough to create an entire staff." He spat. But Blaze just outright giggled.
Sukko.
Over the years, she seen the mighty Sorcerer conjure up anything and everything. Glass flowers, huge fire basins, even a huge, stunning gorgeous, apple-shaped, pale blue and silver lined, horse drawn carriage, completely with illusionary Dragon. At mid-night, in the pitch darkness, simply because he fancied it. To see if it could be done. Unfortunately, his bright blue light, from his Magic casting, woke and then kept, everyone up. Blaze huffed. She remembered loosing it so badly with him. She was grateful for his gift, but he could have picked a better time to conjure it. She heaved. That was a long night.
Then she smirked. The staff was extremely lightweight for him, and it wasn't even a Sorcerer's Relic at that. Unlike the thirty-odd he'd created for the Sorcerer's Guild, back in the Sol Empire. The staff was dead, it bore no Magic. Suddenly, Blaze was being stared at, as her giggling caught everyone's attention. Tails grabbed the staff back from Silver and sat next to Blaze. He heaved, trying to be as respectful as possible. He heaved.
"Please tell us who made the staff?" He pleaded. But the Princess rounded on the Fox. She growled.
"It's not that easy, Tails." she spat, but then she sighed, taking the stunning staff from the Fox. It was pale blue and metallic silver, the large clear crystal on the end, stunning, and extremely beautiful. The Sorcerer's work in conjuring was always exquisite. She looked up at Saffie. It was obvious now that he was the one who'd brought the staff here. Why else would he still be here? As a 'Sonic' counterpart, he would have moved on by now. She sighed at him. "Look, I'll do you a deal. You tell me where you found the staff, and I'll tell you who made it." She hissed. Saffie gulped, staring down the staff and the Princess. Was all of this, actually real? He began shaking with fright, gulping hard.
"Your friend? Who is he?" He desperately wondered, but Blaze hissed in return.
"You first." She spat, and with that, Saffie nodded. He then got up and showed everyone outside, and to where his body was currently sleeping. Silver squealed at it, but Blaze was fascinated, as Saffie explained who he really was and where he came from. Then he swallowed his pride as he admitted to his utter stupidity in releasing and subsequent loss of the Grimcreep. His failure to destroy the monster, and the sudden tear across the skies behind him, in the dimension he was in, and the fact, he had to fly for his life, from the rushing vacuum. He explained as he watched the Grimcreep get sucked in through the tear, and get promptly destroyed, to finding the staff afterwards, as the tear was being closed behind him.
Blaze gasped, as Saffie was left reeling. He gulped.
"But the sheer power, I've never seen anything like it. He destroyed that monster so quickly. With such skills, can he even be trusted?" He wondered. Blaze looked up and growled, in utter disgust. That she took enormous offence at. She growled.
"My friend is a Doctor." She admitted, of which Tails squealed. "Bingo!" but he got promptly ignored as Blaze continued. "But." She heaved, thinking hard. "He wouldn't have taken to killing that creature lightly. He did it, because, quite simply, he didn't have any other choice." She cried. Everyone was looking at her in utter silence. She sighed. Time to reveal her end of the deal. She took a deep breath. "My friend is incredible. He is the most powerful person I've met, and yet, he is so horrendously down-to-earth, it's almost to a fault. He's a Sorcerer, but not just any Sorcerer, but also the strongest, not only the entire galaxy, but the whole Multiverse." She nodded, and suddenly rounded on Sonic and Saffie.
"Guys, he's your twin brother, Sukko."
