Chapter Ten – The Monster Within
"A Grimcreep. I thought you'd destroyed that thing?"
Sonic was deeply confused, as he asked his twin, what was going on, as Sukko explained everything to everyone, in Tails's lounge. All the Titans were there, with him, along with Frank, Blaze and the Fox. Saffie heaved, in his hologram.
"Well, apparently there's more of them." He smirked. But Sukko eyed his twin and growled. Suddenly, his eyes glowed a deep, vivid blue, and growling hard, he send huge quantities of Magic to his hand and his Illusions. He clawed his fingers and pushing his hands outwards, Sukko changed the entire room around them. It vanished and now they were all stood in the Greater Cosmos, beautifully hovering in deep space, with the entire Multiverse in the distance. Several people gasped and squealed, but Sukko rolled his eyes, he scowled.
"Calm yourselves, please" He almost shouted. "It's a Illusion. Your only seeing what I've seen." He heaved. Suddenly, there was utter silence, as Tails, utterly fascinated walked up besides him. He frowned.
"Is that the Multiverse?" He gasped, pointing at the enormous mass of planets. Sukko nodded, but then there was a shimmering line across the cosmos, which distracted the Fox. "What's that?" He wondered. Sukko winced in pain, as he panted hard.
"It's a tear in space and time. They sometimes happen when the Multiverse shifts. I can only feel it, I can't see it." He squealed.
Suddenly, they heard an enormous roar sound across the cosmos. Saffie gulped.
"That's definitely a Grimcreep." He stammered. But suddenly, they heard multiple roars, so loud, they shook up the entire area. Sonic gasped.
"Er, how many Grimcreeps?" He gulped, but Manic just rounded on the Sukko. He growled.
"Bro, we need to get out there."
Nodding, the Sorcerer dissolved the illusion and spotted his old conjured ornate staff, that Saffie brought here, in the corner. He then telekinetically flew it right across the room, into his hands. He smirked as everyone stared.
"What?" He spat. "It'll save me conjuring another one." He added, as his eyes glowed deeply, as suddenly, the crystal in the end began to glow bright white. Tails gulped. He knew the sheer amount of power that was required to activate that staff, and Sukko just did, almost by mere thought. He was beginning to understand just how powerful he really was and yet, he didn't fear him. He could see Sonic in the Sorcerer. There were identical twins after all, and that was the point. Anyone else, and the Sorcerer would have been destroyed or long since corrupted by now.
Sukko, walked out of the front door, where he was met the Sapphire Dragon, in full body. He'd worked out how to get the Titans to the Greater Cosmos. As Manic had joined them, Shads, having grabbed Storm-breaker, easily throwing it over his shoulder, he walked across the lounge but stopped by a nearby sofa. He then put his hand over his shoulder, and clasped his hand around the ectoplasmic tail of a certain ghost, who was clinging there. Growling, he yanked, forcibly pulling the ghost off of him, and prompting threw him onto the chair. Shads hissed, extremely coldly.
"Stay here." He ordered, heavily leaning into the ghost. Kee Kee gulping hard, nodded. He seen that look on Shads before and knew better then to argue. Sukko blinked, somewhat surprised, but decided not to intervene, as Shads joined them, outside, in the circle. The Sorcerer heaved.
"Touch the staff." He instructed, and then he smirked. "And hang on." He added, as everyone stared, as Sukko surged huge quantities of Magic through the staff, and with the Titans hold on, he growled hard, and suddenly, they vanished with an enormous flash of blinding bright, white light.
It should have been easy. The fight. Sukko had destroyed one Grimcreep, and he was just one Titan. More Grimcreeps against multiple Titans should have been a cakewalk, even out in the deep space. But...
It was a total disaster.
Sukko had heavily underestimated the Greater Cosmos. Just because he could easily survive out here, didn't mean that all the Titans could.
The Multiverse – The Greater Cosmos
As they landed, in the intense black vacuum, immediately both Saffie and Manic were desperately gasping for air. Sukko and Shads were a god and demi-god, by comparison, had both been blessed with power of survival out there, but not the the Sapphire Dragon and the Earth Bender. Saffie was doing better, as a cyborg, he wasn't so reliant on air, but he still needed it, as he desperately beat his wings to stop himself was drifting off, panting hard, but Manic rapidly declined.
He was floating away, quickly turning blue, desperately shivering with the cold. Suddenly, he passed out. Even the Sapphire Dragon was struggling too, threatening to go unconscious himself, and if they didn't get them oxygen soon, them both dying. Shads using rocket shoes to propel himself forwards, chasing after Manic, successfully catching him, as Sukko swore and hard, as he could feel the Sapphire Dragon, down the Psychic Link, failing on him. Suddenly, the mighty Cyborg's body completely shutdown, as the last of his stores of oxygen vanished. He drifted, still and motionless, out in the cosmos, his eyes open, but were grey, blank, and cold.
Suddenly, Sukko hears roars in the distance as the enormous tear had ripped right across the cosmos. It had burst open and through it, dozens of Grimcreeps were pouring through the hole. They rolled through space, and spread themselves out across the cosmos, and rapidly headed towards the Multiverse and surrounding planets. Sukko screamed.
He desperately looked around, knowing that Magic was their only savour but he, unfortunately, didn't know anything. He had no idea how to generate oxygen by Magic, unsure if it was even possible. As Shads threw an unconscious Manic in his direction and then charged across space straight at the monsters, Sukko knew he had no choice but to go home. As his eyes filled with tears, he abandoned the staff again, and grabbing both Saffie and Manic by the wrists, he surged his intense Magic, and finally, with a flash of bright white light, they vanished.
Dimension – 23691 – There's No Such Thing As Perfection
Sukko landed outside Tails' House, with both Saffie and Manic out cold. Immediately, he was on them, his hands on their chests, one hand on each, pushing his incredible healing to get them breathing again. He screamed, gritting his teeth, giving everything he had, until finally Manic chest gave an almighty cluck, and a huge intake of breath. Saffie's eyes then suddenly glowed an deep, intense green as his hologram exploded out of his body. It flew through the air and landed next to it. He was panting hard, but was awake, lying on the ground, on his side but was utterly terrified, as his body then went into a full reboot, as it got itself back up to speed. Saffie was violently shaking, but now, thankfully, he was going to be fine.
The Earth Bender was now finally breathing but still unconscious. Both would be alright but Sukko just collapsed on to the floor, panting hard. He thought he could do this, he thought he had it all planned out, and it came ruthlessly crashing down, with such a simple oversight of pure arrogance. Sukko sniffed, desperately ashamed of himself. He should have seen this, but he just never thought, and he nearly cost him the lives of his two brothers. His family.
Suddenly, people came running out of Tails' House hearing the commotion, and everyone was stunned, as Frank immediately ran in, to examine Manic. He frowned.
"What happened?" He asked, relieved to see the Green Hedgehog breathing. Sukko sniffed, crying his heart out.
"I screwed up. I thought I was perfect, but I'm not. Just because, as a God, I can survive the Greater Cosmos, doesn't mean everyone can. Out in deep space, Manic and Saffie nearly suffocated to death. There's dozens of Grimcreeps pouring through the tear in time and space, and right now, Shads is alone, out there, fighting them. He's a Demi-God, he can survive it." He gulped suddenly, he tried to get to his feet, panting hard.
"I have to help him." He panicked, but Saffie just screamed.
The Sapphire Dragon had survived a lot during his lifetime. A full transformation, three sacrifices, getting his entire body almost ripped to pieces, but nothing had even come close to the devastating, actual near death experience, he'd just had. Never had his body ever done a full and total shutdown on him. The sacrifices were different. He wasn't in his body when they happened, and he'd just blacked out. This time, he was still conscious and had witnessed every nanosecond of it, and it was utterly terrifying. His eyes streamed with tears, even for a hologram, as Saffie desperately didn't want to be alone. The Psychic Link was now fully established, firmly in place, and was showing as the Sapphire Dragon squealed for his twin. He cried.
"Sukko. Please. Don't leave me." He begged. The Sorcerer stopped, and heaving hard, he closed his eyes. He turned around and knelt down right next to Saffie. He cradled his Hard-Light hologram in his lap, hugging him, as he snuggled in close. Sukko didn't really fully understand how the body of his twin, the Sapphire Dragon, worked. He'd just given him, his healing power, and the Cyborg had largely done the rest, saving himself. Regardless, as he felt Saffie's pure intense fear down the Psychic Link, he realised he was going nowhere.
Shads was now on his own.
The Multiverse – The Greater Cosmos
As Shads flew his way across the cosmos, his ego was as high as a kite. Since he'd been given Storm-breaker, he been desperate to prove himself with it. That fight against Eggman, in that random dimension, was enjoyable, but it wasn't exactly taxing. He been wanting something with significantly more meat, and the dozens of Grimcreeps heading in his direction, were perfect. He smirked and hard. He knew Storm-breaker was heavy, the blade on the axe was huge and extremely sharp, but how sharp?
Shads's lip curled as he wondered. Sharp enough to slice straight through the tentacles of an extremely ugly looking monster?
Oh yes.
The Demi-God showed no mercy was he powerfully swung Storm-breaker around his head, slicing through any of the dozens of monsters within range. They stood no chance against the incredible weight of the axe, and the intense sharpness of the blade. He felt the immense power of Storm-breaker, and deeply wallowed in it. It wasn't Multiverse ending levels of power, but definitely dimension ending. He smirked. He loved it, as it took over his body and mind, the axe taking control. His eyes glowed a deep, dark crimson blood red. But without the ghost to heavily intervene, there was nothing to stop the mighty Ultimate Lifeform completely succumbing to the powerful weapon. Feeding off Shad's killer instinct, Storm-breaker wanted to be used, it wanted to kill, and there were monsters ahead of him.
The Grimcreeps screamed as Shads sliced them apart, him getting covered in their thick, toxic, highly acidic, deep orange blood. He winced as the blood landed on his skin, burning him badly, down to the muscle and bone. But Shads didn't care, as the intense pain, just ground heavily against his almighty temper. The more it hurt, the more Shads violently attacked the oncoming Grimcreeps. But without a certain ghost holding his reins, to keep in check, Shads just completely lost control, as he began glowing with a deep, crimson red aura, and with Storm-breaker, the internal monster within him just exploded, the bright red blast expanding, it's shockwave ricocheting out across the cosmos and it shook the entire Multiverse.
Dimension – 23691 – Never Push A Blue Hedgehog Too Far
Back on the main timeline, Sukko screamed, holding his head. He could feel the cosmos shake in utter fear, due to his extreme sensitivity to it. Tears ran down his face, as he saw Kee Kee come flying up to him. The Sorcerer panted.
"It's Shads. He's lost it. He needs you." He squealed. Against Shads, the Grimcreeps never stood a chance, but now, without any control, Shads, with Storm-breaker, had to power to destroy the entire Multiverse, himself, rampaging, taking out one dimension, after another.
Still swinging Storm-breaker, Shads quickly dispensed with the Grimcreeps, and then flew towards the tear and grabbing one side with his hand, he hooked the other the with the blade of Storm-breaker, and slammed them together so violently hard, creating an almighty scar. But the enormous pain that caused Sukko, just cause his temper to explode. He had the same enormously fiery temper, his brother was infamous for, and whereas Sonic had to be seriously pushed to get him to snap, Sukko had a much shorter fuse. In fact, it was so super short, that he didn't need much, as Blaze had seen. Sukko's body began to emit a dark purple aura, his quills point upwards and his iris and pupils of his eyes just vanished. He growled, grabbing the ghost by his ectoplasmic tail. But as the others looked on, Frank's growled.
"Sukko, cool it." He hissed. "This isn't you." He pleaded, but then Sukko just roared at the Bear, through his enormous dark temper.
"Frank!" he screamed, silencing everyone, then the Sorcerer stopped and blinked, heaving hard. The voice calmed hugely, though his appearance didn't. He sighed. "I'm in control." He hissed, to the relieve of everyone. Suddenly, he sniffed. "As much as I love Shads, someone's got to the put that Ultimate Lifeform in his place." He blasted, and yanking the ghost, close to him, with a surge of power, they vanished with a bright flash of pure white light.
Everyone was left shaking. Shads had been somewhat of a loose cannon since he arrived in the main timeline. Challenging anyone and everyone, and twice, they had to stop him outright destroying Eggman. He'd been missing the point of what it meant to be a Titan, and needed to be told. Sonic, Tails, Frank, Blaze and Knuckles just looked at each other. But Tails just whimpered.
"Two Titans down, and now the other two are fighting. How did it go so wrong?" He cried. But Frank heaved.
"Perhaps this needed to happen. You can't expect four individuals from different dimensions, all with completely different upbringings, to come together and then, boom, magically work perfectly together, especially when their all related." He smirked. "That won't happen. They will bond, as I have seen, but they have yet to push each other, like all siblings do, to get the best out of one another." He explained. "That's why I've seen Manic and Saffie bickering recently, and why Sukko's been so withdrawn." He heaved. But Sonic giggled.
"Yeah, but I'll put my money on my twin brother, thanks" He grinned. Everyone agreed. But Frank sighed.
"It's a God verses a Demi-God and Sukko is stronger. It's no contest. But this fight isn't really about winning."
No, it was about love.
The Multiverse – The Greater Cosmos
When Sukko landed in the Cosmos, the ghost still in his hand, the utter devastated that lay before him, immediately broke his temper. The eerily silent cosmos around him was littered with monster body parts and blood spray everywhere, as far as the eyes could see. The sense of ruthlessly unnecessary violence, was immediately apparent. The carnage lay everywhere, and the scar that now lay across the horizon, screamed in agony, at it's horrendous mistreatment. It would now never heal, Sukko just growled.
All life deserved respect, if it is was a monster. The Grimcreeps that all died by Shads's hand, did screaming in agony, slowly and painfully, just because a tear in space and time, had brought them to the wrong place at the wrong time. He'd killed a Grimcreep himself. But Sukko made it as fast and as painless as possible, on the advice of another Ultimate Lifeform.
Suddenly, he gasped. He saw the edge of the Multiverse and the long lines of planets, the different versions of Mobius, and his heart just cried. Several planets, and therefore dimensions, had been damaged beyond repair, and some had been outright destroyed completely. The Grimcreeps had gotten a little too close, but Shads just taken them out, with little to no regards, as what got caught in the cross fire. The larger Multiverse as a whole was alright, but with the disintegration of that handful of dimensions, was still utterly devastating.
The incredible loss of life in them.
Sukko was deeply disappointed, Shads was so much better then this, but he'd also seen his deeply dark, utterly evil monster within. Sukko had tamed Stripes's, that's why he loved him so much, but the Sorcerer realised that without any taming, or as he looked at the ghost, any reins, the Ultimate Lifeform was indeed a monster.
As Sukko flew his way through the cosmos, pushing the carnage aside, until finally he found him. He cried. Shads was still glowing a deep crimson red, but his underlying skin and beautiful fur coat, was no longer black. He was a deep, disgusting looking, dark orange, and where the Grimcreep's blood, had hit him hard, massive of chucks of flesh were missing, clearly showing bone, with bits of skins hanging off. Across his face and head, huge areas of skull were showing, and he had lost a huge quantities of quills.
Both his gloves were torn as well as one of his shoes, and the hand hold Storm-breaker firmly, the axe glowed a deep, pale red colour, instead of it's usual white. It was clearly showing who was in charge, and it wasn't the Ultimate Lifeform. He stopped as soon as he saw them, staring them down and hard. Kee Kee squealed, desperately clinging onto the Sorcerer, as he perfectly floated in deep space. Being a ghost, he was perfectly fine, but he cried.
"Oh no. Shads." He sniffed. But Sukko growled holding the ghost in close. He could feel this version of his twin, through his strange otherworldly power. His intense friendship and deep loyalty to this monster. He cuddled the ghost. Despite the weird circumstances, dead or not, they were brothers, still twins, and as Sukko bonded with Kee Kee, which he had yet to do, they both realised there was only one way, they were taking down Shads.
Together.
Suddenly, Sukko growled, as he spotted his staff, the one he abandoned here for a second time, in the distant, shimmering off a nearby sun. He put his hand out to it, and exploding his telekinesis, it flew right across space and back into his hand. He smirked, as he rounded on the ghost.
"Sonikku. Get those reins on him, and go for the head." He ordered. Smiling hard, at hearing his full name, Kee Kee nodded, but then gulped, but Sukko growled hard. "He'll fight you and hard, but don't worry, I'll do the rest." He added, as the ghost's confidence surged, the pair of them raced across space towards the monster.
But for a singular nanosecond, Sukko hesitated. He gulped.
That axe!
He was well aware, probably more then most, of the sheer power of the Ultimate Lifeform. With such a powerful god-like weapon, one almighty blow, at full swing, against his physical frail body, as a psychic, he'd die, instantly. God Of The Cosmos, or not, it didn't matter, he just wouldn't survive.
Period.
Shads couldn't win this fight, the Sorcerer's life depended on it.
But what Shads made up in sheer power, he lacked in speed. He had Super-Speed with the power his rocket shoes, but they were at their best on solid ground. But flying through the air, or out here in deep space, they lacked those super top-end, high-speeds. Sukko, having been flying with his Super-Flight since childhood, he could get up there. Super-Speed levels of speed, in his flying, but severely lacked his twin, Sonikku's, stamina. The Blue Blur could go for hours at Mach One. Sukko, however, could break the sound barrier using his Super-Flight, but maintaining that speed, for more then five minutes, physically wasn't possible. He'd just crash out.
But what Sukko lacked in top speed, he made up for in exquisite manoeuvrability. He could pull incredibly tight, super fast, turns. So much so, he'd often forced his twin, Sonikku, to put out everything he had, speed wise, and smash barriers, just to catch him, when used to play chase, back in Sorcerer's home dimension.
As a result, when the two mighty Titan's clashed, Sukko, the more experienced and significantly better flyer, just flew rings around the Ultimate Lifeform. This hugely angered the Ultimate Lifeform, as he roared after the Sorcerer's, chasing him down, swinging the axe hard at him.
But Shads was concentrating so much on the Sorcerer ahead on him, that he wasn't looking behind him, when the ghost finally collared him.
Literally.
Grabbing Shads from behind, Kee Kee wrapped his body around his neck, extremely hard, then around his head, near his ears, under his chin, creating literal reins, and then wrapped his tail around the Ultimate Lifeform nose and mouth, forming a muzzle. He locked himself into place, at the back of Shads's head, and with his hands either side of his head, he yanked and hard.
Shads roared when the ghost grabbed him, and violently shook and battered the poltergeist, desperate to get him, off of him. But Kee Kee held strong, fighting with everything he had, to gain control of the Ultimate Lifeform.
Up to this point, Sukko hadn't fought back, just dodged the Black Hedgehog's attacks. But now he was distracted the other way, he grabbed the staff, lit up the crystal on the end, and let loose the barrage of power shots, every single one of the hitting true, the Black Hedgehog getting an absolute beating.
However, when each power shot successfully landed, it devastated the Sorcerer. It desperately broke his heart to attack Shads, and even though he wasn't married to this version of the Ultimate Lifeform, he was horrendously in love with them all. It crucified him to see one of the them fall, so deeply, to the dark side. Still surrounded to the deep red aura, of Storm-breaker's total control, Shads tried to swing the axe and sent the power shots back at the Sorcerer. But with Kee Kee interfering, his aim was well off, and the sheer quantity Sukko was sending just overwhelmed him.
Kee Kee swore. The level of power from the Sorcerer was insane, but it was necessary. They had to break the mighty Storm-breaker's grin over Shads. Getting utterly bombarded and fighting a war on two fronts, Shads panicked. Trying to flee, and still gripping Storm-breaker, the axe, suddenly exploded a deep purple power shot into the cosmos, which immediately turned into a large, swirling inter-dimensional portal.
Growling hard, and before anyone could stop him, Shads, still with his deep red aura, steered himself and Kee Kee straight though the portal, the Sorcerer desperately chasing after them.
Dimension – 23691 – Facing Your Inner Demons
On the main timeline, the resident Shadow was deeply frowning. He had been working for G.U.N. recently, with Rouge, on several missions, all of which had been successful. But he had been pulled aside by a member of the admin staff, the one in charge of watching Eggman. He reported that, everything was as expected with the Human, but there had been some seriously strange readings, odd sightings and downright bizarre energy spikes coming from the Fox's House.
Tails.
Looking rather worried, he hadn't reported the findings formally to G.U.N. yet, but he knowing that Shadow knew the Fox, he wondered if the Black Hedgehog, could go and look on the quiet and see what was going on. Shadow immediately agreed, taking the report. He thanked him and left.
Now accompanied by Rouge, they were slowly walking to the Fox's House on foot, as to not draw attention to themselves. They both knew Tails extremely well, and even though he had a successful workshop at his house, and dabbled in weird energies occasionally, this didn't explain the extremely unusual findings.
Truthfully, the both of them were worried.
What has the Fox gotten himself into, and where was the Blue Blur in all this? Soon they rounded a corner and finally, the house came into view. Immediately, it was apparent, that something was indeed going on, but as Shadow was about to find out, it was going to push to the limit, what he thought, who he was.
Suddenly, out of nowhere, a huge purple inter-dimensional portal, appeared directly above their heads, forcing the both of them to dive for cover. They had seen one before, and knew what they meant. That someone was coming through. Shadow huffed, expecting to see an incredibly annoying counterpart of that infuriating Blue Blur, what actually came through was an enormous and extremely powerful counterpart of an entirely different kind.
Himself.
He gasped as Rouge grabbed him extremely roughly, and forcibly pulled him to safety, as his counterpart came through that portal, roaring with temper, swinging round his head, an enormous heavily weighted axe. He landed on his back, hard against the ground, but scrambled to his feet, still fighting with something desperately clinging to his head. Kee Kee screamed.
"Come on, Shads, give me something." He pleaded. Shadow stared, from behind some nearby trees. He knew that voice extremely well. Sonic? Looking at his counterpart, in full anger, his powerful deep red aura all around him, he couldn't see the Blue Blur anywhere, until Rouge squealed and pointed.
"Is that a ghost?" She stammered, pointing to counterpart's head. Shadow saw and gulped. He gasped as the saw the monster his counterpart had become, and terrified, he desperately wondered what horrendous demons lay within him.
Finally, he arrived.
The Sorcerer came through the portal, slowly floating to the ground. His emotions an intense mixture of anger and pure devastation. Shads, immediately upon seeing him, ran for him, swinging the axe, but Sukko, gritting his teeth, with tears running down this face, swung his own full charged staff, right back at the Black Titan. The resulting enormous power shot, slammed straight into Shads, right in the face.
The resulting clash shook the whole area, as Shads was sent flying off his feet, violently throw backwards, and landing his hard, crashing into a boulder. It temporally knocked Storm-breaker out of the Black Hedgehog's hand. When Kee Kee pulled his reins hard, from behind his head, almost chocking the Ultimate Lifeform, causing him to flail, the ghost screamed at his friend.
"Shads." He ordered, and suddenly he felt it, the tiniest of responses, as the axe's control temporally faltered, before Shads grabbed it up again. He gasped, straight at the Sorcerer. "Sukko, the axe, Storm-breaker. Get it away from him." He stammered.
Immediately, the Sorcerer, just bore down on the Black Titan, his deep red aura still fuming. He threw power shots, one after the another, at the hand holding Storm-breaker. When those failed, Sukko reach for the skies, and with his eyes glowing a deep vivid blue, the heaven opened, as extremely powerful pale blue lightning fell right on Storm-breaker.
Finally, Storm-breaker broke it's control of Shads, it feeling intense fear at the Sorcerer's almighty power, and backing right up against the boulder. Sukko, charged at Shads and thrusted, the now intensely glowing bright white crystal, of his staff, right under his chin. He roared in pure anger.
"Shads, yield, or I'll ram the power of the God Of The Cosmos down your throat!" He spat. With the Sorcerer in his face, and the ghost still at his neck, outnumbered and outgunned, finally, Storm-breaker gave way, as Shads dropped the axe, it landing on the ground, with an almighty thud, falling to it's side.
The Black Titan violently shook as the last of Storm-breaker almighty power dissipated from him, and Shads, the real Ultimate Lifeform, finally woke up with an almighty scream, swearing hard, very frightened.
The last thing he remembered, was storming across the Cosmos, towards those monsters. Now suddenly, waking up, back on the main timeline, to see the Sorcerer, at full power. At his throat, and no memory in between, just blackness, was terrifying. Kee Kee still had his reins and muzzle on Shads, and yanking hard, he forced him to the ground, on his knees, in front of the mighty Sorcerer. He growled, hard.
"Shads, you are 'not' dumping me again, ever, you hear me?" He spat, pulling so strongly, he forced his head backwards, his back arching. Blinking fast, and unable to speak because of the muzzle, the Ultimate Lifeform just intensely nodded.
But for Sukko, it was just too much, especially when the others came running up from Tails' House, alerted by his lightning. Seeing Shads so angry, then taken over so completely, and now to be utterly frightened, just broke the mighty Sorcerer. It was ripping Sukko to pieces. Being forced to attack a version of the Ultimate Lifeform, had shattered him. With his intense love for all of them, his smashed heartstrings, and the enormous mixture of emotions, especially with the complete loss and rebuild of his dimension. He'd save his family but everything else was gone, which he still hadn't fully processed yet. With it all piling up on top of him, he just couldn't handle it anymore.
He backed away, still in tears, as he dropped the staff, now dead, from his hand. Everything was just whirling around his head, as he spotted the resident Shadow, everything just exploded out of control. He grabbed his head, unable to handle the intense chaos within.
Suddenly, his eyes glowed a deep, bright blue, as he screwed them up. He desperately arched his back. No please, he just couldn't take any more, and finally he let it out, as he threw his hands towards the floor, while still on his feet, and with his nose pointed towards the skies, he opened his mouth wide, and screamed.
A scream, of pure and utter despair.
All hell broke loose.
Even though people had been told that Sukko was the God Of The Cosmos, no one had actually seen him show it. Any and all Magic he'd performed here on the main timeline, Sukko had kept it secret, or away from prying eyes. He actually shown desperately little of the incredibly powerful Sorcerer, he was.
But now, in pure, and sheer utter desperation, Sukko finally let it loose, all the pent up emotion, anger and power, as he forced everyone to run for their lives, and Shads, on the floor, to curl. Magic exploded for his hands, sending power shots everywhere, as immediately, full blown super-powerful pale blue lightning, just landed. Hundreds of strikes within minutes, as the fabled Blue Flames of Magic, just ignited everything on sight and spread rapidly.
Then it happened. Above their heads as Sukko's Magic just stormed for the sky. The Sorcerer began to float upwards, as his Super-Flight took hold, it physically ripped a tear in space and time itself, revealing the greater cosmos and the Multiverse beyond. But as Sukko's scream began to pitter out, so did the Magic, as all the fires died down, the lightning stopped and and the tear across the sky, just healed itself, disappearing as fast as it arrived.
Finally, everything was quiet, as Sukko just fell to the ground, on his knees, crying his heart out, into his hands, his head on the ground. Eventually, everyone came out from where they were hiding, and looking on with both awe and intense fear.
Was the Sorcerer the God Of The Cosmos?
Oh yes.
But all was not well.
Sukko could feel them watching him, and with a look back at both versions of the Ultimate Lifeforms, he gulped hard, desperately panicking, and before anyone could stop him, he vanished, into thin air, exploding into hundreds of bright white orbs, ascending upwards.
He was gone.
