In the penthouse, the Turtles and Cody were all jogging through the sitting room - expect Rap.
"Hurry up, guys! Master Splinter will make us run laps if we're late for practice again." Leo said, in the lead.
Donnie and Cath followed him, with Cody, Elisa and Mikey behind them, when a holo-screen projection popped up in front of them, making them stop.
"Huh?" Cody gasped.
Darius appeared on the holovid.
"Why, good morning, Cody. How is my favorite nephew doing this fine day?" he asked, putting his hands together.
"Uh…" Cody muttered.
"Chat later, unc, we're late." Mikey said, touching Cody's shoulder.
He led Cody away, as Elisa followed.
"Yeah, sorry. Call him later." Elisa advised.
The holovid turned around as they walked off.
"AH!" Darius growled, frustrated, before the holovid vanished.
In his office, Darius was seated in front of a huge video screen.
"I'm losing my grip on Cody because of those blasted Turtles." he exclaimed, slamming his fists against the panel.
He rested his right elbow against it, resting his chin on his hand, when a beeping noise made him look up. Static was all over the screen, before it vanished, showing Sh'Okanabo.
"Greetings, Darius Dunn." he said.
"How did you get this frequency? Who are you?" Darius demanded, getting up and pointing at him.
"Suffice it to say, I am an ally..." Sh'Okanabo began.
(Sh'Okanabo's starship)
Sh'Okanabo stood behind a panel, staring at a small screen, which showed Darius, while two larger mirrors also showed up.
"...who can grant you the means to eliminate six thorns from your side." Sh'Okanabo assured. "Behold."
He turned and pointed at six stasis units behind him, each containing a hulking figure. He walked over to them, while each unit had an image of one of the Turtles, along with statistical readouts.
"Enhanced replicas of your six terrapin guests. My species cloning technology, far beyond that of your own, duplicates subjects physically as well as psychically. These specimens are equipped to dispose of your troublesome reptiles, using their own skills against them." Sh'Okanabo explained, turning away.
A noise name from the unit behind Sh'Okanabo, the figure inside tapping the glass.
There is a sound as the figure in the unit next to Sh'Okanabo taps on the glass.
"It's Ninja time, dude." he said, sounding like a menacing version of Mikey.
He laughed like a psycho, until Sh'Okanabo pounded a fist against the unit.
"My creations are yours for a trial encounter with the Turtles." he explained, approaching the screen. "And if you are pleased with the results, we shall discuss my fee."
"Tell me the place and time?" Darius asked. "I'll see to it the Turtles are there."
The screen shut off, then Sh'Okanabo laughed evilly.
Open on Raphael and Leonardo inside the holo dojo. Both are warming up.
Inside the holo-dojo, Raph, Elisa and Leo were all standing together, all preparing themselves by doing katas, Leo with his hands together, while Elisa lifted her left leg up and turned left.
"Man, I am pumped! Can't wait to bash me some bots." Raph said, stretching his arms up.
"I just hope that Mikey loads in something unexpected." Leo said.
Raph bent down and punched with both his fists, then held his left forearm near his head, as Elisa spun around and did a chop move with her right hand.
"The battlebots can sometimes get so predictable." Leo said, lifting his arms and right leg up, before lowering his arms.
Behind him, Raph held up his fists, then turned and bent down, putting his arms behind him, while Elisa held her hands up like choppers, then spun around.
"Ha. If I know Mikey, he's probably set something up involving superheroes." Elisa joked, as they stood at ease, Leo with his hands together and eyes closed.
Mikey came back flipping towards them all, spinning his Nunchucks.
"Trust me, guys, you've never seen anything like this before." he said, landing near them all, before he turned to Leo.
He put his left Nunchuck under his arm, as Elisa folded her arms, then put his left Nunchuck under his arm.
"It's the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles versus…" Mikey began.
The background changed into a grassy field, with blue skies and a rainbow.
"…the pre-teen, cute-as-can-be, judo duckies!" Mikey declared.
A bunch of yellow ducks charged at them, wearing Judogis and black belts.
"You have got to be kidding me?" Elisa exclaimed.
Several of the ducks jumped up and dived towards them, before one clamped down on Raph's left leg, who looked at it. Another came at him and began banging his right leg with its hands, before he grabbed it by the head.
"If I wanted to go to Ninja preschool again, I'd be on the roof with Cody." Raph complained, throwing the duck over his shoulder and the rainbow. "Dipstick."
He turned and walked off in annoyance.
On the rooftop, Cody was facing Donnie on a practice mat, while Splinter and Cath watched.
"Okay, Cody, here I come." Donnie warned.
He jumped and leaped towards Cody, who fell onto his back, lifted his legs up and kicked Donnie's body, flipping him over him.
"Hi-yah!" he yelled.
Donnie landed crouched down as Cody got to his knees, before they turned to each other.
"Hey, nice!" Donnie remarked, as they got up. "You're really coming along there."
"Yeah." Cath agreed, approaching them both. "Pretty impressive move, Cody."
"I can't wait to become a real Ninja so I can go out and kick some serious butt." Cody said, punching his fist, before kicking his left leg out.
"Cody, we train not to pursue battles, but to win if engaged in battle." Splinter explained sternly, approaching him, as he turned left.
"Yeah, but- I mean, there is some butt kicking, right? Just a little?" Cody asked.
"We kick no behind before its time, little ninja." Donnie teased, ruffling Cody's hair.
"Yeah, we only fight in defence, nothing more." Cath explained.
Inside, Serling was dusting a table in the sitting room, then straightened up, when Darius came in and cleared his throat.
"Ahem." he said.
"Mr. Dunn. I didn't hear you come in." Serling said, retracting the duster into his arm.
"Yes. Serling, where is my nephew and his little Turtle friends?" Darius asked, putting his hands together.
Serling held up his right hand, bringing up a holovid view of Cody and Splinter on the rooftop.
"It appears Master Cody is on the roof with the rat." Serling explained.
Cody turned and bowed at Splinter, who was mediating.
Serling activated another holovid, showing the Turtles walking.
"And the turtles are headed our way." he said, sighing. "Heaven help us."
"Ah, I just remembered an important call I must make." Darius said, taking out a phone. "Would you excuse me?"
"Of course, sir." Serling said.
He turned the holovids off, then turned and walked away.
Darius waited until the Turtles were within earshot near the doorway, before he put his phone to his ear.
"Yes, it's a little surprise I'm planning for my nephew, Cody." he said.
The Turtles all stopped and stared at him near the doorway.
"Oh, he'll never see this coming." Darius said, sniggering.
"What's he doing here?" Donnie wondered.
"Doesn't look like he just came to visit." Cath whispered.
They all hid behind the wall as Darius turned and walked towards them.
"I'll meet you downtown at nine pm to pick it up." he said.
He turned and walked away, allowing the Turtles to peer around the corner, Mikey with his finger near his lips.
"Oh, I'm sure he'll get a bang out of it." Darius assured.
He laughed and lowered the phone.
"You hear that? What's that creepo up to now?" Raph wondered, pointing at Darius.
"I don't know, but bet your shells we're gonna find out." Leo said.
That night, Daarius' limo cruised along a highway road, as the Hovershell flew after it.
"There it is, Darius's limo." Leo said, which turned right. "Stay on him, Don."
Donnie turned the Hovershell right after the limo.
"Whatever surprise he has in store for Cody, I want to catch him red-handed this time." Leo said.
"Don't we all." Cath agreed.
"Wonder what dear old uncle is up to down here?" Mikey wondered.
"We'll find out when we catch him, Mikey." Elisa hoped, punching her fist.
The limo passed a section of the highway road, a shadowy figure popped up on the right side of it, and fired a missile launcher. It hit the Hovershell right in the center of the cockpit, causing it to fall down.
"AH!" the Turtles yelled.
"We're going down! Eject!" Donnie cried.
They all ejected and back flipped away, before the Hovershell crashed on the road outside the Abroc's Abyss bar. Raph and Mikey landed crouched down near the flames, followed by the girls, then Leo and Donnie, all looking at the flames.
"Where'd... Where'd that come from?" Cath asked frantically, as they got up.
"Oopsie!" came a voice.
The Turtles all turned and saw the shadowy figure running towards a door of the building next to Abroc's Abyss, which closed behind him.
"Looks like he's our culprit!" Elisa snarled.
"I'll show him oopsie!" Raph swore, holding his fists up.
He ran towards the door and slammed it open, entering the building, before his siblings came in, as he crawled towards a box. He hid behind it as Leo and Elisa hid behind a large pillar, as the younger Turtles came in, before they all stopped and looked around. Ahead of them, in the darkness, six pairs of eyes lit up, staring at them all.
"Who's there? Show yourself!" Raph demanded.
The six figures laughed and stepped out of the shadows, showing they were the Turtles clones, although they all looked different.
Dark Raph's upper body made him resemble a crab, with spikes along his shell and on the side of his face, armor along the right side of his body and left leg, had bracelets on his forearms, and a sharp nail knuckler between his thumbs and first fingers. Dark Donnie had spikes along the edges of his shell and back of his head, a long tail coming out of the back of his shell, and he had armor on his legs and shoulders, while his arms had two long blades on that acted like wrist guard gauntlets. Dark Elisa had small spikes on her shoulders, sharp nails on her fingers and toes, armor along her legs and forearms, and held two Kamas, only with longer blades.
Dark Leo had a high-tech eyepatch over his left eye, armor along his legs, forearms, and a spikey piece on his left shoulder, with spikes on the top of his shell, and two swords - although one had two blades, which he held. Dark Cath had sharp teeth, spikes along the edges of her shell, armor on her legs, and her face had a long jaw, while she welded a pair of sharp daggers. Dark Mikey had spikes long his shell, armor along his legs, arms and shoulders, sharp teeth with a tongue sticking out, and held double-bladed clubs.
Their skin color was also different, as they weren't green, but the color of the Turtles masks, expect Dark Mikey who was yellow and had orange eyes, while the others had yellow eyes.
The Turtles all gasped at the sight of their clones, their eyes wide, as the Dark Turtles all laughed evilly.
"What the shell are you guys?" Leo exclaimed.
"You might say we are your siblings." Dark Leo sneered, pointing at himself.
"Or more precisely, your betters." Dark Donnie joked, pointing at the Turtles.
"Your worst nightmare come to life." Dark Elisa sneered, jokingly.
"Clones from your tissues, but with lots and lots of issues." Dark Mikey said, running his left forefinger near the side of his head, before he laughed.
"Made to become the things that will defeat you once and for all." Dark Cath smirked, pointing at them.
"Enough jibber jabber. Which one of you suckers is Raphael?" Dark Raph demanded, pointing at the Turtles.
"Right here, goonzilla." Raph snarled, as the Turtles all took out their weapons.
"Oh, you won't be needing those." Dark Donnie smirked.
He pressed a button on his right gauntlet, causing the Turtles to grunt as their weapons got pulled out of their hands, first Raph and Donnie, then the girls, then Leo, and then Mikey, which all got stuck to a giant magnet on the ceiling.
"Anyone else smell a setup?" Donnie asked.
"I do." Cath gulped.
The Dark Turtles all charged at the Turtles, Dark Raph growling, before the Turtles charged back, then both Raph's faced each other.
"You're one ugly turtle." Dark Raph sneered, trying to punch Raph, but missed as Raph ducked.
Raph got up and dodged as Dark Raph punched the floor with his left arm.
"Whoa!" Raph yelped.
He rolled to his right as Dark Raph tried to punch him again, before he got up and ran off slightly.
"Did you just call me ugly, ugly?" Raph asked, as he stopped and turned around, then he ducked as Dark Raph tried to punch him.
He jumped and flipped over his clone's head.
"You seen yourself?" he inquired, landing crouched down as the clone turned around. "You look like something our toilet spit up."
He got up and turned around to his clone.
"In fact, all you losers smell like a seawater and kitty litter milkshake." Raph snarled.
Dark Raph tried to swipe Raph with his right knuckler, but Raph back flipped onto his hands, then kicked his clone's jaw.
"Ah!" he groaned.
Raph flipped onto his feet, as his clone rubbed his jaw, then he jumped to kick him, but Dark Raph grabbed his foot with his larger hands.
"Let's crack your shell open…" he sneered, slamming Raph to the floor. "...and see if there's a yummy cream filling inside."
He slammed Raph to the floor two more times, before Raph turned over, but then his clone held him up one-handed.
Donnie threw six punches at his clone, who had his forearms crossed over, causing Donnie to just punch his gauntlets, making Dark Donnie sigh with boredom, before they turned.
"Donatello. I've longed to meet my twin." Dark Donnie said, as Donnie kept punching his gauntlets. "I've studied your timing. You telegraph all your blows. Your technique is painfully obvious."
Donnie suddenly dropped down to the floor and tackled his clone's legs, tripping him up onto his shell.
"Ah!" he groaned, as Donnie got up.
"Was that painfully obvious, or just obviously painful?" Donnie asked.
Dark Donnie whipped his tail out, which hit Donnie, knocking him down onto his shell.
Cath ducked as Dark Cath tried to swipe her with her right dagger, before she tried to kick her, but her clone whacked her with her left arm, knocking her away.
"OH!" she moaned, hitting the floor on her chest.
"My dear Catharina, you really are stupid." Dark Cath sneered, approaching her. "I thought you'd be better than that."
Cath looked up at her clone, who laughed evilly, before she jumped and kicked her clone's chest, knocking her back slightly, before she back flipped away.
"Does that look like stupidity to you?" Cath smirked.
Dark Cath growled and gritted her fanged teeth, before she charged at Cath, who then jumped and dived to kick her, but Dark Cath slammed her right fist into her chest.
"AHH!" Cath yelled, as she went flying away, then hit the floor on her shell.
Elisa sent a punch at her clone, who blocked it with her left arm, then she ducked and rolled forward as Dark Elisa tried to slash her with her right Kama. Elisa got up as they both turned to each other, before they began circling each other.
"You know, I'm surprised you're not attacking head on?" Dark Elisa snarled. "I've heard your a bit of a hothead like Raphael."
"Unlike him, I have much better control of my anger, you imposter!" Elisa snapped, pointing at her.
"Well, then, come and get me?" Dark Elisa dared, motioning with her left hand.
Elisa frowned and charged at her, then tried to punch her, but Dark Elisa spun around, making Elisa run past her, before she kicked Elisa's shell hard, sending her flying away.
"AHH!" she yelled, before she hit a wall hard. "OH!"
She fell away from it and onto her shell.
Leo held his hands together as he stared at his clone, who took out his swords and charged at him.
"Taking our weapons while you remain armed? This is hardly a fair fight." Leo complained.
Dark Leo spun his swords around, then tried to slash Leo, but missed as Leo ducked onto all fours, who then flipped forward and kicked Dark Leo with both feet. Dark Leo landed on his shell, dropping his left sword as he did, before he sat up and glared at Leo, who landed in front of him.
"If you are my clone, you should value the traditions of bushido, of honor." Leo said, putting his hands together.
Dark Leo stared at him, before he rolled onto his side and tried to slash Leo, but missed by inches, before he kicked Leo away.
"AH!" he yelped, hitting the floor on his shell.
He looked up at his clone, who got up.
"My siblings and I share many similarities with you and your siblings, but valuing honor? Not so much." Dark Leo explained.
He grabbed Leo and threw him across the room, who hit the floor. He slid along it, as Mikey got thrown into a bunch of boxes, with Dark Mikey charging at him, who soon turned and stopped to Leo, who was out cold.
"Excuse me. I'm fighting my stinking doppelganger here." Dark Mikey sneered, picking Leo up by the headband. "Geez, some people."
He tossed Leo aside as he laughed.
"Ah!" Leo yelled.
Dark Mikey walked towards Mikey, who got up to one knee.
"I knew you were Michelangelo. They said you'd be the stupid looking one." Dark Mikey sneered, sticking his tongue out.
"Stupid looking? Me?" Mikey said offended, getting up and pointing at his clone. "Dude, you're the one with the two-foot tongue hanging out of your mouth. It looks like a big, pink booger."
He pointed at his beak, before Dark Mikey swung his left club, hitting and knocking him away.
"Ooh, it looks like a long, fly ball." Dark Mikey joked, before Mikey hit the floor hard on his shell. "It's out of here!"
He laughed and began running on the stop, holding his clubs above him.
"You know, this is just like the time Doc Dome had to fight his evil clone in the old Justice Force comics." Mikey said, sitting up and scratching his head.
"Justice Force? That book sucked eggs." Dark Mikey scoffed, shaking his body.
"Justice Force sucked eggs?" Mikey said, hurt.
He shook his body in horror, before he growled.
"Blasphemy!" he yelled.
He grabbed his clone's tongue and yanked his head down.
"You're no clone of mine!" he accused, before he freaked out and let go of the tongue. "Aah!"
"You just touched my tongue!" Dark Mikey exclaimed.
"I just touched your tongue!" Mikey exclaimed, at the same time.
They both groaned in disgust, turning away, Mikey waving his hands as his clone swung his tongue around. Dark Mikey soon grabbed Mikey by his enviro pack, then lifted him up.
Donnie moaned as he remained on his shell, before his clone landed right on top of him, then ripped the gauntlets off his arms. Dark Raph then did the same with Raph, followed by Dark Elisa, who ripped off Elisa's, then Dark Cath ripped off Cath's, then Dark Leo ripped off Leo's.
Dark Mikey danced around while holding Mikey by the head over him, laughing menacingly, as the other Dark Turtles turned to them.
"Finish it already!" Dark Raph snarled.
"Get a move on!" Dark Elisa snapped.
"And destroy his gauntlets. We wouldn't want anyone tracking him." Dark Donnie explained.
Dark Mikey ripped off Mikey's gauntlets, then he reached to retrieve one of his clubs, before he threw Mikey up, then whacked him away like he was a baseball. Mikey went flying into a wall, smashing it and shot across the Abroc's Abyss bar, before he hit a table on his shell, as several patron aliens inside turned to him. The aliens turned to the hole as Dark Mikey laughed, before he and the other Dark Turtles came in, him prancing around and waving his clubs up.
"We just kicked mucho butt. Drinks are on us!" he said.
The patrons all stood up and cheered happily, as he laughed.
Meanwhile, in Cody's penthouse, Cody was in his lab, standing near his Turtle X Battlesuit, which he was tinkerering with.
"Well, if no one's gonna let me do some serious ninja action on my own, I better get Turtle X fixed up." he said, as Splinter entered the lab.
"Cody, do you know where my children are?" he asked, approaching Cody as he rubbed his chin. "Their absence does not sit right."
Cody turned to a panel near the Battlesuit.
"They said they were running an errand. That was a few hours ago." Cody recalled, activating his wrist computer.
He looked at it as he approached Splinter, which showed only one blip.
"That's really weird. I'm only getting one signal from their trackers." he explained, puzzled as he turned it off. "It's Mikey."
"Hmm." Splinter muttered.
"I'll get Serling and meet you in the car." Cody said, touching his shoulder. "We're gonna go find them."
He began to walk off, as Splinter turned to him.
"No." Splinter said, getting Cody to stop and turn to him. "If something has happened, I do not wish to place you in peril. I go alone."
"Sensei, the guys are always there for me. If they're in trouble, I wanna be there for them." Cody said, turning to Splinter, who walked past him. "Please?"
Splinter stopped.
"Let me show you what I can do?" Cody asked.
"Hmm?" Splinter muttered, unsure of this.
Later, at Abroc's Abyess, Serling, Cody and Splinter all stood by the warehouse door beside it. Serling cut an opening through the door with a laser torch, before he knocked it down, then he entered, followed by Splinter and Cody. They all looked around at the damage caused by the fight, before Cody spotted something sparking on the floor.
"There!" he said.
He ran towards the object, with Splinter and Serling right behind him.
"It's Michelangelo's communicator. What's left of it anyway." Serling said.
"An ambush?" Splinter questioned.
"Maybe an O'Neil scanite can tell us more." Cody hoped.
He pressed a button on his left gauntlet, bringing up a small, square object from it.
"Ha." Cody said.
The square floated through the warehouse, shining a light down at the floor, scanning the area, as it moved away from the hole in the wall, where a large, green, frog-like alien stood.
"Levels of seawater and sewage found." the Scanite explained.
The frog alien stuck his tongue out as he stared at Cody, Serling and Splinter.
"Seawater? Sewage?" Cody questioned.
The frog's tongue suddenly wrapped around Cody and yanked him away.
"Ah!" Serling yelped.
"Cody!" Splinter gasped.
"AHH!" Cody yelled.
The frog alien grabbed him once he was near, sucking his tongue up, then he laughed as Cody stared at him.
"Ah! AH!" Cody screamed.
"Master Cody!" Serling cried, as he and Splinter ran towards the frog.
"AH!" Cody screamed, as the frog stuck his tongue out near him.
"Release the boy!" Splinter demanded, as he and Serling stopped.
"Yes or, and I do apologize in advance, we may have to engage in fisticuffs." Serling warned.
"Ah, a mouse and a wind-up toy. Don't make me laugh." the frog scoffed, with a gargling voice.
He laughed as Splinter jumped at him, kicking the frog in the snout area, making him drop Cody.
"AH!" Cody screamed, as the frog stumbled back.
He hit the floor and bounced away, before hitting a pillar, as Splinter jumped after the frog. Cody looked at himself, seeing his body was covered in slime, before Serling ran towards him.
"Master Cody, are you all right?" Serling asked.
"Grossed out, but okay." Cody assured, getting up. "Quick, help Master Splinter."
The frog alien had hold of Splinter's tail, swinging him around over him, before he flung Splinter away. Splinter bounced through the hole and into the bar, before he hit a table a green-skinned, mouthless alien sat so hard, it broke.
"Oh, my!" Serling gasped.
He ran towards the hole and towards Splinter, as the frog laughed and crawled forward on all fours.
"Now where's my little morsel?" he wondered, looking around.
He looked around, seeing no sign of Cody, before he snapped his fingers, then he turned and hopped away.
In the bar, Splinter groaned as he pulled himself up, then he ran off towards the hole, as the alien turned to him.
"Hey, my table!" he exclaimed, smashing two glasses he head. "Stinking furball, I'll show you."
He began to approach Splinter with his hands up, when Serling got behind him and grabbed his shoulders
"Excuse me, sir, the "furball" is with me." he said.
He lifted the alien up, then turned and threw him away, which hit and smashed another table, where two aliens sat, one being large, with light green skin, and the other wore a navy blue outfit, a brownish looking robotic left arm, and had a visor over his eyes.
"Hey!" the visor alien complained.
"What's the big idea?" the large one demanded.
They both turned and charged at Serling, passing by a two-headed person.
"Yeah! Take him on! Fight! Fight!" he chanted, with both heads.
Serling soon grappled with the large alien, as Splinter kicked another alien - who had a ponytail - away behind Serling, who hit the large one, knocking them down. Serling ran off with Cody behind him, before Cody leaped over the counter and ducked behind him, while his Scanite came towards him.
"Audio filter any conversations you hear that include sewer, turtles, or sea." he instructed, touching his wrist gauntlet, bringing up an voice speaker.
The Scanite floated around the bar.
Splinter dodged as the large alien tried to punch him, then kicked the alien's belly, knocking it back, before he jumped and knocked the alien away.
The Scanite moved to the back window, where two aliens sat, one being light blue-skinned with goggles, while the other was brown, had long dreadlock hair, and a beard.
"Yeah, should have seen the last fight in here." the blue-skinned alien said. "Some crazy Turtle dude brawling with some other Turtles. One of them said they live in the sewer. Swell guys, but stink to high heaven. Sort of like a seawater and kitty litter milkshake."
Cody gasped, as his voice speaker had allowed him to hear the conversation, which he turned off.
"Other turtles, sewers, sea." he said, puzzled, before he activated his wrist computer, bringing up a map. "Show me underground clearings that are close to the sea and sewage systems."
The map zeroed in on a location between two X's on it.
The two-headed person drank something from a glass with its second head, before he turned and ran off scared.
"Ah!" he yelped.
Splinter back flipped towards the bar, away from the visor alien, who tried to punch him, then he leap onto the counter, landing one-handed, before he kicked the alien away.
"OH!" the alien moaned.
Cody got up to his knees and patted Splinter's foot, getting his attention.
"I think I know where the guys are." Cody whispered.
Splinter held up his thumb, when they suddenly heard sirens outside. They turned to the front doors, when they got kicked open, then several Peacekeepers entered, including Biggles, getting everyone's attention.
"'Ello, 'ello, 'ello. What's all this then?" Biggles demanded.
"Splinter You wish to show what you can do, little ninja?" Splinter asked quietly. "This may just be your chance."
Cody ducked down as Splinter jumped and landed next to Serling, who turned to him.
"Who's responsible for this mess?" Biggles asked, annoyed, putting his fists on his hips.
All the aliens turned slightly and pointed at Serling, including a one-eyed teal-skinned alien with four arms, the extra two being a lot smaller.
"Oh, no. But…." Serling began, looking around.
Cody crept towards the front door slowly, unseen by the Peacekeepers.
"I hope you're happy because now we're all taking a little holiday downtown." Biggles explained.
Cody stopped near the door and turned around, before Splinter nodded, then he turned and ran off. He soon ran towards a manhole cover marked 'sewer' near the waterfront.
"Okay, Cody, you wanted to run with the big boys?" he said.
He crouched near the manhole, then used a cutting torch on his gauntlet to cut a hole in it.
"It's Ninja time." he said.
He kicked the hole down to the water below, then he jumped down into the sewers, with a sign nearby reading 'Sewer 529 Access Panel'. He looked at the map readout on his gauntlet, seeing a blip on it.
"What should we do with them?" came Dark Raph's voice.
Cody gasped as he turned around, hearing footsteps approaching him, before he saw shadows on the right side of the tunnel.
"The boss said he didn't care as long as they never see the light of day again." Dark Leo assured.
Cody pressed a button on his gauntlet, surrounding himself with a white glow. He looked surprised when he floated up to the ceiling of the tunnel, as the Dark Turtles came walking down it. (Dark Elisa and Dark Cath were at the back)
"Donatello's body is going to science." Dark Donnie sneered.
"Catharina's can become a cadaver." Dark Cath sneered.
They all laughed as Cody stared at them, clinging to the ceiling like Spider-Man, before he crawled along it after them. The Dark Turtles entered a cavern, which resembled the Y'Lyntian outpost lair the Turtles had used as their home until Karai had destroyed it, only it was more smiley and had tentacles all over. Dark Leo, Donnie and Cath all jumped up to the upper floor, before they all entered a different chamber room each.
Cody crawled into the outpost, then along the ceiling area of the lower floor, spotting a bag with the Turtles weapons in on a table. He looked down and saw the Turtles chained to the wall by their wrists, before he jumped down and landed near them. (Cath was on Donnie's left, while Elisa was on Mikey's right)
"Cody!" Leo gasped.
"Whoa." Raph said.
"Sweet." Elisa grinned.
"All right!" Mikey said.
"Good to see ya." Donnie said.
"Nice timing." Cath said.
Cody used his cutting torch on his gauntlet and sliced through the chains, freeing them all one at a time, from Cath to Elisa.
"Whoa, how'd the shell you find us?" Leo asked curiously.
"Oh, you know, a little luck and a whole lot of ninja stealth training." Cody joked.
He turned and ran towards the table the bag was on.
""But we can talk about that later." he said, grabbing the bag, before he turned and ran back. "I believe these are yours."
Before he reached the Turtles, Dark Mikey jumped down and grabbed Cody by the shoulders.
"Ah!" Cody yelped, throwing the bag away, which hit the floor.
Dark Mikey laughed. "Hey, guys, we got a little guest and…" he sneered, putting his tongue near Cody's neck.
"Uh, Ahem!" Leo said, clearing his throat.
Dark Mikey looked up at the freed Turtles, making him gasp, as the other Dark Turtles arrived around him.
"No sudden moves." Dark Leo warned, before he placed a sword near Cody's chin. "Or your friend here loses his head."
His siblings all laughed as the Turtles looked horrified.
"Wait! We're the ones you want." Leo said, getting them to stop as he pointed at himself. "Don't hurt him."
"Oh, they won't." Cody smirked.
He moved his right leg past Dark Mikey's, then he grabbed Dark Mikey's arm and flipped him onto his shell.
"AHH!" Dark Mikey screamed.
"Nice flip, Cody!" Donnie remarked.
"Impressive." Cath commented.
Cody turned to the other Dark Turtles, then sprayed smoke in their faces from his gauntlet.
"What the shell?!" Dark Elisa exclaimed, as they coughed.
Cody grabbed the bag with the weapons in, then ran over to the Turtles.
"Way to go, Cody." Leo said, as they ran towards him.
They all took out their weapons, just as the Dark Turtles came charging through the smoke.
"Here they come!" Raph said.
The Turtles all charged forward and began fighting their clones.
Donnie used his Bo to pole-vault towards his clone, kicking him with both feet, knocking him down. He landed near his clone, who flipped back onto his feet, then he jumped as Dark Donnie spun around to whack him with his tail, before he landed on his shell. He then got up and spun his Bo around, powering it up, before he whacked his clone with it, sending him flying away.
"AHH!" Dark Donnie moaned, hitting the floor on his shell.
Dark Mikey chased after Mikey, who flipped forwards onto his hands, then flipped onto his feet and ran off, as Dark Mikey kept chasing him, his clubs raised. He took two swipes at Mikey, but missed, before Mikey turned and back flipped away, landing crouched down, before he got up.
"You know, if you're my clone, that must mean that you have the same weakness as me." he said, scratching the left side of his head, then pointed at his clone.
"Huh? A weakness?" Dark Mikey panicked, lowering his clubs.
Mikey began patting his chin, when his clone put both his clubs behind his head, shaking him wildly.
"What weakness? Tell me!" he demanded.
Mikey knocked his clone's arms away with his own, then whacked his face with his right Nunchuck, sending him flying away.
"AH!" he yelled.
He bounced along the room, first on his shell, then again, then he hit a wall.
"Ah!" he moaned.
He fell onto his behind, moaning with dizziness, before he passed out.
"Sometimes I can be a bit gullible." Mikey said.
Elisa ducked as her clone tried to slash her with her right Kama, then she rolled past her clone as she tried to slash her with her left one, before she kicked her clone's shell, knocking her forward.
"OH!" Dark Elisa groaned.
She turned around and gritted, then charged at Elisa, who blocked her right Kama with both her own, crossing them over. Elisa pulled back, then back flipped away and landed crouched down, before her clone charged at her.
"Hold still, you creep!" she demanded.
She spun around and tried to whack Elisa with her left arm, but missed as Elisa jumped over her, then kicked her chest with both feet, sending her flying across the room.
"OH!" she yelled, before hitting the floor on her chest. "OH!"
Elisa landed near her and shook her head.
"Looks like you're the bigger hothead, even more so than Raph." Elisa joked.
Cath jumped and kicked her feet against a pillar as her clone tried to slash her with her right dagger, before Cath turned and landed crouched down. She got up and turned to her clone, before she noticed the knocked out other Dark Turtles.
"Hey, since you're my clone, I'm surprised you're not helping your siblings." Cath mocked. "As I'm a Doctor, I'm the most caring of us all."
"Well, I'm not!" Dark Cath snarled. "Unlike you, I don't babysit my siblings! It's their own fault they can't take care of themselves!"
She sent a slash at Cath with her right dagger, but missed as Cath ducked, before she kicked her clone's jaw with both feet, knocking her back.
"OH!" Dark Cath moaned, stumbling back.
She shook her head, before Cath whacked her hard with her right Tonfa, sending her flying away.
"OH!" she moaned, hitting the floor on her shell.
"Then that means, you're not my clone." Cath teased.
Raph back flipped away onto the table, then he jumped as his clone smashed it with his left fist, before Raph landed on his feet.
"I'm gonna make you not move no more." Dark Raph declared.
"Please, just keep your mouth shut while we fight. Your breath is rank." Raph said, waving her left Sai over his face.
Dark Raph took another swung at him, but missed as Raph jumped over his arm, then Raph sliced off his clone's left knuckler with his Sai. He then sliced off Dark Raph's other knuckler, as Dark Raph tried to punch him.
"Ah!" he gasped.
Raph sent a beam from his Sais out, which hit and knocked his clone down onto his shell.
"I mean, what do you guys eat anyway? Used baby diapers?" Raph asked, putting his fists on his hips.
Dark Leo locked his two-pointed sword with both of Leo's - who crossed them over - then they pulled back and stared at each other.
"I think you'll find that in a fair fight, my siblings and I are more than a match for you imposters." Leo said, powering up his swords.
He charged forward as Dark Leo took out his other sword, then Leo began to slashing his swords against his clone's. He jumped and spun around to try again, but his clone blocked them, before they moved slightly, then Leo jumped and whacked his clone's face with his arm, knocking him back. He stumbled slightly, before Leo came at him, then dived and kicked his belly, then back flipped and kicked his jaw, causing him to fall onto his shell out cold.
The other Dark Turtles - expect Dark Mikey - backed away from the Turtles on their behinds, all in fear. The four of them got to their feet, before they came together near Dark Leo and Dark Mikey, who was also up.
"Time out, guys?" Dark Mikey said, chuckling nervously, putting his hands together in a T shape.
"Nope, game on." Mikey said.
"For once, Mikey, I agree." Elisa grinned.
"Then allow us a brief intermission." Dark Donnie smirked.
He tossed a round device up into the air towards the ceiling.
"Toodle turtles!" Dark Mikey sneered.
The device exploded, causing parts of the ceiling to come down between both sets of Turtles, creating a barrier made of boulders. The Dark Turtles all turned and began to walk off, Dark Donnie grabbing Dark Leo and carrying him away
"No! Not fair!" Raph complained, as he began slicing the boulders. "I had a few more gallons of fist to unload on those chumps."
Cody climbed over the boulders, as Leo put his swords away.
"Save it, because now we're gonna have a little talk with Darius." Leo said, as everyone gathered together.
"But..." Raph began.
"Raph, I have a feeling we haven't seen the last of those clones." Elisa said. "We'll get out chance."
The next day, in Cody's penthouse, the Turtles, Cody, Splinter and Serling were all gathered around Darius in the sitting room.
"Imagine my surprise when I get a call from Serling this evening and hear that he and Splinter have been jailed." he said. "Something about a scuffle downtown."
"The guys said they saw you downtown yesterday evening too, Uncle?" Cody inquired, folding his arms.
"Any reason you were there, Mr. Dunn?" Leo questioned.
"Ah, I'm no good at keeping secrets." Darius admitted.
He chuckled and put his left arm over his mouth, puzzling the Turtles.
"Actually, Cody, I was picking up a surprise for your upcoming birthday." Darius explained.
He reached into his pocket and took out a Justice Force comic book.
"More of those artifacts you're so fond of collecting." he said, handing it to Cody. "Downtown is the only place you can find them. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'd best be off."
He turned and walked off.
"I have an early flight in the morning. But don't you worry, there are a lot more surprises in store for you." he promised.
"Hmm. Strange those wannabes were set to jump us on the exact route Darius was taking." Donnie noted.
"Yeah, that doesn't sound like a coincidence." Cath agreed.
"No. There's more to this than meets the eye." Elisa said.
"Well, it seems like, whenever you get into these messes, Uncle Darius is always mixed up in it somehow." Cody deduced, before he turned to Splinter and bowed. "Thanks for believing in me tonight."
"I simply followed my intuition." Splinter assured, touching his shoulder. "It may be time for you to follow yours."
Cody lifted his head up and frowned slightly, puzzled by what he meant.
Later, on his ship in Chelsea Chasm, Sh'Okanabo stared at his monitors, which showed Darius.
"Your monstrosities failed to eliminate the Turtles, but I do see their potential. I will keep them in my employ. Your fee?" Darius asked.
"An anomaly transported your terrapin enemies through time to 2105." Sh'Okanabo explained. "Disclose to me all O'Neil Tech data about this aberration."
"That was an utterly random anomaly, not something you can recreate at will." Darius explained.
"Not with O'Neil Tech alone, but in tandem with my resources I am certain we can unhinge the secrets of time and space." Darius assured.
"I'll be in touch; you can count on it." Daris promised.
The screens went blank.
"Soon, the Kanabo will devour this wretched planet whole." Sh'Okanabo declared. "Soon."
He laughed evilly as he turned and walked off, then stopped and raised his arms up.
A/N: Hope you like the designs I gave Dark Elisa and Dark Cath. Also, I have to admit, but if Dark Mikey had been orange instead of yellow, I might've given one of the girls a yellow mask.
