"You won't have much luck in attacking whatever those things are with magic energy," Nyx yelled as she tried to stand. "They seem to have been enchanted to defend against attack spells.

The large dinosaur-like alien charged at the tanks and swung his tail and knocked one back. However, it was not knocked down, and all the tanks started to fire upon Ben. Both Cattleya and Hansel charged at the invading golems. With their magical weapons, they tore through the golems that got in their way. However, when they tried to attack the tanks, they found that they were harder to damage. Cattleya lifted her sword high above her head and brought it down on the armored tank and made a large dent.
The tank turned around to fire point blank on the blacksmith, but Hansel used her candy powers to clock the tank's barrel with taffy causing it to misfire. Yet the mighty tank was still able to function.
Ben was still being attacked by the remaining tanks. However, since one had stopped firing on him, he was able to push forward. Nyx then cast a spell to shield Ben from further tank blasts.
"Thanks for that. Now let us see what this alien can really do," Ben said. He activated Humungousaur's unique power and started to grow in size. As Ben grew, more dinosaur like features emerged like bigger plates on his back and a spiked tail. Ben then was able to literally stomp the tanks like crushed cans.
"Well, that worked well. Now to take care of the remaining enemies," Nyx said as she raised her living staff and chanted a spell. Small red fireballs then shot out towards the remaining golems. They then explode, taking them out.
"Well, that takes care of that," Stella said.
"I think we should get those girls out of the circle before we say that," Raven said. "I don't like the look of it."
"Nor should you come with a mysterious voice. Everyone turned to see and saw a mysterious man in black step out of the shadows.
"Who are you, and what are you doing here," Nyx said as she pointed her staff at the man.
"You may call me Zuuma. And I am here for a large scale kidnapping."
"We don't think so," all the mages said as they shot their magic spells at the intruder. However, he raised his hands and cast a spell of his own. Dark mist shot out and absorbed their attacks. They tried to cast more spells but found that they couldn't while they remained in the mist.
"That should take care of you," Zuuma said.
"Maybe her but not me," Ben said as he tried to bring the enormous hand of Humungoussaur down on the mysterious man. But Zuuma was fast enough to dodge all attacks by the giant reptile. Ben then started to feel very weak. It seemed like his enlarged form couldn't be maintained for long, and he began to shrink down to standard size for Humungousaur anyway.
"I think I should take you out now. You might cause trouble for my employer in the future," Zuuma said as he raised up a dark claw to strike at the weakened Ben.
"Not so fast," Nyx said as she unleashed Funikura, her living staff. It grew massive tentacles and tried to attack Zuuma. The furious onslaught of tentacles caused Zuuma to go on the defensive. He was barely able to dodge the strikes.
"This is getting too intense," Zuuma said as he backflips to the magic circle that contained the unconscious students. "Even though I don't have anywhere near the number I wanted, I think some are better than none." Zuuma then cast a spell that caused the magic circle to activate, sending Zuuma and the girls to unknown places.
"Where did he go," Nyx asked.
"Did we lose?" Gwen questions.
"I think so," Ben said, sounding depressed. "But I am going to make this right."
"It will take us some time, but we will track down Zuuma and those girls," Cattleya said.
"And we'll help," Hansel said, turning back into Gretel.
"Don't worry about us," Gwen said, pulling Raven and Stella with her. "We may be students, but we still know some good spells to track them down.
"And I'm coming too," Nyx said. "As long you keep helping us bring back the kidnapped students, I will go with you too."
