Tess lay in her bed, fed up from the events of the past few days. Nothing she did seemed to impress the villains. The past two days she would wake up at the crack of dawn, eat breakfast, learn swordplay with Hook until lunch, eat lunch, then train with Maleficent on the art of magic until dinner, eat dinner, then study on her own till she was too tired to stay awake. It was boring and exhausting all at the same time.

She sat on her bed looking at her new wand in one hand and her spell book in the other. She had been tough about the magical workings of this world and how not everything required a spell. Just a few simple words and a picture in her mind would do the trick. After all, it's what the fairy godmother did. However, there were some that she would need to memorize or come up with a spell on her own.

It had been yet another grueling day of training, yet none of the villains seemed pleased with her progress. Hook had pinned her to the ground at least 4 times in one hour and over a dozen during this morning alone. Thankfully the man never scared her, even though he threatened her with his hook several times if he didn't see progress.

As for Maleficent, her teaching style was different. Every afternoon Tess would see her in a stone cell with a small wooden table off to the side. The first half of their time together would be Maleficent teaching Tess how magic was used and how to cast spells. The second half was when she went to put her knowledge to the test. Yet no spell Maleficent asked her to do or to come up with seemed to please her. "You are by far the most pathetic villain I've ever seen" she would say, words repeating in her mind.

Tess slammed the book in her hand shut. Surely there was something she could do to prove to the villains she was capable of being among them. Something to prove that she was a villain. An idea then popped into her head, maybe there was a way she could prove it. If she could find the hero's hideout, then perhaps she could find a way to get to the star.

She stood from her bed, sword hooked on her belt. She raised her wand in the air saying "Zippity Zoppity Zam!" a bright green light swirled around her. She felt a gust of wind blowing in her face, forcing her to close her eyes. When she reopened them, she found the green light was gone and was now standing under the staircase that led to the Adventureland treehouse.

The park was still rather busy, bustling with guests and cast members. She scrunched up her face as she listened to the cheering crowds of guests having fun, mixed with the lights and sound of nearby attractions. She should be enjoying the park, instead of these people who had no idea the ordeals she had been through. But it was too late now, she was on a mission and was determined to complete it.

Pulling her hood over her head, she rounded the corner in front of it, cutting through Frontierland to get to Fantasyland. She figured Main Street would be too open, thinking the back side of Fantasyland would be better to blend in. She made her way through the crowds until she got to the border of fantasyland and frontier land. That was when she was stopped by a squawking overhead.

She looked up to see a red bird with colorful feathers. She rolled her eyes as he landed on her shoulders. "Thank goodness we found ya." he squawked.

"What are you doing here Iago?!" she questioned with gritted teeth as she rounded the corner into a small ally next to the Red Rose tavern.

"I was sent to find you. What are you even doing out here? You should be back at the base studying." he took off her shoulder "Come on, I'll show you the way back."

"No, I'm not going back, not until I prove myself." she peaked around the corner, watching in case anyone was listening.

"Prove yourself? kid you are already in the club, what else is there to prove?" Iago squawked, tilting his head as he eyed her.

"You don't get it do you?" she scoffed ready to walk off, only to be stopped by two kids that blocked her way.

"Thank goodness you found her Iago." the rounder, brown-haired one said with glee. A brown piece of cloth was around him, accompanied by sandals.

"Now we can bring her back, and we won't be burnt to a crisp!" the small skinny one with blond hair said. A green piece of cloth was wrapped around him, also accompanied by sandals.

Tess looked down at them with a strange look. They looked oddly familiar to her but where had she seen them before? That's when it clicked in her head, Pain and Panic in the same disguise they used to trick Hercules. "Pain? Panic?"

"That's us." the skinny one, Panic said.

"Now if you would like to follow us." she watched as the rounder one, Pain, reached a hand towards her hand. She immediately stepped back.

"I'm not going anywhere," Tess said firmly.

"But Hades-" the Panic began but Tess cut him off. "I don't care what any of the villains think or say right now. I'm going to prove my worth by finding the base and the star, then everyone will see I'm not just some karate-kicking kid!" She then pushed them aside as she walked around the corner. That's when she saw them.

Sitting on a stone wall under a tree, was Jack and Jess. Jess looked to be upset while Jack looked to be trying to comfort her. She stopped abruptly, staring at them as memories flooded back to her. Her face scrunched up in anger as she gripped her wand in one hand and made a fist with the other.

The sidekicks followed behind her. Pain and Panic stopped on either side of her as Iago landed on her shoulder. They followed her gaze, knowing what was going through her head. Iago turned to look at her and began to plead. "Kid, think about this, you could jeopardize everything." Iago panicked on her shoulder. "Do you even have a plan?"

Tess thought for a moment as she eyed her ex-boyfriend and sister. Tension bubbled inside of her but so did a plan. There was one other thing the villains wanted just as much as the star, as well as herself, Sarah. And she knew just how to lure her into the villain's clutches. "You three, follow my lead." she knocked her head for them to follow her.

She casually walked over to her sister and ex, smiling. She overheard them talking about how they may have to fight her and how they didn't want to. She arrived just in time to hear her ex say "I'm hoping that the odds are in our favor, and Tess will see she has been on the wrong side this whole time."

"Or will I?" Tess said, stopping in front of them.

Both of them looked up at her in shock "Tess?!"

Tess smirked, crossing her arms "Hello sis, Jack, miss me?"

Jack stood up, protectively standing in front of Jess. "What do you want?"

"Jack, always the polite guy." she then peered around him to address Jess "So I run off to join the enemy and you try to take with my ex, how sweet," she said with distaste.

"Tess it's not what you think," Jess said standing up.

"Not what I think, please." she unfolded her hands and pointed her wand at him "Now I suggest you surrender peacefully."

"Not a chance," Jack stated, adjusting his glasses.

"Tess Please," Jess said, taking a step toward her sister. "Come back with us."

Tess just smirked. By now a small crowd was starting to form. "No can do sis, I'm now with the people who appreciate my talents." she gestured to the group of sidekicks who also smiled. "Now hand yourself over."

"You think we will go that easy." he grabbed Jess's arm "Come on Jess, let's get out of here." he began to pull her away from the now semi-circle of guests that came to watch.

But Tess was one step ahead of them as she raised her wand saying the word "Zippity Zoppity Zam!" and a crash of lightning hit the ground in front of them making them jump back. They looked at Jess in surprise.

What was more surprising was the guests cheering and not running away in fear. 'They must think it's some kind of show.' Tess thought in her head, smirking 'Well if it's a show they want, then it's a show they will get.' She raised her wand repeating the words. Right where the lightning stuck she conjured up a boombox. A zap of magic hit the play button as it started playing "What My Name" from "Descendants 2"

"This is all hands on deck. Calling out to lost boys and girls." Tess started as she looked at Jack and Jess. "I'm gettin' tired of the disrespect. I won't stop 'til we rule the world" she smirked moving her wand towards them. "It's our time, we're up next!"

"next, next" Pain and Panic repeated.

"The stage about to be set" She watched as Jack and Jess stepped back from her, looking for some way out of the crowd that now surrounded them.

"set, set"

"You ain't seen nothing yet!" she crossed her arms and smiled before looking sharply and pain and panic "Tell 'em who's in charge so they don't forget." she took a step forward "What's my name? What's my name?"

"Tessa?" Pain and panic said, unsure what was happening.

"Say it louder!" she exaggerated her facial expression as she took another step "What's my name? What's my name?" Jack and Jess pushed themselves up against the stone wall.

"Tessa" Pain and Panic said louder.

"Feel the power!" She raised her wand watching as a spew of magic lept from it over to Jack. "No one's gonna stop me, Soon this kingdom will be ours." It wrapped itself around him pulling himself closer to Tess. Jess screamed his name, reaching out for him but it was too late. She watched as he gulped as Tezz placed her wand under his chin. "What's my name? What's my name? What's it? What's it? Say it loud!"

"Teeeeesa, Teeeeesa" she heard Pain and Panic behind her.

Tess saw his scared face, it almost made her laugh. "All eyes on me, let me see 'em" She gripped his chin forcing him to look at her.

"Teeeeesa, Teeeeesa,"

"What's it? What's it? Say it! Say it!" She listened to Pain and Panic behind her as a magical rope began to form around Jack's body.

"Te-e-e-e-esa. Tessa, Tessa, la la tes- Tessa, Tessa, la la , Tessa, la la tes-

Tessa, Tessa, la la Tessa. Tessa!" They cheered as the spell finished. She dropped Jack onto his knees watching as he helplessly struggled. She then looked up at her sister who looked petrified.

"Soon I'll be queen of this town. I'll call the shots, they'll know who I am. I won't need to wear no fake crown. Stand up to me," she laughed "you don't stand a chance. It's my time, I'm up next!" she smirked as another form of magic came from her wand.

"next, next" This time Iago joined in.

"My new crew's as real as it gets" She swirled her wand forcing the magic to engulf her sister.

"gets, gets"

"The worst will soon be the best." She then forced her sister forward, noses almost touching. Tess scrunched up her face, almost shouting "And you betraying me will be your last regret"

"What's my name? What's my name?" again the magic started to turn into a rope.

"Tessa"

"Say it louder! What's my name? What's my name?"

"Tessa"

"Feel the power!" she grinned as her sister struggled "No one's gonna stop us. Soon the Kingdom will be ours. What's my name? What's my name? What's it? What's it? Say it! Say it!" She then drops Jess to her knees right next to Jack.

"You know what they say, bad guys have all the fun. Never learned how to count, cause we're number one. Ready here we come. We'll someday get our way. It's a villain's life, every single day" Iago squawked as he took off Tessa's shoulder and flew down in front of Jess. "Hey! She's your sister and your enemy. Wish I could say I feel sorry."

"Your time is up." Pain jumped up and down.

"And now you're through." Panic added bobbing up and down.

The trio approached them yelling in their faces. "Now the villains will be coming for you."

"It's all eyes on me, let me see 'em" She used her wand to make them look at her, smiling at their scared faces. "I see your eyes on me guys, hey! You know what my name is" she dropped her wand making the spell break. She watched as Pain took hold of Jess and Panic took hold of Jess. "Say it, say it loooouder!" she sang the last one with all her heart up to the sky. When she was finished she heard the crowd of guests clapping and cheering.

Tess couldn't help but smile at the applause, oh how she missed this attention. She turned to the crowd and gave a bow. "Why thank you, thank you."

"Great job Tess." Iago smiled as he landed back on her shoulder. "But just what do you plan to do with them?" he gestured behind them to Jack and Jess.

Tess smirked as she stood. "Go tell Maleficent I got a few prisoners. I think I know a way to lure that scoundrel of a Jedi into our clutches." Iago nodded at the information and took off into the sky. That's when she heard a voice from behind her.

"Tess?" She heard someone question from the crowd. She turned to the noise and saw Sarah standing mixed in with the crowd.

"Oh, so now the Jedi decided to come out and play." Tessa scoffed as she smirked. "but I'm afraid you're too late."

"What has gotten into you?" she questions sharply stepping forward. "Have you gone mad?"

Tess shook her head and chuckled. "No, I've just joined the winning side." She raised her wand. "Now I hate to cut this reunion short but we have somewhere to be. But don't worry." she smiled, "You'll see them again very soon." She then said her new magic words and before Sarah knew it, they disappeared into a puff of smoke.
