Kirby and Toon Link were on their mission (not really) to obtain their friend's hat or accessory for Kirby to play with. After their greetings in Kirby Dream Land room, Toon Link proposed an idea that he'd seen Kirby abilities in battles.
The two heroes exited his room as the seven colorful Kirbies resumed their playing time with hats. It's best for Kirby to travel alone, but now, he's not alone—He got a Hero of Winds as a companion!
The issue Toon Link had in mind is that he can't replicate hairstyle. To an understanding, Kirby prefers hat. He got a few suggestions as the cute duo returned to the same hallway where the Toon Link dorm was located.
It was quiet, Kirby and Toon Link spotted a hydraulic metal door from the distance, which Toon Link implies ROB. Toon Link tip-toed quietly, reaching behind furnishing like tables and couches. Kirby didn't follow Toon Link sneaky suggestion. Instead, he cradles himself like a ball and rolls towards the door.
He came to a stop and stared at the door curiously. He was sitting as Toon Link looked surprised how carefree and calm he was. He went beside Kirby after pardon their 'stealth' bar didn't provenance helpful and noticed the door is made out of metal that can not be open by a handle. Yet, it didn't exist.
It may be tricky to bypass or not, Toon Link brainstormed, placing his curled index finger resting his chin. If the door is not plausible from the outside, then there should be a new technology that operates how ROB does. He observed his surroundings from left, right, top, and bottom.
He spotted a closed vent above the ceiling, which he believes it may lead to various rooms. He slightly frowned because he was too young to reach the ceiling. Then again, Kirby is currently with him.
Toon Link tapped Kirby and directed his index finger towards the specific spot that could help them. Kirby nodded his round body, motioning and flailing his stubs, allowing his friend to hop on him to ascend.
The Hero of Winds did, and the two float into the air with ease. Kirby felt he was lightweight as well. (Not really based on the actual game, sort of. The lightweight is definitely Pichu, Jigglypuff, Shiek, and so on.) Sucked up the air and hover with his friend. Toon Link witnessed the scenario of him recalling using his Deku Leaf to glide at his universe, but this is rather odd as he was ascending by Kirby. It's quite a new experience, for him, that is. So the Hero of Winds hugged Kirby close.
The duo reached the top, and Toon Link drew his Master Sword to pry the closed vent by wedge into it. Once it got into the right position, Toon Link began to pull his main weapon forward without hurting Kirby. He tried to pull his legendary weapon on the left, clenching his teeth, using all his strength to budge it open.
Kirby watched the Hero in tunic, forcing the vent to open, hearing the screeching noise of metal against his unique magical sword. He wanted to help, but he couldn't find a way to do so. So he curiously observed him.
Eventually, after excruciating minutes, Toon Link breaks the vent open wide. The vent swung wildly, avoiding hitting them with gravity, Kirby floated back. The physics of the vent stopped, and Kirby floated close to the ventilation for his friend.
Toon Link sheathed his Master Sword and climbed inside, stepping on top of Kirby as of trying to balance himself on a ball. When his entire body entered, Kirby descended to the ground, huffed out his air, and waited.
And so, he sits.
...
Toon Link crawled through the dirty, dust bunnies piled up around the corner and approached several tunnels leading to several friends' rooms. He knows exactly where to proceed by crawling to the right side. It was definitely filthy like it hasn't been cleaned for weeks.
Usually, The Master and Crazy Hands kept the entire mansion tidy with all its minions. Somehow, it hasn't been doing chores recently.
But he encouraged himself to tolerate the allergy response to get into someone a sneezing fit.
He managed to reach his destination. On the other side of the vent, he analyzes the vent from the inside. It seems the screw were a bit loose, so he directed the screw to the left on all four corners. It took quite some time, without proper tools. He had to use his slim fingers to twist the direction.
Once he succeeded, he carefully lifted the vent and entered the ROB room. It was dark, slightly glowing red beeping lights, and oddly eerie for a robot dorm. Then again, he was used to darkness because of dungeons he conquered.
He got up to his feet, dusting his tunic from dust he collected and scrutinizing his surroundings. As a robot, its room was full of equipment of replaceable gears, crane arms, charging station, and how to describe his opinion, a full-fledged factory-installed.
Toon Link thought of switching the light on, but it's best to remain smokescreen if he was ever caught red-handed. So he sneaks around, trying to find an interest. He recalled Kirby obtained ROB ability: strange goggles and a red siren on top of him.
Despite the darkness, he was slightly able to see the pair of lenses that replaced the robot toy feature to perform its vision, and a red siren proped on top of workbench.
Using his tiptoes to reach the object, he snagged the pair of goggles and stuffed into his magical pouch. The red siren was a tad far, so the young Hero stretched his right arm out further. It was a good attempt because he was too short.
Toon Link retracted his bearing and stared indignantly. Curses for being a short and young fighter.
He grimanced. If the length of his arm wasn't able to press his fingertip at the red siren, perhaps an extra object would move the object. Or even more than working hard to achieve his goal was hookshot.
He pulled out his hookshot, lifted to his line of sight, and took aim. The claw expanded, chains flew by, and grabbed the item. The chain retracted itself back, and Toon Link smiled triumphantly.
He spotted the hydraulic door that led to exit the room where Kirby awaited. His personal opinion is to attempt the exit there or the same route he took to gain access without any trouble. He squinted his eyes to identify the digital padlock and a button for emergency exit that labeled 'alarm will sound.'
Perhaps it's better not to press that big red button.
Toon Link walked to the digital padlock and examined the touch screen. He'd seen technology a good amount of time here with the fighters he leisurely adapted. For certain, entering the right code and a green checkmark clearly means confirmed.
He took an educated guess that guessing PIN number wouldn't help because he doesn't know what number ROB used. But he tried at least, tapping 3, 5, 2, 1, which is incorrect. Another guess was 6,2,8,0, and it failed again.
Toon Link mumbled in defeat, maybe if he and Kirby were fast enough to escape after pressing the emergency button before they got caught. Or thought of returning the same passage—
Before he thought of a conclusion, the lights suddenly turned on, luminous the entire room. He was completely petrified, blinded by the change of vision, only for a mere moment.
There were noises coming from behind. Flummoxed, he slowly turned to the source. The room decor was white and gray retro style with walls of tools displayed or stored.
And Toon Link wasn't alone.
The Hero of Winds responded with an awkward smile and wave.
...
Kirby was laying his back straight on the red fuzzy royal carpet, darting his eyes at the ceiling, mostly at the open vent. Hoping his friend would return with his favorite hat.
Boredom took a toll on Kirby as the baby hero tried to make a snow angel on a carpet. Either his mind of cuteness on soft, nice feeling could make a cool angel or conduct electricity into his body. But it feels nice...
So he kept stroking his stubby arms and feet up and down.
He stopped his motion and stared at the hydraulic door and back to the vent, and looked a bit worried if something happened to his friend. Then again, they're in a safe mansion.
But Kirby whimpered to himself because he wondered where did Master Hand went off without watching or caring the mansion.
Abruptly, he sat up, glancing back and forth through elegant hallways. It was unusually quiet, but Kirby began to think this was normal when all his friends were too busy for him. He looked at his spot and created a round body of his on the carpet.
Kirby blinked several times until an unexpected pressure from the hydraulic door suddenly opened, releasing a loud hissing noise. Startled, Kirby turned to the direction of sound and saw his friend Toon Link!
Toon Link exited the open metal door and grinned to see Kirby waited for him. Behind the Hero of Winds was the friend of theirs, ROB, that stared soulless at the fleshy duo. The Hero knelt beside Kirby, patted his back of assuage, and waved to describe his gratitude towards ROB.
ROB only stared, motionless. It was processed to understand the reason for his treason inside its personal room recharging in sleep mode. It was scanning the two fighters any signs of threat, which ultimately failed to present.
It listed their actions.
Either One: The two were playing around, like hide and seek, and Toon Link enters his room unintentionally.
Two: Toon Link stumbled across the place to look as an adventure roleplaying with Kirby.
Three: Stealing.
ROB didn't hesitate to cross out tier three because they never did malicious activity. Kirby, on the other hand, tends to devour the entire buffet of human foods, but it is his appetite.
It knows the only a few individuals with a huge appetite would be the huge penguin King Dedede, the green dinosaur Yoshi, the angel who protects humanity Pit, and the actual human was Snake and Wario.
Link was cleared out or replaced by a new registration filed: Breath of the Wild. It needed the time to introduce itself whenever they get a chance to meet.
So ROB mechanical arm raised right and waved at the little friendly heroes. Kirby likes his friend despite it expressing farewell gestures.
"Hiiii!"
The door automatically shuts its own, sealing off to solitary once again, leaving Kirby and Toon Link in the hallway. Toon Link grabbed Kirby stub arm and pulled him to their exit route. The two nodded and rushed through the silence hallway.
The two were in a clear way; they returned to Kirby's room. Toon Link pulled out from his inventory, which was the lenses goggles and a red siren, and put it on Kirby.
Kirby was delighted. This accessory seemed to fit him. What surprises Toon Link is how the accessory magically 'stick' on Kirby without extra attachments. The red siren sat on to Kirby, which is cute.
Kirby got ROB accessory from Toon Link!
Glowing red... which is supposed to be powered?
"Beep beep?" Kirby mouthed in surprised, soft tone.
Feeling like the ability just like in the battlefield, Kirby let it rip through his accessory, shooting out a red beam of light, passing Toon Link. The boy was startled, perturbed by Kirby unusual ability to create such kinetic energy!
Or was it natural for Kirby?
The laser radiates heat and punch a hole on a small hill. The silt cushion the blast, and Kirby giggled, clapping his stubs together as he raced off to his cute home to store his hats.
"BEEP!" Kirby shrieked.
Toon Link grinned to see Kirby looking really happy. He enjoyed helping others and hoped Kirby played with his friends.
Toon Link waited for his squishy pink friend to return as he gazed through the small tunnel, leading back to the mansion. He pondered the unoccupied mansion without Master or Crazy Hands, which weren't around to make order, and Kirby gets away with trouble, it seems.
He thought of his time with the youth fighters around his age and getting in trouble sometimes for mishaps, but Kirby gets the green card. He feels like Kirby, as a baby, can get away with trouble, how fortunate of him.
Or perhaps everyone loves Kirby...
Although, he viewed numerous rosters who were busy meet and greet new friends, making Kirby playtime schedule pushing until further notice.
But Toon Link was pleased to help Kirby, as a friend, regardless during his lonely times.
.A/N–I play their games, so I know some have a huge appetite for food consumption. I probably miss a few.
