Timeline: End of Season 8

Ah... Death Battle City. Home of the combatants that appeared on the Death Battle web show. Winner or loser, this is a home for everyone after a great battle to the death.

Our story begins in the Hero Hotel where the occupants are welcoming a new guest.

Someone that is a little annoyed when he sees the banner.

*WELCOME ONE PUNCH MAN!* Though One Punch Man looks poorly painted over what Saitama can clearly see Caped Baldy.

"It is good that you have finally arrived master." Genos said stoically.

"You too Genos." Saitama decides to ignore the banner and enjoy some cake.

"I apologize for that." Wonder Woman steps forward with a plate of her own cake. "We decided to let Booster Gold make the banner and he thought of using it for a prank. Rest assured he will have an overnight patrol for this."

"It's cool. Can I take another piece to my room?" Saitama points blankly at the cake.

"Actually you can take whatever hasn't been eaten at the end of the party. This occasion is for you and Popeye."

Saitama nods and appears to be looking forward for later. "Is Superman around? A spar would be fun."

As much as Saitama would like to fight the Man of Steel, Wonder Woman gives him some bad news.

"Unfortunately, Clark and Goku left the planet a long time ago to travel the universe. Last we have heard of them, they fought 50 light years away."

Genos makes sure to comfort his master. "But they can arrive back in seconds if we use telepathy."

"Actually," Saitama suddenly looks serious and smiles. "I would like to spar with you Wonder Woman."

Wonder Woman is a little shock, but she is interested at this battle.

"Then let us fight. Follow me to my battlefield."

"Of course you would show up." Tatsumaki floats down and lands next to Saitama and Wonder Woman.

"Oh. It's you Hurricane of Heaven." Saitama nonchalantly messing up her name has Tatsumaki gained a tick mark.

"Tornado of Terror you bald idiot!"

"By the way," Saitama looks away from the Green Psychic and to the Amazon Princess. "Where is the weird spinach mascot."

"Stop ignoring me!"

"Oh he is somewhere special for people like him."

(4th Wall Dimension)

"Agagaga!" Popeye jumps over Pinkie Pie's cupcake cannon and sends her flying. The Mask pulls out a bullhorn and a giant mouth shouts from it. This causes Popeye to clean his ear out and raises his fists.

"Put it up there fellow Wall Breakers."

Pinkie Pie pops out of Popeye's shirt. Literally. "Come on Popeye! Just try this cake!"

Deadpool looks away and-

"Oh hello there Writer."

Deadpool. I guess you caused this?"

"Hey! That's not cool with the blame. This Merc with the Mouth didn't say anything to Mr. Sailor over there. Popeye came here and wanted a fight the second he came here."

The Mask scoots next to Deadpool.

"Come on DB! Don't go telling a small part. Our resident merc here told a Family Guy stroke joke and that didn't make him laugh."

Uh-huh. By the way, what cake did Pinkie make?"

"Only his favorite. Spi- Oh BLEEP" Deadpool quickly realizes when he notices Popeye take a bite of green cake with Pinkie jumping up and down.

"Hey guys! He loves my spinach cake!"

Music blares out of nowhere and Popeye's already massive muscles get bigger.

"Thanks Mare Lady. Now put up your dukes."

Deadpool pulls out his twin katanas and the Mask brings out boxing gloves with steel nails attached to it. Though he tries to give the Writer an annoyed frown through his mask.

"Really? You bleep me?"

"Let the Season 8 Ending Party begin!" Pinkie Pie stands next to Popeye and turns her mane into a drill.

These four 4th Wall Breakers run towards each other. The Mask decides to crack the final joke as they all jump forward.

"Time for the legendary off screen battle! Eat your heart out One Piece!"
