Timeline: After Korra vs Storm

"No."

"We will pay you. Well mostly me."

"I am good Ms. Schnee."

"Really Weiss? Doctor Fate, I have books from Remnant. I am willing to give you all of them if you please tell us about Ruby."

Doctor Fate sighs to himself thanks to these three huntresses. Ever since Blake appeared, these three have been interrupting his meditation to learn about Ruby Rose and when she is due for her arrival.

"Please Doctor Fate!" Yang practically bows to the DC sorcerer. "We know you can see the future so you must know when Ruby vs Maka is coming! We just want to know when my sister will be here."

Nabu isn't so kind as to tell them, but Kent is sympathetic to Weiss, Blake, and Yang. So he lets them down gently.

"Understand this Team RWBY. Telling you about when Ruby vs Maka is happening could have consequences in the future. If I tell you the date, you will become obsessed and care for nothing but that day. Don't you wish to live your lives? That Ruby Rose should see her friends as they were instead of stuck in a room, waiting for her?"

Yang and Weiss understand what he is saying. They have made friends since coming to Death Battle City. Yang has been dating Korra and getting boxing lessons from TJ Combo while Weiss has tea parties with Princess Peach and Jon Talbain. The idea of just staying in their room doesn't sit right with them and Ruby wouldn't want that.

Blake doesn't see the same way though. "Girls. You can't agree with him? We want things to be how they were when we were in Remnant. Team RWBY forever, right?"

The Cat Faunus doesn't want to explore Death Battle City and hasn't really talked with anyone since arriving to the city. Both Weiss and Yang sees their friend acting like her Volume 2 self.

"Your plan isn't going to work." Dr Fate suddenly say and Blake is shocked the plan is already uncovered. "Dr Strange doesn't have the Time Stone. That is his MCU self."

Yang plays with her hair and Weiss looks away. Blake had the idea of convincing Dr Fate to tell them when Ruby vs Maka is going to happen. Once they have the date, they steal Dr Strange's Time Stone and use it to go forward in time to the date.

"He is right Blake." Weiss said to the genuine shocked Blake. Yang agrees with Weiss and talks.

"We have friends in the city. You can too if you left your room."

"I just want Team RWBY to return! We can still do it. We don't need anyone but each other." Blake defends her plan. She doesn't want to make friends and be with her old ones. Just Team RWBY against the world.

"Blake... We weren't the best heroes in Remnant. You know why? Because we always thought our way was the only way." Weiss tries to make Blake understand that it shouldn't be just them.

"We did literally make Ironwood go insane because we kept secrets from him. And we made a ruckus about Ozpin doing the same thing," Yang said. She sees Blake about to talk but interrupts her. "We have a lot of teachers here that can help us become heroes. We are literally high school drop outs because our school exploded and Ironwood gave us our GEDs."

That is when Lion-O enters Dr Fate's room, holding some candy and DVDs.

"Hey Kent! I brought chocolate and gum!" Lion-O cheerfully greets his fellow child aged to a adult. He stops once he sees the other guests. "Oh hello Team RWBY. Would you like to stay and watch the Rush Hour Trilogy?"

"Absolutely-"

"We would love to!" Yang shouts over Blake... well being Blake. "But me and Weiss have something to do."

"Oh yeah. But Blake would love to stay and watch them." Weiss gets Yang's plan. Both of them exit, leaving Blake with Lion-O and Dr Fate.

"Guys? Guys! Where are you going?" Blake is about to leave but she bumps into someone that enters the room.

"Oi. Are you okay luv?" Tracer holds her hand out and Blake finds herself staring into the Brit's eyes.

Kent Nelson takes off the Helmet of Nabu and stops levitating. He stands next to Lion-O, who gives him one of the chocolate bars. Both are watching Blake and Tracer talk.

"Hope you don't mind that I invited Tracer for our movie night."

Kent waves Lion-O's concern and takes a bite of the bar. "It's okay. Looks like I have brought a plus one too."
