Timeline: After Wily vs Eggman

The roar from Metal Overlord Sonic rings across the city. A laser beam fires from Metal Sonic's mouth and destroys the top of a building. The debris falls with many citizens scared that they are about to crash.

Those debris are push away thanks to Luke Skywalker. He goes to the citizens are calms them down. "Everyone! We will defeat Metal Sonic! Please evacuate to the shelter! Felicia."

The Feline Darkstalker runs past the Jedi Master. She escorts them away while helping those injured. She picks up a crying child and sings to him, filling him with happiness and hope. That is when Metal Overlord Sonic notices the heroes.

Yoshi jumps over Luke and Felicia lands next to the boulders to swallow them whole. He creates a Yoshi Egg from it and throws it at Metal Overlord Sonic. The winner of Eggman vs Wily fires a laser that destroy the egg and coming towards Yoshi. The little dinosaur freaks out but Wonder Woman runs past Yoshi and jumps towards the laser. She blocks the laser with her Bracelets of Submission.

Yoshi wipes his sweat as Wonder Woman lands next to him and Skywalker. Felicia meanwhile has taken to civilians to safety. "Have Eggman and Wily completed the EMP?"

"I'm afraid not Diana. We need to distract Metal Sonic longer so they can complete the device." Luke Skywalker ignites his lightsaber and walk towards the giant robot looming over them as does Wonder Woman adjusting her bracelets and taking out her sword.

"I got this!" Bass zooms past them and combines with Treble and rapidly fires at Metal Sonic. This giant robot roars and uses telekinesis to lift buildings off the ground. One of them slams into Bass, who bursts through the other end. Bass is watching from the sky as Metal Overlord Sonic wrecks up more buildings.

"You fail once again Bass!" Wily hovers next to Bass in his ship with the annoying pitch. Bass narrows his eyes and yells back.

"Yeah? Well, I'm not the one that decided to unleash the Roboenza on the homicidal robot!"

"Bah! Witness my genius at play." Wily gloats and tosses a remote control to Bass, who catches it. "Point that at Metal Sonic within two feet and press the red button. This will shut it down."

"Fine. Watch me put it down for good!" Bass rushes at Metal Sonic while shouting, "Hold it off!"

Metal Overlord Sonic fires lasers. Bass dodges them at a fast pace. However, one of them is too fast and about to strike him when Wonder Woman blocks it thanks to her Bracelets. Luke throws his lightsaber and slices both of it's arms off. Yoshi lays a egg and hits it on the rampaging robot's head. The scrambled egg blocks Metal Overlord Sonic's view, allowing Bass to get right in front of Metal Sonic and points the remote at the giant robot.

"I told you weakling, I am the strongest!"

But Sonic's robotic clone still has one last trick up it's shelve.

"Chaos Control!"

Time freezes just as Bass was about to press the red button. Metal Overlord Sonic roars with glee as it charges it's cannon. Enough power to demolish the entire city.

That is when Bass finds himself moving once again and another Robot Master in front of him holding him by the shoulder. The Time Stopping Robot Master Flash Man gives Bass a thumbs up.

"Now Bass!"

Bass presses the button and Metal Overlord Sonic malfunctions and explodes. Time resumes and the heroes watch Bass and Flash Man land on the center of the explosion. There, they see a motionless Metal Sonic.

"That's right! I am the greatest robot in the city! Me!" Bass celebrates with Yoshi dancing in victory.

Metal Sonic's eyes light up and launches at Bass' back. He turns to see Metal Sonic coming for him. The fist of Wonder Woman destroys Metal Sonic's head.

The loud pitch noise alerts everyone to Doctor Wily hovering above everyone.

"You are welcome. Yes, my genius saved the day."

"I don't think so Doctor. You caused this crisis by infecting Metal Sonic with Roboenza. Surrender." Luke Skywalker holds out his hand and his lightsaber lands in his hand. Wonder Woman summons a sword while Yoshi releases his tongue and swallows some debris to lay an egg.

"Never! Flash Man." Wily gives his order and the doctor, Bass, and Flash Man disappears along with the Metal Sonic remains.

Timeskip: Metal Sonic vs Zero

"BWAHA!" Doctor Eggman laughs to himself in his lab. His great plan to steal the Metal Sonic remains from Doctor Wily was a success. Now his rebellious robot is under his control again. Not only that, he created and sent another Metal Sonic to do the episode with Zero and now holds the battle data from it. The original Metal Sonic may have lost but it can still be useful thanks to adapting to other robots. He stands next to Metal Sonic, suspended in the air by chains as Eggman inserts the battle data. "This is a gold mine! Not only will you have the abilities of Bass and Wily's pathetic robots but now Zero's. I, the great Doctor Eggman, now have the most advanced robot in Death Battle City!"

Metal Sonic is reactivated and glares at it's creator. "Release these chains Eggman and I will show my gratitude."

"Nice try. I have measures to stop any disobedience." Doctor Eggman declares confidently and twirls his mustache. Soon, his revenge against Sonic will be fulfilled.

The door opens and Sektor steps forward.

"Eggman. The pub is about to start the next episode."

"Stop forgetting to put doctor in my name Sektor! Otherwise I'm not going to repair you."

Doctor Eggman and Sektor turns of the light and leave Metal Sonic in the darken lab. His glowing red eyes flickering on and off. It can only glare at the closing door.
