Manche. Another destination on the heroes minds, they have arrived here with the Olympic Flame. In the morning, the observed another moment of silence on the D-Day landing beaches to honor those who have sacrificed their lives during World War II. After that, they set off for their next destination.
Firstly, they set foot on the next destination by Abbey Mont Saint Michel and its Bay. They enjoyed the sights of that building standing tall by the seaside. Gaulois took several snapshots of the entire building, which would be god enough to make memories in his scrapbook. The Phryges then pointed to another direction our heroes will head towards: in Cherbourg, the second stop where the ill-fated maiden voyage of the RMS Titanic has docked at. At the La Cite du la Mer in Cherbourg, our heroes visited the Museum and collection of technology for ocean expeditions. The crew along with the Phryges were amazed by the sheer amount of ocean life shown in those aquariums, ranging from all kinds of fishes to invertebrates that thrive in the oceans. Even the abyssal creatures were shown in another tank, with their ugly forms being shown on the surface. Just then, the crew noticed a reporter and his dog taking notes of the abyssal sea creatures. He then notice3d the crew along with the Phryges and went up to them, ready to approach them. The crew caught his attention and allowed one of their members to speak to him. "Salut! Who are you?" asked Madeline. "The name is Tintin, and this is my dog Snowy. Pleasure meeting you here!" replied the young reporter. "Do you mind giving us a tour?" Madeline asked. "Sure! Just follow me around and I will have you filled with useful knowledge!" Tintin then led the heroes, along with Snowy barking joyfully. Inside the Redoutable Submarine, our heroes learnt some of the functions that submarine is used for when it comes to deep sea explorations. Several deep-sea creatures were mentioned during this tour, since the crew can't help but remember what do those obscure deep-sea creatures look like. "What is that for?" asked Boule. "That is for abyssal research. There are so many deep sea creatures lurking around underneath the vast oceans, who knows what would the newly discovered ones look like?" Tintin replied. "Reminds me of viperfish, anglerfish, blobfish. The deeper it goes, the weirder and creepier it becomes when it comes to finding sea creatures!" Gaulois shuddered. It gave him the creeps when he thought of the deep seas. Through the hallways, there was an exhibition dedicated to the ill-fated British ocean liner RMS Titanic. The artifacts of the Titanic were shown across the halls, giving the heroes insights on who were the passengers on the Titanic and their backgrounds. The crew had learnt several bits of history of the Titanic today, with them being unaware that villains are lurking in the shadows ready to pounce on them. Next stop, our heroes are at Granville, visiting The Christian Dior Museum. The fashion icon itself was a marvel to have history which inspired that luxurious fashion brand Dior, and he was born in that seaside town. Through the museum, the Phryges made sorts of antics when they tried on the clothes made by the fashion brand Dior. The perfumes had gave the crew refreshing fragrance that made them feel so pleasant that they would try on the perfumes to attract potential allies or friends to aid them in their quest for Paris. A villain itself appeared from the shadows, revealing itself. The villain was a French-looking Chinese girl with elegant clothing "Noelle's the name of your destruction, and your quest for Paris shall end here sooner! You are way less attractive than me while I am the most beautiful of them all!" "You don't look so beautiful after all. You look like an ugly old hag judging by your looks!" Spirou replied back. "You dared to call me ugly? Why? DO I LOOK LIKE AN UGLY HAG TO YOU OR WHAT? I AM ALREADY BEAUTIFUL!" rebuffed Noelle angrily. "You don't look that French to me. Your behavior matters and you look Chinese under Mao Zedong and Xi Jinping! That makes you an ugly Chinese!" Etno snapped back. "Now you have crossed the line, you insufferable brats! I will show you what it's like when you unleash slurs at me!" Noelle was mad, that she was ready to launch attacks at the heroes. Boss – Noelle Noelle fought like a cavalier and a musketeer, impeding our heroes from advancing to the next destination in France. The heroes were almost exhausted and utterly devastated by her attacks, with them being left with little or no choices but to hide along with the badly wounded Phryges. Luckily, Getafix had the secret potion ready, and he had used a secret extract from an ugly toad added in. Asterix looked at this and passed it over to Tintin and Gaulois. Both of them nodded in agreement, ready to stop Noelle. Just when Noelle was about to finish off Spirou, Madeline and Pepito; the Marsupilami took this chance to strike. It took the potion from Tintin and Gaulois and took aim with its prehensile tail. With acute accuracy and force, the potion was flung at Noelle, causing her to change into something behind the magical cloud of dust. The magical clouds then scattered and the crew saw something. Noelle was then turned into an ugly toad, with her looks being unappealing. Pepito then trapped her inside the glass jar, and handed it to Tintin. "Au revoir, Tintin!" said Madeline. "See you later on the journey!" The toad then angrily tapped on the glass jar's walls, pleading to break free. Tintin and Snowy then bid our heroes farewell, hoping to cross paths again in France. The heroes were headed for Rennes, their next destination in the Normandy region. Meanwhile at the lair in Paris…. "Ugly mugs of those heroes will be in Paris soon! Who can wipe of their smug faces before they reach Paris?! If they do, then we will be resorting to cheating at the Games!" Belle Bottom was a bit fuming, but she was trying to keep her cool. "You see Mistress, we already have a few that will impress you once they get to their next destination. Their ultimate demise will be shown before they reach Paris in a matter of days!" Captain Chantal Dubois assured her again. "Another time, heroes. Still playing the long game of being heroes to reach Paris, I presume. Soon you will suffer the wrath when you feel that something will turn against you!" Belle Bottom smirked.
