Summary: Mora, Yuno, Mimosa, and Klaus get close to the treasure chamber in the dungeon. However, a mage from the Diamond Kingdom named Mars gets in their way.

The mysterious mage continued walking and approaching the Golden Dawns on the crystal trail.

Mimosa slowly opened up her grimoire and turned one page.

"Plant Recovery Magic: Dream-Healing Flower Cradle!" Mimosa casted.

Several countless vines were summoned out of nowhere and began forming a large spherical cradle around Mimosa. The cradle has a flower bud at the top and glowing surrounded lilies filled with countless flower petals enveloping Mimosa from the inside.

"I am so sorry, sir." Mimosa apologized to Klaus with a painful groan. "I should've sensed something. I'm the group's healer. What use will I be for you now?"

"Don't worry about that, Mimosa. You only need to focus on your own recovery." Klaus assured. His eyes caught the sight of the insignia on the mysterious mage's robe. That insignia. Is he a mage from the wretched Diamond Kingdom? He then spoke up from his mental thoughts as he pointed his finger at the Diamond Kingdom mage, who stopped walking on the end of the crystal trail. "You there! Attacking from behind! What kind of warrior would do such a thing?"

"I don't understand what you're asking." The Diamond Kingdom mage said.

"Who are you?" Klaus demanded.

"You are merely pebbles destined to fall by the wayside." The Diamond Kingdom mage answered.

The Diamond Kingdom mage formed several crystal spikes charing straight at Mimosa. But Klaus quickly opened up his grimoire and created a wall of steel in front of him that withstood a piercing force from the mysterious made's crystal spikes, causing the crystal spikes to shatter upon impact

"Let's go, Yuno, Mora. Back me up!" Klaus ordered.

"Right." Yuno said.

"On it." Mora nodded. "Ares, Athena, get ready."

"Understood." Ares and Athena nodded.

"When we get done with this barbarian, he won't soon forget the power of Clover Kingdom Golden Dawn!" Klaus declared.

Few minutes later, the Diamond Kingdom mage released more crystal spikes at the Golden Dawns. But Klaus fired three spinning steel spiral heads, Yuno unleashed a powerful gust of wind, and Mora released a large blast of fire that shattered the crystal spikes into pieces.

There's so much strength behind his attacks, and he's not even using a grimoire. Klaus thought. No sign of his magic power decreasing either. If this keeps up…

Klaus quickly turned his eyes towards Yuno and Mora.

"Right. Yuno, Mora, I'll stay here and hold him off. You two go on ahead to the Treasure Hall." Klaus ordered.

"He's extremely strong. Are you sure you can handle it without backup?" Yuno asked.

"Stop questioning me and do as I say! We're out of options!" Klaus shouted. "I don't like leaving this task in the hands of a commoner. But for the good of our kingdom, we will complete our mission!"

Yuno and Mora exchanged reluctant looks. They deactivated their magic and ran their way towards the giant metal doors.

"It's about time, you brats." Klaus said.

Then suddenly, the Diamond Kingdom mage trapped Klaus's legs with his crystals.

"No!" Klaus exclaimed.

Several more crystal spikes were heading straight towards Klaus, who looked up without a chance of dodging them.

Suddenly, Yuno and Mora quickly opened up their grimoires. Yuno launched multiple solid wind blades that sliced through the crystal spikes as Mora sent out several fiery butterflies to crush the crystal spikes at fast speed.

Yuno and Mora looked at Mimosa, who was panting slowly as she continued regaining her strength.

"Ares, watch over Mimosa." Mora ordered. "Athena, you're with me."

"I'm on it." Ares nodded.

As Ares flew over to Mimosa, Yuno and Mora looked back at the Diamond Kingdom mage.

"What are you doing, you imbeciles?" Klaus yelled, turning his head to look back at Yuno and Mora. "The mission needs to be your priorities right now!"

"No, sir. You are our friend!" Yuno yelled.

"But we have a mission to complete! And that means getting to the Treasure Hall, even if you two must go alone!" Klaus yelled again.

"First we defeat him. Then we go to the Treasure Hall together." Mora retorted. "So, shut the hell up and let us help you!"

"Time to go, Mora. This ends now." Yuno said to Mora.

"Way ahead of you, Yuno." Mora nodded.

"What are you two…?" Klaus asked.

Yuno manifested a large white hawk-like bird composed of wind streams complete with avian wings and talons. At the same time, multiple solid wind blades were created from opposite sides of him.

"Wind Creation Magic: Engaging Swift White Hawk, paired with Wind Blade Shower." Yuno casted.

Mora materialized a large red serpentine dragon made of solid fire that has two limbs with three-clawed hands. She also created several fiery butterflies swarming around her.

"Fire Creation Magic: Scarlet Red Dragon, paired with Butterfly Blitz." Mora casted.

Klaus looked at Yuno and Mora's spells with a stunned expression on his face.

They're performing a dual-casting? Klaus exclaimed. And one with so much magic power behind it!

"Time to get out of our way, Diamond mage." Yuno said firmly.

"The Golden Dawn will reach the hall first." Mora said seriously.

Yuno and Mora launched their elemental magic attacks directly at the Diamond Kingdom mage altogether. But unfortunately, an enormous sword composed entirely of crystal structures that is made out of roughly cut crystals and a very amorphous surface blade instantly slashed Yuno and Mora's spells effortlessly.

Klaus and Mimosa couldn't believe what they've just witnessed. Athena and Ares's eyes widened in shock.

"What? How is that even possible?" Klaus said with astonishment.

Yuno and Mora panted exhaustingly from using an enormous amount of mana into their spells. But the Diamond Kingdom mage remained in perfect health.

"Begone." The Diamond Kingdom mage said.
