Backstory:

Several years after the death of Hamato Yoshi A.K.A Splinter and Oroku Saki A.K.A Shredder, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles continued to be the protectors of New York city serving as protectors from the shadows, eventually each turtle and their human allies built lives of their own, several even married and had children, Raphael the hot-headed turtle had settled down and married one of the turtles many allies, Alopex the fox mutant Kunoichi and adopted sister of one of the turtles deadliest enemies turned occasional ally, Tigerclaw, soon enough Alopex fell pregnant and gave birth to the half turtle, half fox mutant girl, Chichi Yoshi, trained by both her parents in the arts of Ninjutsu and though they were reluctant at first, they also allowed Chichi "uncle" Tigerclaw to train her in the usage of various types of weapons, but he wasn't the only one, she was also trained by Raphael's old flame, the Salamanderian warrioress, Mona Lisa, eventually she became the only member of the next generation of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to use alien technology and laser blasters, with the combination of both her training, her super speed, incredible agility and grace that she inherited from her mother, her natural battle prowess inherited from her father and the training in technology and weaponry from both her uncle and Mona Lisa, Chichi is a well-rounded and highly capable combatant that is more than a match for even 50 Purple dragon punks combined.

Inspiration for this character:

Raphael, the hot-headed but brave and loyal Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle, in the comics he meets and falls in love with the fox mutant Alopex, in the 2012 TMNT TV version, so I figured why not make a character built around both concepts, instead of Raphael falling for the Salamanderian warrioress, Mona Lisa but meet Alopex first and over their time together fell in love and now in adult years have married and had a child, Chichi Yoshi who not only is trained by her father and uncles but also Mona Lisa, her father's former flame, when I saw the first Salamanderian warrior on the TMNT TV series I was impressed by his technology and I thought how cool it might be if the turtles used alien technology to add to their arsenals (You know, spice things up once in a while or bring some new weapons to the table), so that kind of got me thinking about this character when designing the fighting game characters, so I decided to make the child of Raphael and Alopex and give her Salamanderian technology, sort of like a best of both worlds, not only does she have her father's strength and ferocity but also her mother's speed, grace and agility along with being equipped with the kickass technology of the lizard-like aliens, plus it gives a little bit more versatility to the team as a whole.
