Chapter 1. A strange meeting
Inside the Autobot base, located outside of Jasper, Nevada, the Autobot's medic and scientist, Ratchet, was going over some equations at his station.
So far it's been a quiet day and he quite enjoyed it. Especially with the human children not around. But that soon came to an end when a beeping sound from the monitor caught his attention.
Going over to the main computer, he typed in a few commands to see what was going on. As soon as he did found out what the sensors have located.
He then called out to his leader and old friend "Optimus."
The sound of loud footsteps made him turn to the last of the Primes. Optimus then asked "What have you discovered Ratchet?"
"An Energon deposit. I would recommend we call the team back to seize it before the Decepticon's do." Ratchet says to which Optimus agrees.
"Understood old friend." Optimus says but before he could do so the sounds of three engines come from the main tunnel.
From the tunnel are the rest of Team Prime. The blue motorcycle, Arcee, and her human partner Jack Darby. The green SUV, Bulkhead, and his human partner Miko Nakadai. The yellow and black Camaro, Bumblebee, and his human partner Rafael Esquivel.
"Or not." Ratchet said finding their timing impeccable.
After the children got out of their respective guardians (or in Jacks case dismounted Arcee) the Autobot's transformed into their robot modes.
"Good timing Autobot's. An Energon deposit was just detected on our sensors. We are to retrieve the Energon before the Decepticon's get there first." Optimus told his troops.
"Just let me at them." Arcee says ready to roll.
"Be safe Arcee." Jack says to which the female Autobot gave him a reassuring smile before joining her leader.
"Oh yeah! Time to bend some fenders!" Bulkhead says as he slams his fists together.
"Whoo yeah! Let's take it to 'em!" Miko says with enthusiasm.
"Sorry Miko but you're staying here." Bulkhead apologizes which makes the rock n roll loving teen deflate while giving an 'aw'.
"Be careful Bumblebee." Rafael says to the scout.
"Don't worry Raf. We'll be back." Bumblebee says in beeps and boops. Which the young human can understand.
"Ratchet activate the Ground Bridge." Optimus orders to which Ratchet follows.
As soon as the Ground Bridge is up the leader of the Autobot's says his battle cry "Autobot's transform and roll out!"
Upon his command Arcee, Bulkhead, and Bumblebee transformed into their vehicle modes with Optimus doing the same. Then they all drove through the Ground Bridge.
Once Ratchet saw all of his teammates made it through to other side he deactivated the Ground Bridge.
"So now we wait." Jack says still staring at the Ground Bridge. While he knew their autonomous friends can handle themselves that didn't mean he didn't feel worried since they weren't immortal. The loss of Arcee's partner Cliffjumper was proof of that.
"Uh Jack?" Raf says drawing the older boy's attention. I don't see Miko."
Upon hearing that Jack and Ratchet look around and doesn't see any sign of her. It didn't take long for them to put the pieces together.
"Ugh not again!" Jack says rubbing his head. No doubt Miko snuck out after the Autobot's when no one was looking.
With no time to waste he turn to the oldest Autobot and says "Ratchet you gotta open up the Ground Bridge so I can go get her!"
"What?! Jack it's too dangerous! You wouldn't-" Ratchet tried to say but was interrupted.
"I know that I'm no match for the Cons but neither is Miko. I'll just go through, grab her, and come right back." Jack says hoping the medic will let him go.
While hesitant at first Ratch reopens the Ground Bridge and Jack climbs from the human area before running through.
As soon as Jack makes it through he takes a moment to shake off his disorientation. Soon he hears blaster fire and loud metallic smashing sounds.
Going over to a few boulders he sees the Autobot's engaged with the Decepticons. Optimus is dealing with three drones but looks to be holding his own.
Arcee is using her size and agility to advantage against two drones.
Bumblebee is using boxing moves against a drone and winning.
Bulkhead is sending drone after drone flying with every strike from his maces.
While Jack can't help but be in awe of his metal titanic friends he knew that there wasn't much time until he was spot or killed. Mostly by the Cons.
He had to find Miko and get her out of there. Fortunately it doesn't take long for him to spot her. She was hiding behind some rocks while either taking pictures or recording the fight.
While keeping low but not staying put for long he managed to reach the Japanese exchange student.
"Miko!" Jack called over the blaster fire.
"Hey Jack! Decided to tag and watch the show too huh?" Miko asked with a smile.
"Watch?! Miko this is dangerous! We shouldn't even be here!" Jack says angrily at the reckless girl.
As the two start arguing neither of them are aware of a Decepticon drone coming up behind them. When they notice his metal feet they both look up in fear.
The Vehicon trooper gazed at them menacingly and was aiming his gun at them.
Miko let out a scream which caught the Autobot's attention. Bulkhead seeing this screams "Miko!" He then starts fighting his way through the other Cons but there were too many.
Arcee, Bumblebee, and Optimus also fought their way to reach Jack and Miko. But by the time they would reach them it would be too late.
Just as the Decepticon was about to fire a boulder struck him in the head and knocked it right off.
All Bots and Cons stopped fighting when they saw what happened. Following where the rock came from they saw a particular sight.
Three human youths. One male with black hair, white skin, dark brown eyes, and a black choppy mullet. His clothes are a black shirt over a grey sweater, blue jeans, and black combat shoes. But what was shocking about him was that he was made of stone.
The second human was a girl with long orange hair tied in a ponytail, white skin, and green eyes. Her clothes are a white long sleeve collar shirt under a red sweater, black tights under a black miniskirt, and black high heels. Her hands had pink orbs around them.
The third human was also a girl with short black bobbed hair with straight blunt bangs, white skin, and brown eyes. Her clothes are a black t-shirt under a pink hoodie, a white miniskirt, and white tennis shoes. At least that's what she's wearing under the neon green and black battle armor.
But what was shocking was the creature next to them. To Jack and Miko it looked like a dinosaur with long human like arms.
The dinosaur then did something that surprised them even more. It or he spoke.
"So who else wants some?"
