A/N: So, I'm back! All because of quarantine. This is not how I planned on ending the chapter but it just happened as I was writing it. Sorry.

They'd be here in three days. Seventy-two hours to clean up five months of living. Four thousand three hundred and twenty minutes to stress over if I'd be dropped in my universe too late or too soon. I decided to pack a small bag of keepsakes. Photos Camille had taken of our time together and printed for me. An old smartphone and charger, Camille said that if it worked in my universe we could still talk. A journal I had taken to writing my thoughts of everything down in. A few pairs of my new favorite pants, Camille said they were called leggings. Lastly, if all else fails with the war, a beacon, in a bracelet. To let Camille know if we'd won or not. Always on, unless I were to press it and turn it off, or if something were to happen to me. And above all else the hidden holo disc.

"You ready?"

"Not even close."

"It'll all work out, don't worry."

"I really wish I had your optimism. Maybe then I wouldn't be freaking out so much."

"What part are you freaking out over now?"

"When I'll return. You said yourself time runs differently where I live. What if I'm too late?"

"Did your last call not give you any hints about when they are?"

"No. It was Master Windu I talked to, and you know he doesn't give anymore information then what is necessary."

"Well, let's go be distracted then. Blue picked dinner for tonight I'm just about to leave and pick it come with?"

"It's fried chicken, isn't it?"

"Not just any fried chicken my young Padawan. It's Raising Cane's fried chicken."

Camille had taken to calling Blue, Rocket, Steb, and I all padawans when it came to food. She is right though. The food here on Earth is so much better than all of the war rations we lived on for most of the war and for the boys their lives. Just another thing we'd miss when they come to rescue us. "No," I thought, "These next few nights are for celebrating the time we spent here. Not to feel sad about leaving." So continuing the joke, "Oh, of course, Master. How could I have been so foolish as to assume it was normal fried chicken."

"All is forgiven padawan," she laughed, "So you'll come?"

"Yeah, why not."

In Palpatine's chambers…

The chancellor had just finished speaking to the Senate for the day. What a long day of back and forth getting the Republic nowhere, just what he wanted. "Now for the final part of my plans." Today was it, the day when he would start the fall of the Jedi Order, starting with Anakin. Palpatine knew of the darkness inside of Anakin and how easy it would be to push him towards the dark side. All he had to do now was put doubt in Anakin's mind that the Jedi Council didn't trust him. As he neared his office though the Jedi in question was racing out the door and almost crashed into him. "Anakin, what is the rush?"

"I'm sorry chancellor, but I will have to reschedule our meeting. Ahsoka called. The council needs me, urgently."

"Oh, but of course they need the chosen one. Go my boy. Send me a message when you return."

Anakin ran out of the building rushing no doubt to the temple to be briefed for whatever mission the council needs him for. Palpatine entered his office and sent everyone out and told them not to disturb them. This was not good. His empire relied on the downfall of the Jedi Order, obtaining Anakin was just a bonus. He could not wait much longer. If Anakin didn't come back in time that would mean keeping Dooku longer which was not wanted. And the kriffing padawan was a problem, she had to go and soon. Maybe Dooku could prove his worth and deal with her. At that point he felt Anakin's signature leave the system, not that it mattered, he could always feel his presence, being the Sith Lord had some added benefits. He could sense threats to his power, and that's why the padawan had to go. With her gone, Anakin's fall would be a guarantee. Yes, an accident needed to take place, one where Anakin could only blame the Jedi council and no one else. Alas, that was a problem for a later date, unfortunately, today the senate needed his attention.

A little time passed when Palpatine couldn't sense Anakin. It was like he was masking himself. "Odd," He thought, but went back to work.

Hours passed when, all of a sudden the force shifted back towards the light, something that should not have been happening because of Palpatine. Upon further inspection, he figured out why. There was a new threat entering into his "empire", and something had to be done about it. Reaching out into the mind of the new threat, he saw everything about his plan with Anakin and a determination to stop it. "No! She can't know!" So using a trick he learned from his own master he started putting a mental block around everything that was damming to him and his plan. "There. Try and stop me now Jedi."

"Aaah!", she screamed and grabbed her head, "Something's wrong."

"General? What do you mean?"

She almost fell to the floor. The pain was so bad. That's when she noticed, "I need a pen and paper. Now!"

The supplies were shoved into her hands and she quickly got to work not really knowing what to write but knowing that what she wrote would be all she had until the pain went away. The three people close to her seemed to all pass out, but she couldn't tell. She had to finish this word. She clutched the paper to her chest, her life… no everyone's life depended on this paper she had to get it to safety. Her surroundings started to go dark and she felt the floor and could hear frantic voices but it didn't matter…. Nothing…. mat...tered… but…. the...pap..er…..
