Chapter 1
Loki had done it again. He had went down to Midgard and created chaos, as it was his speciality. He may or may not have made a bank explode. Oh, the panic it caused! It was simply fabulous! But now when his father got wind of this, Loki had to face the anger and disappointment. Odin was red in the face and was on the verge of shaking with anger. Loki just continued with inspecting his nails, pretending to not care.
After a few moments, Odin calmed himself and glared at his son.
"Loki, since you show no remorse towards your actions against the humans on Midgard, I sentance you to banishment until you learn how to repent of your crimes. You shall live like a mortal human and your memories shall be bound. When you have showed yourself worthy, only then will you be able to return." Odin slammed his staff on the floor. Magic was felt in the air as the staff's power eagerly carried out his sentance.

Harry Potter was no ordinary boy. That much was certain. No one dared to pick on him. The citzens of Privet Drive had seen the pattern, you see. If you did something to him, something would happen to you. Not anything serious, of course, just small, annoying things like that your shoes showed up on your own roof or that your car keys were found in the most unlikely places. No one knew how he did it, but everyone knew that it was Harry Potter that caused it. No one bothered him too much after that. Of course, Harry Potter sometimes got bored. And when he did, he turned his teacher's hair to blue or sent a bunch of snakes on his cousin Dudley. Harry himself didn't know how he did it, but it was fun! His relatives didn't really bother him either. It was, of course, obvious that they didn't necessarilylikehim either but Harry didn't really mind. As long as they left him alone, he didn't care. He, at least, had the second bedroom instead of the cupboard under the stairs as he had before.
And this was the way life was for the young Harry Potter. Until that letter, that is...
...
The day started normally. Harry woke up, put on some clothes and walked down the stairs. He picked up the mail on the doormat on his way to the kitchen and put the mail on the kitchen table. But something caught his eye. Was that really what he thought it was? He picked up one of the letters and began reading.

Was that a letter… addressed to him?! He immediately ripped it open.

Harry stared at the letter for two long minutes. He was a wizard?! A fucking wizard?! A real wand waving wizard who does magic tricks?! Is that why weird things always happened around him? No... this had to be some kind of joke. But something told him it wasn' could remember it clear as day; The teacher's hair turning blue at a thought, the talking snakes, his ability to actually change appearance at will… yes. He could understand why. What did they mean by"we await your owl",though? Is that how they exchanged letters in the wizarding culture? Weird… Oh well, he could just do his magic thingy and have a letter transported there. He opened the list of things he needed tobuy to go to this school.

Where the fuck was he supposed to find all of this? He doubted that this was something he could find in any normal shop. Was there any way to get a teacher to escort him? He started writing a letter himself at that thought.
He put the letter at the desk and put his hand over it. Immediately a green light surrounded the letter and it disappeared in a puff of green smoke. Now he only had to wait.
...
Minerva McGonagall sat in her office. It was a totally normal day. Or so she thought. A green puff of smoke appeared in front of her, revealing a letter. She stared at it for a few seconds before she opened it.
Dear Professor McGonagall
I accept your offer of a place at Hogwarts school for witchcraft and wizardry. But I'm afraid that I don't know where to buy all of these things. Would it be possible to get a teacher at your school to escort me?
Yours sincerely,
Harry James Potter
Ps. I own no owl so this was the best solution.
Harry Potter? Wait. Had a boy of eleven without any magical knowledge really managed to transport his letter straight to her, and managed to get past theHogwarts wards?! How?! She shook her head. What was going on with the world? She sighed and wrote a reply.
...
Dear Mr Potter,
I can personally escort you to Diagon Alley (the shopping centre in the wizarding world). If you are free on Thursday morning, I can come and explain a bit about the magical world and then show you where to go shopping. Does that sound good to you?
Yours sincerely,
Minerva McGonagall
Deputy Headmistress
It was Thursday in just a few days. Success! He had successfully managed to get an escort early! He wrote a quick reply and went to bed with a smile on his face.
