So I may have made it seem like Batgirl is going to be among the strongest heros in DC that is not the intention. The intent was to make her closer to Wonder Woman than Supergirl. Also I didn't just give him the UFC for fun though it will be fun writing some background storylines for it there is a plan there. Also I didn't change my mind on the magical UK they simply wont be a major plot point. Also I haven't decided on if Hermione should end up with Dick originally I thought they could have some responsible fun together but the more I write this the more I think they could work as a couple review with your thoughts.

While Harry and company are enjoying their remaining time in Vegas Gringotts was busy dealing with Lexcorp. As soon as it was confirmed that Harry had become the majority shareholder and could make changes unopposed they went in as soon as the staff went home for the day and began to go through the files they had to determine who to keep and who to fire. They also went through and removed all remote access to the network. The number of projects they discovered that would generate whole new revenue streams as Luthor was stupid enough to patent everything he ever made to use a villain under the company.

When Lex shows up the next day to go into the board room and yell at his engineers that they are moving to slow he finds his key card won't access the building. He flags down the security guard at the desk and after the guard arrives Lex begins speaking "I don't know what happened but my key card won't unlock the door. As CEO its very important I get in I have projects that are very time sensitive. Can you just let me in and I'll figure out what's going on?"

The guard looks at him before speaking "If your badge doesn't work then you no longer work for this company. Its really that simple. Even of I wanted to let you in I can't today. New ownership is going over all the records both personnel and business. So your going to have to leave. If you have a problem call this number and take it up with them." He hands Lex a business card and closes the door.

Lex is stunned by what he just heard but takes the card anyway and looks down at it. Seeing the name Marauder Inc and a phone number Lex goes to his car and pulls out his cell phone. He calls the number on the card and the phone is answered after the second ring.

"Marauder Inc how may I help you?" Says a gravely voice

"My name is Lex Luthor owner and CEO of Lexcorp and I was just told I was fired and my company was under new management. I need to know how this happened as yesterday I was the CEO and today I can't even get in my building." Lex states anger simmering just below the surface.

"Ah yes I see here Lexcorp was a recent addition with the acquisition happening yesterday. You do of course still own your shares but they currently 40% is mot the majority share. When we found out about your dalliances with the law we realized we needed to go in a different direction. We will of course offer you a deal on all your shares. Considering we are going to tear Lexcorp down and sell off the best assets to our other companies we feel $10,000 for all your shares is more than fair. Especially since they will be worthless in a matter of months." The voice explains

Lex growls and smashes the phone "Mercy take me to my lawyers office I have a wrong to right."

Mercy nods and they take off to the lawyers office. Once they arrive Lex is shown up to his lawyer. "What can I do for you today Mr. Luthor? No more legal trouble I hope?" His lawyer asks.

Lex shakes his head "Someone has fired me from Lexcorp and they say I don't have the shares to stop it. I thought I made sure to always have at least 51% so this would never happen."

His lawyer sits down behind his desk before starting again "Well after your last bit of legal trouble you had to sell off several shares dropping you down to around 40% the idea was to rebuy them quietly over the next year but clearly that didn't happen. How they got enough o swing a new owner is concerning though. We will look into this. Anything else I can help you with?"

Lex sits on the couch in the office and responds "Yeah look up Marauder Inc they are the ones who supposedly own the company. Also they offered me $10,000 for all my stock after saying they are going to destroy Lexcorp and use it for spare parts. I have things in there that need to never see the light of day. This could be a problem as they are doing a full review as we speak."

The lawyer blanches at that knowing the type of man Luthor is. "We will get an injuction filled immediately and have them cease everything. I have a few judges who owe me a few favors. We will get this all figured out. Do you have a number for Marauder Inc?"

Lex hands over the business card before walking out. He stops at the door "See that you get this fixed as soon as possible. I would hate to have to resort to drastic measures." He then leaves and heads back down to his car and heads to his mansion.
