Yes I used the name from Fury Cutter Journey through the Kaleidoscope - But it was such a good name that I had to use it.
Unlike Fury Cutter fanfic where Shirou is just starting out or is on his Kamen Rider Journey. My version of Shirou has not only completed his journey, but trained with his powers to new heights.

Taking a deep breath - Shirou couldn't get enough of it - so this is what peace feels like… A decade or so has passed and Shirou couldn't believe this wasn't a dream. But he is living in it, the present.
From a scared child who lost his parents to a warrior - Shirou has learnt one thing - Heroes are simply not meant to be.
To have a hero would to imply that there needs to be a villain. The reason why Shirou fought was so that there was no need to fight anymore.
Sure he still occasionally goes out to fight but… He leaves the fate of Humanity to his juniors.
Clash Clang
Suddenly his heightened caught something - the clashing of weapon - near the school.
Under the cover of the night, Shirou leapt from building to building as he landed on a rooftop, and he saw something that surprised him.
2 man in leotard fighting, one wielding 2 daggers and the other a spear - a spear that is covered in the smell of fresh blood.
Widening his eyes Shirou knew he had to stop this. So with a leap he fell to the ground and landed with a roll.
Archer and Lancer immediately stopped and turn around to look at Shirou. Archer eyes widen as he look at his younger self… That's not him at all - he looks more… Confident, mature, and wise. Was this a different timeline?
Lancer sighed as he said "Look kid - no big deal but gotta kill you now - master order"
"You have a master?" Shirou asked "who? But… I do like to see you try and kill me" Shirou said with a smile - the one you give to a child brandishing a stick
This really pissed off Lancer as he charged at Shirou but Shirou just raised his arms up and stopped Lancer full momentum
"You know…" Shirou said his left arm out of his pocket "The reason why I fight… Is so that one day, with my own 2 eyes, there will no longer be a need to fight... So this is my HENSHIN"
As those words left Shirou mouth - his left arm begun to condense and expand into a black hue as it lengthen - Surprising everyone as Shirou throws Lancer through the sky.
"What the - Blurg how!" Rin shouted in surprise as the rest of Shirou body morphs into a... monster. How did a Magical Beasts manage to attend school and do random repairs!?
'What the fuck happened to me in this timeline' Emiya thought as he looked at the fully monstrous version of Shirou, a being that seems to resemble a humanoid stag beetle composed of black muscles and red carapace as armor.
This is the first Heisei hero - Kamen Rider Kuuga.
With a flying roundhouse kick - Kuuga kicked a falling Lancer through several walls - before running through them

Cú Chulainn groaned as he got up, fuck that kick hurt - it was even more than that Berserker from earlier - 'Lancer, you need to retreat now' Yeah yeah got it you coward - jeez if it weren't for that golden guy tha- Wait why are there a bunch of people?
Around Lancer formed a crowd of people who just so happened to have heard the commotion of several walls being crashed through - Lancer isn't really big on modern magus social norm but he knows exposure of magecraft to common populace ain't a good thing 'Lancer, on second thought, by this command seal kill them all' Fucker
But before Lancer was forced to carry out that order... Kuuga stepped out from the walls - Well more like he jumped and crashed through the wall (there was already a hole there? You Hypocrite) as he crouched on impact, his claws ready to slice and his... Mandibles (?) opening up as he growl
[Pov Switch: Rin and Archer]
'Oh shit oh shit oh shit!' Rin mentally cursed as she almost had a breakdown... ALMOST... A Tohsaka is supposed to always be elegant. Ok lets just have Archer hold off Shirou or whatever it's from attacking everyone and erase the civilian minds later, maybe ask Lancer or his master for a temporary truth.
But before she can put her plan into motion she hears... Cheering?
"Ganbare Kuuga!" "Go Kuuga Go!" "OMG IT'S THE FIRST KAMEN RIDER!" "kya~ KUUGA!" "Hey Kuuga do you remember me! I was once saved by you last year!"
And to Rin (and Archer shocked) Shirou/Kuuga gave a thumbs up to the cheering crowd
[Fight!]
Kuuga rushed up to Cú as he tried to use Gáe Bolg to strike at Kuuga. Only for Kuuga shoulder roll and use his outstretched arm to strike Cú in the face
'Fuck! This kid - he may be young but... I think he has more combat experience than I do!' Cú mentally thought as he felt his jaw broke - No It's completely torn off 'How strong is he?' Cú tried to use the momentum of his spin to at least get a strike on Kuuga only for the spear to be completely stopped on it tracks by his hand. 'Hey Kirei! I don't think I can win against this guy in term of physical abilities or combat! Permission to use Noble Phantasm' Cú asked as he felt his innards caved in, 'Fuck I felt that punch to the top of my head... Am I flying?' Cú realized as he was sent flailing through the sky 'Permission granted' '!' Giving a devious smile Cú resummons Gáe Bolg

As Kuuga took a step back - he felt it - His heart was pierced... Well that would have been a problem wouldn't it...
'! What!? How did survive Gáe Bolg!' Cú thought as he looked at Kuuga who was raising both of his hand into the air the Barbed Spear still firmly lodged in his heart 'Is he gathering Prana?'
As Kuuga finish his posing, he unleased a massive shockwave of energy as Kirei tried to summon Lancer back - only for Lancer to not dematerialized.
Underneath Kuuga feet is a symbol... A symbol that long existed before fire itself - The Gurongi symbol for fist/punch. "ROAR!" with a primal scream and the cheers of the people, Kuuga took a few steps, each of them destroying the ground as yellow energy sparks off from the impact, before he jumped to the air and kicked Lancer away
[roughly 600 Miles (1000 Kilometer) away from Earth - Exosphere]
'Ok seriously how am I not dead yet' Lancer thought as he rushed toward the vacuum of space - like seriously, he felt like he should have died already... Is there a record for slowest death in exis-

And with the force of several Tsar bombs - Lancer became light.
And that's a wrap... So to answer a few question any of you might have
1. How strong is Kuuga? Well for starters let look at Goku - When Goku first used Super Saiyan God it was his strongest transformation. But now in recent continuity - Goku Base form is just as strong. So in that case - when Shirou achieved Ultimate Kuuga - All of his base forms were elevated to the same power as his rising form (Maybe even slightly beyond it) and vice versa as Rising is merely a multiplier like the Super Saiyan transformation
2. How did Kuuga survive Gáe Bolg? Well he simply grew another heart. The Arcle does make it user continuously evolve into a biological weapon and Onodera somehow evolved into being capable of using the Aurora Curtain A.K.A Multiversal travel. So it's not a stretch to assume Shirou can just grow an extra heart
3. Kuuga technically classify as a Phantasmal Species, Now whilst the official source said Riku is only a millennia old, there is no way (On an evolutionary stand point) to explain the Gurongi as they are technically 'evolution'. In this way I decided to make the Gurongi as old if not older than Humanity and were once the 'Prime species' of Earth until Riku sealed them all. In fact Riku defeated N-Daguva-Zeba with just his base form. (Questionable at best)
4. The reason why Lancer couldn't retreat was due to Kuuga abilities to easily manipulate atoms (How do you think he create those weapons), and I am not sure how it would interact with spiritual bodies but I am willing to say that once he got Rising Ultimate he can manipulates subatomic particles - easily messing with a servant Spiritual body - And it did say that he has a number of mystical ability and never specified what it is so I kinda made it up lol
5. Kuuga looks like his S.I.C form cause why not? It's what Kuuga technically should have looked like as a biological weapon

A skill that Shirou hates due to being a Biological weapon meant to destroy the Earth and kill humanity. This skill make it so that he has an absolute advantage against Primates. It was originally EX but due to Shirou morality and heroism, it has been degraded to B-, only making it so that when facing Primates, Shirou will always have above 50% chance of victory
Adaptation (Ex)
The ability to not only copy but adapt to any sort of physical stimuli, this abilities allows Shirou to counter any abilities even whilst battling it. This skill is powerful enough to even adapt to True magic itself.
Master of 2000 skills (A+)
A composite skills of Inherent Wisdom and Librarian of stored knowledge, this skill is the crystallization of Shirou mastery over 2000 different skills. From his first skill of Cooking to his 2000th skill of doing a Rider Kick. It has slowly expanded to many other esoteric skills like operating a time machine
Noble Phantasm
Arcle: Continuous evolution (Ex, Anti-Humanity)
The Arcle, an artifact from ancient time first wielded by Riku in his crusade against the Gurongi species, whom he managed to either kill or seal. Several eon later it found Shirou during the Fuyuki fire, bonding with him on a cellular level as it integrated with him. The Arcle was created to transform its user into the ultimate biological weapon, the perfect predator that can hunt anything. Capable of perfectly adapting to any scenario. However Shirou used this power to fight against the Gurongi and start off a legacy
Kamen Rider: Heisei Generation Forever (Ex, Anti-evil)
The ultimate Noble Phantasm that belongs to the first Kamen Rider, who bravely stood against the cruelty of the Gurongi. His fight with N-Daguva-Zeba will go down as the stuff of legends and inspire many future people, of different genders, ethnicity, origins, to use the power they have in hand to fight against evil... As Kamen Riders. This skill will allow Shirou to summon the many Kamen Riders who have become his juniors (with the exception of a few)
