Author Notes: Hey, you guys welcomed back for another Chapter of To Love Ru Continued: The Harem Plan here's chapter 3. I hoped you guys would like and enjoyed it.
Last time Rito, Lala, Nana and Momo went to the grocery store and meet up with Haruna her older sister was gonna be out of town for a few days she asked Rito to stay over at the house and he answered. Later that night they have ramen for dinner.
Next the day Rito, Lala and Haruna were walking to Run's contest together and decided to pick up some sweets for Run. Rito tells Lala and Haruna about the Harem Plan and there were other girls in love with him. The two girls said that they would the Harem Plan that makes them happy.
Meanwhile, Stain sends a dropship to Earth.

Chapter 3: Run
Sunset at an outdoor stadium.
A massive concert is about to begin. Hundreds of teenage fans flood the seats. The lightning team, sound crew and band are all setting up on stage; all that's missing are two leading ladies.
In the dressing room, everyone appears distressed.
''Just relax, Run.'' said a vocal coach. ''Now try it again.''
Run sits in a chair, all dressed up, wearing makeup, and ready to perform. Except when she opens her mouth to sing, it comes off flat and hoarse. She's lost her voice.
''T-This can't be happening.'' she panicked.
The vocal coach releases a sigh. ''Looks like allergy season's gotten to you, dear. I'm sorry but won't be able to sing for a while.'
Run, Kyouko, Ren, the makeup artists, the costume designers and the manger are all speechless.
The manager cleared his throat and spoke up. ''Okay, okay, everybody calms down. We can fix this. We've got thousands of Run's songs on record. We'll just play one during the show, and she'll up-sync as she dances. Is that alright, Run, sweetie?'' he asked.
Run's body trembles. ''But I...''
''Apologizes, everyone.'' spoke up Kyouko. ''Could you give us the room for a moment?'' she asked.
''Of course.'' replied the manager.
Before Ren leaves, she pats Run's shoulder to comfort her.
''You'll do just fine.'' he told her.
''Thanks, Ren.'' responded Run.
Ren gives her a smile, and vacates the room with the others, leaving Kyouko and Run alone.
Kyouko kneels down in front of her friend. ''Don't worry, Run. We've done this a million times. And I'll help you anyway I can out there. The show's gonna be great.''
''Thanks, Kyouko.'' said Run as her eyes become misty. But... I asked Rito to come tonight. I promised him I would sing just for him. Now I can't even sing at all.''
Kyouko grabs a tissue and dries the tears from Run's eyes. ''Hey, now, those girls spent hours on your makeup. Don't go ruining it over some silly allergies. Listen, voice or not, Rito's gonna love you up there. I'm sure he will.
Run shakes her head. ''He doesn't love me. At least not the way I love him. And the whole reason I became a pop idol was so that one day he could. I do sing, Kyouko. Especially with you. But I...I...''
Kyouko hugs Run before she starts crying again. ''There, there. It's gonna be okay, Run. I promise. I'm sure he'd love our song.''
Outside, an endless line of excited fans waits their turn to enter the stadium, including the rambunctious Mr. Principal.
''Let me in! I wanna see those girls so badly, woo-hoo-hoo-hooo!'' yelled the perverted old man.
His behavior gets so out of whack, two security guards seize him, and drag him away from the event.
''Wait, no! Let me in, please! Ayeeeee!'' he yelled as he's hauled off.
Over by the emergency exit door, Ren scrolls on his phone as he leans against the wall, waiting for someone.
''Hey, Ren!'' shouted a familiar voice.
Ren turns to see Lala coming his way. He blushes, smiles, and opens his mouth to speak. But before he could say anything to Lala, she pulls Rito into view. Ren's smile becomes a soul frown.
Lala, Rito, Haruna, Mikan, Yami, Momo, Yui, Nana and Mea approached Ren, all wearing their VIP passes on lanyards around their necks.
''Hey, Lala, everyone.'' greeted Ren. ''Thanks for coming.''
''Thank you for the VIP treatment.'' said Lala.
''No trouble at all. Come one, I'll show you around.'' Ren told them.
He opens the door and leads the group through the backstage area.
Meanwhile, a dropship lands on the back of the stadium. The dropship opened up and a figure engulfed from it. It was a man with green hair and a small stubble. His left eye is orange, while his right one is green. He wears a black and white suit, black hat, blue shirt, white shoes and a red tie.
He looked his surroundings.
''So, this is Earth. I made it.'' he took out a picture of Rito. ''Now to find this Rito Yuuki.''
He walked off towards the stadium.
The crew carries on while the group takes in the sights.
''Wow, this is incredible.'' beamed Mikan.
''No kidding. I've never been backstage at a concert before.'' said Yui.
''Not bad for a couple of Earthlings.'' commented Nana.
''Oh, Nana, behave yourself.'' quipped Momo.
''They have taiyaki here as well.'' noticed Yami, already eating from her own bag of taiyaki.
''Ooh, and shaved ice too.'' added Mea.
''Hey, Ren, where are Run and Kyouko?'' asked Haruna.
''Oh, they're still in the dressing room getting ready for the show.'' replied Ren.
''Any chance we could wish them good luck before they go? Please, Ren?'' questioned Lala.
''Uh, sorry, Lala.'' apologized Ren. ''You'll have to wait until after the show to see them.''
''Ah.'' pouted Lala.
''Hey, uh, Ren.'' said Rito with a stupid look on his face.
''What?'' inquired Ren.
''Where's the restroom?'' asked Rito in disbelief.
The figure had entered the stadium disguising as a security guard.
He was searching for Rito and saw the boy wearing towards the restroom and he smirked.
''I found him.'' he stated.
He followed him quietly.
Later in the restroom, Rito washes his hands in the sink.
With no one else around, he started talking to himself in the mirror. ''Hi, Run. Listen, you and I have been through a lot... No, that's stupid. Uh, hey, Run. Wow, you look very pretty... stop... Hello, Run. I just want to say that I... I... ugh!''
He grabs his head with both hands, and furiously scratches his hair.
''Why is this so hard?'' he thought. ''I just did this with Lala and Haruna, no sweat. Then again, they were okay with sharing me. Will Run feel the same? What if she doesn't? Man, this harem stuff ain't easy.''
Suddenly, the door bursts open, and Ren stomps inside.
''Ren?'' asked Rito.
Without warning, Ren grabbed Rito by the collar, and slammed him against the wall.
Rito grabbed his wrists. ''Hey, what're you-''
''You're marrying Lala?!'' barked Ren, his eyes full of pain and betrayal.
''How did you know that?'' asked Rito.
''Lala told me.'' answered Ren.
''Of course she did. Being the naive girl she is. Then again, it's not like I told her to keep it a secret.'' thought Rito.
He releases Ren's wrists and looks him in the eye.
''Yes, I am marrying Lala.'' he declared. ''When I become king of Deviluke.''
Ren tightened his grip on Rito's collar, but Rito doesn't react. He takes it, preparing for whatever comes next.
The door opens, and a random man enters the bathroom. But he stops as he sees Ren pinning Rito against all, both glaring at him. Sensing something violent going on and not wanting to get involved, the man lifts his hands, and slowly retreats back through the door, leaving Ren and Rito alone.
Ren resumes starting daggers at Rito.
Ren sighed, he releases Rito and hunches over the sink. ''I love her. I have for a long time. But she's always loved you.''
''I'm sorry, Ren.'' apologized Rito.
Awkward silenced fills the air, neither boy knowing what they should to say or do.
''Listen, uh, let's talk about this later.'' suggested Rito, walking to the door. ''We should get back to the others.''
''What about Ren?'' inquired Ren.
Rito stops before he reaches the door.
''She's loved you all this time too, you know.'' stated Ren. ''So, what're gonna tell her now that you've chosen Lala?''
Rito turns around, faces Ren and prepares to say something.
Unkown to them the figure was listening by the door.
On the stage, Run and Kyouko stared at the legions of fans from behind the curtains.
''Wow, we've drawn quite a crowd.'' noted Kyouko.
''Mmm-hmm.'' muttered Run, still upset over her voice.
Just then, the lights illuminate, and smoke fills the stage. It's showtime.
Kyouko nudges Run with encouragement. ''Run, you got this.''
Then she struts onto stage.
''Yeah. I got this.'' said Run.
She takes a deep breath and walks out on stage.
The crows goes wild as soon as they see the girls.
Run stares at everyone. Although she has done this a million times, she suddenly feels nervous and overwhelmed. Without her voice, her legs start to quiver.
''Run, Kyouko, good luck!'' yelled Lala.
She stands with the other girls behind the curtains, cheering her heart out.
Rito and Ren joined them, finishing their discussion in the restroom.
The band started to play. The crowd goes even wilder. Lala and the others clap to the beat.
Kyouko starts dancing, and Run follows suit.
Maybe it's the music or the party vibes, but no one notices Run's ridded dance movements; no one expert Ren and Rito.
''You see it, don't you?'' implied Ren.
''What's wrong with her?'' asked Rito.
''She's lost her voice.'' replied Ren.
''What?'' asked Rito. ''Then why would she-''
''Because she wanted to sing for YOU!'' shouted Ren. ''That's my sister out there, Rito. What are gonna do about this?''
Rito looked at him, and then stared at Run. He could tell from her eyes just how insecure and scared she feels, even if no one else does.
''Run!'' he called out.
She doesn't respond.
''Run, you can do this!'' he yelled.
She still couldn't hear him; the music and fans are too loud.
Rito looks around and saw some bullhorns. And an idea comes to him. He ran over and grabbed a bullhorn. Ren watches him grabbing one and give the smallest of grateful smiles.
Yui noticed Rito grabbed a bullhorn. ''Yuuki? What's he doing?''
''To make something right.'' replied Ren, cryptically.
Back on the stage, Kyouko belts out her lyrics.
The crowd cheers and dances.
Any second now, it would be Run's turn to Sing; with no voice to sing with. And, unbeknownst to her, no recorded songs to lip-sync with either. Behind the curtains, Rito turned on bullhorn lower so Run could hear him.
''Run!'' shouted Rito.
His voice caught Run's attention. Run turned down and her eyes meet with Rito's.
''Rito?'' she asked.
And for a split second, everything is quiet.
The crowd, the music, everything. It's as if the whole world just fades away.
Rito stared at Run. He smiles and gives her a thumbs-up and nodded and went back to the others.
Run's eyes beam with joy.
''That's right.'' thought Run. ''How could I ever doubt it? As long as Rito's there, watching me, I can do anything, Rito, my love, this for you.''
The split second is over. Everything goes back to normal.
Kyouko finished her lyrics and looks to Run, her turn to sing.
In the sound booth, the manger loses it.
''No, no, no!'' he screamed.
He and the sound guy put their hands over their head, bracing themselves for the worst.
Back on stage, Run opened her mouth and sings.
Her voice is perfect.
Her energy, spirit and joy echo throughout the entire stadium. This is the best she's ever sounded.
Kyouko is amazed. Everyone in the sound booth, including the sweaty manger, are mystified. Behind the curtains, Rito, Ren, Lala and the others are ecstatic.
Run and Kyouko dance and sing together. They finished the song with fireworks exploding in the background.
Rito, Ren, Lala and the other girls and the whole crowd their hearts out. Everyone in the sound booth, including the manger, applaud like crazy.
On the stage, Run and Kyouko embrace and enjoyed.
''See?'' asked Kyouko. ''I told you got this.''
''Thanks, Kyouko.'' said Run.
Before they could do anything, everyone heard an explosion.
''What the?!'' asked Haruna, shocked.
''What was that?!'' asked Yui surprised.
Suddenly, robot drones flew into the stadium from the roof and the figure where earlier walked up to them.
Everyone from the crowd and the crew ran away screaming.
Rito and the others went to in front of the stage.
''Who the heck is that?'' asked Nana.
''I don't know.'' replied Momo.
''Whoever he is. He's bad news.'' pointed out Yami.
''Yeah.'' agreed Mea.
The figure walked in front of the group, and he was focus on Rito.
''Rito Yuuki.'' he addressed.
''Y-Yes?'' he asked.
''I'm Sven and I've come to Earth by my leader for only thing.'' introduced the figure now named Sven.
''And that would that be?'' asked Rito in disbelief.
Sven smirked and took out a gun. ''To kill you.'' he answered.
''What?!'' yelled Rito.
Sven pulled the trigger and before he could shoot, both Run and Kyouko stranded in front of Rito, protecting him. Along Lala, Yami, Mean, Momo, and Nana.
''Listen here, pal!'' began Kyouko.
''I don't know who do think you are!'' shouted Lala.
''Scaring our fans away and then you said you came here to killed Rito!'' yelled Run, angrily.
''Well, well isn't Princess Lala, Princess Momo, and Princess Nana of Deviluke. Also, the legendary Golden Darkness and Redhead Mea.'' smug Sven.
''Who are you?'' demanded Yami.
''I'm Sven. And like I said once. I was sent here by my leader to killed Rito Yuuki.'' explained Sven.
''Who is your leader?'' asked Nana.
''And is for to know and you to find out. Now step aside so I can kill Rito Yuuki.'' Sven told them.
''I don't think so!'' yelled a voice.
Everyone turned around and saw Zastin standing behind them with his sword.
''Zastin!'' cried Lala.
''I was walking on the streets when I saw an explosion and good thing I came fast as I could.'' explained Zastin.
''Oh, and who are you?'' asked Sven.
''I am Zastin! Captain of the Deviluke Royal Guard. And I look after the Princesses Lala, Nana and Momo as well as Rito Yukki the future King.'' answered Zastin.
''Well, I'm Sven and I was sent here to kill Rito Yuuki.'' smirked Sven. ''But since you are in my way. You leave with no choice. Get him!''
The robots charged at Zastin. He swung his sword as it slashed through one. He turned to everyone. ''Go! I'll take care of them!'' he told them.
The teens nodded. They started to run off.
''Man, why is someone after me?'' asked Rito as he and the others running.
''If I had to guess I'd say it has something to with the throne.'' elaborated Yami.
''Lala, do you know who wanted the throne?'' Mikan asked her.
''I don't know. Daddy have been busy looking for a successor.'' answered Lala. ''It could be anyone.''
''So, whoever they are. They're after Rito.'' stated Nana.
''I agreed we have to get Rito out of here.'' retorted Momo.
''There is another exit door in back we should be able to get out of the stadium and get somewhere safe.'' informed Run.
''Follow us!'' called out Kyouko.
The group followed both Run and Kyouko.
Back with Zastin. He continued fighting the robots one by one until there was one left. Zastin swung his sword as hard as he could and slashed it through. Sven saw that his robots were destroyed.
''I'm impress you managed to beat my robots.'' complimented Sven.
''Why, thank you.'' smirked Zastin.
Then Sven saw that Rito, and the others were gone.
''Where are Rito Yuuki and those other girls and boy?'' asked Sven.
''They got away.'' answered Zastin with a grin.
Sven gritted. ''I can't fail yet. My leader wants him dead.''
Then Sven activated rocket boots on his feet and flew through the destroyed roof.
''Oh no you don't!'' Zastin flew after him.
Streets of Sainan...
Rito and the others were running down the streets of the city. They stopped running.
''What are going to be do?'' asked Haruna.
''Do what?'' asked a voice.
They turned around and saw Mikado, Oshizu and Tearju.
''Ms. Mikado, Oshizu, and Ms. Tearju?'' asked Rito. ''What are you doing here?''
''We could ask the same for you.'' replied Mikado.
''We were going out to eat and then we heard an explosion at the stadium.'' explained Oshizu.
''Anyway, what happened?'' questioned Tearju.
''Well, it happened when me and Kyouko were singing. I couldn't sing at first until Rito called out to me.'' explained Run.
''After we finished singing the roof of the stadium blow up.'' inputted Kyouko.
''And then a guy named Sven showed up with robots.'' added Ren.
''He said that came to killed Rito for his leader.'' finished Lala.
''Rito?'' asked both Mikado and Tearju in surprised.
''Why would someone want Rito dead?'' asked Oshizu.
''We think it has something to do with the throne.'' theorized Nana.
''It's that so then we need to get Rito somewhere safe.'' suggested Tearju.
''Agreed we should head to my clinic.'' suggested Mikado.
''I wouldn't be sure of that!'' Everyone looked in the sky and saw Sven.
''Oh no he found us!'' cried Yui.
Sven landed down on the ground.
'"That's right, little lady. Now to finish my mission.'' Sven aimed his gun at Rito.
Before Sven could even fire his gun. Suddenly a dark energy beam was fired at him sending him back.
''What?!'' asked Yami and Mea in shocked.
Everyone turned around to see Rito was the one who fired the blast with his hands out.
''Did you that, Rito?'' asked Run.
''No. Unless.'' he answered with a realization.
Suddenly, Nemesis' head popped out from Rito's chest.
''That was me.'' giggled Nemesis.
''Nemesis?!'' asked Yami, Mea, and Tearju.
''Nemesis how long have you been in my body?'' demanded Rito.
''I was walking towards the stadium when I saw an explosion. Then saw you and everyone were running away from that Sven guy, and I'm entered in your body without you looking.'' explained Nemesis.
''Well, it's a good that you came just in time. Or I would've been done for good.'' sighed Rito in relief.
Then Sven got back on his feet and saw Lala, Momo, Nana, Yami, Mea, Run, Kyouko, and Zastin who arrived as well.
''Lower you weapons and surrender peacefully.'' demanded Zastin with his blaster aiming at Sven's chest.
Sven looked at Zastin and the girls and they were protecting Rito. Then he looked at Rito as he stands back up.
''I will leave this to another one of my comrades.'' Sven then took out a remote and pushed a button. A seconds later he was teleport away.
After Sven was gone, everyone was wondering going on here?
''Who was jerk?'' asked Nana.
''And why would someone want the throne?'' wondered Haruna.
''That's what I'd like to know.'' replied Lala, angrily. ''Whoever they are they're after Rito!''
''He also said that has comrades meaning he's not alone.'' pointed out Yami.
''There could be more of them out there.'' added Mea.
''More of those guys will come after me.'' sighed Rito.
''Rito, did said who his leader was?'' Mikado asked him.
''No, he just said that it's for him to know and you to find out.'' he answered.
''Either way, I have a feeling that we will not see the last of him or his comrades that he mentioned.'' pointed out Momo.
''He'll come back eventually; but we should probably repair the stadium.'' suggested Rito.
''Good idea.'' agreed Yui.
''We'll help too.'' spoke up Mikado.
Everyone including Mikado, Oshizu, and Tearju went back to the stadium to cleaned and repaired the mess that Sven had done.
Rito, Haruna, Yui, Mikan, Yami, Mea, Nana, Momo, Nemesis, Mikado, Tearju, and Oshizu were sweeping the floors. While Lala, was repairing the roof with her tools.
A few minutes they were finished clearing and repairing. The crew packs up for the night after the show was off.
The group prepared to go home.
''There all finished.'' said Rito.
''Woo! That was so much fun!'' cheered Lala.
''It sure was.'' agreed Haruna. ''Hey, Lala, if you're free tomorrow, you wanna come over to bake Run's thank you cake?'' she asked.
''Yeah, I'd love to.'' responded Lala.
''In that case, I think I'll bake one for Kyouko.'' said Mikan.
''That sounds wonderful Mikan.'' replied Yami. ''Would it be alright if I assisted you?''
''Huh? Well, um...'' mumbled Mikan, remembering the last time Yami tried, and spectacularly failed, to cook.
''I know I'm not the chef you are, but I'd still like to help.'' insisted Yami.
Mikan looked at her, gives in and smiles. ''And I'd love for you to help, Yami. Of course you can.''
''Thank, you Mikan.'' replied Yami, smiling back.
Rito just something and there that he needed do.
''You guys go ahead. I'll catch up.'' Rito told them.
''Why?'' asked Nana.
''There's something that I need do.'' answered Rito.
He walked off.
''I wondered where he's going to do?'' asked Yui.
''He has something to take care.'' smirked Mea.
Momo was in deep thoughts.
'''It is sure what Mea said.'' she thought. ''Rito would go and do it.''
She blushes and looks ahead at Lala and Haruna.
''And think, he'd actually, Finally, go through with Project Harem. It's only natural he'd start with Big Sis and Haruna. And now's going after run.''
Momo and the others began walking off.
She stops and looks back Rito walking off, wondering how Rito's going to do it.
''Good luck, Rito. I hope you'll confess your love to me too. Hopefully, sooner than later.''
She and hurries after the others.
The stadium is empty. The lights are off. Everything's cleared and fixed up, and everyone's gone home. Time to call it a night.
But not for Run.
But not for Run.
She sits alone on the stage, taking in her surroundings. The crescent moon radiates in the night, sky, bathing her in a gentle glow.
Rito appeared behind the curtains. Once he sees Run, he takes a deep breath and walks out onto the stage.
Altered by his footsteps, Run turns and stands up, happy you see him. ''Hey, Rito. Finished already?'' she questioned.
''Oh yeah, me and everyone else had finished clearing and it's the roof fixed up thanked to Lala.'' he explained.
''That's great. I'd hate for the stuff be mad if you and the others haven't helped up.'' said Run.
''No kidding.'' he laughed.
Up above on the catwalk, Kyouko watches them laughing together.
''What am I doing?'' she wondered. ''This is Run's big moment. I should leave them be.''
Rito and Run stop laughing. Then they twiddle their thumbs and shuffle their feet, both nervous and unsure of what to say.
Rito steels himself and takes another breath. ''Listen, Run.''
''Y-yes?' she asked.
''You were incredible tonight.'' he told them.
''Ah.'' she gasped while blushing.
''I've never seen you so happy before.'' he continued. ''No, not just happy. It's more like you were... alive. Your voice was so passionate. It was as if I could see your heart flowing out into your song. And that's why I'm here... to tell you something from my heart.''
''Wh-what is it?'' she asked.
This is it. The moment she's waited so long for.
''Run.'' began Rito, blushing scarlet. ''I... I'm in love with you.''
A moment of silence.
Up above, Kyouko covered her mouth to quell her surprise.
On the stage, Run stands frozen while tears of joy fill her eyes. ''Oh, Rito.''
''In the past, you told them so many times that you love me, and I shut you down single time.'' explained Rito. ''It's not that I didn't like you. It's just... mmmm... well, half of it was Ren. You were right; you and him sharing a body did make it difficult for me to see you just a girl. But that was never your fault nor his; just how you were both born. And even though you guys eventually separated, I never should've treated you that way in the first place. I can't apologize enough for that.''
Up above, Kyouko remained where she is, fascinated by the scene. She couldn't leave now even if she wanted to.
''And like I said, that was half of it.'' continued Rito. ''The other half was that I wasn't if you really loved me. I thought you only that way because of Ren and I accidentally kissed. But as I started spending more time with, when I realized how genuine your feelings were. Even so, I dismissed them because I didn't believe I deserve you. I figured you'd be happier off with someone else. But the truth is... the thought of you being with someone else... It makes me hurt. Right here.'' he said, touching his heart. ''I don't want you to be with some other guy, Run. I want you to be with me... because I want to be with you.''
Run walks towards him. ''Rito, I...''
But then, Rito raised his hand, stopping her.
A few moments pass by as he explained everything to her; his goal to become King of Deviluke, the harem plan, his decsion to marry Lala, his love for her and Haruna, and the other girls in life who he might love as well.
Run lisens to evevery word.
Up above, so does Kyouko.
''And that's about it.'' finished Rito.
Then he closes his eyes and hangs his head, bracing himself for Run's response.
For a moment, nothing happens.
''Please say something.'' begged Rito ''Scream at me, pummel me, just please do-''
He's cut off when Run slams her lips against his own, surpising him. She wraps her arms around his neck, and holds him tighter than she ever has.
A few seconds tick by, and she breaks away from the kiss.
''You'll marry me?'' she asked with happy, misty eyes.
Rito smiles, and wraps his arms around her waist. ''If you'll have me.''
''Just so you know, I don't plan on losing to anyone, especially Lala.'' she told him. ''So marry as many women you want. I'll show them all who's best. And I'll protected from that Sven guy if he ever showed up again.''
''Uh, okay.'' said Rito; not the answer he was looking for, but good enough.
Joyful tears slide down Run's face. She wipes them away, but they won't stop.
Rito hugged her tighter. ''I love you, Run Jewelria.''
She hugged him back. ''And I love you Rito Yukki. So very much. Now YOU kiss ME, and never let me go.''
Rito brings his face closer to Run's, and their lips collide.
Up above, Kyouko watched them, her expression a mixture of happiness and uncertainty. Then she walked away.
''I'm so happy for you, Run.'' she thought. ''But... a harem plan? Does that mean I could marry Rito too? Wait, what? Why am I even thinking of such a thing? It's not like I'M in love with him too. Right? And besides... how does he even feel about me?''
