Chapter 20: Akuma & Selen and Kyouya vs Tsubasa Part 2

The mood in GanGan Galaxy's locker room was heavy as Masamune's loss put the team at a disadvantage. Now they had to win two matches in a row to advance.

Ever since they returned to the locker room, Masamune had been sitting at the table, sulking and looking defeated.

I'm sorry everyone. Masamune apologises for his loss, knowing he put them in the situation they're currently in.

Hey Masamune! This thing isn't over yet, you guys just have to win the next two matches right? Yu reminds as Kenta joins in on the encouragement.

That's right Masamune. It's not over yet. We still have a chance with Gingka, Tsubasa and Akuma. Kenta says, still believing his friends could make it.

Tsubasa on the other hand was less optimistic about their odds.

If Akuma and the stolen beys comes back that is and the fact our opponent for the second match is Kyouya. He won't be easy to beat. Tsubasa pessimistically expresses.

Don't say that, Tsubasa! We believe in you. Madoka encourages the Eagle blader.

Tsubasa vs Kyo-yo huh? The revenge match. I wonder if Kyouya will bring his A game for this, seeing as he already won against Tsubasa once. I can't wait to see it! Yu couldn't hold in his excitement; As a fellow blader getting to watch two of the strongest bladers he knows go head to head once more.

Madoka scolds Yu as it didn't help the situation. Remember whose side you're on Yu!

I mean if Tsubasa loses, GGG's tournament ends here. Kenta reminds everyone with concern in his voice.

Masamune slams the table, giving everyone in the room a heart attack. I KNOW THAT! You gotta win Tsubasa! You got to! I don't… I don't want it to end here, not like this. Masamune begs.

Look, we all know how great of a blader Kyouya is; he's not going to be happy, once he finds out he's battling me instead of Gingka. I'm sorry Masamune but battling an angry Kyouya is not going to be easy. Tsubasa says as he clutches his Eagle.

I was too weak out there. I can't be number one doing that, no way! I have to become number one, NO I must be number one! Akuma was right… Me and my big mouth cost us the match. Masamune blames himself as the loss is still fresh in his mind.

Whoa man, take it easy. We got this, it's not over until it's over. All of us didn't get here by pure luck. We fought our way to get where we are and I refuse to let our journey end here. So snap out of it! This is our tournament to win! Gingka gives a motivating speech that riles up everyone but Masamune.

Tsubasa, we're with you all the way! Madoka cheers.

Tsubasa nods as everyone heads for the stadium.

What his teammates failed to see was Tsubasa had been clutching to Eagle really hard, struggling to keep his nerves in check this whole time.

"Why did I agree to battle Kyouya? If I lose then… it will be my fault we exit the championship. I gotta win, I just gotta win otherwise I… I… I…. No, keep calm, Tsubasa, as long as I keep my cool, I can do this. I refuse to let the dark power take control." Tsubasa thinks to himself.

As he enters the stadium floor, his partner and pet eagle circles around the arena, screeching, reminding him to be calm.

"Thank you my friend." Tsubasa looks up and smiles out of relief.

Team Wildfang's locker room

B-B-B-BULL! YOU WON, YOU WON, YOU WON BIG TIME, YOU KICKED BUTT FOR WILDFANG, You hit him high, you hit him low, I knew you were strong pal but I never thought you would actually beat Masamune, you really are a force for sure. Benkei laughs and praises Nile who just wanted to relax.

Do you ever stop talking?! Nile remarks as he looks at their sub member with an annoyed face.

Benkei ignored Nile's comment as Nile and Demure sighed in defeat.

And it's just getting better because next is Kyouya and Gingka's big battle! Benkei mentions before pausing as he realizes something.

"Whoa, this will be Kyouya's first time battling Galaxy Pegasus."

Kyouya, my friend. Now about Galaxy Pegasus.

Kyouya interrupts his best friend's conversation. Be quiet!

But you have to know that it's different from Storm Pegasus because Galaxy Pegasus is-

I finally get to fight Gingka at long last. I don't want and I don't give a damn about whatever new power Pegasus got. I'm here to crush Gingka no matter what, me and Leone finally get to crush him on the big stage and no one is getting in our way this time. It's going to be a blast! Let's do this! Kyouya could barely contain his excitement as he commanded his team to head out.

Beytown Stadium

With the eagerly awaited battle between Gingka and Kyouya, the fans were even louder as both teams could barely hear each other as they stepped out to their respective benches.

Blader DJ doing his job as he hyped up the crowd. Buckle up cause the second match between GGG and Wildfang is about to get rolling! Representing Wildfang, he of the howling wind and the raging tornado, it's Kyouya!

And from our very own Japanese representatives- DJ pauses for a moment as he receives the news about the member swap in his earpiece.

Kyouya, who waited for Gingka to step up to the plate, gets angrily frustrated as Tsubasa walks up.

What is the meaning of this Gingka! Kyouya roars.

Everyone in the stadium was confused as well about the member change.

What's going on?

What?! I don't get to see Gingka and Kyouya battle?!

This sucks!

OK folks, so due to Galaxy Pegasus not being repaired in time, GanGan Galaxy have decided to swap members. This only means one thing everyone! Representing GGG, He's cool as he's collected, It's Tsubasa! This means this match will be a rematch from the Japanese Qualifiers. As we all remember, Tsubasa lost to Kyouya for a spot on team Japan before Kyouya decided to leave to join team Africa. Will this be a repeat of the Japanese Qualifiers or has Tsubasa some new tricks up his sleeve? Are you guys ready!

Did he really have to remind Tsubasa about that? Hikaru sighed.

I know Hikaru but that's his job, gotta make the crowd excited. Ryo answers.

But Hikaru doesn't say anything more as she's back in her own bubble.

Meanwhile downstairs, Kyouya glares at Gingka, feeling betrayed by his rival. Gingka grit his teeths and clutches his hands as he knows he should've been the one battling today.

Meanwhile, Tsubasa wasn't having any of it. I'm your opponent Kyouya! No one else! I'm not the same opponent you battled months ago. I will win! Tsubasa vows.

You… I already crushed you once, it's not going to change! Kyouya stated with the intention of unleashing his anger at Tsubasa.

Just you watch, me and Eagle have a match to win. Tsubasa confidently stated as both blader readied themselves.

Look at the tension between these two warriors! The time for talking is over. Let's battle! DJ announces as he holds up three fingers.

Junkyard - Beytown

Earlier in the day, Akuma who disappeared from the hospital, sensed Bahamut calling out to him and it led him to Beytown's junkyard.

Junkyard huh? Makes sense for the thieves to hide. Akuma thinks out loud as he stumbles over the fence, still not fully recovered from his arm injury.

I can't believe you lost them! Selen berates her brother.

He took me by surprise, that's all sis. Ian excused himself.

And now the cops are onto us! The boat can't come sooner! Selen rants as they are scheduled to escape Japan via boat and was just hiding until it was time.

Relax, it's not our first rodeo, they will never catch us. Ian bragged before getting serious. Get rid of them, we don't need them anymore, it's time we crush them like we planned. Ian orders.

Normally Selen would agree with her brother but ever since she got her hands on Bahamut and Pegasus, she felt the radiating power emitting within said beys and she was drawn to them, especially Bahamut. Selen was confident her team could crush any opponent on their way to win the World Championships with these bad boys in hand.

No. These beys are too good to be destroyed. Selen refuses to destroy the evidence.

What's gotten into you?! If we use them in the tournament, they'll know it's us who stole them! Do you want to piss off Argo?! Ian rambles in frustration, not understanding why his sister had become obsessed with keeping the stolen beys.

Please, as if they'll figure out, we can always recolor them, nobody'll figure it out and besides who's to say these are the only two in existence? Selen counters.

Absolutely not! Get rid of them! Ian had enough of Selen's disobedient attitude and tried to grab them.

Meanwhile, Akuma easily found them through the maze of a junkyard thanks to their loud bickering.

"For being thieves, they sure are loud." Akuma thinks to himself.

Akuma circles around the area, getting an overview of the junkyard and where they could possibly escape if they saw him and how he could get back Bahamut and Pegasus without being seen.

Akuma waited until they separated from each other and sneaked up on Selen but underestimated Selen's thieving skills.

As he was just about to reach the stolen beys. Selen turned around, well aware he was following her all this time.

Who do we have here? If you're trying to impress me, you gotta do better than that sweety. Selen flirted as she gracefully avoided Akuma's attempt at taking back the stolen beys.

Sorry lady, I'm not interested. Akuma had no time to play along, not that he cared anyway as he insisted on grabbing the beys. Selen underestimated Akuma's quick reactions but managed to dodge his every attempt, thanks partly due to his injured arm, rendering him sluggish.

Someone's being touchy today. Selen laughed as she kept dodging Akuma's attempts at reaching the stolen beyblades.

"Wait a minute, if he's here, then it means." Selen looked at Akuma's belt and saw his beylauncher hanging around his hip. "Perfect."

They continued their dance as they waited for the perfect moment.

"Now!" Akuma/Selen thought as they reached out for each other's belts. In a blink of an eye, they had gotten what they wanted, almost.

Akuma cursed himself as he realised the bey he launched wasn't Bahamut but Pegasus as Selen easily read his intention and swapped said beys last second while she got exactly what she wanted, Akuma's beylauncher, enabling her to launch Bahamut.

Selen was taken back by the sheer power as she launched Bahamut, unlike Akuma, she wasn't going to hold back.

Go now Pegasus!

Go now Bahamut! Akuma/Selen shouted as both beys clashed, sending shockwaves around the junkyard.

Selen! Ian rushed to his sister's side as he witnessed her beyblading with Bahamut.

What are you- Selen cut her brother off as she was consumed by Bahamut's power.

Shut up Ian! This is why I want to keep them, just watch. Selen grinned as she had never felt so powerful, controlling Bahamut.

Akuma struggled to hit Bahamut with Pegasus, not because he wasn't used to beyblading with another bey but Selen was using Bahamut's extraordinary speed to its fullest, dodging every attack with grace, draining Pegasus' stamina and countering with powerful attacks.

Pegasus stop! Akuma commanded as the winged horse stopped to a halt.

What's wrong, you're scared to hit your own beyblade? Selen mocked Bahamut's real owner.

Akuma ignored her mockery as he was reading Bahamut's moment under Selen, finding the right moment to strike.

Sorry, whoops, try again, hahahah! Selene laughs as Bahamut easily dodges every attack.

Now, Pegasus! Akuma shouts as Pegasus rushes head on.

Whoops, that's too bad. Selen laughs as Pegasus seemingly misses its target again.

You sure about that? Akuma indifferently asked.

Huh… WHAT?! Selen gasped as Pegasus wasn't aiming for Bahamut but a pile of junk lying abouts. Using them to fire at Bahamut and also creating a small ring around the dragon, limiting Bahamut's movement.

As if that's going to stop me! Selen's ego showed, believing she is unstoppable with Bahamut's in her control.

BAHAMUT!

Bahamut crashed through the junk like it was nothing and dragged Pegasus along the junk.

You trying to kill us, Selen! Ian shouted as the explosive battle caused an avalanche of junk to fall down as everyone jumped on the junk to reach safer ground.

Relax brother, the battle will be over soon, hahah! Selen laughed, getting consumed by the power.

Give it up! You have no chance against my Bahamut. That reminds me, thanks for keeping good care of it. With me as its rightful owner, the World Championship is ours. Selen confidently bragged.

Akuma kept his mouth quiet as he focused on the battle.

"Does she ever shut up? Let's use it to my advantage." Akuma thinks.

Hahah, I see, you're trembling at how much better I'm using Bahamut. Selen continued her mockery.

Akuma sighed, knowing full well she was far from utilising Bahamut to its fullest.

So that's your plan? Stealing our beys so our team would get disqualified from the tournament; making it easy for Brazil in the latter stages of the tournament. Am I right Selen and Ian Garcia?

The siblings were taken back by Akuma's correct guess.

I see we have a fan brother. Selen smirked as it didn't matter, they won in her eyes.

That it seems. Ian added, glaring at the opponent.

You're wondering how I know? Akuma asked the Brazilians.

For starters, for thieves, you shouldn't casually mention your names like that in the open and secondly ever heard of doing research on your opponents? Akuma dryly says before continuing. The rest was easy to figure out, I heard rumours about your team, how "accidents" happen to your opponents.

What can we say, accidents happen. We just took our opportunities. Selen shrugged off the allegations.

So what? What they don't know doesn't hurt. Ian responded.

If you say so. Pegasus, starbooster attack! Akuma's distraction worked as they didn't see Pegasus jump into the air and landed a direct hit on Bahamut.

The shockwave caused everyone to get pushed back. When the smoke cleared, both beys were still standing but Bahamut was beginning to wobble.

Selen growled as she refused to lose.

Ian's inner clock tingled as it was time to go if they wanted to catch their boat. Selen we have to go now! Selen, I'm not messing around, let's go! SELEN!

Selen now snapped out of her trance, recalled Bahamut as they began to escape.

Sorry but I don't lose. Until next time, loser. Selen smiled as they were heading for the exit.

How much running do I have to do? Akuma moans as he chases after them.

Akuma followed them closely behind and launched Pegasus, seeing an opportunity to corner them as he knew this part of town.

Selen and Ian split off once again. Akuma obviously chased after Selen since she still had his bey on her hand.

Selen made a wrong turn and got trapped in an alleyway with no way out.

Hand it over. Akuma demanded as he came up behind.

Selen backed up against the wall, tried to look for an exit but couldn't find one. Akuma walked closer and closer until they were face to face, breathing at each other's necks.

Akuma put his hand on the wall as he stared Selen dead in the eyes.

Why should I? Selen refused.

Akuma sighed, frustrated by the wild goose chase. Just give back my beyblade. What is hard to understand? Did your mom never teach you manners? Akuma was getting tired of asking.

While Akuma didn't mean to insult her; not aware of her upbringing, those words irritated Selen. Don't act like you know me. You don't know what me and my brothers have gone through. So don't act like you know me! Selen spat.

Nor do I want to. Give back Bahamut, I have a tournament to win. Akuma signed her to hand over what is rightfully his.

Never! I saw your little stunt on TV the other day; I thought you were ridiculous claiming everyone in the tournament was no match for you but your bey, it's the real deal. The power this bey has, we will be unstoppable! But I don't get it, why are you holding back? Selen curiously asks.

Let me ask you back, why the need to sabotage your opponents? Ever heard of fighting fairly? Akuma asked.

Says the crazy guy who has a cheat code. Nothing in this world is fair and no one cares about you until you've made it. Try to live like me and my brothers. Everyday we had to fight for scraps, no one wanted us. No treated us fairly so why would we? Selen rants.

Akuma scoffed at her ranting, thinking she was running away from her problems. If she only knew what he'd been through but that was a story for another time.

Sounds to me like you're running away from your problems, that explains your strategy. I have to admit, you made me work to defeat my own bey but I tell you right now, you were nowhere NEAR using my bey to its fullest.

Liar. Selen claims.

Oh yeah? If you've seen any of my matches, then you should've known, I can easily crush any opponent whenever I feel like it. If you really mastered my Bahamut, you could've destroyed Pegasus in a matter of seconds. Akuma states.

Selen bit her tongue, knowing he was telling the truth.

During our match, I never felt your bey spirit. Do you even like beyblade? Akuma asks.

Bey spirit, what are you talking about? I don't need something stupid like that. Beyblade is a means to an end. Nothing more, nothing less. Selen retorts.

Akuma closed his eyes for a moment. In some ways, he could see himself in Selen, having trust issues and doing whatever to survive like he once had to do.

Let me ask you again, give back the beys you stole from my team. Akuma demanded.

Selen smirked as she still had some tricks in her sleeves. You want them so badly? Then go get them! Selen quickly threw the beys into the air and tried to make a run for it but Akuma saw through her trick as he stopped her and parkoured to catch Pegasus and Bahamut before they crashed into the ground.

Selen collapsed to her knees as she knew when she was defeated and she hated it. She waited for Akuma to arrest her but to her surprise. Akuma, having gotten what he wanted, seemed to have forgotten about her.

Wha… You're just letting me go!? Selen thought it was a trick.

I just wanted my Bahamut back. I couldn't care less what else you do. Don't you have somewhere to be? Akuma asks.

No… This is a trick, you're trying to trick me, it must be! Selen refused to believe someone would let her go after all she had done.

I don't condemn your actions if that's what you're thinking but I'm not the one to tell you what's right or wrong. Whatever you do, it's your decision. Akuma simply said.

Selen glared at Akuma angrily, misinterpreting his words, assuming he was looking down on her much any adult had done previously. You'll pay for this! Selen vowed as she hurried to catch the boat.

Hey! Don't forget about your launcher! Akuma shouts as he throws her launcher.

Selen caught it and thought about just running away yet she uncharacteristically threw back Akuma's launcher.

Don't think we're even for this! Selen irritatedly shouts before she heads for the docks.

Ugh, can't this tournament be normal for once? Huh? Oh for f- I had to jinx it. Akuma sighed as Selen had the last laugh as he noticed the sharp cuts on both beys.

Selen managed to catch up to her brother as she got there just in time to catch the boat leaving the docks.

Where the hell were you?! Ian shouted.

Selen passed her brother by, not being in the mood to explain herself.

Hey! I'm talking to you! Did you destroy the beys as planned?! Ian sternly asked as he grabbed his sister's arm.

No. Selen simply answered and shrugged off her brother, needing time for herself.

Shit! Argo is not going to be happy. Ian cursed. He tried to get a more detailed answer but Selen had already gone under deck.

Back to Akuma, despite the issues, he was relieved to have his Bahamut back.

Now time to get back and win this thing. Akuma was about to say more when he suddenly got cut off by a massive roar and shockwave.

Getting a better view, it was coming from the arena as a dark dragon soared in the sky. Seeing it, Akuma hurried back to the arena, knowing Tsubasa had lost it again.

Beytown Stadium - a few moments earlier

This is not looking good. Madoka comments as Tsubasa was getting dominated by Kyouya.

Come on Tsubasa, don't let this be over! Masamune shouts.

Is this all you've got?! Pathetic! Kyouya questions Tsubasa's commitment as ever since the battle started, it had been one-sided. Kyouya being Kyouya went full throttle from the very beginning as Leone despite being a defence type, went on the attack, sending Eagle flying.

And for every move Tsubasa attempted, Kyouya always seemed to be three steps ahead, countering every move.

No Eagle! Tsubasa cried as he was slowly panicking more and more as the match went on and the shouting from his teammates didn't help.

What are you doing Tsubasa!? Masamune asks loudly.

Stay calm, panicking won't do you any good! Madoka added.

Leone! Kyouya roared as the lion summoned True Lion Gale Force Wall, a stronger version of the basic special move as Eagle tried to attack from above but quickly got trapped in the vortex and sent flying and barely landed within the stadium.

That was too close! Gingka commented.

Kyouya's stronger than ever! Madoka couldn't believe the new stats on Leone.

What should I do? Tsubasa hesitated as his heartbeat was beating faster and faster. The stress was getting to him.

Come on! Show me! Are you even trying?! Kyouya shouts with disappointment. If you're going to replace Gingka, at least put up a fight! What have you done since we last battled?! Kyouya rants, taking out his frustration.

Replacement? No, no, no, I'm no replacement! Shut up! Do you hear me! Tsubasa, caught up in his own mind, rashly attacks Leone head on.

That's better! Kyouya grins as Leone finally had to defend for the time during the match.

But it barely lasted a second as Leone turned up another gear, forcing Eagle and Tsubasa back to square one.

I will win, I have to win! Agh! Tsubasa feels his chest tighten as the darkness slowly creeps up on him.

What's wrong Tsubasa?! Gingka asks, worried about the darkness.

You can do this Tsubasa, don't panic. Hikaru says as she nervously hopes Tsubasa can pull it off with a win.

"Come on, you know you need me, let me out, hahah!" Dark Tsubasa returns as he whispers into Tsubasa's ear.

"Go away!" Tsubasa screams.

"Whoa there, how long do you keep pretending this version of you is good enough? Read the room buddy, not even your teammates believe in you." Dark Tsubasa playing mind games with his other.

Oh no, we might lose… Masamune mutters.

Please Tsubasa, don't let it end here! Madoka begs.

I should have been battling Kyouya today. Gingka comments.

"You see?! You can't win this battle without me." Dark Tsubasa argues.

"Shut up, shut up, shut up!" Tsubasa repeats as he tries to ignore his alter ego.

I REFUSE TO LOSE, I'M GOING TO WIN! Tsubasa roars as Eagle uncharacteristically charges full power head on with a hint of a dark glow.

Watch out Tsubasa! Madoka tries to warn but it was too late.

True Wild Wind Fang Dance! Kyouya calls upon another one of his special moves as Eagle gets sent flying high into the sky once again but this time the king of beasts wouldn't allow its prey to land.

True King Lion Tearing Blast! Kyouya commands as Leone splits its tornado into 5 tornadoes moving independently, circling around the defenceless Eagle, getting slammed like a ping pong ball. Eagle cried out in pain as you could see the feathers fall off more and more.

EAGLE! Tsubasa cries as he collapses to the ground, completely given up.

No, I can't let the team down! If I lose then everyone will blame it on me! This can't be the end! I refuse to let it end! ARGHHHH! I WILL WIN, NO MATTER THE COST! Tsubasa rambles as the dark power consumes him once more.

"That's it, show them your true power!" Dark Tsubasa laughs.

Once again, Tsubasa was covered in the dark aura and his eyes glowing red as Eagle summoned a dark blast energy wave, demolishing Leone's tornadoes.

I WARNED YOU, EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE STANDING IN MY WAY, YOU CAN JUST DISAPPEAR! Tsubasa hysterically laughs.

What?! As if! Leone! Kyouya roars as Leone pushes Eagle back but this time they were on equal footing as neither bey refused to back down.

There's more where that came from! Kyouya growled.

I SAID GET OUT OF MY WAY! Tsubasa demands evilly as Eagle morphs into a familiar dark dragon.

No, Tsubasa, don't let the darkness take over. Hikaru wished before she started to ventilate.

AGHHHH! AHHHH! Hikaru screams as the morphing Eagle flies up up and the force it carries was strong enough to break the glass on the booth.

Hikaru! Ryo protects his secretary from the sharp glass as Hikaru was in a complete mental breakdown.

AMP IT UP, MORE, MORE, DON'T STOP! Tsubasa hysterically commands as Eagle circles around the arena, destroying it as the audience quickly begins fleeing the scene due to how dangerous it was getting.

Stop it, Tsubasa! Enough of this! Gingka demands his teammate to stop.

SHUT UP! YOU DON'T CONTROL ME, GET OUT OF MY WAY! Tsubasa angrily shouts as Eagle attacks GanGan Galaxy members, pushing them away.

HEY! We have a battle to finish! Kyouya reminds.

HUH?! YOU TOO, CAN DISAPPEAR!

Eagle easily destroys Leone's tornadoes as Leone struggles to find its momentum.

You wanna play rough?! Fine, Leone- Before Kyouya could finish his sentence, Tsubasa was having enough.

DESTROY HIM EAGLE, THIS IS OUR TRUE POWER! Eagle now looking more L-Drago more than ever, creates a dark pool of darkness, drowning Leone in it.

Leone! What are you doing! Kyouya demands.

But it was too late, Eagle, consumed by the darkness, was getting stronger by the clock and summoned a massive amount of energy in the air. The dark pool started glowing and exploded, its radius blast reached beyond the vicinity of the arena.

Leone had stopped spinning and severely cracked. Everyone who remained except for Tsubasa, Hikaru and Ryo had passed out from the severe impact and were either injured or bruised.

Hikaru, listen to me, we have to get out of here now! Ryo demanded but Hikaru refused to move, she was too scared.

Hikaru, we have to go, it's not safe here! Ryo tried to make her realise how dangerous the situation had become but Hikaru kept ventilating.

DO YOU SEE WORLD! FEAR ME! I'LL CRUSH ANYONE WHO GETS IN MY WAY! Tsubasa brags as Eagle's spirit is now fully transformed into a variant of L-Drago and is still spinning. The arena was completely destroyed.

COME ON, WHO WANTS A PIECE OF MY POWER! I'LL CRUSH- Tsubasa gets off by a screaming Hikaru.

WHO DARES TO INTERRUPT ME?! Eagle roars as it circles around, looking for the source.

YOU! Tsubasa venomously says as Eagle prepares to blast away the booth.

Hikaru, we gotta move NOW! Ryo desperately demands Hikaru to move.

"Akuma, where are you? I need you!" Hikaru wished her crush were here to save her yet again.

Gingka, bruised from the destruction, wakes up just as Eagle is charging up.

Looking where it's aiming, Gingka's eyes widened.

DAD, NOOO! Gingka reaches out his hands as another big explosion occurs.

HAHAHAHAHA! Tsubasa laughs, enjoying the thrill of destruction and suffering; however, his mood abruptly turns sour as Eagle roars.

What is this?! Tsubasa wonders as the smoke clears up, Hikaru and Ryo are safe and sound.

HOW?! That was on everyone's mind.

All of the sudden, they hear another loud roar and see a dragon.

Hikaru looks up to see a gigantic dragon standing in between Eagle and her. She doesn't recognize it but she senses a familiar presence.

Akuma… Hikaru lets out a sigh of relief, figuring out who the dragon belonged to.

Holy moly, what is that thing?! Masamune now, along with the rest of the team having recovered enough to stand up, were in awe of the massive dragon, protecting the director and Hikaru.

That beast is HUGE! Yu emphasises.

BAHAMUT!

Everyone turns to the source of the shouting, seeing Akuma standing near one of the entrances.

AKUMA! GGG members shouts, happy to see their team member and friend. It was the first time they got to see Bahamut in its full form.

An armor looking dark sapphire dragon with 6 wings on its back, crimson red eyes and 2 black curved horns pointing upwards. A tail that is almost as long as its main body with the tail end shaped like 3 pointed spears similar to a trident. Finishing it off with a neon purple glow vein pattern pulsating across its whole body.

Bahamut roars as it pushes Eagle backwards. Eagle crashes into the stands as Bahamut makes a war cry. Standing tall and making its presence known.

You still can't control it. Akuma blurts as Tsubasa angrily stares at his teammate.

YOU RUINED EVERYTHING! EAGLE! Tsubasa roars as Eagle charges towards Bahamut.

Akuma sighs as he's not afraid of the immense dark power radiating from his teammate turned opponent. Relax, Tsubasa, the battle is over.

OVER?! IT'S NOT OVER TIL I SAY SO!

Give it a rest, Eagle won't stop Bahamut.

NEVER! CRUSH THE LIZARD TO PIECES! Tsubasa aggressively demands.

The beys clash as their respective bey spirit clashes high in the sky. Akuma did hold back as usual but this time he had put in a bit more effort as Bahamut was damaged from Selen's sabotage.

Bahamut, end it. Akuma simply says. The dragon grabbed hold of Eagle and flew higher into the sky. Eagle struggled to escape its tight grip as it tried blasting its way out but the attacks didn't bother Bahamut.

THIS IS NOT THE END, MORE POWER, MORE, MORE! Tsubasa laughs in a way that sends chills down everyone's spine except for Akuma.

Eagle turned L-Drago roars as it couldn't take in more power and implodes. Tsubasa laughs one final time before his body gives up and collapses to the floor, passing out.

TSUBASA! Gingka, Madoka, Masamune, Yu and Kenta scream worryingly as they all rush to his side while Bahamut returns to Akuma's hand and he notices the cracks had grown bigger and more visible but he had no time to tell his teammates as Kyouya and Tsubasa needed medics quickly.
