Chapter Seven: A Victory Celebration
Asha ran up to her brothers and hugged them tightly.
Asha: *baby voice* "Yay, you beat those jackal pup meanies!" She cheered.
Fuli: "We're so proud of you two." She smiled warmly.
Kion: "You guys are getting stronger every day." He nodded in agreement.
Rafiki: "Yes, yes, you two are getting better during battle." He added.
Bongo and Bobo, feeling a surge of pride, flexed their muscles dramatically.
Bongo and Bobo: "Hrrr. Hooo." They grunted together, showing off their strength.
Kion, Bunga, Fuli, Ono, and Beshte: "Hahahahahahaha!" They couldn't help but burst into laughter.
Kiara: "Thanks for saving us, Kion." She stepped forward, gratitude shining in her eyes.
Kion: "Anytime, Kiara." He said with a smile.
Kiara: "Hi, you must be Bongo." She then turned her attention to the baboon twins.
Bongo: "Yes, I am." He nodded proudly.
Kiara: "Kion has told me a lot about you." He grinned.
Bongo: "Like what?" He tilted his head curiously.
Kiara: "Hehe. Like how you're Fuli's best friend." She chuckled.
Bongo smiled widely at the mention of his close bond with Fuli.
Bobo: "Hi, I'm Bobo, Bongo's older twin brother." He stepped forward next.
Asha: *baby voice* "And I'm Asha" She chimed in, her small voice capturing the attention of everyone.
Bongo: "She's our little sister." He smiled, introducing her.
Tiifu and Zuri, who had been watching from the sidelines, immediately melted at the sight of Asha.
Tiifu and Zuri: "Awww, she's so cute." They said in unison.
Bobo: "So you must be the Princess." He added, looking at Kiara with curiosity.
Kiara: "Yes, I am." She replied with a nod.
Tiifu: "Actually, she's the future queen." She quickly corrected.
Zuri: "Yeah, show a little respect." She added.
Bobo: "Oh, uhhh... Bongo, Asha, bow." He nudged his siblings, realizing his mistake.
Bongo: "Right." He said, and all three baboons bowed their heads politely.
Kiara: "Hehehe, that's okay. You don't have to bow to me." She giggled softly.
Meanwhile, Kion's smile began to fade, and he looked down, feeling a bit sad.
Bunga: "Kion, what's wrong?" He noticed and asked.
Kion: *sighs* "I sneezed when I tried to use the Roar." He sighed.
Bunga: "It's okay, Kion. We still beat the jackals." He shrugged.
Kion: "I know, but… what if I can't use the Roar anymore?" He replied, his voice tinged with worry.
Bongo: "Don't worry, Kion. We all drank the remedy." He stepped forward, offering reassurance.
Bobo: "And soon, we'll all feel better." He added with a confident nod.
Fuli: "They're right, Kion. We'll always support each other." She joined in, her voice firm but comforting.
Ono: "Even when we're not feeling well, we're still a team." He swooped down beside them.
Beshte: "You said it, Ono." He added, his kind eyes shining with agreement.
Kion: "Thanks, everyone." He smiled, feeling the strength of his team behind him.
Bobo: "Hey, Bongo, Asha, I think it's time to head back home." He then turned to his siblings.
Bongo: "Okay." He nodded.
Bobo: "Thanks for taking care of Asha, Rafiki." He looked at Rafiki.
Rafiki: "It's my pleasure. In fact, I have a new idea for a painting." He smiled.
With that, Rafiki happily returned to the Lion Guard lair to start on his new artwork.
Bobo: "Well, it's nice to meet you, Kiara." He said, smiling at Kiara.
Bongo: "Don't you mean Princess?" He grinned, nudging his brother.
Bobo: "Hehe, right." He laughed.
Kiara: "It's great to meet you three." She smiled warmly.
With that, the baboon siblings began their walk back home, feeling proud of their contributions. The Lion Guard followed behind them, still recovering but united as ever.
