Peter Parker 2 is back home from getting two new personal IDs for him and his aunt May when he sees an out-of-control Venom under the spell of Loki.
He takes her away for safety and battles Venom as Iron Spider from Tony Stark's help.
Loki kidnaps Pepper Potts from Tony and took her to Asgard as his queen.
Spider-Man went there and realizes it's a trap by Thor who wants Serena Tsukino as his princess while serving Loki.
"This isn't you!" Spider-Man said.
He fails and gets kicked out of ASgard, failing to save Aunt May's life from a choke by Venom.
She is dead to him in both ways.
