A red aircraft flies through the air above the kingdom of Vale, a distress signal blares through the armored transport, "ahh geez, Rose needs extraction already, what the fuck happened?" A corporal Henry Williams said turning his craft around to the distress signal. "Hey Ivy, Em, get ready, Rose needs extraction," Williams shouted to the passenger hold.

"Yeah, we can hear your scroll," OSS Agent, Pam "Ivy" Lazuli shouted back.

"Keep this craft steady, I'm gonna need to distract this huntress," Emerald Sustrai shouted looking through a set of binoculars at Ruby.

"Got it!" Williams said pulling the craft around to face the passenger bay towards the huntress and Ruby. Emerald immediately forming an illusion on the huntress.

Ruby seeing her custom Airlift, spoke to the huntress, "So about this impromptu arrest, perhaps we could save this for another day because right now I'm needed elsewhere," Ruby said managing to take the loss of concentration on the huntress' part to whip out her grappling hook and latch it to the transport, pushing the reel button, she pulls her self out of the aura, and lands inside of the Armored Transport, "Ivy quick, she can use her semblance to drag me out again, give her something to think about!" Ruby shouted.

Ivy hearing this whipped out three plant bombs and threw them at the huntress, landing near her they sprouted into vines and started to fight the huntress, "Have a lovely day miss, sorry about this!" Ivy said right before willing the plants to hold her down.

The Airlift flies away into the night, with the huntress stuck on a roof watching them.

Landing on a helipad, everyone got out with ruby dusting herself off again.

"Well that DEFINITELY could have gone better," Ruby said annoyed.

"Shit kid if I knew that Glynda Goodwitch of Beacon was gonna show up, I would have had you do something else tonight," the man said walking out of the radio room.

"Cap, glad to see you're holding up better than I am," Ruby said, walking over to him and hugging him.

"Hey you're alive and well, what else can I ask for," he said returning the hug, "anyways I'll have Williams get you back to Vale in you're usual clothes, I have a larger assignment for you tomorrow," The Captain said while he was messing with her hair.

"What's that?" she asked.

"I'm gonna need you to head to Beacon, loads of events are gonna happen in the next year or so, and you're gonna want more than just me, Williams, emerald, and Ivy around," the Captain said.

"I haven't graduated signal yet, how do you plan to get me in?" Ruby asked.

"I'll just place you into their database, The CCT is surprisingly unsecured, then you'll head to Beacon on the airship provided, and get your team there," the captain said, pulling out a flask and taking a swig of whiskey.

"So we're gonna place forgery on top of the 15 or so different crimes I've already committed?" Ruby said sarcastically taking off her coat.

"Sure, what's a little forgery between friends, in any case, all that extra training I gave you should be more than sufficient to pass Beacon's rigorous initiation," the captain said walking off.

"I wonder when doing this crime stopped being a task, and started to become fun," ruby mumbled to herself.

"Probably the Crown Jewel heist," it's where your dream of becoming a huntress and your hidden life of crime intersected," Ivy mentioned.

"Yeah probably, who knew that there's a queen of Grimm, anyways, I'm gonna go and get changed, I have classes in the morning," Ruby said, grabbing her usual huntress outfit, a bomber jacket worn over a tank top and jean shorts, white knee-high socks and a pair of jump boots, of course, she also has her signature cloak on top of all that.

"You do that champ," Ivy said turning to her bunks inside of the base.

- Vale -

Walking to Junior's bar ruby see's the doors of the club get blown open and junior launched onto the streets of vale...at 12:30 A.M in the morning. "Oh Brothers, I just finished with one fight," Ruby whispered to herself annoyed. She then sees yang jump out of the club and onto the road in front of junior, "Yang, is that you?" Ruby asked as innocently as possible.

"Oh hey, sis!" Yang replied.

"What are you doing here?" Ruby asked, feigning ignorance at the very noticeable man laying in front of her.

"It's a long story," Yang replied, Ruby silently rolled her eyes in her head, doing the crime work she has done for as long as she has, easily has had her run into junior at some point, a below the bar information dealer, yang was clearly here to find information on Raven, her long lost mother, or as ruby as self-dubbed her, a 'self-righteous coward'.

"Okay, well uh, we should probably head home," Ruby mentioned tapping at her watch.

"Oh right, I'll get us a hotel room for the night," Yang said subtly directs ruby away from Junior and towards the nearest hotel room.

I'm glad that everyone enjoys what I have so far, I still want to involve beacon somehow, so this is what I'm gonna do, send Ruby to Beacon to form a team to save the world.

I'm willing to take suggestions on what the team composition should be because I don't plan to do the RWBY JNPR set up.
