"So what's your name?" ruby asked toting crescent rose around with it in rifle configuration. Signing her name out, ruby manages to figure out that the ice cream girl is named Neo...like the ice cream…, "so were you born and your parents decided that you liked like a bucket of ice cream?" Ruby asked jokingly.
Neo shrugged, 'they were out of the picture', she signed out.
"Oh, I'm sorry," Ruby said apologetically
'Not your fault, but thanks,' she signed out.
"Anyways, you know what direction we're heading in?" Ruby asked, looking around they both realize that they've been wandering aimlessly for the last 5 minutes.

Getting launched from a cliff gave Jaune a new reason to dislike his own brain and it's dreams and decisions, "okay, okay, take my shield and brace for impact," Jaune said placing his shield in front of him, hitting the tops off a couple of trees, he manages to get just slow enough to take the brunt of the force on a tree trunk, climbing down from the conifer, Jaune spots a familiar girl, "Oh hey-"
"No" Weiss walks off, chasing after her, he manages to grab her shoulder gently.
"Hey listen to me, like it or not according to beacon's rules, we're teammates now, so instead of being difficult, we can try and work together and get through initiation, or argue and bicker and fail, your choice," Jaune said firmly.
Sighing Weiss turned around and looked at him square in the eyes, "you have one chance to impress me," she said, eyeing him up.
"Alright then, lead the way ange des neiges," Jaune said smiling.
"What did you just say?" Weiss asked, confused.
"Nothing important, but as I said, lead the way," Jaune said, giving the floor to Weiss.

'It's the eye of the catgirl, it's the thrill of the fight,' Blake thought to herself jokingly. Using Gambol Shroud's ribbon and hook, she breaks her fall and lands on the ground gracefully, "Okay now to find a partner," Blake said to herself.
Hearing a loud thud Blake runs over to the sound, to find a brunette getting up from the ground groaning, "agh, I'm a huntress, not a paratrooper," the girl complained.
"You okay?" Blake asked walking over.
"I'll live, but I wish I could say I can feel anything in my body but pain," the brunette said, patting herself off of dust, "anyway, I'm Skye you?", she asked Blake.
"Blake," Blake said.
"Not one for conversation huh? Eh whatever, let's go get that relic and get out of this forest, I have a bad feeling already," Skye said walking north with Blake in tow.

Flying through the air Yang fires her shotgun gauntlets to break her speed, grabbing onto a tree branch she forcibly stops most of her momentum and gently drops to the ground, landing onto the ground with a superhero landing, 'I wonder if ruby is okay, maybe she's searching for me right now, I really hope I don't run into her until after initiation, for her sake,' Yang thought to herself, looking around her she she's a bush rustle near her.
"Ruby?" she asked walking over and peeking over the bush. Behind the bush was an ursai, "Nope," she said running back to the clearing.
"Alright then smoky, I've dealt with you before, and I'll do it again!" she said, smirking. The Ursa charges at her, blasting small 25 mm rockets, it sticks into the side of the ursai and detonates, blowing a sizable chunk of flesh off the side and knocking it over. Charging in herself, she activates her gauntlets and starts to jab the Ursa in the side of the head until it stops moving.
"Heh, bet your sleeping soundly now," Yang said to herself, hearing a roar behind her she quickly parries a strike from a second Ursa, only for it to collapse onto the ground, looking around she sees a familiar red-haired girl," Oh hey Pyrrha, guess we're partners now," Yang said smiling.
"I suppose we are," Pyrrha said smiling.

After walking around for a while, ruby managed to find a patch of moss on the side of a tree, she cheered, "Yes! Moss, moss generally grows on the north side, still can't believe they didn't allow a scroll for initiation," Ruby said annoyed at the school.
Neo shrugged and continued to follow Ruby, "so did you hear about what the crimson rose did the other night?" she asked ruby.
"Yeah, why?" Ruby responded, 'I really hope this is just normal conversation,' she thought to herself panicked.
"Just curious what you thought of her," Neo said.
"I think that she's a criminal and a clever one at that," Ruby said calmly, 'alright innocent conversation, good, good,' she thought to herself.
"Interesting opinion, I think she's rather daring and quite sexy, I mean have you seen those curves," Neo said offhandedly. Ruby almost lost her freaked out, but was able to keep her composure.
Clearing her throat she speaks, "I think you're the one with the interesting opinion,"
"Maybe, but I certainly wouldn't mind getting a piece of that pie," neo said smirking.
'She has to know, she has to fucking know right?!' Ruby thought to herself panicking at the constant remarks, and the smirk neo gave. A distinct growl came from a nearby bush, the pair stopped dead in their tracks, and ruby was able to stop panicking, "Okay, very funny, whoever is behind that bush can come out now, that sounds nothing like a beowolf," Ruby shouted in the direction of the growl, only to see two large red eyes come out, a wolf's muzzle with large teeth continuing to growl also moves out slowly, finally the entire head reveals itself and ruby is able to determine what it is.
"An elder beowolf, crap," She said quietly, not taking her eye off the elder, she shouted to Neo, "Run!'' Before doing so herself, luckily for Ruby, Neo was a smaller person, making her lighter, and so she was able to pick her up and use her semblance to get them out of the area faster.
- Forest -
"Look, Weiss, you asked me to get a torch going to check this cave out, at least humor me for another five feet," Jaune said annoyed.
"Alright then, go on," Weiss said walking with him. Walking forward, they both see a yellow glow from the cave, well they actually see multiple yellow glows in the dark, going for what they assume are the relics, Jaune runs into the chest of an Ursa Maior Magna.
"Uhhh those weren't relics!" Jaune shouted before grabbing Weiss and started running out of the cave.
"Hey!" Weiss shouted at the sudden pull from Jaune.
"Thank me later!" he shouted, running out the cave and into the field outside.
Looking at Jaune, she spoke, "I hope that's the last of that," the Ursa bursts through the cave, "Keep running?" she asked quickly.
"Yes!" Jaune shouted, the pair turned away from the Bear and made a run for it.
- Forest -
Walking up to the temple Yang and Pyrrha grab a horse chess piece, or as yang so eloquently put it, "how about a little pony?"
"Well, I suppose we should make our way back to the school now," Pyrrha said cheerfully.
"Yeah, not much else to do," yang said, shrugging, at that point Blake and Skye broke through the forest riding an alpha beowolf like a horse.
"Yee Haw! Ha ha ha, that was great!" Skye said hopping off the creature after stabbing it in the head.
"Yeah...real fun," Blake said, falling off the beowolf, after landing on the ground she curled up in the fetal position for a minute to calm her nerves.
"Uhh did they-"
Ruby and Neo run out of the forest firing at an elder Beowolf, "Son of a- how is it this durable?!" Ruby shouted annoyed at the Grimm.
"I-Is that your sister being chased by an elder beowolf?" Pyrrha stuttered out.
"I think so," Yang said head cocked to the side in both confusion and shock.
"Why did you say go in the cave Weiss?!" Jaune shouted while running for his life.
"I don't know, it felt like the right direction, how could I have known there was going to be an Ursa Maior Magna?!" she shouted back. Tripping and crashing into the dirt she landed onto Jaune who also tripped, "urg my hero," she drawled out sarcastically before getting up.
"Jaune!" Pyrrha said going to help him up.
"Thanks, Pyr," Jaune said patting himself down of dust. He looked back to the now two rampaging Grimm.
Ruby spoke up, "so what are we gonna do about the big bad wolf and his cousin Papa Bear?" she said sarcastically.

Alright, so I ended the chapter here because...it's been like over week and I feel like this was overdue, either way, I could probably figure out how to pad out a fight to last a chapter.
