General POV
In a large mansion, a five-year-old child can be seen playing with a beautiful young girl of Asian descent who is trying to catch him. Suddenly, as the child descends the stairs, his leg slips, and he starts tumbling down the steps, injuring his head and causing it to start bleeding. The young girl sees this scene and become horrified; she shouts for help. Soon, servants from the mansion rush to see what has happened to the boy. They take the child to the mansion private physician team.
Physicians quickly started checking child vital signs which came back normal and started treating boy's injury's soon parents of the child come and asked about their sons condition nurse coming out of treatment room inform that their son is safe and out of danger
MC POV ( Thinking)
what the hell! why the heck my head is throbbing like someone hit me with a baseball bat last thing I remember is speaking my otaku day's op wishes I made for myself because their was no good anime season that year and I was board wait I can hear some voices
General POV
Outside the room in front of transparent door glass three people were speaking one man in doctor coat said " Their is no need to worry sir and madam young master is out of danger and making a speedy recovery" said the doctor in a reassuring the other two individuals present one of them ask
"Then why he is still unconscious doc ?" asked person was a man in his Thirties if anyone see him only 2 words come to their mind ' Filthy rich and handsome' but currently one can observe veins popping on his face .
" Their is no need to worry sir your son will wake up probably in some hours at most " doctor try to reassure the man in a nervous tone while opening the door for them to enter
As they enter the room the third person chime in "honey look our son is waking up"
speaker of voice was a women in between her twenties and thirties she was a gorgeous asian women who now identify as MC mother said in hurry and a hopeful voice
It quickly catch the attention of second man now identify as MC father shouted."Check is he ok quick" said to the doc who quickly start checking the MC vitals and other things and as MC open his eyes both of the parents bombarded him with questions like "how are you feeling"or "does it hurts somewhere " etc child bewildered of what happening just fumble some non understandable word's mumbly
docter seeing this intervene " sir , madam it's looks like young master is still disoriented because of being unconscious and need some time to collect his thoughts" said to father
MC Father after taking a long breath relented "Ok doc I will leave the long questions for later but right now tell me how much time it will take for him to fully recover? " asked the father
" He will need two to three days bedrest and for sometime he should avoid doing activities which can put strain on his body and some medicine if he have headache " reply the doctor quickly
Between this conversation MC was still trying to grasp his situation and had a confused look on his face seeing this women now MC biological mother in this world give a gentle smile " their is no need to be worried mama and dada is here with you " she said in reassuring and sweet voice.
MC still trying to control his emotions and trying to grasp situation he is in just nodded awkwardly seeing this women with bitter smile said " looks like doctor is right you need some rest we should take our leave and come to visit you later right dear? "
MC Father who was still conversing doctor shift his attention to his wife and replied "yes he should rest for now and you can come to visit him by yourself as I have to go to a important meeting and so I may not be able to come with you" mother just nodded understandingly
doctor grabbing MC attention and point towards button near the bed "If their anything you need young master please press this button when you press it a servent will come for helping you in anything you need" after saying that doc start escorting the parents out of room
and leaving mc alone in room
MC POV
' Fuck , fuck,fuck so i was not being delusional and really am in overlord world if I recall correctly future earth in overlord has become a polluted waste land with acid rain and poisonous air truly a grim reality for a normal man but through this body memories i can conform that i got my wishes because I AM Filthy Rich hahaha ' he started laughing like crazy
After calming down and take some deep breath ' I should be careful or i will ruin my life and chance to go in New world I need to make preparations for future so I don't mess up '
