*POV*

In a withered landscape, random broken graves can be seen all around, with the constant rattling of bones making for a deathly grim scenery.

But this was broken by the sounds of something colossal crushing the bones as the sounds kept growing.

A large, no, a titanic dragon can be seen attacking an area filled with a large group of middle and high-tier undead led by three Overlord generals.

The dragon smashed a large number of the undead army with its tail attack, accompanied by crushing them with its claws and under its body.

But the undead numbers somehow still did not decrease; on the contrary, their numbers seemed to rise more.

Seeing this, the dragon opened its enormous wings and started to fly over the whole army, devouring them in a sea of dark flames.

As the fire died down, it left nothing behind but charred bones and a large number of data crystals, gold coins, and hundreds of random drop items from low to top class.

If these items somehow got into the hands of the dragon nation of the New World, they could equip every soldier with magical items and push all demi-humans back out of their borders without any assistance from other countries.

Not because these items can make their wearer super strong or can destroy hundreds of enemies with one attack, but with these items, even a newbie soldier could give a good fight to a demi-human warrior, not to mention many summoning items like Goblin General Horn, Kobold Caller's Whistle, Orc War Drum, Troll's Roarstone, Ogre's Bellowing Horn, etc.

They could be more than enough to make a demi-human kingdom overnight and enough to take on Slane if not for the godkins.

So it wouldn't be wrong to say these items can be the ultimate treasure for any country, but for Yggdrasil players, this was nothing more than a pile of trash.

"Wow, don't you think they dropped more items than the previous time? You won't mind if I take some, right?" Except one.

"Hey, hands off! These are my treasures." Or two...

"Oh, come on, didn't you collect more than enough already?" he said with a pouting emoji.

"Na, I already know you have a stash of many items, didn't ya?" the dragon glared down at the second figure.

Compared to the dragon, it wouldn't be wrong to say that the second figure could be as small as an ant to the dragon, if not smaller.

"Are you doubting me? Oh, you break my fragile heart," the second figure said in a comically exaggerated manner.

"Fragile heart? I bet your skin is thicker than my scales," the dragon said with a serious face emoji.

"Oh, Momonga, don't be so cruel. And you probably have filled your inventory to the brim with all the previous items you took."

Hearing this, the dragon, now revealed as Momonga, responded with a devil's smile emoji and laughter, "Hahaha, there you are wrong, Eilifr-san. I upgraded my inventory with a special limited-time inventory expander pack, and so this many items are nothing, hohoho," the dragon announced comically.

"Oh, and with what money? Last time you said you were low on funds, didn't you?" he asked in curiosity, making the dragon stop laughing.

"What happened, Momonga-san? Cat got your tongue?" Eilifr said in a sweet tone.

Momonga would be sweating like crazy if the game allowed. "A... you know I..."

"There is no need to say anything, Momonga. Let me guess, you spent all your emergency savings, right?" And Eilifr hit the mark.

Momonga, a little panicked, tried to deny and make an excuse as he saw Eilifr taking out a giant harisen.

"YOU IDIOT!!" Eilifr unleashed his wrath with a giant harisen.

With a swift movement, Momonga dodged the giant harisen, chuckling nervously. "Okay, okay, you got me. But hey, it was worth it, right? Look at all these goodies!" he said, gesturing to the pile of loot.

Eilifr rolled his eyes but couldn't help but be little pissed. "Fine, take your loot, but remember, we're here for a reason. Let's not get too distracted by shiny things."

Momonga nodded, his expression turning serious. "You're right, Eilifr. We have a mission to complete. Let's make sure we finish what we came here for."

"Hmm, how much time is left for the respawn, Momonga-san?" Eilifr asked, trying to focus on the main topic.

"It's about time it respawns. By the way, can you explain to me again why we are doing this?" Momonga asked nonchalantly.

"Because I can't create a dungeon NPC since I can't officially join our guild. To unlock a special class for an NPC I want you to create, which is going to be the floor guardian of my own floor."

After hearing this, anyone would wonder how he was going to design his floor when he couldn't even create an NPC.

It's simple: he can't join the guild, but the NPC he created can, so he can just control the NPC to create NPCs and design his floor.

If somebody asks, is it tedious? Then yes. Is it worth it? Yes.

"And I ask again, why can't you take your NPC with you instead of me?" Momonga asked as Eilifr usually doesn't let anyone in on his plans.

"As you know, I created Meghnad with inspiration from Pero and Ulbert, so he has high single damage attacks and the ability to attack without being noticed by enemies, but his abilities rely on illusion magic, which aren't a good combo against undead, you know," Eilifr said in a cheeky manner.

"And so why take me? You could have taken those two instead or even Touch; they would be happy to do it again and again," Momonga asked out of curiosity.

"Well, Touch is busy with some kidnapping cases. Ulbert would most likely blast the mobs with high-tier magic but might eventually run out of juice. And Pero... let's say I want to keep my sanity intact. Look, I like some kinky stuff too when I'm in the mood, but that guy can go on and on with full euphoria in his voice, so nope, absolutely not," Eilifr said with certainty.

"And I took your assistance because, well, first, you need experience so you can level up, and you are a big-ass dragon, so you can just crush them by rolling on the ground," Eilifr said straightforwardly.

Before Momonga could reply, the undead army started respawning.

"Oh, looks like it's about time. Please enjoy your meal, mister dragon," Eilifr said while flying away, and start cheerleading from side saying, 'Aren't you a good boy?' 'Aren't you a big boy?' 'Go, go, go, Momo-chan,' and so on.

Momonga would have a nerve popping out if the game graphics allowed. "SHUT THE FUCK UP!!!"

Guild base

After preparing for a month, Ainz Ooal Gown members launched a raid on the dungeon of Nazarick. Everything went smoothly as the original, if not smoother, due to a much stronger Momonga and an unlimited supply of cash shop items by yours truly.

After the raid was finished, the whole Ainz Ooal Gown got another problem on their hands: Eilifr was unable to join the new guild.

After some debate, they decided that Eilifr would create an NPC, and then that NPC would join Nazarick as a guild member, working as a substitute for Eilifr and getting access to guild members' power, like editing the floor areas or controlling NPCs, etc.

And so Eilifr's NPC became the only NPC with equal standing to the Supreme Beings, at least technically.

During this year, the Guild of Ainz Ooal Gown became the most infamous guild throughout the Nine Realms for the destruction of many PK guilds, forming an alliance of all heteromorphic guilds with the name Abyssal Conclave (AC) and destroying Midgard. Although they were stopped by Midgard's and other realms combined efforts of an alliance formed by all remaining human and demi-human guilds, in the end, Midgard was lost and became a stronghold of heteromorphic players but due to losses on AC side they didn't attack other realms.

Other than Midgard, Ainz Ooal Gown guild themselves alone destroyed the whole of Asgard, looting it to the last coin, even stealing their guild weapons and blackmailing the guild owners to pay them a monthly rent with Yggdrasil currency or else their guild weapon would be destroyed, thus giving them influence over many guilds. How they did it will be a story for another day.

During this time, Nazarick had many changes from the original.

On the first three floors, mobs' levels were increased to level 20 to 50, and full of skeleton and ghost-type undead, with a level up to the size of a labyrinth and a boost to area guardians on these floors. One of the most notable NPCs, the Area Guardian of the Black Capsule, Kyouhukou, had a completely new transformation from a cockroach to a Terra Formar, making him a formidable enemy against players both mentally and physically.

Not to mention the boost was given by an additional 2 guardians with Shalltear.

The 1st FG is Sir Reginald, The Iron Guardian. His race is a Living Armor specializing in defense but has a ton of different magical weapons he can switch out depending on the situation.

Personality-wise, he is a 'fallen-noble-turned-tragic-bodyguard-for-evil' type, but is still 100% loyal to Nazarick.

The 3rd Floor Guardian would be a gynosphinx focused on magic but still has the physical stats of a Lv. 95 monster. Her "boss room" has a puzzle that challengers must solve while fighting; otherwise, she'll keep having her MP restored when it drops to 50%.

Her personality would be one of those who acts like a prim and proper lady in public but is a total couch-potato in private and wants to do nothing more than play games alone in her room (but she won't say no if others offer to play with her).

Other than this, the whole 1st to 3rd floors had added gas clouds with the ability to cause rust and similar effects on items on the first two floors, and the third floor is filled with a poison cloud that renders the surrounding air highly toxic, just below the level of "Blood of Jormungandr."

The 4th floor has changed significantly. Instead of an underground lake, it has become a subterranean lake with an unknown depth as if it can devour anything under it. If somone look inside they can see Thousands of giant golems, some appearing like mountains with heights ranging from 20 feet to 400 feet, and an army of Gargantuas, many nearly the same height as the original Gargantua and others measuring 100, 250, or 300 feet, guard this floor. Additionally, there are mobs of gargoyle monsters all over their bodies to defend them from pests. In the center of the lake stands a giant mountain.

The whole mountain is covered in greenery with numerous wild monsters and nature-related creatures like treants and dryads, with an oddly giant tree compared to the other trees, giving a sense of unbearable dread. Who knows what more this floor is hiding?

The 5th floor has not seen many design changes except for a large castle that looks more like a giant fortress, reinforced by walls with defensive buildings like cannons and crossbows surrounding the castle. It is guarded by hundreds of level 60 to 90 mages, archers, and other ranged NPCs, with warriors, paladins, curse knights, and other warrior-type NPCs protecting and supporting the ranged units with buffs and debuffs.

Beyond the walls, there is a field full of traps and an army of insect, ice demon, and undead monsters equipped with Roman, Spartan, and samurai-type armor and weapons. Undead Spartans form the front phalanx, with demons in Roman armor readying their explosive javelins to throw at the enemy. Lastly, insect-type monsters with samurai-like exoskeleton armor serve as the last line of defense and as shock troops when riding their mounts, supported by some long-range NPC units.

Inside the castle, traps are everywhere, with many gargoyles, ghost-type undead, and monsters using hit-and-run tactics and suicide bombers attacking at every corner.

Even if any enemy reaches the center of the castle after defeating all area guardians, they encounter the vice guardian of the 5th floor, a giant red beetle insectoid adorned with red and white exoskeleton armor, featuring sharp edges and points. This exoskeleton includes a helmet with protruding horns and a visor that covers the eyes. The vice guardian wields a large, curved blade that complements his formidable appearance.

Behind his throne, there is a hidden passage leading to an underground floor. After reaching the lowest point, there is a water fountain-shaped gate leading to Cocytus. However, only one or two adults can enter together at once.

After entering, intruders are teleported in front of Cocytus. Before they can realize where they are standing, they will be killed with one hit from a custom weapon specializing in the highest amount of damage with a 10-second delay between each swing from a giant mace, while ignoring all defenses. Unless one is prepared for it beforehand and able to occupy Cocytus for enough time before more players can teleport in and overwhelm him with numbers, overcoming Cocytus is the only way to reach the 6th floor. However, this has yet to occur as even the largest raid group has not passed the 5th floor of the Great Tomb of Nazarick.

Despite this, there is a new raid on Nazarick every week or two. Despite crushing defeats, players keep attacking, either motivated by vengeance against Ainz Ooal Gown, the prospect of glory and riches, or the confirmed existence of more than three world items and numerous guild-class items inside Nazarick. The most common motivation is greed, fueled by the bounty placed on Ainz Ooal Gown, which rewards in real-life currency, enough to make one live like a king for a year or two.

Due to this bounty, all guild members now move in groups to counter ambushes. After experiencing it for such a long time, all guild members have become used to destroying guilds and clans that attack them and PK their members. This happens so often that attacking Nazarick has become a ritual of suicide (quitting Yggdrasil).

If asked, "How many raids do you think have happened on Ainz Ooal Gown?" any Yggdrasil player might answer more than a hundred players, with each raid involving at least a hundred high-level players and NPCs, and more than 1,000 on the bigger and more were the only noteworthy raids.
