"Hmhmhmhm…" Kamek hummed as he was in his study, working on some magic. He swirled around a vial.
"Special delivery!" Akane said, dropping the sick Koopa King on the ground.
"Oh papa! Are you sick?" Junior asked with concerned.
"N-no.. No, I'm nod… she's overreadding…"
"Goodness me, you're burning up!" Kamek said, feeling his forehead.
"I'm always burdding!"
"And stuffed up too? Come on, let's get you in bed straight away."
"I'M NOD SICK!"
"Have fun!" Akane waved as she turned around and walked off with a hum, texting Mikan that she successfully delivered the package.
"Hey Owari." Dark Pit said as he walked by.
"Hey Darky."
"Darky?!" Dark Pit exclaimed in surprise. "...I'm not sure if that's a step up from Pittoo or not… no… it's worse."
"Hey goth~!"
Marnie groaned. "I'm a pun-... oh, never mind…"
"This should definitely do the trick." Kamek said as he poured the vial into some chicken soup and then walked straight for Bowser's room, opening the door to the sleeping fire breathing dragon Koopa.
"Your Sicklyness, I made some soup for you with a special ingredient that will potentially knock out this cold of yours."
"Ugh… I told you, I'm nod sick." Bowser sniffled. "Just allergies!"
"You're not fooling anyone." Kamek said. "Here, have some."
Bowser grumbled as Kamek started to spoon feed him. "Ah… ah…"
Kamek pulled away the spoon and bowl.
"ACHOOOOOO!"
Flames spewed out of Bowser's mouth, striking his door that was already singed.
"Well, glad you didn't sneeze into the soup this time."
Outside, a Hammer Bro, wearing bandages over his face, walked by with a grumble. "Yeah, really glad…" He grumbled.
"Better you than me." Another Hammer Bro said.
"Shut up!"
Kamek continued to spoon feed Bowser. The Koopa King feeling quite embarrassed that he needed to be spoon fed. "Kamek. I'm nod a child anymore."
"Who's the one that raised you? You'll always be my little Koopa."
Bowser grumbled, blushing in embarrassment. He was just glad the Mario Bros and RWBY didn't hear this conversation or he'd never hear the end of it. Heck, he was glad Dark Pit, Shez, Umber, Dedede or even his sister heard it. He was just glad his entire Troop didn't hear it either.
"It's the broth that's left. Drink up."
"Mmmph, I hade the broth…" Bowser grumbled as he begrudgingly drank it down.
"Slow sips, your hastiness!"
"Aaaah…" Bowser gave back the bowl.
"Get some rest." He said, placing an ice pack on his head as Kamek walked out.
"Kamek…"
"Yes, your burliness?"
"...Thank you."
"You're welcome." Kamek smiled and walked out the door.
"How is he?" General Guy asked as he walked up to him.
"He's looking better than he was earlier."
"That's good." General Guy nodded. "Even tyrannical dictators need to be taken care of too."
"Indeed."
The two of them walked around.
"Say, curious question… have you heard anything about the Koopa Bros lately?" General Guy asked.
"Well, after their humiliating defeat back at Dinosaur Island, they said they wanted to go and rediscover themselves, train themselves up to their fullest potential. They'll come back when they're good and ready… and then fight RWBY once more."
"Well, they certainly missed a lot."
"Indeed. The last time I've heard about them, they said they fully recovered from the blue goop that spread around the world."
"Ah, so not even the Phazon could knock 'em down."
"Indeed." Kamek nodded.
"Another question. It involves our Koopa King."
"Yes?"
"It's been on my mind for a long time, but I never got around to asking-"
Both of them walked back into Kamek's study.
"Where exactly did Bowser's "Fury" come from?"
Kamek paused, rubbing his chin in thought. "You know… I never gave it much thought. I wonder how that actually started to happen."
"Could it have been Fawful? One minute Bowser's his ordinary self but as a giant. Next thing you know, he's furious!"
"Hmm… it could have been." Kamek mused. "But perhaps… something else had happened. I'm just not sure how to go about it."
"Perhaps we could ask Merasmus?"
"He's unavailable right now."
"Oh?" General Guy looked at him curiously. "Where'd he run off to?"
With Merasmus
"Ooof! Ow! Gah! Mmmph!"
Merasmus was having his head smacked into a rock constantly by Soldier.
"Is this about the twenty bucks I owe you?"
"No! I just hate your guts, you decrepit horrible roommate!"
"Oooof! OW! OW!"
Back with them…
"Okay, where does that leave us?" General Guy wondered.
"I could rally up the Magikoopas…" Kamek mused.
"Well, how many other dark mages do we know? The two witches are busy getting a sun tan and believe me, I do NOT want to walk into that scene, thank you very much."
Kamek hummed. "I know a woman."

Meanwhile…
"A fake?!" Myra whimpered as she was playing Animal Crossing. "I'm starting to understand why everyone hates Redd…"
She let out a sigh, deciding to turn off the game… right as it dawned on her. "Oooooh… wait… shoot. I forgot to-" She grimaced. "He's lucky his outbursts are so hilarious… but I have to sit through that again…"
She exhaled. "Maybe it won't be so bad."
She turned it back on and walked out the door, expecting the worst… and saw Resetti pop up.
BGM: Mr Resetti (Animal Crossing)
"GRAAAAH! YOU AGAIN! STOP JERKIN'' MY CHAIN. What's it gonna take to make you stop? Haaah… hooo… hah… heh… hmm… phew. All right, Myra! That's it! Today's the day. I'm done! No more takin' it easy on the poor human."
"Get some anger management." Myra chuckled.
"See, I understand you now. It took a while, but I finally see what makes you tick. Allow me to… elaborate, huh? The whole RESET thing? It's your decision, right? Yeah, freedom of choice, and all that. You're the master of your own destiny and blah blah blah blah. That's all fine with me. I'm just tired of the drama. You wanna hit RESET, right? You love doing that, huh? That's what you really wanna do?"
"Blah blah blah, just get to the point already."
"Well, if that's what you're really lookin' for, lemme help you out. Yeah, no problem! I'll hit RESET for you."
"...What?"
"Everythin' you've done so far? All that you've worked for? Forget about it. That's right. It's all going bye-bye."
"WHAT?! Is this because I found your outbursts amusing and just wanted to see how angry you'd get before I stopped because I was afraid you'd burst a blood vessel?! I said I'd stop! This one was just an accident!"
"You, my button-happy friend, get to start over."
"No! No no no no, I made so many new friends! I've almost finished paying off Tom Nook! Please!"
"WELL, SEE YA."

Myra jawdropped, dropping her controller in horror as anime tears ran down her cheeks.
"My house… my hard work…"
The screen turned back on.
"GOTCHA!"
"...OH, YOU ASS."
"How you like them apples? Did we break our controller? Did we, maybe, kick our TV? Gah ha ha ha ha!"
Myra's eye twitched.
"I got your attention now, Myra? Huh? Did I knock some sense into you? All the lights on up there? You keep goin' this way, and bad things may happen You don't wanna make me any angrier. Do you? Anyway, no more bein' stupid! Stop with the reset business! All right? Are we clear?"
"Crystal." Myra growled with a hint of venom in her voice.
"That's what I wanna hear! As long as we've got an understanding, we can wrap this up and put it to bed. But I'm not jokin' about this. No more of this funny business, you hear me? Oh, yeah, one last thing… Before you tuck yourself into bed later tonight? Scrub behind those ears! You got potatoes growin'! Got that?! Now… SCRAM."

Myra took a deep breath, making sure to save before sharply exhaling. "...That's enough Animal Crossing for today." She said, turning off the GameCube.
Myra paused. "Wait a minute… did I…?" She checked her ears and looked at her fingers, seeing they were clean. "...Damned mole was lyin' through his teeth again!"
She got up, picking up her staff as she left her room. She checked on Peach, seeing that Hapi was watching over her this time. With a smile, she walked out and headed into the courtyard.
She closed her eyes, her staff started to levitate around her as magic swirled around her.
She pictured Resetti in her mind, as she sharply opened her eyes and fired magic at some targets.
"Nice form."
Myra turned her head, seeing Kamek and General Guy approaching, riding on his broom.
"Oh hey… uh… Kay-mek, right?"
"Kam-ek, actually." Kamek responded.
"Wow, never heard that one before…" General Guy admitted.
"Okay. If you're here for the princess, she's still not feeling well."
"Don't worry about it. Our king is feeling under the weather too." Kamek reassured. "We actually came for you."
Myra raised an eyebrow. "For me? What for?"
"We were wondering if you'd come with us. Perhaps you could use your dark magic so we could determine what the main cause is with Lord Bowser's… fury."
"Fury? You want me to look into his wrath?"
"It's complicated. It'd probably be best if we showed you." General Guy said.
"Okay… mind if I bring a few friends over?"
"Of course." Kamek nodded.
Myra smiled. "I know just who to bring. Oh, but first!"
She pulled out her phone and started to text Hapi.
"Hey, I have to leave real quick. Tell the princess I went on an errand."
"Will do, Shadow-Ball."
Myra smiled and looked at the duo. "Let's go."
Meanwhile…
"Hmmm…" Nyx folded her arms as she was sitting in the front lawn with Xena casually sitting on the roof.
"Stun! Stunfisk!"
"Not sure what to think?" Xena asked.
"No no, it's not that. I'm just strugglin' to come up with a name." Nyx said. "Not to mention my ankle is still a bit sore."
Earlier…
"Okay, you said the Stunfisk reside in here?" Nyx wondered as she looked around, seeing some Noibat flying around and some Shuckle resting on some rocks.
She didn't look where she was going as she stepped down, and a Galarian Stunfisk snatched her. "YAGH!"
"Oooh!" Xena and Umber winced.
Back in the present…
"Well, look at the bright side. At least it didn't break skin."
"Thank goodness for my aura pulling through… definitely gonna be feeling it for a while though."
Nyx rubbed her chin. "Oh, what was that game that Sonia always plays…?"
"Dead by Daylight?"
"Yeah! Agh… who was it that she mains…"
Xena closed her eyes, sending a telekinetic message.
"Thank you." Xena spoke up, opening her eyes. "Okay, we just spoke with Sonia."
"Hmm?"
"She said that she typically mains Ghostface, the Xenomorph and Demogorgon, but she also fancies Trapper."
"Trapper!" Nyx snapped her fingers. "That's a good name for this little guy."
"Stun! Stun!"
Nyx smiled. "He likes it!" She giggled, giving him a headpat… which he promptly "chomped" her. "YOW!"
"Aw, he's giving you a hug!" Xena giggled.
"Most painful hug ever…!" Nyx whimpered as the Stunfisk released her and nuzzled against her hip. "You're gonna be a handful, that's for sure."
"Yo!" Myra waved them over.
"Oh hey Myra!" Xena waved as Nyx was holding her wrist, but gave Myra a "sup" nod instead.
"Hmm? Why are you holding your wrist?"
"Just caught this guy." Nyx said.
"Ah, you caught a Galarian Stunfisk?" Kamek approached.
"I didn't know they existed. Then again, I didn't know regular Stunfisk existed."
"Don't blame ya. They're not the most remarkable of Pokemon…" General Guy admitted.
"So, what's up with you two?" Xena asked.
"They said they wanted me for something to do with the origins of Bowser's anger or something."
"Fury." Kamek corrected.
"Yeah, that."
"Fury?" Nyx looked intrigued before she put Trapper in his Dusk Ball. "I think I know what you're talking about. But why do you need Myra for?"
"Because Merasmus is busy and… Ganondorf's mothers are, uh… tanning. Let me just preface this that their suits need ironing." General Guy said.
"...Aaaand I'm gonna purge that out of my head." Nyx shuddered.
"Indeed." Kamek nodded. "Myra thought about bringing you two along."
"Well, we got nothing better to do." Nyx chuckled, calling out her Moltres as she hopped on, pulling Myra up while Xena hopped off and levitated.
"Let's go." Xena said.
"It's been a while since I've been to the Koopa Kingdom. This is exciting!" Myra said.
"Let's take the scenic route." Nyx said to Kamek.
"Good idea." Kamek agreed as they flew off.
Later…
BGM: Neo Bowser City (Mario Kart 8)
"Whoa!" Myra exclaimed as she looked down. "Goodness, they've changed over the centuries!"
"This is Neo Bowser City, the biggest city to rival Mushroom City." Kamek explained. "It's on a marsh and it rains often here, usually during a Mario Kart race."
"Fascinating…" Myra mused, seeing the bright lights surrounding them alongside vehicles driving around. Hotels, casinos, strip clubs, resturants, the race track, everything looked intriguing to her.
"Alright, I've seen enough." Myra said as they flew off to Bowser's Castle, but took a pit stop at Solana Town.

Nyx dismissed her Moltres after they landed, where Myra looked around on awe.
"Some things haven't changed since my last visit, but this… this is way different."
Myra went around, looking around with excitement in her eyes.
"Just out of curiosity… have you introduced her to the modern power ups of our day?" Kamek asked.
"Come to think of it… I don't know if she's aware of some of them." Nyx admitted.
"Hmm, might wanna ask her." Xena said as they caught up with Myra, who was enamored by a Slime.
"Hey Myra!" Nyx walked over. "Just out of curiosity… what were the power ups back in your day?"
"Hmm? Oh, well, let's see… Super Mushroom, Fire Flower, Invincibility Star, Tanooki Leaf, Frog Suit… that one sucks, by the way. I had to get my back put into place every time I used that damn thing."
Myra shook her head. "Anyway, I also had the Hammer Bros suit, P Wing, Cape Feather… oh, and the Superball Flower in Sarasaland."
"Welp. There's something for you to do in the future." General Guy said.
"What do you mean? …Wait, are there more?"
Nyx giggled. "You're gonna be in for a treat."
Kamek cleared his throat. "As you can see the residents here are the new members of our forces. We have Slimes, Platypunks, Chimaeras, Cruelcumbers... don't question it... and look, Shadows-"
"Wait, Shadows?!" Myra perked up.
"Not the Shadows from the Shadow tribe." Kamek hastily said.
Myra slumped. "Oh…"
Nyx and Xena patted her shoulders. "There there…" Nyx said softly.
"Anyway, right this way to the castle." Kamek said as he headed over to Bowser's Castle after Myra did some sight seeing before they all made their way to the castle.
"Hmmm…" Myra looked at the castle. "I see it got remodeled."
"Wouldn't be the first time." General Guy snarked.
Once they walked into Bowser's Castle, they made their way into Kamek's Study.
"Alright, so you are probably wondering about "Fury"." Kamek said. "I felt like this would be a more private area to discuss it."
"Okay, so… what's the origin behind his anger?"
"Actually, this is… different." Nyx said. "It's a lot different than your standard anger."
"Indeed." Kamek nodded. "I am not sure how it happened, but Fury is a state where His Furiousness loses all state of mind and goes in a feral Fury state. He gets giant, his spikes get bigger, smoke is protruding out of his mouth… it's quite the sight."
"Doesn't he sometimes stay his regular size?" Xena pointed out.
"Yes, but that is rare." Kamek said.
"Oh my… so it's actually a state like paralysis?" Myra wondered.
"Indeed." Kamek nodded. "And I want to know when this originated."
"So that's why you called me up. Use my magic to see if I could pull something from your subconscious."
"Yes." Kamek nodded. "I could have done this myself, but as I had never done this before…"
"You're worried you might cause some irreversible effects?" Nyx guessed.
"Right. I'm not sure if this will cause brain damage. Hence why I went looking for dark mages."
"I see." Myra nodded. "Hmm, I am not sure if I have any magic that would allow for memory picking…"
"But I do…"
Myra's staff appeared in front of them as Vivian emerged from the Crystal Star. "I have the capabilities for such a task."
"You do?" Kamek asked.
"Yes." The Shadow Queen nodded, clasping her hands as she started to chant some magic as she grasped Kamek's head.
"Oh!"
"From the shadowy depths… show me the memory of when Bowser's Fury first originated!"
She slowly pulled away her hands as a thought bubble came out of Kamek's head, wrapping it around into a mist of darkness until an image appeared inside said thought bubble.
When they looked at said thought bubble, they would see Yoshi walking into Bowser's room with Baby Mario on his saddle. At that moment, Kamek got in their way.
"You! You are NOT welcome here. Yoshi, please hand OVER THE BABY!"
"You look so stressed, dude…" Nyx said.
"Well…"
"Yaaaawn…" Baby Bowser yawned loudly as he woke up.
Kamek turned to him, sweating nervously. "Oh, dear… what to do… Young Master Bowser awakes…"
"Kamek, it's too noisy in here! I wanna go sweepy-byyye!"
"Awww!" Xena giggled.
"Sure, he's cute NOW, but…"
Baby Bowser jumped into the air and ground pounded the Magikoopa. "Ooomph!"
"Oooh!" Myra grimaced.
"My back STILL aches whenever I think of this…" Kamek admitted.
"So that's why you're sometimes grumpier than usual." General Guy mused. "Ah… back in the day when I was just simply a Cadet Guy."
Baby Bowser punted Kamek across the room before noticing Yoshi and Baby Mario. "Huh? Hmm? Mmmm!? What kind of gween donkey is dat? Looks wyke fun! Me wanna riiiiiide!"
Nyx snorted. "Donkey?!" She cackled. "Oh, that's delightful!"
"Easy for you to say…" Kamek mumbled.
"This is rather charming." Vivian said.
They watched the fight of Yoshi and Baby Bowser going at it, and at one point, Baby Bowser kicked Baby Mario off of Yoshi.
"Wah?!" Yoshi yelped.
"Yeehaw! Wide 'em, cowboy!"
Baby Mario got up, turned around as his face turned red before noticing a hammer on the ground. He picked it up and ran toward Yoshi who was trying to buck Baby Bowser off.
Baby Mario jumped up and hammered Baby Bowser in the head.
"OW! OW OW OW OWIE!" He cried as Baby Mario swatted him off of Yoshi, then tossed the hammer away.
"Yo yo!" Yoshi smiled, swallowing the hammer and spitting it out, striking Baby Bowser in the head to KO him.
"Ooooooh! That looked like it hurt!" Nyx winced.
"And ya wonder why Bowser has such a hard head these days…" General Guy said.
"So that's why he had a massive goose egg on his head…" Kamek mused. "I didn't see Mario clobbering him."
Kamek flew into the scene. "Oh my! Yoshi, why did you do this?! Young Master, let me help you! Here!"
He quickly fired magic directly at Baby Bowser.
"Halt." Shadow Queen said. "Enhance."
The thought bubble focused on Baby Bowser as the magic covered him, some of it going through his nostrils as it went deep into his system, where it caused some Hemoglobins to merge together to create a crimson red firestorm within him.
"OH MY! I WAS THE ONE WHO DID THIS?!" Kamek yelled in surprise.
"Weird, I breathe in that magic and I'm perfectly fine…" Nyx said. "Well, aside from being light headed for a few moments, but still."
"Guess we found our culprit." Xena said before Yagami took over.
"So, should we thank him or give Kamek a noogie over this?" Yagami asked.
"I'm up for the latter." Nyx snickered.
"Please, not right now…"
"Resume."
Baby Bowser glowed before he started to glow and get bigger.
BGM: Bowser (Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island)
Yoshi looked around as the castle crumbled around him. He heard a giant roar as he turned to see giant Baby Bowser in front of him, letting out a gigantic roar.
They watched the giant baby breathe fire at Yoshi, where he jumped out of the way and spotted some giant eggs. He grabbed onto one, aimed and fired, smacking the giant baby in the face. Bowser roared and swung his giant baby fist into the ground, but Yoshi dove out of the way.
The battle continued as Baby Bowser either breathed fire, tried to swing his fists or stomped closer to try and intimidate the green donk- er, I mean, dinosaur. Yoshi was undeterred as he found more giant eggs and threw them at the giant… until eventually, the big baby Koopa roared before exploding into light… and he fell on the ground near Yoshi back to his regular baby size.
End BGM
At that moment, Yoshi heard footsteps as he turned to see his fellow Yoshis approaching him, carrying Baby Peach, Baby DK and Baby Wario.
"What the hell is Wario doing there?!" Nyx wondered.
"Is that Donkey Kong? Aww, he's so cute!" Yagami gushed as the pack of Yoshis walked past the KO'd Bowser and approached the stork that was hanging upside down, with Baby Luigi in the bag.
"What's all this…?" Myra wondered as the thought bubble disappeared.
"That… would be the seven Star Children." Kamek said. "Mario, Luigi, Peach, Donkey Kong, Wario… and Lord Bowser. Prophecy said something along the lines of the seven star children were to be protectors of the Mushroom Kingdom."
"Is that what that was?" Vivian asked. "I was reading up on a prophecy back in the Palace of Shadow, but I didn't get far into it because that Bandit tribe had to go and destroy everything." She grumbled. "Next thing I know, the Bandit King used the prophecy as a napkin for his food and then burnt it after he was finished. The nerve…"
"Ouch…" Myra grimaced.
Nyx snorted, rolling her eyes. "Protectors of the Mushroom Kingdom. Right… not exactly a great prophecy when Bowser invades every week or so, Wario's more interested in treasure hunting and making Microgames and DK is rather more interested in banana hoarding, punching moons out of orbit or ransacking toy companies."
"Well… at least they're important." Yagami said.
"Even so… I don't see those three protecting the Mushroom Kingdom."
"Perhaps they were chosen by the Star Spirits?" Kamek guessed.
"Who knows…" Nyx shook her head. "Still, it's great to be reminded of it. I forgot about the whole "Seven Star Children" prophecy myself. But honestly… I'm chalking that up as a false one."
"Eeeeh… I probably wouldn't write it off just yet. You'll never know." Yagami pointed out.
"Mmm… I guess." Nyx shrugged. "Still… I'm highly doubting it."
"Could be worth exploring." Myra shrugged. "Maybe not. I dunno."
Vivian nodded. "Now, if you'll excuse me…" She immediately went back into the Crystal Star.
"Come on, let's head home." Nyx said as the trio walked out as General Guy waved goodbye to them, though Kamek walked away.
"Hmm? And where are you headed off to?" General Guy asked.
"I'm going to lie down… I never thought I'd be the one to bring about Bowser's… fury into fruition."
"Ah. You go do that… I'm gonna go check on my tank."
The trio walked outside with Nyx stretching her arms. "So, Myra… you wanna see the new power ups you've missed out on?"
"Sure, why not. I could use the distraction from the bullshit that just happened in Animal Crossing."
"Resetti?"
"Resetti."
"Faked you out on deleting your memory card?"
"Oooooh, you have NO idea how livid I was when he said "PSYCHE!".'
"Yeah, don't blame you. No one really likes Resetti."
"And now I know why…"
"Hmm… curious question!" Yagami spoke up.
"What is it?" Myra asked.
"Vivian, what do you do in that Crystal Star anyway? I'm sure it's more than just lounging around."
"Excellent question. You see… I'm actually in the process of creating something extraordinary."
Myra looked curious. "Oh? What's this "something" that you're working on?"
"That, my dear granddaughter… is a new and improved map that will help us locate the Crystal Stars."
