What with graduating college, getting a new job and getting and moving in a house of my own for the very first time, I felt I really earned a vacation more than any other time during my life and the one Mona and her family took me on with them to the Maldives couldn't have been more rewarding. And Mona deserved the vacation as well, especially for getting the hospital job she needed to complete her doctor's training.
We all loved the overwater villas we stayed in during the whole vacation. Mona's parents had their own villa and Mona and I had ours opposite to them. Ours was lovely. We shared a nice double bed and we had a small but nice bathroom. Behind our villa, we had our own wooden balcony with two large sun deckchairs, a small swimming pool, a small hot tub and a big slide for going into the nice warm sea. Mona and I never went to her parents' villa, but I remember them telling us that theirs had everything ours had and they loved it. And we always looked forward to the delicious Maldivian food that the overwater villa resort's food hut provided for breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper.
And none of us wasted any time on this ten-day vacation. We made the most out of it. In fact, on the day we arrived in the Maldives and checked into our villa and unpacked our stuff, Mona and I immediately checked out the swimming pool, checked out the sea after sliding down the slide and relaxed in the hot tub before we joined Mona's parents in the food hut for our first Maldivian dinner, which was very delicious. Then Mona and I went back to our villa and had our private fun in bed.
Then on the second day, after a delicious Maldivian breakfast, Mona, her parents and I went to explore the city of Male. We had a lot of fun seeing a lot of incredible sights including the National Museum, the Muliaage Palace and the markets among them and we had a delicious lunch – which were burgers, hot dogs, fries and pizza slices from a vendor – in Sultan Park and then we ate at a nice cafe for dinner before we headed back to our villas.
On the third day, Mona, her parents and I went on a boat trip that took us out to the Indian Ocean so we could go and swim with dolphins. We all enjoyed the amazing experience with the dolphins and they enjoyed our company as well, especially Mona. They seemed to like her the most out of all the visitors who came to see them. I thought it was because Mona was very nice, friendly and beautiful.
On the fourth day, we went to Villingili and we went to the Villingili Water Sports Area and we had a great day doing many awesome water sports, including jet-skiing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, kayaking and renting a boat to go water-skiing, wakeboarding and parasailing. I was amazed that Mona's parents were just as good at it as I and Mona was. They told me that they used to do these water sports when they were mine and Mona's age. Before that day, they hadn't done these sports since their daughter was born but they still had it in them and they were glad to do it.
On the fifth day, we went to Addu City and we had a great time exploring Addu Nature Park in the morning and then in the afternoon we went scuba-diving in the sea near it and we saw many incredible sights underwater including many sunken ships and sharks. Then we just chilled on Fourland Beach for a little bit before we headed back to our villas.
On the sixth day, we went and explored Hulhumale. We enjoyed walking in Hulhumale Central Park and then seeing Hulhumale Safari Park and visiting the markets which I haggled with them to buy gifts for my dad and Sylvia and then finally chilling on Hulhumale Beach before we headed back to our villas.
On the seventh day, we went on another boat trip. This time it was to the HP Reef. We all had a great time exploring it by scuba diving and seeing all the incredible and beautiful marine life.
For the eight day, we went to Fulhadhoo Island and we had more fun scuba diving to see dolphins, turtles and many more marine life and seeing many beautiful lagoons and natural pools.
Then on the ninth day, we went to Bikini Beach. It was a relaxing day for Mona's parents who just sunbathed on their beach mats, but Mona and I had a lot of fun surfing, windsurfing and kitesurfing on the waves as it was a very warm but windy day so it was the perfect day for it.
Then on the tenth and last day, our awesome vacation had to come to end. We packed our bags, checked out of our villas and caught the plane back to Spoonerville. Mona and her parents dropped me off at my house and I thanked them for one of the very best vacations in my life ever and Mona and I kissed each other before she drove back home with her parents.
Some days after I recovered from my vacation, I drove to Big Sky to catch up with my dad and Sylvia and tell them all about my vacation and showing them photos of me and Mona and her family and give them the gifts I haggled from there, which they were very grateful for.
Yes, my Maldives vacation was an awesome one seeing many incredible sights and doing many awesome activities and trying delicious new foods and doing all these experiences in the lovely warm weather, but the best thing about it was experiencing with my wonderful girlfriend Mona, though I did enjoy spending it with her parents and getting to know them as well. Mona felt the same way that her most favorite part of the vacation was spending it with me and we both agreed that our most favorite activity that we did was getting in bed and having sex in it every night. Even though every day on the vacation was a busy day, we were never too tired to have our special private fun.
