We meet Cora when she is 31. She has moved to London, to get her writing career started. One day she hears beautiful piano music coming through her window which inspires her to write. Will she ever meet the one who plays that piano? Robert is 34 and works for his father's company, managing estates. He secretly plays the piano.

Cora had been feeling unwell for weeks leading up to their trip to France. Back home, she had Doctor Clarkson run some tests and the results are not at all what she had hoped. How will she cope with this new reality, and will she be able to help Robert and their daughters to come to terms with it? This is a *slightly* altered ending to A New Era

In this story, I'm going to focus on the gap between the conversation about full marriage and wedding. I have a feeling, that there was a lot going on behind close doors, but we didn't have a chance to see that, so I'm filling the gap.

He raises his head to look at the ambulance driver and freezes in shock, certain that he finally has snapped, that his mind could not take it anymore and went straight into hallucination. The driver is a woman, not an uncommon sight those days, but this particular woman has no business being here, in the middle of most literal hell. "Mary?" he rasps, disbelieving.

Mrs Patmore decides to sell her B&B, after the house of ill repute scandal and she is devastated, but unexpectedly the Carsons decide to give her a helping hand. AU-different plot then we had in the series. Placed by the end of season six.

When Matthew suddenly finds his soul transported nearly a decade into the past, before Downton, before the War, and before Mary, he realizes that he has been given a chance to change his past and make his life and those around him better. How will the Crawleys and the servants of Downton react to a Matthew who knows all their secrets and is determined to win his happy ending?

A sequel to "Alpine Interlude" which tells of the lives of the Bransons, the Crawleys, and the Schönborns during the Coronation Year of 1937, culminating with a visit by the Bransons and the Schönborns to Downton Abbey in December of that same year. But, nothing is quite what it seems. And while there are storm clouds abroad, there are also problems which are rather closer to home.

Set in series 5. Robert and Cora are having marital problems while the obsessed Mr. Bricker tries to win Cora over and he is willing to do what ever it takes... (AU story) Warning: Drama ahead!
