Gwen is sitting on her mom's couch. She gets a text from Trent.
Trent: "Hey, see you at Geoff's party tonight".
Gwen (texts back): "Yup, see you".
Gwen's younger brother Dustin approaches.
Dustin: "Texting Trent"?
Gwen: "Yup".
Dustin: "I know you don't like me saying this constantly but hope you two get back together".
Gwen (rolls her eyes): "Whatever".
At Trent and Cody's place.
Trent: "Ready for tonight's party"?
Cody: "Yea, are you"?
Trent: "Yea. Gwen's going to be there".
Cody: "Why don't you two give your relationship another chance? It's clear you two want to".
Trent: "Gwen and I are friends. It's better this way".
Cody shakes his head.
Later that evening, several of the first generation and second generation casts, along with some from Ridonculous Race are at Geoff's and Bridgette's place for the party.
Trent and Gwen are talking.
Trent: "Things are going good with you"?
Gwen: "Yes, you"?
Trent: "Yea. You look good today".
While this makes him embarrassed, Gwen blushes.
Gwen: "Thanks. You look handsome".
Trent (blushes): "Thanks".
Later, with Trent, Duncan, Cody and Geoff.
Duncan: "So, you and Gwen".
Trent: "We're just friends".
Geoff: "Come on bra. We all know you two are into each other".
Cody: "Yea man. Give your relationship with her another try".
Trent (not smiling): "I don't think she sees me that way like she did back in season 1. Also, we're better off as friends".
Duncan: "Come on man. Go for her. It's beyond clear she likes you. If you don't, then I will".
Trent (concerned): "You into her again"?
Duncan (laughs) "No, just messing with you. We're better of as friends and I'm still into Courtney.
Trent (sighs and frowns): "Things did not end well for us in season 2. I don't want to ruin what we have now".
Cody: "Come on man. You two were teenagers and under stressful circumstances. Total Drama is long over and you two are adults".
Geoff: "Yea bra. If you think, you messed up, then what do you think Duncan did? He blew up a cottage and went to prison".
Duncan: "Chris had it coming".
Cody: "Don't let the past drag you down man".
Duncan: "Yea, we did dumb things on the show but have grown up and moved on. Courtney and I have recently made up. I haven't given up on the possibility of us getting back together. Don't give up man".
Geoff: "Come on bra.
With Gwen, Courtney, Bridgette and Zoey.
Bridgette: "So, Gwen. You and Trent"?
Gwen: We're just friends".
Courtney: "But you want more than that".
Trent: "Well he's hot and being around him makes me feel good. Maybe this is the alcohol talking, but I'd get in bed with him". She says with a seductive smile.
Courtney, Bridgette and Zoey laugh.
Courtney: "Wow, Gwen, you go".
Gwen: "What about you and Duncan"?
Courtney: "We're better off on friendly terms".
Gwen: "But you two clearly like each other".
Courtney: "We only recently made up so I don't want to jump into anything".
Gwen: "Fair".
The party goes on. A few hours later, everyone is still there. Zoey is kissing Mike on the lips. Duncan, Geoff, DJ, and Brody are drinking. Courtney and Emma are debating Law, with Noah rolling his eyes in annoyance. Kitty is taking selfies. Cody and Cameron are discussing nerd shows. Bridgette is cleaning things. Trent is standing off somewhere with a drink in his hand as Gwen approaches him.
Gwen: "Having fun"?
Trent: "Yea, talking to people and drinking. Definitely drunk. How about you"?
Gwen: "Oh yea having a great time. On my 7th drink".
Trent: "Wow, you can party".
Gwen: "Oh yea. You need to have more fun like me". She pokes fun at Trent.
Trent (laughs): "Really"?
Gwen: "Yea, I need to show you fun". She teases.
Trent: "Why don't you show me now"? He teases back.
Gwen smirks. She then puts both of her hands on Trent's shirt and pulls him towards her until is lips touches hers. As soon as Trent's lips touches Gwen, Trent's eyes widen while Gwen closes her eyes and begins giving him a deep kiss on the lips.
